Law Firm Fires Top Attorney for Agreeing w/ SCOTUS’s Dobbs Decision

'Other participants said they 'lost their ability to breathe' on hearing my comments... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Globalist law firm Hogan Lovells has begun to fire political dissenters from its ranks, particularly those who oppose the legal reasoning behind state-sponsored abortion, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The matter came to a head after last summer’s Dobbs decision by the Supreme Court, which overturned the infamous Roe v. Wade.

After the decision was passed down, Hogan Lovells held an online meeting for its female employees scattered across the globe to participate in a “safe space” for discussing the decision.

According to the author, Robin Keller, everyone who spoke, except her, voiced support for so-called abortion rights.

Yet Keller did not express any opinion about abortion as such, only the question of whether or not the court’s reasoning was valid within the framework of prior legislation and the Constitution.

“Everyone else who spoke on the call was unanimous in her anger and outrage about Dobbs,” she wrote. “I spoke up to offer a different view. I noted that many jurists and commentators believed Roe had been wrongly decided.”

She was immediately reprimanded by her hysterical colleagues for having her own independent thoughts.

“The outrage was immediate. The next speaker called me a racist and demanded that I leave the meeting. Other participants said they ‘lost their ability to breathe’ on hearing my comments.”

Soon thereafter, Hogan Lovells canceled all of Keller’s contracts and released her name to the press.

“Later that day, Hogan Lovells suspended my contracts, cut off my contact with clients, removed me from email and document systems, and emailed all U.S. personnel saying that a forum participant had made “anti-Black comments” and was suspended pending an investigation,” she wrote.

“The firm also released a statement to the legal website Above the Law bemoaning the devastating impact my views had on participants in the forum—most of whom were lawyers participating in a call convened expressly for the purpose of discussing a controversial legal and political topic.”
