Ex-Capitol Police Chief Breaks Silence on J6 Coverup: ‘Multiple’ Feds Involved

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund leveled explosive allegations about a potential cover-up and law enforcement mishaps linked to the January 6th Capitol riots in a shocking interview with popular host Tucker Carlson.

Carlson, who now hosts his own podcast on X (formerly known as Twitter) questioned if those on a key call withheld crucial threat details from Sund. His response was astonishing: “We know for a fact… I’m not the only chief that was in the dark.”

Sund revealed that high-ranking officials, like Robert Conte, head of DC’s Police Department, were also uninformed about critical intelligence, painting a disturbing picture of potential miscommunication among law enforcement.

The bombshells kept coming as Sund discussed unshared information. He highlighted numerous emails forewarning FBI’s Steve D’Antuono about Capitol violence, but the looming danger wasn’t mentioned in their Tuesday video call. Carlson emphasized, “That just does not make sense.”

A shocking twist emerged with Sund’s revelation about the military’s concerns. “Acting Secretary of Defense [Mark] Miller and General [Mark] Milley had discussed locking down the city of Washington, D.C. because they were so worried about violence at the Capitol on January 6,” Sund asserted. He exposed a perplexing detail: the potential lockdown and permit revocation were not conveyed to Capitol Police—Sund issued those permits.

In another revealing tidbit, Sund hinted at federal involvement amidst the rioters. He suggested, “18 or 19 domestic terrorists coming to this event, so of course they’re going to have resources and they’re not going to just put in one agent. You’re going to have multiple,” implying federal agents might have played a concealed role.

These revelations raised urgent questions about transparency and collaboration within security entities before the Capitol breach. Sund’s assertion that vital threat information was potentially withheld has ignited a firestorm within the prominent conservative voices.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., took to Twitter to voice her concerns over the allegations brought forward by Sund. “Steven Sund’s testimony must be heard in congressional committees,” she said. “People are rotting in jail and more continued to be arrested but over 95% of BLM violent rioters charges were dropped.”

Collin Rugg, co-owner of Trending Politics, echoed Greene’s remarks, saying, “It’s almost as if they wanted J6 to happen…”

Best Buy Faces Boycott After ‘Illegal’ Leadership Program Excludes White Employees

(Headline USA) Best Buy is the latest company facing a boycott after leaked training materials revealed it excludes white employees from a leadership program.

A whistleblower shared an internal memo last week with the O’Keefe Media Group regarding new “management leadership academy programs” meant to provide employees with “critical skills that will enhance their leadership through a mini-MBA style curriculum.” However, the catch is that only employees who “identify as black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, or Pacific Islander,” will be considered for the programs.

“As a part of Best Buy’s commitment to develop and support our employees, we’ve partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the McKinsey Leadership Programs,” the memo from Best Buy reads. “These professional development programs customize its curriculum and discussions to the unique situations, experiences and opportunities of diverse professionals.”

Last year, Best Buy admitted the programs were meant to help “establish a diverse workforce.”

“As part of Best Buy’s commitment to develop and support our employees who identify as black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC), we’ve partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the McKinsey Management Accelerator program,” the Best Buy website reads.

Conservatives were quick to call for a boycott of the company, referencing their successful boycott of Bud Light after the company’s fatal partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

“It’s time to Bud Light Best Buy,” wrote conservative commentator Kingsley Cortes.

Others pointed out that the exclusionary leadership programs likely violate civil rights law.

“Seems illegal…” said Republican strategist Harmeet Dhillon.

This isn’t the first time Best Buy has faced backlash for embracing woke propaganda. In 2021, the company came under fire for offering “mental health resources” and “counseling services” to employees after Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges related to the 2020 riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

“The verdict in Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial stirs many emotions, and it’s another difficult moment for our nation,” Mark Irvin, the chief inclusion, diversity and talent officer for Best Buy, said at the time. “I know events like these can take a toll on mental health and emotional well-being,” Irwin claimed. “Please know that best Buy is here to support you.”

NBC’s Chuck Todd Admits Texas Was Right to Ship Migrants to Blue Cities

(Headline USA) NBC’s Chuck Todd admitted this week that Texas Gov. Greg Abbott was “right” to start shipping illegal immigrants to blue cities so they could grasp the scope of the border crisis.

In a segment of Meet the Press, Todd referred to New York City’s “growing humanitarian crisis” as a result of mass illegal immigration.

“The shelter system, slammed by an influx of migrants. New calls for federal help. I guess Greg Abbott was right,” Todd told viewers. “He said once he got blue cities to deal with this, that they would be very upset at the federal government.”

Todd pointed out that New York City Mayor Eric Adams is demanding action from the Biden administration, including additional financial aid, and wondered whether Adams would have felt this way if Abbott hadn’t started sending busloads of migrants to the Big Apple.

“The governor of Texas had been complaining about the administration not helping for months, and he said, ‘Well, I’m going to start sending these migrants to blue states, maybe they’ll get some action.’ He’s turned out to be right about this — that he knew that other governors — it didn’t matter Democrat or Republican — would also feel burdened by this. And sure enough, here we are,” Todd said.

This week, Adams predicted the migrant crisis will “decimate” New York City unless the Biden administration steps in to take action. He said the city is “past our breaking point,” and demanded millions of dollars in additional funding.

His comments came just a few days after another Democrat leader, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey, was forced to declare a state of emergency “due to rapid and unabating increases in the number of families with children and pregnant people — many of them newly arriving migrants and refugees — living within the state but without the means to secure safe shelter in our communities.”

Reporter Simon Ateba Sues White House for Attacking Free Press, Purging Hundreds of Journalists

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) White House correspondent for Today News Africa Simon Ateba filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration on Thursday to fight for the freedom of the press after the administration stripped the hard-pass press credentials from him and hundreds of other reporters.

The Center for American Liberty, the organization that filed the lawsuit, accused the White House of “effectively banning Ateba and more than 440 other reporters.”

“After months of not receiving answers to his inquiries from the White House press office, Mr. Ateba chose to utilize the only option available to him: speaking up during press briefings,” the lawsuit said.

“On several occasions since December 2021, Mr. Ateba asserted himself in the briefing room, speaking over other reporters and the White House Press Secretary in an attempt to make his concerns known.”

Center for American Liberty CEO Harmeet Dhillon added that the White House’s “new press credential requirements are unconstitutional and directly target Simon,” Blaze Media reported.

“By outsourcing the credentialing process, the White House is giving a group of elite-minded journalists unbridled discretion to pick and choose which reporters and outlets are worthy of holding the White House accountable,” Dhillon said.

“We urge the Court to uphold the First Amendment and declare these new requirements unconstitutional so Simon can continue to do his job.”

Ateba said that the lawsuit was not only about him, but also about “maintaining a free press and holding those in power accountable.”

“Today, President Joe Biden is in power. Tomorrow, it might be someone else. Regardless of who holds the office, no President should have the authority to decide who covers them,” he said.

“Today, the arbitrary new rules target me. Tomorrow, they might target you. This isn’t about just one individual. It’s about a free press, the cornerstone of democracy. In a democracy, people have a right to know, and journalists have a duty to tell.”

Budweiser Tents At Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Sit Empty As Boycott Continues

(Headline USA) Video footage from the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota shows Budweiser’s sponsor tents completely empty as the brand’s parent company, Anheuser-Busch, continues to battle the fall-out from its fatal partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally attracts tens of thousands of bikers from all over the world every year. More than 250,000 vehicles have passed through the area since last Friday, according to event organizers.

The event also brings in many high-profile corporate sponsors, including Budweiser, which brought in its iconic Clydesdale horses to kick off the rally on Friday.

However, rally attendees are apparently avoiding direct association with Budweiser. The brand’s tents and booths stood nearly empty at one point, according to video footage from the event.

“Right now, maybe because of the bad PR, the controversy, people [are] staying away,” said one rally attendee in a video uploaded to the TikTok account Cycledrag.

Cycledrag posted a follow-up video the next day, and found Budweiser’s tents just as empty as the day before.

“Sturgis is absolutely jam-packed,” Cycledrag notes. “The Harley[-Davidson] tent is packed, the BMW tent is packed, but Budweiser [is] having a tough go. There must be a whole lot of beer left over in there. I don’t know what to say.”

Anheuser-Busch, which owns both Budweiser and Bud Light, has suffered a catastrophic collapse in sales after Bud Light partnered with Mulvaney to celebrate the biological male influencer’s “transition to girlhood.”

In a statement last week, the heir to Anheuser-Busch blasted the company executives responsible for the partnership, and said his ancestors would be “rolling in their graves” if they could see what’s happened to its brand.

“I think my family — my ancestors would have rolled over in their graves,” Billy Busch told TMZ. “They believed that transgender, gays, that sort of thing was all a very personal issue. They loved this country because it is a free country and people are allowed to do what they want, but it was never meant to be on a beer can and never meant to be pushed in people’s faces.”

DeSantis Floats Using Drone Strikes to Crack Down on Drug Cartels

(Headline USA) Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis said this week that he would consider using drone strikes to crack down on the drug cartels along the southern border if elected president.

At a campaign stop in Iowa on Thursday, a voter asked the presidential candidate whether he would be willing to use drone and military force to secure the southern border against drug and human traffickers.

“Yes, I’ve already said that we will,” DeSantis answered. “We will lean in against the drug cartels. We will absolutely reserve a right — if they’re invading our country and killing our people — we have a right to defend this country.”

DeSantis added he’d be willing to use “whatever force we need” to hold the cartels “accountable” — and not just when they illegally cross the border into the U.S.

“We have the right to hold them accountable, and it’s not just that they happen to come over our border,” he said. “And if Mexico’s not going to help us with that, well, then we’re going to have to do what we have to do.”

DeSantis also expressed support for designating the cartels as a terrorist organization.

“They’re killing tens of thousands of Americans right now,” he said, referring to U.S. overdose deaths caused by fentanyl trafficked over the border. “They’re trafficking people into this country. They’re abusing people, sexual abuse. It’s really the worst of humanity. I would categorize them as something akin to a foreign terrorist organization. I think that’s what they’ve proven to be.”

Former President Donald Trump considered taking military action against the cartels in 2019, and has reportedly asked his 2024 campaign advisers for a range of military options he could employ against the cartels.

“‘Attacking Mexico,’ or whatever you’d like to call it, is something that President Trump has said he wants ‘battle plans’ drawn for,” a source close to the Trump campaign said in March. “He’s complained about missed opportunities of his first term, and there are a lot of people around him who want fewer missed opportunities in a second Trump presidency.”

Inflation Rose More Than Expected In Latest Federal Data

() Newly released federal inflation data shows that producer prices rose more than expected.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released its Producer Price Index, a key indicator of inflation, which showed producer prices rose 0.3% in July and 0.8% over the last 12 months, higher than expected.

“The index for final demand less foods, energy, and trade services moved up 0.2 percent in July, the largest increase since a 0.3-percent rise in February,” BLS said. “For the 12 months ended in July, prices for final demand less foods, energy, and trade services advanced 2.7 percent.”

The pricing data breaks down into goods and services and from there tracks data by category of goods or industry.

“Within the index for final demand goods in July, prices for meats rose 5.0 percent,” BLS said. “The indexes for gas fuels; hay, hayseeds, and oilseeds; utility natural gas; and motor vehicles also moved higher. In contrast, prices for diesel fuel dropped 7.1 percent. The indexes for gasoline, fresh fruits and melons, and plastic resins and materials also decreased.”

Quincy Krosby, Chief Global Strategist for LPL Financial in Charlotte, North Carolina reacted to the numbers, saying “the data-dependent Fed isn’t ready to declare victory on its campaign to quell inflation.”

The producer price data comes the same week the Consumer Price Index was released showing consumer prices rose 0.2% last month and 3.2% over the last 12 months.

“The index for shelter was by far the largest contributor to the monthly all items increase, accounting for over 90 percent of the increase, with the index for motor vehicle insurance also contributing,” BLS said. “The food index increased 0.2 percent in July after increasing 0.1 percent the previous month.”

Republicans were quick to blast President Joe Biden over the latest data.

“Inflation is hitting them every day—and costing Florida families an extra $1000 PER MONTH,” Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., wrote on social media. “That’s the cost of Bidenomics.”

Officers Fleeing L.A. Police Dept., Force Dips Below 1990s Levels

(The Los Angeles Police Department’s ranks have dropped below 9,000 officers, well short of the 9,985 it once had in 2009 and the 9,500 goal from Mayor Karen Bass. Interest in joining the police department has collapsed as well, with half of the department’s current cadet class vacant.

With an estimated city-wide population of 3.8 million, there is approximately one police officer for every 420 Los Angeles residents. Chicago and New York City, which both have significantly larger police departments than Los Angeles, both have roughly one police officer for every 220 residents, suggesting Los Angeles is severely under-equipped for policing, especially given the fact that Los Angeles is far larger and more spread out than either of the two cities.

In response to this ongoing shortage, Bass approved a new contract increasing officer recruit pay by 13% and providing 3% annual wage increases over the next three years.

“My number one job is to keep Angelenos safe,” she said in a statement. “Like many major cities across America, our police department is enduring a hiring and retention crisis so we are taking critical action.”

Former Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villaneuva blames much of this shortfall not on funding and pay, increases for which he believes will help reduce losses but not reverse them, but on the attitudes of city leaders.

“Since the summer of 2020, many city leaders have spent their time bashing police and telling them they can’t be trusted. With that very hostile work environment you’re not going to attract talent to the organization you’re busy assaulting,” Villaneuva said.

However, Villaneuva believes Bass has made strong progress by providing a more positive approach towards the city-police relationship.

“I think Bass gets the big picture idea…Bass supported when law enforcement took action on their own and held their own accountable. She’s making progress in the area that’s sorely missing,” said Villanueva.

Fulton DA Plans to Indict at Least a Dozen Republicans in Latest Trump Scheme

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, an Atlanta-area prosecutor, is expected to indict over a dozen Republicans in her partisan effort to punish supporters of former President Donald Trump for questioning the validity of the 2020 election, CNN reported.

Willis, who has made a career out of opposing the former president and every turn, has not announced the indictments yet, though there has been some speculation based upon her previous targets.

She has already demanded the testimony of former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, and has also attempted to bring in Sen. Lindsay Graham, R-S.C.

Her office will reportedly bring forward conspiracy and racketeering charges–most often reserved for criminal activity and not political campaigns. The nature of the charges indicate the sort of politically-charged trial that Willis is attempting to conduct.

Further, her legal team is expected to present her case before a Grand Jury next week, and will presumably announce another indictment of Trump in the coming weeks.

The expected indictment in Georgia will add to the increasingly-complex situation for the former president, who has been forced to deal with lawfare from the time he won the 2016 election.

As Willis has moved forward with her attempt to criminalize support for Trump, the former president has taken shots at the prosecutor for her shady past.

His campaign team released an ad that insinuated that Willis had a romantic affair with a gang member. Trump himself commented on the alleged affair earlier this week.

“I guess they say that she was after a certain gang and she ended up having an affair with the head of the gang or a gang member,” Trump said Tuesday. “And this is a person that wants to indict me.”

According to Willis, however, this accusation is “derogatory and false.”

She also prohibited her legal staff from responding to any allegations.

“You may not comment in any way on the ad or any of the negativity that may be expressed against me, your colleagues, this office in the coming days, weeks or months,” Willis wrote in a Wednesday email.

Leftists Celebrate FBI Killing Elderly Utah Man, as Family Mourns State-Sanctioned Execution

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Outrage continues to boil over the FBI’s execution of a mostly homebound, elderly Utah man whose family described him as a patriot and a caring neighbor, incapable of harming anyone.

After 75-year-old Craig Robertson posted what officials deemed threatening social media messages against President Joe Biden, the FBI raided his Provo, Utah, home and killed him.

Robertson had posted via Facebook that he was planning to clean “the dust off the M24 sniper rifle” because Biden was visiting Utah. He also noted that “perhaps Utah will become famous this week as the place a sniper took out Biden the Marxist.”

Robertson, however, was old, handicapped and essentially confined to his home. According to reports from neighbors, the FBI attacked between 6:00 and 6:30 AM Wednesday morning.

“Craig Robertson, come out with your hands up! This is the FBI,” a neighbor, who wished to remain anonymous, recounted of the raid. “It sounded like it was coming from inside my house,” the neighbor continued.

Following the shouting was a barrage of gunshots, after which authorities were seen carrying the overweight, elderly man out of his house, attempting to administer first aid care. His family released a statement following the FBI’s execution of him.

“We, the family of Craig Deeluew Robertson, are shocked and devastated by the senseless and tragic killing of our beloved father and brother, and we fervently mourn the loss of a good and decent man,” they wrote.

They remembered Robertson as “a kind and generous person” who was always “willing to assist another in need, even when advanced age, limited mobility, and other physical challenges made it more difficult and painful for him to do so.”

Emphasizing his Christian faith, the family also noted that he was extremely patriotic, but found himself “frustrated and distraught” by the corrupt Global American Empire.

Radical leftists, meanwhile, took their Red Rally battle cry and used it celebrate the FBI’s killing of the the 75-year-old retiree. “Craig Robertson was a domestic terrorist and traitor to our country. He received the same sentence that all terrorists should,” wrote one bloodthirsty activist who tagged herself a “Warrior Angel”.

“Look at their reaction,” noted commentator Jack Posobiec. “The Left wants what happened to Craig Robertson and Ashli Babbitt to happen to every Trump supporter.”
