A recently recorded lecture obtained by Fox News’ Tucker Carlson revealed a top Chinese academic bragging about how the Chinese Communist Party has “people at the top of America’s core inner circle.”
For decades, the CCP has installed agents in Wall Street and the U.S.’s political establishment, claimed Di Dongsheng, vice dean of the School of International Relations at Renmin University.
Di made the comments during a lecture in late November, which was quickly removed from social media by Chinese officials for obvious reasons, according to Carlson.
“We know that the Trump administration is in a trade war with us, so why can’t we fix the Trump administration? Why did China and the US used to be able to settle all kinds of issues between 1992 and 2016?” Di asked. “I’m going to throw out something maybe a little bit explosive here. It’s just because we have people at the top. We have our old friends who are at the top of America’s core inner circle of power and influence.”

Di added that “for the past 30 years, 40 years,” the CCP has been “utilizing the core power of the United States,” which is why so many conflicts between the two nations were resolved quickly.
That changed, however, when President Trump was elected, Di said.
“During the US-China trade war, [Wall Street] tried to help, and I know that my friends on the US side told me that they tried to help, but they couldn’t do much. But now we’re seeing Biden was elected, the traditional elite, the political elite, the establishment, they’re very close to Wall Street, so you see that, right?” he continued.
The Chinese political scientist also mentioned Hunter Biden, son of Democratic candidate Joe Biden, and seemed to confirm Hunter Biden’s business dealings with the CCP.
“Trump has been saying that Biden’s son has some sort of global foundation. Have you noticed that? Who helped [Hunter] build the foundations? Got it? There are a lot of deals inside all these,” Di explained.
Di’s lecture is proof that China is the biggest threat to the U.S.’s national security, Carlson argued.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe agreed with Carlson’s assessment.
“There are a lot of people who, for economic reasons, don’t want China to be our greatest threat. There are a lot of people who, for political reasons, don’t want China to be our greatest threat in America, but the intelligence doesn’t lie. China is our greatest threat and it’s not even close,” Ratcliffe told Carlson. “No other country has the capability of essentially taking away the American dream, and a specific plan to do so, and the intelligence is clear.”
One day after Carlson revealed the video of Di’s lecture, Axios reported that several Democratic officials had unknowingly cozied up to a Chinese agent who was working with the CCP to undermine U.S. government operations at the local and state levels.
