Don Lemon Victim: Drunken Genital-Rubbing Assault Was Part of Disturbing ‘Pattern’

'He’s protected by the fact that he’s African American, gay man on television and I’m just some nobody...'

Last seen violating his own sanctimonious mask rules in Florida, leftist CNN blatherer Don Lemon is back in the news with more sordid details emerging about the alleged assault he committed three years at a bar in the Hamptons.

And that might not have been a lone incident, with Lemon’s alleged illicit behavior being part of a larger “pattern,” his accuser said during an interview on The Megyn Kelly Show.

According to the lawsuit, filed in 2019 by accuser Dustin Hice, “[Lemon] put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers into Plaintiff’s mustache and under Plaintiff’s nose,” reported Outkick.

“Lemon intensely pushed his fingers against Plaintiff’s face under Plaintiff’s nose, forcing Plaintiff’s head thrust backward as Defendant repeatedly asked Plaintiff ‘Do you like p—y or d–k?’ While saying this, Mr. Lemon continued to shove his fingers into Plaintiff’s face with aggression and hostility,” the suit added.

“Anybody that acts like that in public without any fear of what it might do to somebody or the consequences it might have, that’s a pattern,” Hice said, according to the New York Post.

Lemon is gay and married, while Hice said in the interview he is heterosexual.

“He’s protected by the fact that he’s African American, gay man on television and I’m just some nobody,” Hice said.

In response to the lawsuit, Lemon’s legal team has accused Hice of withholding texts, deleting social media posts and hiding a witness who contradicted his claims.

CNN, meanwhile, has tried painting Hice as a publicity-seeking money grabber trying to make a quick buck with his false claims.

“The plaintiff in this lawsuit has previously displayed a pattern of contempt for CNN on his social media accounts,” a network spokesman said in 2019. “This claim follows his unsuccessful threats and demands for an exorbitant amount of money from Don Lemon.”

But according to Hice, it was Lemon who offered piles of loot to keep the accuser quiet, reported OK News.

“He’s made three separate attempts almost at a half a million dollars to try and get me to be quiet, but my silence can’t be bought,” Hice said.

“I don’t see any kind of settlement happening without an admission of guilt or an apology,’ he added, “but I seriously doubt with his ego and pride that’s going to happen.”
