Senate Intel Committee Finds No Russian Collusion, ‘Deeply Troubling’ FBI Actions

"We did find troubling actions by the FBI, particularly their willingness to rely on Steele Dossier..."

The Senate Intelligence Committee announced on Tuesday a conclusion that will shock nobody outside of certain DC neighborhoods: that there was no Russian collusion by former President Donald Trump leading up to and during the 2016 election, according to a Red State report.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R.-Fla, the chair of the Intel Committee, tweeted that it “found absolutely no evidence that then-candidate Donald Trump or his campaign colluded with the Russian government” while discovering “deeply troubling actions taken by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, particularly their acceptance and willingness to rely on the ‘Steele Dossier’ without verifying its methodology or sourcing.”

A bipartisan group of Senators produced the report, writing nearly 1000 pages and interviewing over 200 people over the course of over four years.

Despite the Intelligence Committee’s findings, leftists from the administrations of former liberal Presidents insisted that collusion nevertheless occurred.

According to former CIA Director and Obama administration hack John Brennan, Rubio is “dead wrong,” and should “read the report” that he helped write.

He also suggests that “the report shows extensive evidence of collusion between between the Trump campaign & the Russians.”

As expected, the report revealed that FBI agents committed a wide array of violations when conducting the investigation, including devising various plots to trick Michael Flynn into lying.

According to the report, a note written by FBI supervisor Bill Priestap was recovered, plotting to trick Flynn into pleading guilty under the unconstitutional Logan Act.

“What’s our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired? If we get him to admit to breaking the Logan Act, give facts to DOJ & have them decide. Or, if he initially lies, then we present him & he admits it, document for DOJ, & let them decide how to address it,” Priestap suggested.
