Federal Judge Forces Tenn. Kids to Endure LGBT, Drag Queen Grooming Acts

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Tennessee children can be exposed to far-leftist gender ideology grooming without having to worry about any consequence or backlash, after a federal judge issued a ruling that banned a district attorney from enforcing child-shielding laws.

The judge’s ruling effectively blocks the state from enforcing laws mean to protect young kids from being subjected to sexually charged and explicit performances promoted by “Pride” events.

When Blount County District Attorney Ryan Desmond last month informed Pride event organizers that he intended to enforce the state’s Adult Entertainment Act, the ACLU and drag queen groomer Flamy Grant sued to prevent Desmond from enforcing the law.

The AEA, which state lawmakers approved earlier this year, bans “adult cabaret” from within 1,000 feet of childcare facilities, schools, public parks or places of worship. It also defines adult cabaret as adult-oriented performances “that feature topless dancers, go-go entertainers, exotic dancers, strippers, male or female impersonators or similar entertainers,” the Advocate reported.

“It is certainly possible that the event in question will not violate any of the criminal statutes,” Desmond wrote in a letter to the Pride organizers. “However if sufficient evidence is presented to this office that these referenced criminal statutes have been violated, our office will ethically and justly prosecute these cases in the interest of justice.”

Not anymore, after U.S. District Judge Ronnie Greer slapped a temporary restraining order on the DA to prevent him from enforcing the law.

“Protecting children from obscene and lewd behavior is not a new idea. We need to let kids be kids, and the state has legal authority to ensure their protection,” South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said earlier this year, when a separate judge had also blocked enforcement of Tennessee’s law.

South Carolina led a coalition of states to challenge the ruling on appeal, according to the Center Square. States joining the cause include Alabama, Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia and West Virginia.

DNC Shill Donna Brazile’s Viral Trump Warning Could Portend Drastic Measures

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) The Democratic National Committee’s ex-chair, Donna Brazile, issued a stern warning to the left regarding former President Donald Trump and the larger MAGA movement.

Brazile made her comments in a recent appearance on ABC News, Revolver News reported.

While many on the right understood her message to be a concession that Trump has fundamentally changed the game, others have speculated that Brazile’s argument has some rather dangerous implications.

According to Brazile, the left can no longer “apply the old political rules” to defeat Trump.

Comparing him unfavorably to Reagan and Obama, Brazile argued that those previous presidents at least stood up for “American values,” even though Reagan was “reactionary.”

Obama, she noted, stood for “hope and change,” thereby galvanizing the American people.

In contrast, Trump, she argued, must be defeated at all costs. She specifically noted that no number of investigations, indictments, or mugshots appear to be capable of slowing down Trump’s momentum.

“I’ve never seen anything like this with Donald Trump. I mean, what doesn’t kill you make you stronger? I mean, being convict — I mean, being indicted, that’s making him stronger? Raising $10 million using an ugly mug shot to raise money? This is a movement.”

In conclusion, Brazile added that the “old political rules” will not work.

“We have to respect the fact that it’s a movement. Our current strategies are failing. Time to up our game.”

In response to the extreme rhetoric coming from the left, Tucker Carlson noted that the next step is to try to assassinate the former president, since the left appears to be out of legal or political solutions.

“You begin with criticism, then you go to protest, then you go to impeachment, now you go to indictment, what’s next?” Carlson wondered.

In his view, the Washington uniparty is so threatened by Trump that they may be willing to reach to extreme measures.

“We’re speeding towards assassination,” he concluded.

Popular Game ‘Call of Duty’ Uses AI to Censor ‘Toxicity’ in Chats

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Activision–Blizzard, the video game company responsible for producing the Call of Duty franchise, announced that they will deploy an artificial intelligence tool to censor “toxic” speech.

The AI tool would have the power to monitor players in real time, censoring or banning them outright if the offense is severe enough, according to a report from Breitbart.

Activision announced the partnership with Modulate, an AI company, excited for the integration of their voice moderation tool known as ToxMod.

Modern Warfare 2, Warzone 2 and upcoming Modern Warfare 3 will all have the technology.

The video game creator said ToxMod will “identify in real-time and enforce against toxic speech—including hate speech, discriminatory language, harassment and more.”

Bans from video games can cost players hundreds of dollars, with the game starting at $69.99 to pre-order, on top of the initial investment in a gaming system.

Moreover, whatever in-game purchases the player opts to buy may be totally useless at a slip of the tongue—or even based on a simple misunderstanding from the AI algorithm’s inability to distinguish nuance and context.

As AI’s power continues to grow, many leading voices in the tech field issued warnings against the further expansion of the technology.

Several leaders in the Big Tech sector, including Elon Musk, signed a letter to pause training artificial intelligence until researchers can do so ethically.

Several AI companies faced lawsuits for stealing private information to train their programs.

“The proliferation of AI—including Defendants’ products—pose an existential threat if not constrained by the reasonable guardrails of our laws and societal mores,” said a lawsuit against OpenAI, which allegedly stole private online content to teach Chat GPT.

“Defendants’ business and scraping practices raise fundamentally important legal and ethical questions that must also be addressed,” it continued. “Enforcing the law will not amount to stifling AI innovation, but rather a safe and just AI future for all.”

A recent report asserted that artificial intelligence will create an estimated 90% of online content by 2026.

President Joe Biden tasked Vice President Kamala Harris with the handling of AI regulation in May, but apart from securing voluntary commitments from several major tech companies to ensure the safety of their AI products, the White House has made no apparent progress in developing a clear set of guidelines.

Questions Linger over What Obama Knew During Biden Bribery Scandal

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) As the investigation continues to reveal the corruption and scandal engaged in by the Biden family, questions have arisen as to how much former President Barack Obama knew at the time, Just the News reported.

As the extent of the corruption in the White House becomes more clear, some investigators have noted that they have started to question how all of this happened without then-President Obama knowing about it.

“I think that one question I have is, I wonder what President Obama knew about his vice president’s corrupt business schemes with his son,” House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer said.

According to Comer, Hunter Biden’s boldness appears to have increased after his father backed out of the 2016 race, ceding his spot to Hillary Clinton and thereby gaining some influence over White House affairs.

Until that time, Biden “really had no role in the Obama administration.” And yet “that’s when he suddenly wanted to be a foreign policy expert in all the corrupt countries around the world,” he added.

Comer also accused Joe Biden of “using his son Hunter, as the front man” for his foreign deals.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich went so far as to suggest that the House ought to expand the breadth of its probe to include the former president and closeted homosexual.

“All of this is occurring while Obama’s president,” Gingrich noted, adding that it is extremely unlikely that Obama would not have known about it.

“None of this could have happened without his active knowledge” Gingrich continued. “It’s just not possible. So what you have is Obama weaponizing the Justice Department, breaking down the rule of law, establishing a defense for any left winger who wants to be corrupt, and at the same time, using the government to launch attacks on Donald Trump, because they’re so frightened of him.”

In the view of the former congressman, the Biden scandal is likely just the tip of the iceberg.

“There’s an entire system of corruption, lawlessness and weaponization that is far beyond Joe Biden.”

Passenger’s Diarrhea Forces Flight from Atlanta to Spain to Turn Around

(Robert Jonathan, Headline USA) An incident aboard a flight from Atlanta to Spain perhaps gave an alternative meaning to the venerable advertising slogan Delta Is Ready When You Are.

Barcelona-bound Delta Air Lines Flight 194 was in the air for about two hours when it had to turn back on Friday evening reportedly because of a passenger’s digestive distress.

An audio clip that purports to be the pilot speaking on the radio to air traffic control was shared on social media and succinctly described what apparently happened.

“It’s just a biohazard issue. We’ve had a passenger who had diarrhea all the way through the airplane, so they want us to come back to Atlanta.”

In response to the radio transmission, one Twitter user (among many who weighed in) joked, “DL194, you’re number 2 for landing.”

A man who said he was on that very plane explained the following on Twitter:

“Both my wife and I were on the flight. It was a mess. The pilots made the right decision to turn around. The ground crew ripped out the carpet and put new in. Considering the circumstances, the ground crew did a great job, along the attendants and the pilots.”

Without providing specific confirmation of what occurred on the Airbus A350 with 300-plus passengers that was diverted back to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Delta did release a statement:

“Delta flight 194 from Atlanta to Barcelona returned to Atlanta following an onboard medical issue. Our teams worked as quickly and safely as possible to get our customers to their final destination. We sincerely apologize to our customers for the delay and inconvenience to their travel plans.”

After the original flight was scrubbed, as it were, Delta reportedly reboarded the passengers and crew on the aircraft, which made it to Barcelona without any further turbulence, albeit about eight hours late.

Another Twitter user relayed this eyewitness narrative:

“My partner was on that flight! It was pretty bad. It was dribbled down the aisle, smelled horrible. The vanilla scented disinfectant used on it only made it smell like vanilla s***. After the plane landed, it was thoroughly cleaned. They didn’t leave until around 2:30 am.”

Whether the traveler with the gastrointestinal issue also continued on that flight to Europe is unknown at this writing. Hopefully that person is back in good health.

Commercial air traveler has become metaphorically crappy, what with, for example, long security checkpoints, cancellations and missed connections for various reasons, sardine-like seating, and passengers acting out at the gate or on the plane, but this incident appears to be a whole new “departure.”

Biden Claims Rehoboth Beach Home not a ‘Vacation Spot’

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) President Joe Biden claimed despite being at his vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, he was not on vacation this last weekend.

Biden said the Secret Service was in the process of upgrading the security at his other home in Wilmington to “make it secure,” according to the Daily Wire.

“The reason I’m here today, just for one day—I know people [say] I’m on vacation, I’m not,” Biden said to reporters.

“I have no home to go to,” he continued. “Secret Service has torn my house up in a good way to make it secure. So I have no place to go when I come to Delaware except here right now. I’m only here for one day.”

When a reporter followed up asking if he was homeless, Biden said “I’m not homeless, I just have one home.”

Biden previously stated that the Secret Service worked to install bullet-proof windows in his Wilmington home—a project that apparently started in April.

However, blurring of the lines in using the houses to receive political guests—and his mix of vacation time with fundraising—has raised questions about his ethics after declaring his would be an administration of extraordinary transparency.

Oddly, while the Secret Service has closed off Biden’s home for his personal use, his campaign recently declared that it was to be his campaign headquarters for the upcoming presidential election, raising even more questions about when Biden intended to launch his campaign in earnest.

Biden’s home in Wilmington also has doubled as a crime scene, having been the location where the then senator and vice president stored secret caches of classified documents illegally in his garage and study.

And it was the site where his son Hunter made at least one phone call to Chinese business partners threatening to extort them if he did not receive the money from a transaction—ostensibly by involving his father in foreign policy entanglements.

It is unclear to what extent special counsel David Weiss, who is investigating the Biden’s corrupt business deals, has access to the site during its construction.

Biden departed from Delaware early Monday morning and arrived in Philadelphia for a Labor Day speech to the Sheet Metal Workers union, where he discussed the importance of unions and the validity of “Bidenomics.”

“[The Biden administration is] replacing trickle-down economics with what everyone on Wall Street is referring to these days as Bidenomics, and guess what? It’s working,” he said. ‘It’s about building the economy from the middle out and the bottom up not the top down.”

While Biden only spent a single day at his vacation home this weekend, he took an unusually large amount of personal trips through his administration.

Since taking office, Biden spent 40% of his presidency on personal vacations, adding up to 382 of the 957 days he’s occupied the White House.

“We have millions of illegal immigrants pouring across our borders. Violent crime is surging. Inflation is crushing hard-working Americans. Our enemies around the world are emboldened,” Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-NY, said. “Meanwhile, Joe Biden is filmed on the beach with his handlers preventing him from speaking to the media to answer basic questions Americans deserve answers to.”

Newsmax Hints at Damning Biden Audio Tape to Be Released in Coming Months

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) As if the data procured from an entire hard drive and a legion of whistleblowers had not produced enough evidence for an airtight impeachment case against President Joe Biden, sources suggest that a smoking-gun revelation may be just weeks away.

“Biden has a big mouth, and it got him into a lot of trouble, but he hasn’t seen the half of it yet,” Newsmax host Greg Kelly said Tuesday on his morning broadcast, according to Newsweek.

“There is an audio tape I am told by people in the know—not necessarily in government, not necessarily out of government, I can’t say too much—but there is incontrovertible evidence of Joe Biden’s corruption that is about to be made public,” Kelly added.

The moment in time hearkens back to when Linda Tripp’s audio recordings set in motion a chain of events that led to Monica Lewinsky’s blue dress, stained with the semen of then-President Bill Clinton, being the final, incontrovertible evidence needed to show he had lied under oath and sought to obstruct the work of then-independent counsel Ken Starr.

Similarly, the Watergate-era tapes implicating then-President Richard Nixon in some sort of ah hush-money cover-up related to the beak-in at the Democratic National Committee headquarters.

Some now question whether the CIA and FBI may have played a larger role than previously known in Watergate, effectively waging an internal coup against the Nixon administration in collusion with its operatives planted at the Washington Post.

Fortunately for Biden, the deep state thus far has appeared to be actively propping up the addled puppet president, having falsely claimed that Hunter Biden’s so-called laptop from Hell was Russian disinformation ahead of the 2020 election, and continuing to slow-walk investigations into the president and his son while pressuring its media and social-media contacts to censor criticism of the leftist regime and its policies.

As for what lies in store concerning Biden’s scandal, Kelly offered little in the way of detail about the tape in question.

“It’s not going to happen tomorrow, it’s not going to happen before Labor Day, but it will happen sometime between Labor Day and Halloween,” Kelly said. Nor did he know who would be releasing it.

Yet, he insisted that the tape’s release would prompt Biden to bow out of the 2024 race—something about which many on both sides of the aisle already have begun to speculate openly as the 80-year-old president’s popularity remains deeply underwater even without the prospect of a looming scandal.

While Biden’s ethical failings have long been an open secret on the Hill, his political masterstroke throughout a five-decade career in politics has been maintaining layers of separation that allowed for plausible deniability.

However, the recklessness of his drug-addict son may have proven his undoing as Biden has been forced to cover for a series of mistakes, including the abandoned laptop.

Biden’s own failing mental capacity, on top of his usual hubris, also has been a source of great concern among his handlers. He has been caught on tape ample time admitting to ethically questionable conduct, such as during a state reception recently with the Indian prime minister.

“I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared,” he told Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In 2018, Biden also notably boasted about his extortion scheme in Ukraine, during which he coerced then-President Petro Poroshenko into firing the prosecutor who was investing the Burisma energy company, after he and his son collectively received a $10 million bribe from Burisma.

“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours,” Biden bragged during a 2018 Council on Foreign Relations panel. “If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.”

“Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said.

Biden’s personal indiscretions, such as his inappropriate interactions with women and children, have also been a source of speculation regarding potential blackmail if he were to be compromised either by a foreign government or by malign powers within the U.S. bureaucracy.

McCarthy, MTG Blasted for Breaking Promise to Release All J6 Video

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Calls to boot House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., from his already tenuous leadership position grew in ferocity in response to the disclosure of a policy framework designed to slow roll the release of all J6 video tapes.

McCarthy and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., were both accused of breaking their promise to speedily release all video footage that captured the peaceful protests and subsequent short-lived riot at the Capitol. While some footage had been previously released to Fox News, and renegade journalists and whistleblowers have produced additional material, the remaining footage that federal officials are keeping secret will only be released in slow drips and under constrictive conditions.

The “parameters” being stipulated by the Committee of House Administration included the release of video “if the same or similar clips have already been made public by federal government, news media, or documentary filmmakers (i.e. not on social media).”

The dictate notified that only clips previously cleared by US Capitol Police as “non-sensitive” would be eligible for release. “Clips will generally not be released if from a camera previously identified by USCP as “sensitive,” the document added.

Accessing terminals to view the footage will be available in scheduled windows only from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The document continued:

“Viewers will be asked to leave cell phones and cameras near the door and must agree not to record footage from terminals.

Access will be subject to time restrictions to enable CHA Staff to administer this access. Access to footage or provision of video clips will be subject to CHA’s discretion and is final, not subject to appeal.

Neither the limited grant of access to the footage nor the limited provision of video clips by CHA makes or shall be interpreted to make this footage a public record for any purpose, including but not limited to the common law right of access, or any other open records law.”

American Greatness writer Julie Kelly’s blunt response to the slow roll summed up a general reaction across the board.

“Like NO,” she wrote. “I have lots of video. And it would benefit me in many ways to keep it on close hold. But I will release what I have because this is wrong,” Kelly wrote in separate tweet.

Along with demands to hold McCarthy accountable, including calls to vacate the chair, the backlash heaped on his newest House gal pal Greene was enough for her to reverse course and break the McCarthy bond.

“I called for releasing the tapes and stopped doing so when it was explained to me that groups like sedition hunters would use facial recognition software to go after more vulnerable people,” she offered as explanation in the face of blistering criticism.

Claiming her reluctance to release all the J6 videos was because she “was afraid the DOJ would unjustly target more people,” Greene apparently had the sudden epiphany that “if they can use facial recognition, why can’t we?” she proclaimed.

“Our patriots can find the feds and/or provocateurs who were involved in J6 that the DOJ protects. I’m all for releasing the tapes!” Greene insisted. “Enough of this kabuki theater, it’s time to end this. Everyone needs the truth and the weaponized government must be stopped.”

While Greene’s sentiments were lauded, her assurances rang hollow. “That sounds like an excuse,” admonished one commentator, while another lamented, “Really tired of the rhetoric and no action.”

Ex-ICE Chief Warns of ‘Third World’ Migration Invasion Amid Record High Illegals Surge

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former ICE Acting Director Ronald Vitiello issued a dire warning regarding the escalating crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border, accusing the Biden regime of implementing policies that have led to a surge in border crossings by individuals from the “third world.”

This warning comes in the wake of preliminary data that revealed a sharp increase in border patrol arrests in August, with numbers soaring to over 177,000, marking a 30% rise for the second consecutive month.

“We’ve been in the crisis since the beginning of this administration,” Vitiello said in an interview with Fox News’s Julie Banderas on Sunday.

“They made terrible choices about the policies on our southwest border, which has encouraged tens of thousands of people to come from the third world, from all over the world, actually, to come to our southwest border that’s because of the choices that they’ve made,” he added.

The former ICE chief also emphasized the alarming increase in the number of migrant families arrested at the border, surpassing the previous record set in 2019. “They are touting numbers are going down when it’s quite the opposite, it seems,” Julie Banderas commented during the interview.

Regarding the administration’s response to the crisis, Vitiello expressed deep concern and spoke of what’s to come. “What’s next? More of the same,” he added before drawing attention to the accomplishments of the Trump administration.

“They don’t care about what’s going on. They prefer this chaos over the control they had when they took over. When this administration took over, we had a 45-year low in illegal migration across the southwest border. That’s less deaths, less destruction of the border environment.”

Vitiello urged Congress and the administration to take immediate action to regain control of the border, asserting that the chaos not only threatens national security but also burdens law enforcement, public healthcare and schools across the country.

He concluded by reminding the public that the current situation is not what the majority of Americans voted for or expected when the Biden administration took office, highlighting the need for a comprehensive reevaluation of border policies to address this growing crisis.

“Nobody voted for this,” he concluded. “Nobody asked for the border to be so out of control.”

Biden’s Economic Claims Clash w/ Commerce Secretary’s Reality Check

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden delivered a Labor Day address on Monday, celebrating what he termed the success of his economic policies, which he referred to as “Bidenomics.”

However, his comments came just a day after his own Secretary of Commerce, Gina Raimondo, acknowledged the persistent challenges of inflation and rising unemployment in the United States.

That didn’t prevent Biden from gaslighting Labor Day, when he proclaimed, “Bidenomics is a blue-collar blueprint for America. It’s for you.”

He boasted that the United States possessed what he dubbed as the “strongest economy in the world right now today” and highlighted what he described as so-called achievements, including “the lowest inflation rate among any major economy” and “13.5 million new jobs.”

As reported first by Fox Business, these claims sharply contrasted with the admission made by Raimondo in a Sunday interview on CBS’s Face the Nation. Raimondo acknowledged the Department of Labor’s latest report, which indicated a rise in the unemployment rate from 3.5 to 3.8 percent in August.

Additionally, she addressed concerns about inflation, stating, “The reality is that inflation still exists, and it is something that people see on a daily basis when they go to the grocery store, or pay their rent, or pay their mortgage.”

The secretary’s remarks echoed a report released by Republicans in July, indicating that inflation had surged by “16.6% since President Biden assumed office.”

Despite acknowledging these challenges, Raimondo also emphasized the progress the Biden administration reportedly accomplished, saying, “If you look at where we are today, compared to when the president took office, it’s an unbelievable story of progress.”

Later in the interview, Raimondo concluded, “I don’t want to minimize what Americans are feeling.”
