STUDY: Lack of Follow-Up on Illegals Released into Middle America May Be INTENTIONAL

'“Is this new policy an intentional effort by the Biden administration to flood the United States with more illegal immigration?'

Data from a new report by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement revealed that less than 25% of illegal immigrants released by the Biden administration have shown up for at field office as instructed, according to the Washington Times.

Instead, immigrants who cross the border illegally “with largely unknown backgrounds [are] disappearing into the interior of the United States, [and] the Biden administration has announced no plan for ICE or any other federal law enforcement agency to locate the fugitives,” said a pro-border-security watchdog, the Center for Immigration Studies.

The CIS study helped explain why the U.S. southern border has seen a record-setting surge of illegal crossings under the Biden administration, which has created a crisis of near-unprecedented proportions on the border.

One former ICE official at the CIS saids that the new Biden policy may be a deliberate attempt by the Department of Homeland Security to allow the border-jumpers to stay in the country without first obtaining legal status.

“Predictably, the overwhelming majority of illegal aliens allowed into the country have ignored the Biden administration’s request that they seek out ICE officers,” said Jon Feere, CIS’s current director of investigations and a former ICE chief-of-staff.

“Is this new policy an intentional effort by the Biden administration to flood the United States with more illegal immigration?” Feere asked.

“It appears likely that every illegal alien will be allowed to live in the United States indefinitely, unless Congress demands DHS issue all NTAs at the border and immediately seek out and expel those who have failed to comply,” he added.

Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., said that Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was is either being “naive or intentional” in releasing illegal border-crossers without any legal requirement to appear ICE field office.

As a result, Lankford, who serves on the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs says that he will put a “hold” on every DHS nominee going forward until the Senate gets answers to the Biden policy.
