Newsmax Hints at Damning Biden Audio Tape to Be Released in Coming Months

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) As if the data procured from an entire hard drive and a legion of whistleblowers had not produced enough evidence for an airtight impeachment case against President Joe Biden, sources suggest that a smoking-gun revelation may be just weeks away.

“Biden has a big mouth, and it got him into a lot of trouble, but he hasn’t seen the half of it yet,” Newsmax host Greg Kelly said Tuesday on his morning broadcast, according to Newsweek.

“There is an audio tape I am told by people in the know—not necessarily in government, not necessarily out of government, I can’t say too much—but there is incontrovertible evidence of Joe Biden’s corruption that is about to be made public,” Kelly added.

The moment in time hearkens back to when Linda Tripp’s audio recordings set in motion a chain of events that led to Monica Lewinsky’s blue dress, stained with the semen of then-President Bill Clinton, being the final, incontrovertible evidence needed to show he had lied under oath and sought to obstruct the work of then-independent counsel Ken Starr.

Similarly, the Watergate-era tapes implicating then-President Richard Nixon in some sort of ah hush-money cover-up related to the beak-in at the Democratic National Committee headquarters.

Some now question whether the CIA and FBI may have played a larger role than previously known in Watergate, effectively waging an internal coup against the Nixon administration in collusion with its operatives planted at the Washington Post.

Fortunately for Biden, the deep state thus far has appeared to be actively propping up the addled puppet president, having falsely claimed that Hunter Biden’s so-called laptop from Hell was Russian disinformation ahead of the 2020 election, and continuing to slow-walk investigations into the president and his son while pressuring its media and social-media contacts to censor criticism of the leftist regime and its policies.

As for what lies in store concerning Biden’s scandal, Kelly offered little in the way of detail about the tape in question.

“It’s not going to happen tomorrow, it’s not going to happen before Labor Day, but it will happen sometime between Labor Day and Halloween,” Kelly said. Nor did he know who would be releasing it.

Yet, he insisted that the tape’s release would prompt Biden to bow out of the 2024 race—something about which many on both sides of the aisle already have begun to speculate openly as the 80-year-old president’s popularity remains deeply underwater even without the prospect of a looming scandal.

While Biden’s ethical failings have long been an open secret on the Hill, his political masterstroke throughout a five-decade career in politics has been maintaining layers of separation that allowed for plausible deniability.

However, the recklessness of his drug-addict son may have proven his undoing as Biden has been forced to cover for a series of mistakes, including the abandoned laptop.

Biden’s own failing mental capacity, on top of his usual hubris, also has been a source of great concern among his handlers. He has been caught on tape ample time admitting to ethically questionable conduct, such as during a state reception recently with the Indian prime minister.

“I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared,” he told Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In 2018, Biden also notably boasted about his extortion scheme in Ukraine, during which he coerced then-President Petro Poroshenko into firing the prosecutor who was investing the Burisma energy company, after he and his son collectively received a $10 million bribe from Burisma.

“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours,” Biden bragged during a 2018 Council on Foreign Relations panel. “If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.”

“Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said.

Biden’s personal indiscretions, such as his inappropriate interactions with women and children, have also been a source of speculation regarding potential blackmail if he were to be compromised either by a foreign government or by malign powers within the U.S. bureaucracy.

McCarthy, MTG Blasted for Breaking Promise to Release All J6 Video

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Calls to boot House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., from his already tenuous leadership position grew in ferocity in response to the disclosure of a policy framework designed to slow roll the release of all J6 video tapes.

McCarthy and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., were both accused of breaking their promise to speedily release all video footage that captured the peaceful protests and subsequent short-lived riot at the Capitol. While some footage had been previously released to Fox News, and renegade journalists and whistleblowers have produced additional material, the remaining footage that federal officials are keeping secret will only be released in slow drips and under constrictive conditions.

The “parameters” being stipulated by the Committee of House Administration included the release of video “if the same or similar clips have already been made public by federal government, news media, or documentary filmmakers (i.e. not on social media).”

The dictate notified that only clips previously cleared by US Capitol Police as “non-sensitive” would be eligible for release. “Clips will generally not be released if from a camera previously identified by USCP as “sensitive,” the document added.

Accessing terminals to view the footage will be available in scheduled windows only from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The document continued:

“Viewers will be asked to leave cell phones and cameras near the door and must agree not to record footage from terminals.

Access will be subject to time restrictions to enable CHA Staff to administer this access. Access to footage or provision of video clips will be subject to CHA’s discretion and is final, not subject to appeal.

Neither the limited grant of access to the footage nor the limited provision of video clips by CHA makes or shall be interpreted to make this footage a public record for any purpose, including but not limited to the common law right of access, or any other open records law.”

American Greatness writer Julie Kelly’s blunt response to the slow roll summed up a general reaction across the board.

“Like NO,” she wrote. “I have lots of video. And it would benefit me in many ways to keep it on close hold. But I will release what I have because this is wrong,” Kelly wrote in separate tweet.

Along with demands to hold McCarthy accountable, including calls to vacate the chair, the backlash heaped on his newest House gal pal Greene was enough for her to reverse course and break the McCarthy bond.

“I called for releasing the tapes and stopped doing so when it was explained to me that groups like sedition hunters would use facial recognition software to go after more vulnerable people,” she offered as explanation in the face of blistering criticism.

Claiming her reluctance to release all the J6 videos was because she “was afraid the DOJ would unjustly target more people,” Greene apparently had the sudden epiphany that “if they can use facial recognition, why can’t we?” she proclaimed.

“Our patriots can find the feds and/or provocateurs who were involved in J6 that the DOJ protects. I’m all for releasing the tapes!” Greene insisted. “Enough of this kabuki theater, it’s time to end this. Everyone needs the truth and the weaponized government must be stopped.”

While Greene’s sentiments were lauded, her assurances rang hollow. “That sounds like an excuse,” admonished one commentator, while another lamented, “Really tired of the rhetoric and no action.”

Ex-ICE Chief Warns of ‘Third World’ Migration Invasion Amid Record High Illegals Surge

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former ICE Acting Director Ronald Vitiello issued a dire warning regarding the escalating crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border, accusing the Biden regime of implementing policies that have led to a surge in border crossings by individuals from the “third world.”

This warning comes in the wake of preliminary data that revealed a sharp increase in border patrol arrests in August, with numbers soaring to over 177,000, marking a 30% rise for the second consecutive month.

“We’ve been in the crisis since the beginning of this administration,” Vitiello said in an interview with Fox News’s Julie Banderas on Sunday.

“They made terrible choices about the policies on our southwest border, which has encouraged tens of thousands of people to come from the third world, from all over the world, actually, to come to our southwest border that’s because of the choices that they’ve made,” he added.

The former ICE chief also emphasized the alarming increase in the number of migrant families arrested at the border, surpassing the previous record set in 2019. “They are touting numbers are going down when it’s quite the opposite, it seems,” Julie Banderas commented during the interview.

Regarding the administration’s response to the crisis, Vitiello expressed deep concern and spoke of what’s to come. “What’s next? More of the same,” he added before drawing attention to the accomplishments of the Trump administration.

“They don’t care about what’s going on. They prefer this chaos over the control they had when they took over. When this administration took over, we had a 45-year low in illegal migration across the southwest border. That’s less deaths, less destruction of the border environment.”

Vitiello urged Congress and the administration to take immediate action to regain control of the border, asserting that the chaos not only threatens national security but also burdens law enforcement, public healthcare and schools across the country.

He concluded by reminding the public that the current situation is not what the majority of Americans voted for or expected when the Biden administration took office, highlighting the need for a comprehensive reevaluation of border policies to address this growing crisis.

“Nobody voted for this,” he concluded. “Nobody asked for the border to be so out of control.”

Biden’s Economic Claims Clash w/ Commerce Secretary’s Reality Check

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden delivered a Labor Day address on Monday, celebrating what he termed the success of his economic policies, which he referred to as “Bidenomics.”

However, his comments came just a day after his own Secretary of Commerce, Gina Raimondo, acknowledged the persistent challenges of inflation and rising unemployment in the United States.

That didn’t prevent Biden from gaslighting Labor Day, when he proclaimed, “Bidenomics is a blue-collar blueprint for America. It’s for you.”

He boasted that the United States possessed what he dubbed as the “strongest economy in the world right now today” and highlighted what he described as so-called achievements, including “the lowest inflation rate among any major economy” and “13.5 million new jobs.”

As reported first by Fox Business, these claims sharply contrasted with the admission made by Raimondo in a Sunday interview on CBS’s Face the Nation. Raimondo acknowledged the Department of Labor’s latest report, which indicated a rise in the unemployment rate from 3.5 to 3.8 percent in August.

Additionally, she addressed concerns about inflation, stating, “The reality is that inflation still exists, and it is something that people see on a daily basis when they go to the grocery store, or pay their rent, or pay their mortgage.”

The secretary’s remarks echoed a report released by Republicans in July, indicating that inflation had surged by “16.6% since President Biden assumed office.”

Despite acknowledging these challenges, Raimondo also emphasized the progress the Biden administration reportedly accomplished, saying, “If you look at where we are today, compared to when the president took office, it’s an unbelievable story of progress.”

Later in the interview, Raimondo concluded, “I don’t want to minimize what Americans are feeling.”

300 Illegals Use Biden’s Open Gates to Cross U.S. Border on Labor Day

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) On Labor Day morning, a single group of nearly 300 illegal immigrants walked through gates in the border wall west of Lukeville, Arizona, that were welded open by the Biden administration.

Eventually, illegals surrendered to U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at a nearby rally point, who later transported illegals to a Border Patrol processing center, Breitbart reported.

The people in the group consisted of illegals from all around the globe, including countries of Venezuela, Nicaragua, the Peoples Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

The Lukeville area is one of the busiest crossing points in the Tucson Border Patrol sector for illegals from outside of the western hemisphere, an anonymous source within CBP who is not authorized to speak to the media said.

There were also heavily armed Mexican National Guard soldiers and State Police who were patrolling the border fence along the southern side of the border, the news source said. However, it appears to be that their presence had little impact on the number of illegals who were crossing the border, the Border Patrol agents in the area said.

Flood gates in the border wall that are opened every year due to the monsoon season allowed the illegals to walk freely into the United States with little resistance, the source said, adding that until the gates are welded shut in mid-September due to the end of the season there will be illegals crossing the border non-stop.

At one of the heaviest illegal crossing areas, the news source also observed trash and debris on both sides of the border wall. On the side of Mexico, it was possible to see discarded identity documents and travel documents issued by Mexico’s National Institute of Migration that were purposely left behind by the illegals as they entered the United States.

Pentagon Can’t Find Leaked Docs Exposing Biden’s Lies about Ukraine War

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Ordering alleged Pentagon leaker Jack Teixeira to remain in pretrial detention, a U.S. judge noted Friday that the U.S. government still hasn’t recovered all of the secret records Teixeira allegedly published on a Discord server.

“The government has not found any of the physical documents Teixeira allegedly printed, nor has it located the hard drive from Teixeira’s home computer, or the digital copies of documents Teixeira may have stored electronically and then posted online,” Indira Talwani said in a Friday order.

Talwani expressed concern that Teixeira could have the records destroyed or disappeared if let out of prison. She cited government’s allegations that he replaced his cell phone shortly before his arrest. The cell phone he used previously has not been located, according to the judge.

Talwani further cited Teixeira’s alleged “weapons cache”—of which the government refuses to publish evidence, as Headline USA reported last month—as a reason to keep him caged.

The documents allegedly leaked by Teixeira show, among other things, that the U.S. has boots on the ground in Ukraine, that the U.S. the Biden administration spied on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and that the war there was going worse for Ukraine that officials were saying publicly—while shoveling more than $100 billion toward that effort.

But instead of being hailed as a whistleblower for exposing Biden’s lies and malfeasance, mainstream media outlets and Democrat politicians have accused him of being a traitor. The New York Times and government-funded publication Bellingcat went as far as help the FBI identify Teixeira as the alleged leaker.

Since then, the FBI has reportedly been visiting the homes of people who posted stories about the leaked Pentagon documents in an “intimidating” attempt to remove such content from the internet.

SpyTalk reported earlier this month that one of its readers, former U.S. Army “information warfare expert” Paul Cobaugh, was visited by the FBI last week over an article he posted on his LinkedIn account about the Pentagon leaks in April.

Cobaugh said the FBI agents’ visit “scared the hell out of my wife and still does.”

“I believe it was a message of sorts,” he told SpyTalk, adding that he refuses to be intimidated.

“Me, I’m too damn old and stubborn to quit the fight for truth and integrity,” he said.

Kamala Shacks Up w/ Soros in Her Private Residence

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris recently hosted several big-name Democrat mega-donors, including Alex Soros, at her private residence.

The younger Soros and his “roomate,” runway model Savannah Huitema, visited on May 31—days before the announcement that Soros was taking over his father, George Soros’s, philanthropic organization, Open Society Foundations, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

Wayne Jordan and Quinn Delaney, longtime Harris supporters, were present; owner of the Tampa Bay Buccanneers, Avram Glazer, was present; and television screenwriter Shonda Rhimes, also came to the meeting.

It is unclear what was discussed, though the White House log listed the location as “1st floor VPR,” indicating that they met at Harris’s private residence at the Naval Observatory.

Soros Jr. visited the White House 20 times prior to this visit. He also consistently visited with White House advisers to discuss national security, domestic policy and other issues.

The Soros scion consistently attends events with high-ranking government officials and often posts pictures of himself with them.

Recently, the young billionaire shifted the Open Society Foundation’s focus from allegedly philanthropic efforts to defeating former President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign, even publishing a very open and politically charged op-ed in Politico.

“I believe a MAGA-style Republican victory in next year’s U.S. presidential election could, in the end, be worse for the EU than for the U.S. Such an outcome will imperil European unity and undermine the progress achieved on many fronts in response to the war in Ukraine,” Soros said.

While the foundation continued to support Ukraine, Soros took shots at leaders who he viewed as unfriendly, including Trump and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

Soros dropped hundreds of thousands of dollars into Democrat campaigns, donating $700,000 to the Biden Victory Fund in his 2020 campaign. He also previously donated to the Pelosi Victory Fund, the Democratic National Committee and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

Biden Slashes Funding to Protect Kids from Internet Predators

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) As the federal bureaucracy expands to a never-before-seen scale, President Joe Biden and his administration have slashed the budget of a task force created to keep children safe from online predators, the Gateway Pundit reported.

Specifically, the Department of Justice will cut the budget of the the Internet Crimes Against Children task force, which has numerous branches throughout the United States.

According to its website, the ICAC is “dedicated to investigating, prosecuting and developing effective responses to internet crimes against children.”

The move comes as sexual abuse of children is on the rise online.

The report notes that instances of such abuse have spiked drastically according to reports from Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

Collectively, social media companies have removed “millions of posts and images that fall foul of community guidelines regarding child abuse,” according to the ICAC.

The organization has also noted that this is part of a larger trend.

“Over the past fifteen years, the number of reports of suspected child sexual abuse materials. . . made to the CyberTipline has increased by 15,000%,” the organization wrote, alluding to a 2021 report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., noted that the DOJ’s action is perfectly in line with its larger lack of concern for children who are the victims of pedophilia.

“DOJ’s blatant move to distance Joe Biden’s harmful policies from the global crime of sex trafficking should be no surprise to any of us who have seen the blatant sexualization and abuse of children this Administration is comfortable with promoting.”

Victor Marx, head of the anti-human-trafficking Christian organization All Things Possible Ministries, chimed in.

“I think they’re trying to lower their culpability and responsibility,” he said.

“They’re having to lower and lessen their footprint and their position on this because believe me, it’s horrible and stories are going to start to come out.”

States w/ Weaker Marijuana Laws See More Impaired Driving

(Casey Harper, The Center Square) States with less restrictive marijuana policies have higher incidents of residents driving while high, a new report finds.

The Drug Free America Foundation released a new report showing that states that have legalized or weakened restrictions around high-THC marijuana, either for medical or recreational use, saw 32% more marijuana-impaired driving than states that have not adopted the same policies.

According to DFAF, the 18 states with less restrictive marijuana policies have seen far more cases of impaired driving of this kind, something that medical research shows can be very dangerous.

“In 2017, eight states had adopted full recreational marijuana programs (Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington) and ten states had enacted higher-THC medicinal programs (Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont),” the report said. “Incidentally, seven of these states have since adopted full recreational programs. Adding to the concern is the fact that fatalities in the U.S. from marijuana-impaired drivers have risen dramatically between 2000.”

The report also points out that the potency of marijuana has skyrocketed in recent decades. This can lead to users taking in far more THC than they realize before getting behind the wheel.

“With these new products out there…especially with edibles and things, you might use one edible and not feel anything for the first 15 or 20 minutes, so next thing you know, you’ve eaten seven gummy bears or five cookies, and you don’t know when it’s going to hit you or how bad it’s going to hit you,” Amy Ronshausen, who leads DFAF, told The Center Square.

“And if that’s happening when you are behind the wheel of a car, that’s not a good thing,” she added.

Research from AAA and others has found that marijuana use significantly impairs drivers. On top of that, mixing alcohol and marijuana can create greater effects than either substance taken on its own.

“Research shows that marijuana can impair drivers in a variety of ways,” said AAA, which has conducted its own research backing this idea. “It can affect psychomotor functions such as attention, reaction time and coordination, but generally it appears to affect automated or routine driving more than tasks requiring conscious effort. Further, numerous laboratory-based studies have demonstrated that marijuana use impairs many aspects of cognitive and physical function that are necessary for safe driving.

“Marijuana can decrease car handling, can impair performance and attention while increasing reaction times, following distance and lane deviation,” AAA added.

Ronshausen said while most Americans are aware of the impact that alcohol can have on their driving, there is less awareness about the impact of marijuana.

“The general public, they see marijuana as somehow safer,” Ronshausen said. “We did a really good job at the ‘Don’t drink and drive’ message, but apparently we have not done as well of a job at the impaired driving message overall.

“You have a lot of people who haven’t really used marijuana since they were in college, and today’s marijuana is such a different product,” she added. “It’s such a higher potency. Like all drugs today, they are a higher potency and more pure…”

Ronshausen added people are often taking THC products that are far more potent than they realize.

“And there’s such a wide variety of products out there that do run the spectrum of potency, and with alcohol that’s more understandable,” she said. “You know that there’s going to be a difference between a glass of wine and Everclear, but when you are looking at these products, most people probably don’t look to see or even know, depending on how they are getting their product, what the potency is.”

Use among youth is also an issue.

“It is critical that these results impact future policy debates, especially since enforcement data shows that between 11 to 23 percent of recreational marijuana sold ends up in the hands of minors,” the DFAF report said. “On top of that, consumption lounges, now legal in seven states (Nevada, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, Illinois, Colorado, and California), and drive-up pot shops will keep spurring increased occurrences of marijuana intoxication and driving.”

San Fran Dems Leave Schools w/ Multi-Million Dollar Deficits, Decreased Enrollment

(Shirleen Guerra, The Center Square) The San Francisco Unified School District is projecting general fund deficits ranging from $25.3 million to $37.6 million over the next three years while facing a significant decline in enrollment.

That’s according to documents the school board received in its Aug. 29 meeting. The district general fund expenditures are $744 million in the 2023-24 school year. The deficits run from 2023-24 through 2025-26.

“Additional investments, including salary increases, will not be feasible within the District’s financial means,” the report stated.

The district is facing a staffing shortage in many different departments, the report stated.

In 2022-23, 15% of classrooms were staffed by substitute teachers or teachers on special assignment. This was also the case for the start of the 2023-24 school year.

Custodial Services and Student Nutritional Services departments had a 25% staffing shortage. The Buildings & Grounds department had a 50% staffing shortage in its heating and ventilation shop.

According to the report, the increase in vacant positions in classrooms is primarily due to the compensation schedule and insufficient incentives for long-term teacher retention.

The current average starting salary for a teacher is $64,000. The average teacher salary increases to $90,000 in mid-career, with the highest reported salary being $110,000.

Enrollment fell by over 4,000 students over the past decade, from 52,989 students in 2012-13 to 48,907 in 2022-23.

The district is also expecting an additional loss of 4,600 students by 2032.

The district did not respond to a request seeking comment.
