Taliban Tweets Show Expensive Equipment Left in Afghanistan by Biden Admin

'Remember how Team Biden got journos to run interference for them and downplay what a catastrophe this was?'

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) The Taliban-run government of Afghanistan released pictures and videos of the massive amounts of equipment the Biden administration left behind when American forces withdrew from the country in 2021.

According to the Daily Wire, the estimated worth of weapons, vehicles and other equipment is $24 billion.

“300 destroyed vehicles in the 205th Army Corps were restored,” Afghanistan’s Ministry of Defense wrote on Twitter. “As many as (300) types of intermediate military vehicles that were destroyed and unusable were restored and ready for use by the technical team of the Abu Dojaneh Brigade of the Badr Army.”

The Afghani forces have also taken to repairing Kamaz trucks, Arada Humvees, assault tanks, Aradeh Taylor, Aradeh Purcliff and other vehicles.

“41 different vehicles were repaired in 203 Mansouri Corps,” the statement continued. “In the second brigade of 203 Mansouri Corps, 41 different types of vehicles were prepared for repair and use by the technical team.”

The Biden administration did not respond to the photos; Twitter users did.

“INCONCEIVABLE: Billions of dollars in operational US military equipment left behind by the Biden mis-administration’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan,” said user Fernando Amandi. “Outrageous and treasonous.”

“No one was fired for this. No one resigned, ” said Rep. Mary Miller in a response to the pictures. “Biden should be impeached, and his team of so-called ‘experts’ should be ashamed.”

“Remember how Team Biden got journos to run interference for them and downplay what a catastrophe this was?” asked Omri Ceren, a national security advisor for Sen. Ted Cruz.

Ceren then cited some of the fake rationalizations that leftist media used to downplay the fiasco: “‘The Taliban won’t be able to use them,’ ‘Where are they going to get spare parts?’ ‘They already had some of these anyway.’ Anything to get out of the news cycle.”

More recent reports about the calamitous withdrawal from the Middle Eastern nation revealed that the Biden administration was not surprised by the sudden need to leave, and simply failed to formulate an effective plan going into the evacuation.

The lack of planning lead to the deaths of 13 U.S. service members.
