Menendez Earns Primary Opponent with Bribery Scandal

(Headline USA) Rep. Andy Kim of New Jersey announced on Saturday that he will run against Sen. Robert Menendez in the state’s Democratic primary for Senate next year, saying he feels compelled to run against the three-term senator after he and his wife were indicted on sweeping corruption charges.

Kim’s surprise announcement came as a growing number of Democrats are attacking Menendez.

“This is not something I expected to do, but I believe New Jersey deserves better,” Kim said in a statement.

“We cannot jeopardize the Senate or compromise our country’s integrity. I believe it’s time we restore faith in our democracy, and that’s why I am stepping up and running for Senate.”

The calls for Menendez, the Democratic chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, come after he and his wife Nadine were indicted on Friday for using his powerful position to aid the authoritarian government of Egypt and also to pressure federal prosecutors to drop a case against a friend.

The three-count indictment lists a series of bribes they were paid by three New Jersey businessmen in exchange for the corrupt acts — gold bars, a luxury car and cash.

It is the second indictment on bribery charges for Menendez — and the second time he has had to relinquish his post as the top Democrat on the Foreign Relations panel. He regained the leadership spot in 2018 after the case ended with a deadlocked jury.

Menendez was defiant after Friday’s indictment, saying in a statement Friday evening that “I am not going anywhere.”

Two notable New Jersey Democrats who have not called on Menendez to step down: Democratic Sen. Cory Booker, his New Jersey colleague in the Senate, and his son, Rep. Rob Menendez, who said in a statement that he has “unwavering confidence” in his father.

Feds Scrutinized for Experimenting on Americans with Cancer-Causing Chemicals

(Headline USA) Ben Phillips’ childhood memories include basketball games with friends, and neighbors gathering in the summer shade at their St. Louis housing complex. He also remembers watching men in hazmat suits scurry on the roofs of high-rise buildings as a dense material poured into the air.

“I remember the mist,” Phillips, now 73, said. “I remember what we thought was smoke rising out of the chimneys. Then there were machines on top of the buildings that were spewing this mist.”

As Congress considers payments to victims of Cold War-era nuclear contamination in the St. Louis region, people who were targeted for secret government testing from that same time period believe they’re due compensation, too.

In the 1950s and 1960s, the Army used blowers on top of buildings and in the backs of station wagons to spray a potential carcinogen into the air surrounding a St. Louis housing project. The government contends the zinc cadmium sulfide sprayed to simulate what would happen in a biological weapons attack was harmless.

Phillips and Chester Deanes disagree. The men who grew up at the Pruitt-Igoe housing complex are now leading the charge seeking compensation and further health studies that could determine whether the secretive testing contributed to various illnesses or premature deaths that some Pruitt-Igoe residents later suffered.

“We were experimented on,” Phillips said. “That was a plan. And it wasn’t an accident.”

The new push comes as federal lawmakers are weighing compensation for people claiming harm from other government actions — and inactions — during the Cold War.

The Associated Press reported in July that the government and companies responsible for nuclear bomb production and atomic waste storage sites in and near St. Louis were aware of health risks, spills and other problems, but often ignored them. Many believe the nuclear waste was responsible for the deaths of loved ones and ongoing health problems.

The AP report, part of a collaboration with The Missouri Independent and the nonprofit newsroom MuckRock, examined documents obtained by outside researchers through the Freedom of Information Act.

Republican U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley introduced legislation soon after the news reports calling for expansion of an existing compensation program for exposure victims. The Senate endorsed the amendment. While the House has yet to vote, Democratic President Joe Biden said last month that he was “prepared to help in terms of making sure that those folks are taken care of.”

Former residents of Pruitt-Igoe say they should be taken care of, too.

Phillips and Deanes, 75, are co-founders of PHACTS, which stands for Pruitt-Igoe Historical Accounting, Compensation, and Truth Seeking. Their attorney, Elkin Kistner, said it would be “appropriate and necessary” for Hawley’s proposal to be widened to include former Pruitt-Igoe residents.

The government released documents in 1994 revealing details about the spraying. And St. Louis wasn’t alone in being subjected to secretive Cold War-era testing. Similar spraying occurred at nearly three dozen other locations.

There were other types of secret testing. In a 2017 book, St. Louis sociologist Lisa Martino-Taylor cited documents obtained through a FOIA request to detail how pregnant women in several cities were given doses of radioactive iron during prenatal visits to determine how much was absorbed into the blood of the mothers and babies. The government also created radiation fields inside buildings, including a California high school.

The area of the testing in St. Louis was described in Army documents as “a densely populated slum district.”

“We were living in so-called poverty,” Deanes said. “That’s why they did it. They have been experimenting on those living on the edge since I’ve known America. And of course they could get away with it because they didn’t tell anyone.”

Pruitt-Igoe was built in the 1950s with the promise of a new and better life for lower income residents. The project failed and was demolished in the 1970s.

Despite the ultimate demise, Deanes and Phillips said that through their youth, Pruitt-Igoe was a welcoming place. Yet over the years, both men cited countless premature deaths and unusual illnesses among relatives and friends who once lived at Pruitt-Igoe.

Phillips’ mother died of cancer and a sister suffered from convulsions that puzzled her doctors, he said. Phillips himself lost hearing in one ear due to a benign tumor. Deanes’ brother battled health problems for years and died of heart failure.

Both men wonder if the spraying was responsible.

A government study found that in a worst-case scenario, “repeated exposures to zinc cadmium sulfide could cause kidney and bone toxicity and lung cancer.” Yet the Army contends there is no evidence anyone in St. Louis was harmed.

A spokesperson for the Army said in a statement to the AP that health assessments performed by the Army “concluded that exposure would not pose a health risk,” and follow-up independent studies also found no cause for alarm.

Phillips and Deane believe the previous health studies were half-hearted. In addition to a new health study, they’d like to see soil tested to see if any radioactive material was part of the spraying.

It’s unclear if Hawley’s bill might be expanded. Messages left with his office were not returned.

Democratic U.S. Rep. Cori Bush of St. Louis said in a statement that she and her staff “are currently looking into alternative pathways that the federal government can take to ensure those impacted by the spraying of radioactive compounds and biochemicals in Pruitt-Igoe are also addressed.”

Deanes and Phillips say that in addition to compensation and more detailed studies, they want an apology.

“This shouldn’t go on,” Deanes said. “How are we supposed to be the leader of the free world and this is the way we conduct ourselves with our own citizens?”

Over 261,000 Foreign Nationals Illegally Crossed Southern Border in August

(Bethany Blankely, The Center Square) U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported 232,972 total encounters along the southwest border in August.

The data includes 181,059 encounters with illegal border crossers reported between ports of entry along the Southwest border by Border Patrol agents.

Official data excludes at least 28,355 gotaways reported by Border Patrol agents in preliminary data obtained by The Center Square earlier this month.

Including the gotaway number, total illegal border crossers apprehended or reported evading capture last month was at least 261,327. This is the greatest number reported in August in U.S. history, according to CBP data on record.

Troy Miller, a senior CBP official performing the duties of the CBP commissioner, said the agency’s “operational tempo along the border has increased in response to increased encounters, and we remain squarely focused on our broader security mission and enforcing U.S. immigration laws. We are maximizing consequences against those without a legal basis to remain in the United States, including by processing more individuals into expedited removal than ever before. The men and women of CBP continue to work, day in and day out, to protect our nation, disrupting the entry of dangerous people and dangerous goods into the country while providing humanitarian care for vulnerable individuals.”

TCS Border crisis August 2023 border numbers

Despite his claim that “CBP’s message for anyone who is thinking of entering the United States illegally along the Southwest border is simple: don’t do it,” over 10,000 people in the last few days surged the Eagle Pass and El Paso regions of Texas. Eagle Pass officials declared an emergency and Gov. Greg Abbott increased resources to the areas in response.

Since the previous CBP commissioner Chris Magnus was forced to resign, CBP has not been publishing demographic data it previously did in its monthly report. Some of this information is published here, which breaks down encounters by single adults, individuals in a family unit (FMUA), unaccompanied children, single minors (UC) and accompanied minors.

In August, Office of Field Operations agents apprehended 27,426 single adults, 23,613 family units (FMUA), 710 unaccompanied children (UC) and 164 accompanied minors, totaling 51,913. Border Patrol agents apprehended 74,402 single adults, 93,108 FMUA, and 13,549 UC, totaling 181,059.

The numbers are an increase of 27% from July to August, CBP reports.

CBP also reports demographic data by sector. This data reveals the greatest number of illegal border crossers have been pouring into Texas, specifically in the sectors of El Paso, Del Rio and the Rio Grande Valley.

Fiscal year to date, 389,330 illegal border crossers have been apprehended in El Paso, 347,572 in Del Rio, and 292,576 in the Rio Grande Valley.

Southwest sectors that have also been hit hard by illegal border crossers in the sectors of Tucson and San Diego, which have apprehended 322,630 and 204,334 people, respectively.

The majority of illegal border crossers are single adults, totaling nearly 1.2 million fiscal year to date. The majority are coming non-Central American countries from all over the world, totaling over 577,000. The next greatest numbers are more than 444,000 Mexicans, over 76,000 Guatemalans, more than 65,000 Hondurans and over 26,000 El Salvadorans.

The next largest group of illegal border crossers are family units, totaling over 518,000 fiscal year to date. Among them, the greatest number are coming from non-Central American countries, over 324,000; followed by over 71,000 Mexicans, nearly 60,000 Guatemalans, and over 61,000 Hondurans.

Over 118,000 unaccompanied children have been brought into the U.S. through the southern border. The majority of them, nearly 44,000, are from Guatamala.

These numbers exclude gotaways, which The Center Square has been reporting on for the last two years. Nearly 1.6 million gotaways have been reported illegally entering the U.S. and evading capture since January 2021.

Gotaways is the official term used by Border Patrol agents to describe foreign nationals who illegally enter the U.S. between ports of entry and don’t return to Mexico or Canada.

They don’t file asylum or other immigration-related claims – they intentionally illegally enter to avoid being caught. Many have criminal records. They often run when they are pursued by Border Patrol agents or others in law enforcement, authorities tell The Center Square.

The majority of gotaways are single, military-age men. They also include women and children, many who are smuggled, law enforcement officials have explained.

Since January 2021, the number of known, reported gotaways total more than the individual populations of 11 states. The number is believed to be much higher because Border Patrol agents, law enforcement officers, Homeland Security – the agency tasked with defending the homeland – have no idea how many come through who weren’t captured on camera or reported. They have no idea how many, who or where they are.

Clintons’ Sudden Interest in Ukraine Revives Long-Simmering ‘Pizzagate’ Theories

Editor’s note: Article contains subject matter that may be unsuitable for younger readers.

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) For many, the so-called Pizzagate conspiracy fizzled out as quickly as it appeared.

In December 2016, shortly after Donald Trump emerged victorious over Hillary Clinton in that year’s presidential election, there was little interest in continuing to examine the theories surrounding Clinton surrogates and a suspected pedophile network that had been blown open by the Wikileaks disclosure of Clinton campaign advisor John Podesta’s hacked emails.

A 28-year-old North Carolina man’s attempted raid on a Washington, D.C., pizza parlor, Comet Ping Pong—owned by an ex-boyfriend of Clinton propagandist David Brock, who had been planning a fundraiser there—had not revealed a Jeffrey Epstein-like underground dungeon of child sex-slaves as the man believed it would.

The mainstream media’s absolute delight in fixating on the bizarre narrative—a seeming distraction from countless other more pressing matters at hand—made it doubly worth dismissing and ignoring the entire story whole cloth, in the same way that some suspect the so-called Q’Anon movement may, in fact, be a CIA false-flag operation to discredit valid right-wing conspiracy theories through false equivalence.

Yet, after nearly seven years of dormancy, the Pizzagate theory appears to be re-emerging with a vengeance, driven by largely by Democrats’ pro-pedophilic agenda, as well as the Clinton Foundation’s sudden interest in Ukraine, which has long been a suspected hub of child-sex trafficking, as acknowledged by organizations like the United Nations and the U.S. Department of Labor.

THE LIARS, THE WITCH AND THE WAR FUNDS

Adding even more fuel to the fire is Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s recent announcement that he planned to appoint Marina Abramović, a Serbian artist and “spirit cooking witch,” to help rebuild the war-torn nation’s school system—presumably once its conflict with Russia ends in victory, according to Slay News.

“I have been invited by Zelensky to be an ambassador of Ukraine, to help the children affected by rebuilding schools and such,” Abramović said in a recent interview with the Modern Art Museum in Shanghai.

As noted by a 2020 New York Times profile, Abramović’s work has links to Satanism and hints at ritualistic sacrifice.

Her name also appeared in connection with Podesta’s after one of the leaked emails showed she had invited the Clinton campaign chairman to a “spirit cooking” event at her home.

She claimed that the event’s name—which referenced a book and art installation that involved painting blood on the walls of an Italian gallery—was simply a dinner party for about 20 donors to her art institute.

“We had lots of fun,” Abramović said. “There was no human blood, or baby serving, or sex orgies.”

However, as reported by Slay, the practice of “spirit cooking” refers to a ritualistic practice used in the Thelema religion, which was founded by notorious occultist Aleister Crowley.

Slay offered other supporting evidence, including a picture in Podesta’s office at Clinton’s campaign headquarters that appeared to show two men cutting up and eating another man.

Moreover, it noted that both Bill and Hillary Clinton had made past references to having interest in black magic and occultist practices.

Hillary Clinton is even suspected of being part of a “witch’s church” according to a 2015 InfoWars exposé.

Bill Clinton, of course, has long been linked to allegations of pedophilia, particularly in connection with his former friend and political benefactor Jeffrey Epstein, who died under mysterious circumstances in a New York prison while awaiting charges in 2018.

Clinton is known to have made several trips to Epstein’s private island and to have flown on his private plane, colloquially dubbed the “Lolita Express.”

THE DOMINO’S EFFECT

The Pizzagate scandal, although dismissed and discredited following the 2016 incident at Cosmic Ping Pong seemed to tie together all of the dark and seedy elements surrounding the power couple and their surrogates in one unified theory.

One of the particularly remarkable examinations by internet sleuths on sites like 4chan was decoding the Podesta emails, which they claimed used several references to Italian food as stand-ins for child pornography and sex-abuse.

Among the suspected code words were:

  • cheese pizza = child porn
  • hotdog = boy
  • pizza = girl
  • cheese = little girl
  • pasta = little boy
  • ice cream = male prostitute
  • walnut = person of color
  • map = semen
  • sauce = orgy

In one of the Podesta emails, for example, Susan Sandler, a major Democrat donor whose family foundation is behind the recent efforts to discredit Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, wrote to Podesta:

“The realtor found a handkerchief (I think it has a map that seems pizza-related. Is it yorus [sic]? “

Podesta wrote back regarding the semen-stained cloth, “It’s mine, but not worth worrying about.”

Susan’s father, Herb Sandler, also swapped pizza-related emails with Podesta.

Referencing “Dominos” as possible coded language for an unspecified sex act, he asked in December 2015, “Do you think I’d do better playing dominos on cheese or pasta?“

It is difficult to decipher what possible meaning he could have intended without understanding the code-speak since he uses “dominos” in the sense of the game and not the pizza-delivery company.

In another email, Jim Steyer, the brother of Democrat mega-donor and former presidential candidate Tom Steyer, wrote:

“Hey John,
We know you’re a true master of cuisine and we have appreciated that for years …
But walnut sauce for the pasta? Mary, plz tell us the straight story, was the sauce actually very tasty?”

Steyer is the founder of Common Sense Media, an organization that claims to provide “education and advocacy to families to promote safe technology and media for children.”

That he might have been partaking in his spare time in an orgy with Podesta involving little boys of color would explain why so much of today’s technology and media seems more groomer-friendly than kid-friendly.

‘THE WAR IS OVER…’

Whatever sort of child-sex trafficking operation the Clintons and their cronies may be cooking up in Ukraine, it is certain to be a lucrative venture given the massive amounts of unaccounted for U.S. funding being funneled into the region by the Biden administration.

Even prior to the Zelenskyys’ trip to America last week for the United Nations General Assembly and several other fundraising events, the U.S. is estimated to have given more than $88 billion to Ukraine in 2023 alone. That price tag is now likely to exceed well over $100 billion for the second year running.

The cash flow alone may entice the Clintons, who took corrupt foreign entanglements and emoluments to new levels while in office—first with Bill Clinton’s involvement with Chinese donors during his 1996 re-election campaign, and later with Hillary Clinton’s use of the Clinton Foundation as a de-facto slush fund for her campaign, after having leveraged her influence as the Obama administration’s secretary of State.

Despite having previously sold yellow-cake uranium to Russia for the possible development of its nuclear arsenal, the Clintons now appear all-in on supporting its regional adversary. The couple even bestowed upon Ukrainian first lady Olena Zelenska the prestigious Clinton Global Citizen Award at a ceremony last week.

It is unclear whether a pizza reception followed afterward.

Notwithstanding, however, the sudden interest in investing in Ukraine’s “rebuilding” effort—which includes a plan to have a major Obama donor, Penny Pritzker, coordinate the economic redevelopment alongside wealthy investors like BlackRock and JPMorgan—at least one serious journalists doubts there will be any formal end to the war in the foreseeable future—nor any victory to celebrate, ever.

According to Seymour Hersh—the revered investigative reporter whose bombshell dispatches have spanned at least 55 years, starting with the 1968 Vietnam My Lai massacre, for which he won a Pulitzer Prize—a senior U.S. intelligence source told him recently that the CIA and Britain’s MI6 have been gaslighting the public concerning the ongoing war effort.

“The war is over. Russia has won,” the source reportedly told Hersh. “There is no Ukrainian offensive anymore, but the White House and the American media have to keep the lie going.”

Hersh alleged that the Ukrainian army was now refusing to fight, but that Zelenskyy insisted on continuing the war without any discussion of a ceasefire, likely because it has been a vehicle for him to retain his iron-clad grip on power without conducting democratic elections, and to continue receiving unlimited funds for his and his oligarch friends’ personal enrichment.

Zelenskyy is largely believed to be blackmailing President Joe Biden with threats that he will expose the Biden family’s role in ending a corruption investigation into Burisma, and possibly other U.S. state secrets surrounding a 2014 color revolution and the presence of bioweapons facilities in the region.

Rand Paul Reacts to Viral AI Hoax of Him in Bathrobe on Capitol Steps

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., found himself at the center of a humorous viral image involving a red bathrobe and the steps of the U.S. Capitol.

The viral photo sent Twitter into a frenzy, even prompting the Kentucky senator, known for his witty personality, to issue a hilarious statement.

“I thought I was clear when I said no photographs,” Paul said in response to the AI-generated image.

The image in question began when comedian Jeff Charles shared the image on his Twitter page, mocking the recent Senate dress code rules.

“Sen. Rand Paul shows up to work at the Capitol barefoot in a red bathrobe after Senate dress code change,” Charles said in the viral post. “He’s not even a Democrat. It’s like he just rolled out of bed and didn’t bother putting on clothes. This is INSANE.”

Popular Twitter account “Proud Elephant” catapulted the photo, setting Conservative Twitter ablaze with funny reactions. “Giving the Democrats a taste of their own medicine! LOVE THIS!!” Proud Elephant said, before clarifying the photo was fake. “Yes, this is AI, the point of this post is to point out just how stupid this new dress code change is!!!!”

Meanwhile, Charles, in an attempt to keep the humor rolling, also shared an AI-generated image of Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., wearing “pink booty shorts.”

The meme-fest began in response to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s, D-N.Y., decision to relax the dress code in the Senate, a move critics argued was aimed to accommodate Sen. John Fetterman, D-Penn., who is known for wearing his gym shorts and oversized hoodies.

The change didn’t sit well with many Republican voices. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene took to Twitter to blast Schumer.

“The Senate no longer enforcing a dress code for Senators to appease Fetterman is disgraceful,” Greene said in a fired-up statement on Sept. 17. “Dress code is one of society’s standards that set etiquette and respect for our institutions. Stop lowering the bar!”

Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah., and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., received their own AI-generated images.

Burger King, Others Allegedly Vying to Be the Next Bud Light

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) What began as a series of anonymous allegations that a Hollywood movie star got too frisky with groupies in the pre-#MeToo era is quickly cascading into a culture-war tit-for-tat that may bring down one of the world’s top fast-food chains and other woke companies dumb enough to wade into the fray.

Burger King, grocery-delivery startup HelloFresh and British clothing company Asos were among those accused of pulling ads from Rumble in retaliation for the video-streaming platform’s decision to take a stand in favor of free speech after it rebuffed a request from the British Parliament to demonetize comedian Russell Brand.

Brand has vehemently denied any wrongdoing with respect to the allegations, first reported last week by the British media, that he sexually assaulted four unnamed women between 2003 and 2013.

The story first broke on the News Movement that at least four companies that advertised on Brand’s Rumble channel were punishing the streaming platform for refusing to censor Brand over the allegations, which have yet to be verified in any meaningful way.

“Burger King has paused all advertising on the channel while investigations into the allegations are ongoing,” said the company.

Even more stunningly, HelloFresh seemed to react in real time to the reporters’ inquiry without so much as considering the impacts to their own brand and profit margin.

“Thanks for pointing this out to us,” they told the reporters. “We have manually removed our ads from Rumble.”

Not all companies were as quick to rush to judgment.

The News Movement said it had “approached other brands including Ralph Lauren, eBay and Hilton hotels, whose ads all came up on Brand’s channel but none replied to requests for comment.”

Although he is, in most respects, a left-wing figure, Brand has recently become a prominent anti-Establishment critic of issues like COVID vaccine mandates, the Ukraine war and globalist conspiracies such as the World Economic Forum’s efforts to effect a “Great Reset”—imposing a sort of feudal serfdom that seeks to abolish private property, blot out the sun and eat bugs instead of meat.

The arbitrary attempt to cancel Brand based on such thinly sourced claims with no allegations of criminal conduct—all while giving leftists a free pass for engaging openly in far worse examples of sexual deviancy and depravity—has led some to suspect that the entire thing is little more than a politically motivated smear attack.

“This has nothing to do with sexual assault allegations in the press,” wrote conservative pundit JD Rucker in a blog post Thursday for the America First Report.

“In fact, this doesn’t really have anything to do with Russell Brand on a individual level,” Rucker added. “He’s simply a vessel through which the powers-that-be are …  sending the message to others who may challenge the prescribed globalist/leftist/authoritarian narratives…”

Rucker said that the elites orchestrating this smear campaign also hoped to float a “trial balloon” to see how members of the public reacted.

“They know that freedom-lovers will denounce the efforts against Brand whether we like him or not, whether we believe him or not, because he is being destroyed without trial or even rebuttal,” Rucker said. “What the powers-that-be want to know is if the indoctrinated masses can be made to accept this type of government overreach.”

Accordingly, if companies like Burger King and HelloFresh get their way and force Rumble to cave, then it is free speech and individual liberty for all that is at stake.

Governments and corporations will have the power to silence private citizens at their will under any pretense they may find disagreeable.

Already YouTube—the streaming platform owned by the notoriously woke $1.6 trillion Google conglomeration—was quick to cancel Brand, despite allowing actual convicted felons charged with actual sex crimes involving children to continue making money on the platform.

But while companies that are powerful enough to inoculate themselves against such boycotts, or that cater predominately to left-wing clientele, may be able to make woke marketing judgments with impunity, Burger King, for one, may not be so lucky.

Similar to the highly successful conservative boycott of Bud Light, which brought the once-popular Anheuser–Busch swill crashing down from its dominant share in the beer market after it betrayed customer values by hiring transgender Dylan Mulvaney as a brand ambassador, the burger joint may find that conservatives comprise a large share of its U.S. market.

A Sunday morning tweet from conservative radio host Dan Bongino about the corporate efforts to punish Rumble had garnered more than 400,000 views by the evening and was well on its way to going viral with nearly 3,000 shares.

Other users expressed their outrage and hinted at trouble ahead for the companies that had sided against free speech and in favor of spurious rape allegations.

Would-Be RFK Jr. Assassin Already Out on Bond

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A man who approached presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. while armed with two loaded pistols has been released on bond, sparking concerns over the safety of President Joe Biden’s leading Democratic opponent.

Adrian Paul Aispuro, 44, made headlines when he was apprehended by law enforcement officers on Sept. 15 while at a campaign rally in Los Angeles, California, KTLA Los Angeles reported last week.

Aispuro impersonated a U.S. Marshal and approached Kennedy Jr.’s security guards, claiming he needed to speak with the candidate. He was swiftly arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department and initially booked on a felony gun charge.

However, according to journalist Lori Spencer, Aispuro’s bond, initially set at $35,000, was subsequently reduced to $10,000 and then $0. Spencer reported that the $0 bond allowed law enforcement to release him pending trial, which is set to begin on Oct. 3.

“The L.A. County attorney wasn’t going to file charges against Aispuro at all, but the City attorney did,” Spencer reported on Saturday. “With the felony reduced to misdemeanor, Adrian was eligible for release with zero cash bail because they call it a ‘nonviolent’ offense — even if he was armed to the teeth!”

Shortly after the altercation, Kennedy Jr. reacted to the disturbing incident by expressing gratitude for the quick response from security personnel and the LAPD. The presidential candidate also drew attention to his previous demands to receive Secret Service protection.

“I’m still entertaining a hope that President Biden will allow me Secret Service protection,” Kennedy Jr. said on Twitter on Sept. 16. “I am the first presidential candidate in history to whom the White House has denied a request for protection.”

The release of Aispuro is likely to raise questions about Kennedy Jr.’s safety. Critics argue that such leniency can undermine the safety of candidates and create a precedent for future incidents.

Kennedy Jr.’s campaign manager, Dennis Kucinich, highlighted the historical significance of the thwarted assault in a Sept. 18 letter to Biden.

“Although it is a well-known historical fact, apparently, in your case, it bears repeating: Mr. Kennedy’s uncle, President John F. Kennedy, was assassinated. Mr. Kennedy’s father, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, was assassinated while a presidential candidate.”

Kennedy Jr. himself has raised concerns about his lack of Secret Service protection. “Since the assassination of my father in 1968, candidates for president are provided Secret Service protection. But not me,” he said on July 28 via Twitter.

Kamala Finds New Job After Defunct Border, Election and AI Roles

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris has embarked on a new endeavor as the White House’s gun czar, marking yet another addition to her portfolio of roles that have faced significant criticism.

This announcement follows her tumultuous tenure as border czar during which she was criticized for her handling of the illegal immigrant invasion. Harris also oversaw a defunct Democratic plan to overhaul U.S. elections and the implementation of artificial intelligence.

Taking to social media, Harris shared her enthusiasm for her latest role. “Today, I am proud to share that I will oversee the first-ever White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention,” she

However, the Twitterverse was quick to mock her appointment. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., proposed Harris forgoes Secret Service protection to lead by example.

“Since you failed miserably as the ‘Border Czar’ then for your gun safety program set a strong example and stop using Secret Service protection,” Greene posted on Twitter on Friday. “If the American people don’t need guns then you don’t need good guys protecting you with guns like the ‘assault weapons’ you hate.”

Best-selling author Sean Parnell expressed doubts about Harris’s effectiveness in her new role, mocking, “I’m glad they put her in charge of this because it guarantees nothing will ever get done.” Another Twitter said, “No worries. She will probably suck at that like everything else.”

Harris’s previous position as border czar was marred by criticism from both Democrats and Republicans and ultimately led to an unprecedented influx of illegal aliens, many of them hijacking New York City streets.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams, a fellow Democrat, blasted Harris’s border leadership, saying the vice president had “too much in her portfolio” to solve the alleged root causes of illegal immigration.

Additionally, Harris’s short-lived stint as an artificial intelligence czar was marked by a widely criticized attempt to explain the concept of AI.

Lastly, Harris was tasked by President Joe Biden to lead efforts to overhaul elections through HR 1, a contentious bill that aimed to implement federal mandates and laws related to elections.

Conservatives Blast DOJ for Ignoring Biden Bribery Amid Menendez Indictment

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) In a fiery response to the recent bribery indictment against Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., and his wife, prominent conservative figures have raised their voices, demanding that the DOJ act against President Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

Menendez, who has long been under scrutiny by the U.S. District Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, now faces charges related to accepting bribes, including gold bullion, amounting to several hundred thousand dollars.

The indictment against Menendez has stirred Republican critics on Twitter, who argue that it is merely the tip of the iceberg compared to the allegations surrounding the Biden family.

“Bob Menendez is obviously corrupt, but so is the DOJ, which I suspect is only prosecuting him now to take the heat off Biden, who committed the same crimes,” said Michael Knowles, the popular Daily Wire host, on Saturday

Substack writer KanekoaTheGreat echoed Knowles, stating, “If you believe Senator Bob Menendez’s actions were criminal, you should find President Biden’s actions even more concerning.”

The allegations against Biden prompted House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to approve an impeachment inquiry to further probe an alleged bribery scheme detailed in an FBI informant file. The infamous FD-1023 outlines a potentially explosive criminal plot to protect Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company, in exchange of $10 million paid to both Biden and his son.

Hunter, who is facing charges related to an alleged illegal purchase of a gun, has not faced charges related to these foreign businesses.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley has also come forward with troubling claims, asserting that the DOJ had interfered with the investigation into Hunter, preventing then-U.S. District Attorney David Weiss, who now serves as a special counsel, from pursuing more severe charges against the controversial first son.

Alina Habba, an attorney for former President Donald Trump, accused the DOJ of only bringing charges against Menendez in a desperate bid to appear impartial.

“What they’re doing here is trying — it’s just like how they brought a felony charge for guns only against Hunter Biden,” Habba said in an interview with Newsmax on Friday. “Why? Because it’s the only way that they don’t have to dive into Joe Biden. This is more of the same.”

Last week, Attorney General Merrick Garland attempted to defend the DOJ against accusations of political interference during a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee. “There is not one set of laws for the powerful and another for the powerless. … One for Democrats, another for Republicans,” the embattled attorney general claimed.

However, many Republicans remained unconvinced, with Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, asserting, “The fix is in. Even with the face-saving indictment last week of Hunter Biden, everyone knows the fix is in.”

AI Will ‘End Human Dominance’ in Five Years, WEF Says

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Two high-ranking members of the globalist World Economic Forum said that the human race will soon be “dominated” by artificial intelligence during an interview with the Rothschild family-owned globalist outlet The Economist.

Mustafa Suleyman, co-founder of AI technology company Google DeepMind, and Yuval Noah Harari, a senior advisor to the WEF and its founder Klaus Schwab, talked about how AI would control people in five years, Slay News reported.

According to Suleyman, an architect of the WEF’s agenda and a key member of Schwab’s “Steering Committee,” AI will replace many of the everyday tasks normally carried out by humans today in five years.

Suleyman gave an example of that replacement by saying that AI would place and receive phone calls to make arrangements with humans and other machines.

He also added that AI could replace humans in “many, many parts of our economy.”

“This is the end of human history. Not the end of history – the end of human-dominated history. History will continue with somebody else in control,” Harari, a vocal advocate for atheism, said.

Harari, a self-described futurist philosopher, previously said that he believes AI technology is an engine for his vision of dystopian ruin, adding that he wants human beings to fuse with machines and eventually be dominated by them.

He expressed similar ideas in his books, where he examined plans for a futuristic biotechnological world in which intelligent biological organisms are surpassed by their own creations.

“Homo sapiens as we know them will disappear in a century or so,” he said.

Harari also previously suggested that AI could be used to rewrite religious scripture such as the Bible, arguing that using AI to write a globalized “new Bible” will create unified “religions that are actually correct.”

“AI can create new ideas. [It] can even write a new Bible… In a few years, there might be religions that are actually correct… just think about a religion whose holy book is written by an AI. That could be a reality in a few years,” he said.
