Long Island Town Offers to Take Endangered NYC Statues of Founding Fathers

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) A town of Long Islanders recently volunteered to take in statues of famous American historical figures, such as George Washington and Christopher Columbus, in order to prevent their imminent destruction by New York City bureaucrats.

Officials in the town of Brookhaven said they had several open spots where the statues could reside, and even offered to cover the cost of dismantling and shipping them from New York, according to the New York Post.

“You know, I didn’t want to comment on whether that was right or wrong because that’s a decision of the city,” said Town Supervisor Edward Romaine. “But I said, ‘If you’re going to do that, hey, we’ll take the statues.’”

Romaine praised the American founding fathers, saying the townspeople would “welcome having those statues.”

Despite facing a major budget shortfall and other priorities related to its ongoing immigration crisis, the far-left New York City Council recently voted to prioritize the removal of artwork and statues of historical figures with allegedly “problematic” pasts.

Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Peter Stuyvesant all owned slaves, making them politically incorrect historical figures according to the so-called scholarship of current critical-race theorist.

Following the work of Marxist-based historical revisionists such as Howard Zinn, modern historians often interpret Columbus as having treated Indians cruelly.

Romaine explained, however, that many of the figures had historical connections to the town of Brookhaven. Washington toured the city after the Revolutionary War; founding father Willaim Floyd lived in the town for much of his life.

“The Brookhaven Town Board knows the importance of our history in bringing us to the place we are today,” the letter sent to the NYC city council said.

“If we look through our eyes today and try to judge them for what they did years ago as some people may do they come away with a different view,” he added. “I look at their contribution to history overall. I look at what they’ve done.”

Brookhaven contains 20 to 25 parks, leaving plenty of space for the historic statues.

New York City Councilwoman Sandy Nurse, D-Brooklyn, who authored the bill, claimed she presented it to New York City’s Cultural Affairs Committee as a correction of history, not a cancellation of it.

Nurse said that if the statues could not come down altogether, the city should place plaques next to them explaining the sins of the subject.

“It’s a reckoning with the historical injustices that continue to haunt our cities,” she said.

The bill also would create a reparations task force similar to those that have controversially suggested remitting billions of dollars to black citizens for the historical atrocities their ancestors may or may not have experienced during slavery.

The practice was legal in New York from the early 1600s until it was abolished in 1827.

Leftist Muckraker Michael Wolff Claims DeSantis Kicked Tucker Carlson’s Dog in New Smear

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Author Michael Wolff will soon publish a new book, The Fall: the End of Fox News and the Murdoch Dynasty, detailing the drama that took place inside Fox News and among the biggest names in conservative politics, the Daily Mail reported.

The left-wing muckraker’s scandal-mongering book includes allegations about numerous conservative icons, but particularly Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former Fox News star Tucker Carlson.

According to Wolff, the DeSantis and Carlson families dined together one evening at the Carlson home as Fox New executives hoped to sway Carlson’s favor for their preferred candidate in the 2024 GOP primary. However, things quickly went awry.

“For two hours Ron DeSantis sat at her table talking in an outdoor voice indoors, failing to observe any basics of conversation ritual or propriety, reeling off an unselfconscious list of his programs and initiatives and political accomplishments,” Wolff wrote of the encounter.

He also claimed that DeSantis was dismissive of any opposition to his ideas, and that he kicked one of the Carlson family dogs under the table.

“DeSantis pushed the dog under the table,” Wolff wrote, wondering, “had he kicked the dog?”

From that moment on, Wolff declared—seemingly with no evidence—Carlson believed that DeSantis was a “fascist.”

Naturally, DeSantis’s office denied the unfounded claims.

Andrew Romeo, the governor’s communications director, denied the story.

“The totality of that story is absurd and false,” he wrote, adding that “some will say or write anything to attack Ron DeSantis because they know he presents a threat to their worldview.”

Leftist media previously attempted to push the narrative that Carlson had a vendetta against GOP frontrunner Donald Trump after Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation lawsuit against Fox led to the leak of a series of out-of-context private text messages from Carlson in which he said, among other things, of the former president, “I hate him passionately.”

Carlson later denied having any sort of ill will against Trump, however. He has since interviewed both Trump and DeSantis in what most would consider to be favorable terms while going particularly tough on former Vice President Mike Pence and former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson.

Wolff’s book claims that prior to his unceremonious ouster in April from Fox News, Carlson had considered running for president himself in order to escape his contract with the network.

Wolff also purported to be spilling the beans about Fox host Sean Hannity, claiming that Fox Corporation Chairman Rupert Murdoch found Hannity to be “retarded.”

“He’s retarded, like most Americans,” the Australian media mogul allegedly stated.

Though Wolff claims to have tried to contact every person mentioned in his gossip book, officials at Fox News said that he never contacted the corporation.

Senior FBI Official from J6 Case Feels ‘Absolutely Awful’ for Provocateur Ray Epps

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) J6 provocateur Ray Epps has been publicly defended by the New York Times, 60 Minutes and the Democrat-led Jan. 6th Commission.

Add one more Epps defender to that list: retired senior FBI official Steven D’Antuono, who oversaw the bureau’s controversial Gov. Gretchen Whitmer kidnap case before being moved to lead the Washington DC field office during the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Hill protest-turned-riot.

According to an interview transcript of D’Antuono and the House Judiciary Committee released on Tuesday, the retired FBI official feels “absolutely awful” for Epps—the J6 provocateur seen on video encouraging other protestors to breach the Capitol.

D’Antuono said he’s never watched the footage of Epps provocative activities, but he nevertheless feels bad for him.

“I feel awful for Mr. Epps because he has been wrongly accused of being a [confidential human source] and I think it’s ruined his life,” D’Antuono told the committee.

“So it’s horrible. And, to my knowledge, I know nothing about Mr. Epps being a CHS for the Bureau.”

D’Antuono blamed the FBI’s lack of transparency for the allegations that Epps was an agent provacatuer. Epps was originally on the FBI’s Most Wanted list before being removed without explanation—fueling speculation that he was a protected asset.

“I feel absolutely awful for Mr. Epps that it came to that, and no one [in the FBI] was responding. And then all this rumor and innuendo was out there by media and everyone else that we could’ve maybe answered,” he said.

“I’m a realist too. A lot of people don’t believe what the FBI has to say nowadays anyway, so we could say until we’re blue in the face, ‘I’m saying right here that Ray Epps is not a CHS,’ and people are not going to believe me,” he added.

D’Antuono further said he didn’t know how many FBI informants were present at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. He guessed that there were a “handful,” but said most of them would have been run through other field offices.

Epps is currently suing Fox News over former host Tucker Carlson’s reports that raise suspicions about him.

About 2.5 years after J6, Epps was finally charged on Monday with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

His lawsuit said that the criminal charge against him disproves the theory that he was a federal asset who encouraged Trump supporters to commit violence on Jan. 6.

“In May 2023, the Department of Justice notified Epps that it would seek to charge him criminally for events on January 6, 2021—two-and-a-half years later. The relentless attacks by Fox and [Tucker] Carlson and the resulting political pressure likely resulted in the criminal charges,” Epps said in the lawsuit.

“Although it is difficult to believe that the Department of Justice would have pursued this matter if Fox had not focused its likes on Epps, ultimately the criminal charges conclusively demonstrate the falsehood of the story that Mr. Carlson and Fox told about Epps.”

Epps hasn’t specified what aspect of the Fox/Carlson was disproven. Other FBI informants, such as Enrique Tarrio of the Proud Boys, were charged in relation to J6, and it’s a common tactic for law enforcement to criminally charge informants to bolster their cover stories.

Furthermore, the seminal reporting on Epps doesn’t accuse him of being an FBI informant specifically, but raises questions about whether he might have been working for another agency.

Top FBI Official in Whitmer Kidnap Case Blames Assistants, Headquarters for Wrongdoing

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) As the former special agent in charge of the FBI’s Detroit field office, recently retired senior FBI official Steven D’Antuono oversaw the bureau’s controversial investigation into militias that were allegedly plotting to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer—a case that was later revealed to be rife with wrongdoing by undercover agents and informants.

D’Antuono has made headlines in conservative media in recent months for criticizing how the Justice Department is handling the Donald Trump classified documents case, but he still hasn’t answered for his role in the Whitmer case.

But according to D’Antuono, his assistant social agents in charge and the FBI Headquarters in Washington DC are to blame for any wrongdoing in Michigan.

In an interview transcript with the House Judiciary Committee released on Tuesday, D’Antuono claimed to have little to do with the Whitmer case. His statement was in response to a question about whether he knew that the informants in the Whitmer case “had issues with their past reporting.”

“I have an [assistant special agent in charge], a supervisor, and the case agents dealing with this. There were several ASACs because it crossed a lot of different territories, the Eastern and Western District of Michigan. Two U.S. Attorney’s Offices involved too,” he said of his time in the Detroit field office.

“I was getting briefed on it. I wasn’t involved in the inner workings of what was going on,” he said.

D’Antuono pled ignorance to issues such as informants provoking the defendants to criminality, or the fact that one of the defendants—Adam Fox—was destitute.

“I was aware that he was living at the basement of a vacuum shop, but I was not aware of the no running water and no toilet,” he said. “I don’t believe that ever came up to me.”

The retired FBI official did, however, recall that one of the FBI agents in the case savagely beat his wife.

“So that was just like, oy vey, you know?” he said of the incident. “That’s not good.”

D’Antuono further revealed that the FBI’s headquarters in Washington DC was heavily involved in the case.

“It’s a [domestic terrorism] case, so it comes into the [Domestic Terrorism Operations Section] and program management of headquarters, right? So there would’ve been opinions thrown back and forth, and I believe there was conversations going back and forth between my people and DTOS and our [Chief Division Counsel] and everyone to say, is there enough predication to open the case?” D’Antuono told the committee.

“It’s one of the higher sensitive cases in the Bureau,” he said.

Despite admitting the high sensitivity of the Whitmer case, later in the interview D’Antuono downplayed the significance of the FBI’s 2020 militia investigation, which spanned at least 15 different states.

“So this case would’ve just been one case out of so many others,” the retired FBI agent claimed.

“It wasn’t that, like, ‘Oh, my gosh, this is the most incredible case in the world’-type stuff. No. I had a violent crime issue in Detroit too, right?”

D’Antuono was promoted from Detroit special agent in charge to lead the Washington DC field office days after the Whitmer case defendants were arrested, and months before the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Hill protest took place under his watch. He retired in December 2022 after Republicans took the House and signaled that they’d be investigating the FBI.

According to Tuesday’s interview transcript, a committee staffer asked D’Antuono who in the FBI can provide more information about the Whitmer case, and he recommended three of his then-assistant special agents in charge from Detroit. Two of them are still with the bureau, he said.

But when asked for their names, D’Antuono waffled.

“I don’t want to throw them under the bus,” he said. The interview transcript doesn’t make it clear whether he provided the names to the committee.

Biden Moves Closer to Martial Law w/ Exec. Order Creating Civilian ‘Climate’ Army

(Headline USA) When Americans quickly needed to raise an army to fight the Nazis during World War II, the first place they turned was to the young men who had been trained in discipline and military skills a decade earlier as part of the Civilian Conservation Corps.

With radical socialists now anticipating the declaration of a “climate emergency” that will supersede the normal elections process next year, likely triggering a massive public uprising and the declaration of martial law, the recent failures of an F-35 stealth fighter may have the government worried that its fleet of artificial-intelligence piloted drones may not be enough to get the job done.

Meanwhile, federal defense-spending dollars are all being rerouted to Ukraine or to helping military members fund medical procedures like abortions and transgender surgeries. And recruitment in several military branches may be at their lowest levels in decades, at least.

Thus, it may be necessary to call on its legions of Antifa foot soldiers and other radical idealogues to lend a hand—this time with an air of legitimacy and the official imprimatur of the federal government rather than the tacit, under-the-table approval of the illicit and corrupt deep state, as it received during the 2020 riots.

Naturally, in spite of an ongoing budget battle that already threatens to shut down the federal government, the embattled President Joe Biden intends to use American taxpayer dollars to pull it off.

After being thwarted by Congress, Biden will use his executive authority to create a New Deal-style American Climate Corps that will he claims will serve as a major green jobs training program.

However, if it is anything like the New Deal’s CCC program on which it is based, it will more likely be a way of militarizing environmental extremists like the Sunrise Movement who have already been hard at work indoctrinating and radicalizing impressionable youth into believing that climate change is an existential crisis like no other.

In an announcement Wednesday, the White House claimed the program would employ about 20,000 young adults who will build trails, plant trees, help install solar panels and do other work to boost conservation and help prevent catastrophic wildfires.

The climate corps had been proposed in early versions of the sweeping climate law approved last year but was jettisoned amid strong opposition from Republicans and concerns about cost.

Democrats and environmental advocacy groups never gave up on the plan and pushed Biden in recent weeks to issue an executive order authorizing what the White House now calls the American Climate Corps.

“This summer, our country saw heat waves, wildfires and floods that destroyed communities, uprooted families and claimed hundreds of lives,” the Sunrise Movement and other organizations wrote on Monday in a letter to Biden’s White House.

“While previous executive orders and legislation under your administration demonstrate tremendous progress toward meeting our Paris climate goals and your campaign promises, this summer has made clear that we must be as ambitious as possible in tackling the great crisis of our time,” the groups wrote.

More than 50 Democratic lawmakers, including Massachusetts Sen. Ed Markey and New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also encouraged Biden to create a climate corps, saying in a separate letter on Monday that “the climate crisis demands a whole-of-government response at an unprecedented scale.”

The lawmakers cited deadly heat waves in the Southwest and across the nation, as well as dangerous floods in New England and devastating wildfires on the Hawaiian island of Maui, among recent examples of climate-related disasters.

Some suspect that the Maui fires may have been caused by arson and fault the government’s lack of response for their escalation, which may have included the deaths of hundreds of children who remain unaccounted for, despite official reports listing fewer than 100 deaths.

Other supposed “wildfires” in California and the Pacific Northwest have been linked to arson efforts by leftist radicals, perhaps as part of an effort to hype the delusion of climate change, or simply as anarchistic acts of environmental terrorism.

A federal climate corps will “prepare a whole generation of workers for good-paying union jobs in the clean economy” while helping to “fight climate change, build community resilience and support environmental justice,” the lawmakers wrote.

The White House declined to say how much the program will cost or how it will be paid for, but Democrats proposed $10 billion for the climate corps in the climate bill before the provision was removed.

Republicans have largely dismissed the climate corps as a waste of money that would take jobs away from other workers displaced by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We don’t need another FDR program, and the idea that this is going to help land management is a false idea as well,” Arkansas Rep. Bruce Westerman, chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee, said in 2021.

Rep. Joe Neguse, a Colorado Democrat who has co-sponsored a climate corps bill, said it’s important to train the next generation of federal land managers, park rangers and other stewards of our natural resources.

Neguse and other Democrats have said the program should pay “a living wage” while offering health care coverage and support for child care, housing, transportation and education.

White House climate adviser Ali Zaidi said the administration will work with at least six federal agencies to create the climate corps and will pair with at least 10 states.

California, Colorado, Maine, Michigan and Washington have already begun similar programs, while five more are launching their own climate corps, Zaidi said: Arizona, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina and Utah.

The initiative will provide job training and service opportunities to work on a wide range of projects that tackle climate change, including restoring coastal wetlands to protect communities from storm surges and flooding; deploying clean energy projects such as wind and solar power; managing forests to improve health and prevent catastrophic wildfires; and implementing energy efficient solutions to cut energy bills for consumers, the White House claimed.

Soros-Owned Smear Site Vice Accuses ‘Sound of Freedom’ Hero of #MeToo Crimes

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) In order to undermine the credibility of the real-life protagonist depicted in the hit film Sound of Freedom, the George Soros-backed website Vice recently accused him of taking advantage of women while on the job.

Tim Ballard, the hero who rescued children from sex-trafficking crimes, has been anonymously accused of sexual misconduct by at least seven women, Breitbart reported.

The accusations prompted Ballard to step down from his position at the head of Operation Underground Railroad.

According to the anonymous accusations, Ballard invited women to act as his wife, going so far as to ask them to shower with him in order to fool traffickers.

Further, the anonymous women published a letter together, claiming that their “disturbingly specific and parallel accounts” reveal that Ballard spent his time “extensively grooming and manipulating multiple women for the past few years with the ultimate intent of coercing them to participate in sexual acts with him, under the premise of going where it takes and doing ‘whatever it takes’ to save a child.”

Operation Underground Railroad officials said that there was no proof of anything and that the investigation is going via an “independent law firm.”

Ballard himself spoke last weekend about the allegations coming from Vice, noting that  “it’s not true, nothing you hear is true.”

He also added that the malicious reports have been “breaking down my family like you can’t believe” and said he had been excommunicated from the Mormon church as a result, leading loathsome leftist trolls to celebrate on Twitter.

Of course, there may be reasons to doubt the report besides the fact that none of the accusations have actually been proven true, based strictly on the underlying objectives of the outlet that originally published them.

After Vice Media faced the prospect of declaring bankruptcy earlier this year—as has been the case with many left-wing propagandist sites whose lies have cost them credibility among their readers and viewers—it was bailed out in July by a coalition of investors that included George Soros’s financial group, Soros Fund Management.

That may make it the flagship acquisition in the globalist oligarch’s ever-expanding media empire of propaganda-pushers, which also perniciously includes phony fact-checking services and local media stations.

Ballard is not the only left-wing target to have been to have been #MeTooed in the past week.

Russell Brand, the British comedian and movie star who has enjoyed a second act as a red-pilled anti-Establishment podcaster, was demonetized on YouTube following thinly sourced allegations of past sexual assaults that he adamantly denied.

Fed Files I: Tortured Inmate Alleges FBI Plot to Manufacture Right-Wing Violence

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) “The FBI’s Domestic Terrorism Operations Unit (DTOU) creates and controls fake white supremacist extremist groups and has done so for decades.”

That shocking allegation comes from a controversial source: an affidavit filed by convicted felon and neo-Nazi activist Bill White. The Nazi inmate has filed hundreds of court documents from prison over the last decade, describing a vast FBI operation to infiltrate right-wing groups and provoke them to violence.

Despite his background, Headline USA is publishing White’s allegations because they have been accompanied by numerous FBI memos, affidavits, news articles and other records to support at least some of his claims.

Moreover, White’s litigation has had a modicum of success in federal court. He has overturned several of his convictions, and has three pending lawsuits against U.S. government agencies, including one that survived a preliminary review in July.

Perhaps just as importantly, records show that White has been tortured while incarcerated, and that the Bureau of Prisons has retaliated against him over his court filings.

In the coming days, Headline USA will publish White’s records, which this publication has dubbed the “Fed Files.”

The Fed Files will reveal, among other things, that an FBI informant created one of America’s oldest and largest Nazi organizations, and that this same group participated in the deadly 2017 Charlottesville “Unite the Right” rally. Other records will delve into dark undercover FBI operations involving North Korea and Satanic cults.

But first, a closer look at White’s story.

Who is Bill White?

Purportedly the son of a CIA officer, White grew up a radical left-wing anarchist before turning to Nazism in his early adulthood.

In April 1999, he had his first major brush with notoriety for publicly supporting the Columbine school shooters.

The media attention over what he later called his Columbine “prank” seemed to embolden the young Nazi. Already an activist by that time, White began increasingly pushing the envelope of his First Amendment rights with outrageous statements and threats towards public officials.

White allegedly crossed the line of his free-speech rights in 2008, when he threatened to publish the information of a federal juror involved in the case of Matthew Hale—a white supremacist who allegedly solicited an undercover FBI informant to kill federal judge Joan Lefkow.

Here, the story becomes especially bizarre.

After being charged and sentenced to 30-months imprisonment for publishing the Hale juror’s information, White successfully filed a motion for acquittal on First Amendment grounds. A district judge partially granted his motion and dismissed one of the major charges against White in April 2011, and he was released from prison that same month.

However, prosecutors appealed the district judge’s decision. And not only did the appeals court side with the DOJ and order White back to prison, the justices granted the DOJ’s appeal for an even harsher sentence for him in early 2012.

At this point, White decided to flee to Mexico instead of report back to prison.

According to the DOJ, White was trying to escape justice.

But White claims he fled to Mexico because he was tipped off that “rogue” FBI informants in the Nazi movement were plotting to kill him—purportedly because of his knowledge of the Judge Lefkow case and other FBI dirty secrets. He also claims to have been tortured in prison from 2008 to 2010, which would be another incentive for him to flee the country.

Either way, White was arrested in Mexico only months later and sent back to U.S. prison. Soon thereafter, the DOJ slapped additional charges on him for allegedly sending Facebook threats to public officials while he was on the lam.

White denied sending Facebook threats, claiming that FBI informants hacked his account and impersonated him.

To White’s point, the public officials he was accused of threatening were involved in the 2012 prosecution of the neo-Nazi group American Front—a dubious case quickly revealed to have been manufactured by FBI informants and agents, and in which only one of the 13 defendants received any jail time (a mere six months).

Given that White had no direct connection to any of the players in that case, it seems plausible that someone else had co-opted his Facebook account while he was running from the FBI in Mexico.

Nevertheless, White was eventually convicted in the Facebook case, too, and is now set to be incarcerated until 2037.

The Fed Files

White’s incarceration hasn’t stopped him from filing a dizzying number of lawsuits against various government agencies over the last decade.

Some of White’s litigation has been partially successful, and at least three of his lawsuits are still open—which has given him the opportunity to submit affidavits and exhibits to support his allegations. It’s these records, the Feds Files, that describe the FBI’s alleged right-wing provocation operation.

The most comprehensive account of the FBI’s alleged operation comes in a 97-page affidavit—sworn under the penalty of perjury—that White filed in 2020 to support his application for compassionate release, which was ultimately unsuccessful.

Some of White’s claims are unproven, such as his allegation that the February 2005 murders of Judge Lefkow’s husband and mother were retaliatory measures from the white supremacist movement.

However, White supported other claims with hard evidence. For instance, he attached FBI memos as exhibits to corroborate his claim that one of America’s oldest and largest neo-Nazi organizations, the National Socialist Movement, was co-founded by an FBI informant.

White also submitted a slew of records suggesting that the NSM was infiltrated by informants for most of its nearly 50-year history—raising the question of the extent to which the NSM was an FBI production. This question will be explored in part two of Headline USA’s Fed Files series.

Along with filing records about duplicitous alleged FBI operations, White has also documented his torture in the hellish American prison system.

According to a 2019 medical examination by psychologist Richard Samuels, White was once held in isolation in a brightly lit cell for about three months, and slept for only about an hour a day during that time—an incident that contributed to him developing PTSD.

“In 2014, while Mr. White was incarcerated at the John C. Polk Correctional Facility/Seminole County, FL, he was subjected to a regimen of sleep deprivation,” Dr. Samuels wrote in his report.

“As described earlier, he was placed in segregation; alone in a small seven-foot by seven-foot room with constant bright illumination (24/7) over a period that of 105 days, or about three months, during which time he averaged approximately 1.2 hours of sleep per night,” Dr. Samuels wrote.

“During this period, he underwent a period of not eating or drinking and ultimately collapsed in his cell.”

Dr. Samuels also noted that White has been diagnosed with “narcissistic personality disorder” for displaying “histrionic, antisocial, and obsessive-compulsive traits”—but the psychologist said White has not displayed signs of major psychiatric illness.

The BOP has responded to some of White’s torture allegations, arguing that holding an inmate in a lit cell doesn’t constitute torture. The BOP also asserted that White’s period of not eating and drinking was due to a hunger strike he underwent.

Other White allegations have been flatly denied by the BOP, including that he was held in a cell that was flooded with human feces in 2008.

A lawsuit White filed over his alleged torture was dismissed in 2021 for procedural reasons. He filed a similar lawsuit in June, arguing that the BOP exacerbated his PTSD symptoms by placing him in isolation due to COVID-19 protocols. That lawsuit is still open.

BOP Retaliation

While many of White’s claims are unproven—and indeed, some seem fantastical and implausible—it’s apparent that the U.S. government wants to keep him quiet. Shortly after he filed his 97-page affidavit in October 2020, the BOP restricted his mail privileges.

In an Oct. 20, 2020, letter, prison warden Daniel Sproul, who’s in charge of USP Marion, accused White of releasing sensitive information in his legal filings.

“You are attempting to circumvent control and monitoring of your communications by making the information you attempted to communicate in your rejected letters available by documenting them in your legal filings and instructing the recipients of your letters to retrieve them by reviewing your legal filings,” Sproul said.

“This behavior of accusing Billy Roper and other individuals of being confidential informants can reasonably be believed to pose a threat to the safety of an outside person,” Sproul said, referencing Roper—a long-time white nationalist personality and the founder of the Arkansas-based neo-Nazi group, the Shieldwall Network. Roper didn’t respond to requests for comment about White’s disclosures.

White sued the BOP in August 2021. Along with alleging that the BOP retaliated against him for his earlier legal filings, White also claimed that the U.S. government is punishing him for refusing to cooperate in an ongoing investigation of the Judge Lefkow murders.

Much of White’s complaint remains redacted, and evidence he’s filed is under seal. A lawyer with extensive experience litigating against the BOP told Headline USA that he’s never seen a redacted complaint against the BOP before.

Because a large portion of White’s claims are redacted, Headline USA is unable to verify whether what he says about the Lefkow murders has any veracity.

In any case, a district court tossed White’s Lefkow claims in a July decision, while allowing the allegations about the mail restrictions survive preliminary review.

After White’s mail-retaliation claim survived preliminary review in July, he was allowed to issue a summons to the BOP.

The BOP has until Oct. 2 to answer the summons. Both the BOP and FBI have declined to comment for this story.

Daily Caller Fact-Checker Turned Out to Be Socialist Anti-Trumper

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was revealed that a “fact check” reporter who is employed and aggregated by conservative news sites is an avowed radical leftist.

Anna Mock, a reporter for The Daily Caller’s “Check Your Fact” website, previously posted her political support for a self-described socialist U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., the National Pulse reported. She’s also been a proponent of far-left unionization efforts.

Mock became a regular source for fact checks of Donald Trump, Vivek Ramaswamy and other conservative politicians.

In addition to that, Mock felt that she needed to defend the far-left Atlantic magazine after someone posted a clear parody on Facebook, making it appear that the outlet believed orcas, an aquatic mammal, were a new white supremacist threat.

Mock’s social media feed also revealed her far-left political ideology when she reposted multiple tweets from leftist accounts.

Among those people and organizations were Sen. Sanders, anti-Trump Jim Acosta and the South Carolina branch of the Industrial Workers of the World – a radical labor union that supported things like “revolutionary industrial unionism” and “queer liberation“ and was connected to socialist and anarchist organizations.

The Pulse added that even though most of Mock’s fact checks are of clear satire and parodies, it is very concerning that someone like her is employed by a supposedly right-leaning website since her job is to provide the “fact checks” that push back against the mainstream narrative by offering the opposite of what every other leftist fact checker provides.

CNN’s Oliver Darcy, Kaitlin Collins and Michelle Fields were also previously employed by the Daily Caller, which also hurts the reputation of the Caller as a conservative news outlet.

In late July, Mock wrote a fact check that was entitled “No, Planned Parenthood Does Not Aid Sex Traffickers.” In the end, Check Your Fact pulled the article from its website.

“Check Your Fact is retracting this fact-checking article about a Live Action claim about Planned Parenthood. After further review, we found this article did not meet editorial standards,” the organization wrote.

On its About Us page, Check Your Fact wrote that it “… is a for-profit subsidiary wholly owned by The Daily Caller, Inc.,” adding that the majority owner of the company is a co-founder and publisher Neil Patel.

Fact checks from the website are often aggregated by other conservative news sites like Conservative Review, which is owned by Blaze Media LLC and was founded by Glenn Beck who opposed Trump in 2016, even though the only alternative to him was Hillary Clinton.

Matt Gaetz Is Expected to Run for Fla. Gov. in 2026

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., will throw his hat into the ring for the Florida gubernatorial race in 2026, in a bid to succeed incumbent Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is term-limited.

Gaetz made the unofficial announcement at a Florida ceremony in Tallahassee, where he candidly shared his intentions with a group of attendees.

“There was a lot of talk about it at the reception last night, and Gaetz was telling people to basically expect him to be in,” a Florida Republican lobbyist told NBC News.

Gaetz acknowledged that he is being asked to run. “Many did encourage me to consider running for governor one day,” the Florida lawmaker said, before warning that he is focused on the 2024 presidential election. “But we have an outstanding governor who will be in that position through 2026.”

Gaetz added, “My only political focus right now is Trump 2024.”

The news of Gaetz’s candidacy has ignited speculation about the dynamics of the race, with some believing that his relationship with former President Donald Trump, a Florida resident and Republican powerhouse, could take him to the front.

“I think Gaetz is an instant front-runner and from what I hear he’s already won the Trump primary,” a second individual added.

Trump’s endorsement is expected to play a pivotal role, as it did in DeSantis’s gubernatorial campaign in 2018.

Some prominent conservatives took to Twitter to throw their support for Gaetz. “He has my full support if he does,” conservative attorney DC Draino said. “This state only wants the toughest and truest Republicans fighting on their behalf.”

Conservative musician Forgiato Blow chimed in, adding, “Matt is a Patriot. RT if you think Matt Gaetz should be the next Governor of Florida.”

Other Republicans, including Rep. Byron Donalds, Rep. Mike Waltz and state Attorney General Ashley Moody, are also contemplating their own bids for the governor’s office, reported NBC.

Pennsylvania Unleashes Universal Voter Registration Ahead of 2024 Election

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Pennsylvania Democrats announced on Tuesday a new universal voter registration system, automatically registering all residents with a state ID or driver’s license to vote, regardless of their individual intent.

This initiative, which requires registrants to be Pennsylvania residents for at least 30 days in addition to being U.S. citizens, comes as the state gears up for the crucial 2024 election, sparking both applause and fiery concerns from various quarters.

Gov. Josh Shapiro, a Democrat and staunch supporter of President Joe Biden, took pride in announcing the contentious move.

“Automatic voter registration is a common-sense step to ensure election security and save Pennsylvanians time and tax dollars,” Shapiro claimed in a statement. “This is a key step to make our elections more secure, adding important levels of verification to the voter registration process.”

He further defended the initiative, claiming that “by expanding voter registration at our DMVs, we’ll save taxpayers time and money, reduce the number of costly paper registrations, and streamline voter registration for Pennsylvania.”

The move was met with joy by prominent Democrats, especially as Biden faces a challenging re-election bid amidst legal troubles and a looming impeachment inquiry led by House Republicans. Former President Barack Obama lauded the decision, tweeting, “Great news.”

However, not everyone was thrilled with the new strategic move. Former Trump adviser and America First Legal founder Stephen Miller warned, “And, I can promise you, there will be no citizenship verification.”

Conservative podcast host Jack Posobiec questioned, “Are you paying attention yet,” while political commentator Mike Cernovich exclaimed, “The steal is back.” Elijah Schaffer, a journalist at the Gateway Pundit, added his perspective, saying, “Rigging an election, but on steroids. What do you call that again?”
