Watchdog Urges Judge to Reject Hunter-Joe Plea Deal in Damning Letter

'We respectfully urge you to reject the plea dear which was tentatively agreed upon by the Government and Biden...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) The non-profit research group Marco Polo has issued a dire letter to the presiding judge urging them to “reject the plea deal” proposed for Hunter Biden, the embattled son of President Joe Biden.

The letter, signed by Marco Polo Founder Garrett Ziegler, former federal prosecutor Robert Costello, and former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, raises serious concerns about the proposed agreement and highlights alleged prosecutorial misconduct during the federal investigation of Hunter.

“Marco Polo, has spent nearly two years examining a copy of a laptop which belonged to the U.S. president’s son, Robert Hunter Biden (“Biden”). This work resulted in a comprehensive Report on the Biden Laptop,” the letter stated, before rightfully highlighting the authenticity of the infamous laptop.

The watchdog group, which first gained notoriety after unleashing the content of the infamous “Laptop from Hell,” vehemently opposes the plea deal agreed upon by the Biden-led DOJ and Biden, citing what they believe to be “numerous inappropriate and likely illegal acts” during the investigation, including alleged threats made by Biden’s prosecutors.

Additionally, Marco Polo’s damning report, along with other entities, exposes multiple instances of potential crimes by Hunter and his associates over several years, questioning the lack of accountability for these alleged crimes.

These concerns have been echoed by prominent Republican leaders in the U.S. Congress, with Sen. Ted Cruz saying, “The reason the Hunter Biden investigation is a matter of public concern is because it raises the question, is the president corrupt? Did he receive bribes from foreign nationals? Is he compromised?”

Giuliani and Costello, both familiar with the events surrounding the laptop, have joined Marco Polo in opposing the proposed plea deal. Costello, who obtained the laptop initially, and Giuliani, a former federal prosecutor himself, bring their expertise to bear on the examination of various federal crimes allegedly revealed in the laptop.

The letter emphasizes the judge’s authority to reject the plea deal, contending that the “nature of the crime(s), as well as the interests of the victim(s), and the community” should be taken into account. Marco Polo’s report details evidence of approximately “459 violations of state and federal laws and regulations” on the laptop, including alleged business-related, sex-related, and drug-related crimes.

The case is set to be heard next Wednesday, July 26.
