New Video Exposes Biden’s Bewildering Boast: ‘I Sold a Lot of State Secrets’

'When these people tell you what they do, believe them...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) President Joe Biden’s recent attempt at humor during a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday has drawn intense criticism after he jokingly said, “I sold a lot of state secrets.”

The president’s careless remark ignited a firestorm of backlash, particularly as House Republicans continue to focus on allegations that Biden was involved in an influence-peddling scheme connected to his embattled son, Hunter Biden.

Biden began his remarks in the East Room by saying, “We — I was just thanking the — anyway, I started off without you, and I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared.”

Later in his speech, Biden clarified that he was joking, claiming, “Now, all kidding aside — look, we’re teaming up to design and develop new technologies that are going to transform the lives of our people around the world.”

Video footage of the remark quickly went viral on social media, with Collin Rugg, the co-owner of Trending Politics, saying, “Just one week after a whistleblower claimed Biden’s DOJ interfered in an investigation into Hunter Biden where he threatening a Chinese official to send money because his father was in the room, Biden ‘jokes’ about selling state secrets.”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., took to Twitter to criticize Biden for making light of the allegations embroiling his administration, writing, “Joe Biden’s brain is going and he’s literally admitting his crimes out loud. Impeach Biden! It’s unreal and so insulting to America.”

Echoing Greene’s sentiment, journalist Ian Miles Cheong questioned Biden’s claims, asking, “What did Biden mean by this? ‘I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things…’ When these people tell you what they do, believe them.” Jenna Ellis, former Trump attorney commented, “The dementia is letting the truth slip out.”

Just last week, Biden faced intense scrutiny following the release of whistleblower testimony implicating him directly in Hunter Biden’s questionable business dealings. The revelation added further weight to the ongoing controversies surrounding both the Biden family and the White House.
