(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) The Biden administration released a report promoting “inclusive democracy” and transgenderism across the globe, The Daily Wire reported.
The report, which was described as “the first of its kind,” are the the Biden administration’s highlights for the various governments and agencies which are “protecting the human rights of the LGBTQI+” worldwide.
The full report is 130 pages and mentions the word “transgender more than 100 times.
One of the initiatives listed in the report is the government’s support of a transgender health center in India and a Peace Crops-led panel titled “Translating Transgender Identity Abroad.”
The Peace Corps featured months long staff training on “inclusive language and communication strategies to support transgender, gender fluid, and non-binary candidates throughout the application process.”
The group also hosted events for trans activists within their countries, focusing on educational promotional campaigns such as Menstrual Hygiene Day for “women, girls, and others who menstruate.”
An estimated $5 million from the United States Agency for International Development has been set aside to support a “program involving substantial capacity building opportunities and direct grantmaking to LGBTQI+ and transgender-led organizations around the world.”
Promoting transgenderism on the international stage has lead to a bevvy of criticism from conservatives:
“It would be bad enough if the Biden administration were simply forcing their radical gender ideology on Americans,” Terry Schilling of the American Principles Project told The Daily Wire in a statement. “But unfortunately, if not unsurprisingly, they are also exporting their extremism to the rest of the world.”
He added, “It is abhorrent, for example, that our government would threaten to deny other countries aid for refusing to kowtow to the transgender lobby, but it appears that may be exactly what is happening under this president.”
Schilling said he believes Republicans should work relentlessly to end the Biden administration’s efforts to encourage transgenderism.
“If Biden’s goal is to make the rest of the world resent us, this is the way to do it. Republicans in Congress should do everything possible to end this insanity,” he said.
