‘Biden Curtain’ Raised in Maui; Victims Beg, ‘Please Keep Talking about It’

(Corine Gatti, Headline USA) Alarming videos from Lahaina, Maui, showed miles of black curtains preventing people and the media from seeing the devastating truth at the source site of catastrophic wildfires in Hawaii that wiped out people and property this month.

A citizen journalist on TikTok took a video of the barrier, referred to as “The Biden Curtain” with a caption reading: “Miles and miles of black fencing being put up in Lahaina. Ground Zero is now behind the Biden curtain,” Geoff Cygnus posted on Monday. “There seems to be a huge emphasis on ensuring that the media and anyone else can’t see what’s going on.”

WND reported there were miles of this black fence going up that was not erected before concealing ground zero, ensuring no one could see what was going on inside of there from the road, “no one can get in there, no one can take any pictures,” Cygnus reported.

Moments later, Cygnus was chased off by the National Guard and allegedly told to get back in his car and keep moving. “So you cannot pull over. You can’t even stop your car anywhere near any of this anymore,” he said.

The situation took on a more menacing tone, with not only the National Guard’s presence but also regular police and foreign made “special police” vehicles with non-standard officers present.

“The people that are driving them are not – they don’t look like any police I’ve ever seen in the United States,” Cygnus said. “So kind of a bizarre situation, but they have a huge presence standing guard ensuring that nothing can be documented.”

The journalist expressed concern for his safety while reporting on the aftermath of the fire. He said people need to keep talking about the truth, ensuring that the story would still be told if something happened to him.

Meanwhile, conservative and Hollywood actor James Wood slammed the handling of the fires and the ensuing callous response.

Many conservatives joined Woods, sharing accounts regarding the fire, with one noting it was strange that all the mega-mansions survived. “The land taken by fire was all owned by Native Hawaiians, their by right of birth. My belief? This was done on purpose.”

The sticky fingers are in place to take it all and develop everything without any input said another about potential land grabs.

In the interim, Maui officials reportedly asked FEMA to stop posting new imagery of the disaster on social media. A letter from FEMA’s Office of External Affairs Director stated that they have not been asked to remove any photos or videos but are working with the county for further guidance.

A letter posted on by Anthony Cabassa showed an Aug. 19 correspondence from FEMA Office of External Affairs Director Justin Angel Knighten, who stated:

“Our team on the ground is coordinating with the county for further guidance to ensure we remain fully aligned. Cultural sensitivity is of the utmost importance in all our response and recovery activities to this disaster.”

“A person wishing to stay anonymous has sent me this email by FEMA sent to their nonprofit who is headed to Maui to help with disaster relief,” Cabasa reported. “They say they are being asked to STOP posting any images or videos while on the ground effective immediately.”

Officials were working hard to ensure a media blackout. There was speculation as to whether “cultural sensitivity” was their only concern or if they are attempting to conceal something more questionable, according to various reports.

Dark-Skinned Black Woman Sues Hooters for Favoring Light-Skinned Black Women

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) A former Hooters waitress sued the restaurant last week for allegedly discriminating against “dark skin-toned servers” in favor of white and light skin-toned servers.

According to plaintiff Taria Daughtridge, she was working at a Hooters in North Carolina until the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020.

Daughtridge, who is a dark-skinned black woman, said she experienced racial discrimination at the workplace—”including but not limited to expressions of preference for White and light skin-toned servers, suggestions that light skin-toned servers were more presentable, and jokes about the appearance and hairstyles of Black and dark skin-toned servers.”

Daughtridge said that in March 2020, she and about 43 other “Hooters Girls” were laid off following government lockdown orders.

Hooters began recalling girls to work a couple months later. By mid-May, 13 of the 43 girls were back at the North Carolina restaurant.

According to the lawsuit, 92% of the Hooters girls recalled were white “and/or had light skin tone,” suggesting only one of the 13 had a darker skin tone.

“Before the March 2020 layoffs, approximately 51% of the Hooters Girls at the Greensboro Restaurant were Black and/or had dark skin tone,” the lawsuit said.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed the complaint on behalf of Daughtridge, and seeks to certify the case as a class-action lawsuit. Plaintiffs seek damages, backpay and other compensation.

Twitter user @Indian-Bronson noted that this case was the latest in a long line of discrimination lawsuits against Hooters, which advertises itself as having beautiful and buxom servers.

In the late 1990s, for instance, Hooters settled a lawsuit against a man who had alleged gender discrimination.

This latest lawsuit is novel because it alleges distrimination not based solely on race, but also on skin pigmentation, @Indian-Bronson said.

“I think this all has the potential to take us to an insane and unworkable place as a country, and that Hooters prevails in this lawsuit, strengthening employers’ Bona Fide Occupational exemptions in hiring, on all kinds of traits, for all kinds of industries,” the Twitter user said.

‘Dilbert’ Creator Makes Logical Case That Biden Is Already ‘Done’

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Journalist Jack Posobiec was joined by “Dilbert” comic strip creator Scott Adams for a recent podcast recording.

In their conversation promoting Adams’s controversial new book, Reframe Your Brain, and covering a wide range of political topics, Adams declared that President Joe Biden may already be “done,” Human Events reported.

With respect to Biden, Adams noted that “reading the tea leaves” and attending to “little signals” has indicated to him that Biden “might be done.”

Specifically, Adams cited Biden’s “absence, and the timing of it in politics where we are in the election cycle.” In his view, Biden is “not quite mentally. . . capable.”

Normally, an incumbent president would be ratcheting up his campaign by this point, yet there has been little movement from Biden since his announcement in late April.

The duo also spoke about the recent indictment against former President Donald Trump.

With Trump’s court case being set by DC federal Judge Tanya Chutkan for March 4, 2024 as the trial date, just before Super Tuesday, Posobiec asked Adams for his thoughts.

“Anytime you see coincidences mounting up in a zero-trust environment, you should distrust the government,” Adams noted.

“So, I’ve got a rule. I suppose you call this a reframe because it’s in the book, actually, that individuals are innocent until proven guilty. And we just have to have that standard.”

According to Adams, the innocent until proven guilty standard need only apply to normal American citizens, not to government officials or corporate bureaucrats, who have long since proven that they cannot be trusted.

“It’s one of the basic things that holds the country together. Even if you’re sure they’re guilty you got to treat him as innocent until it’s proven. But the government, and I would say big corporations as well, they don’t have that.”

The thesis of Adams’s book, which was temporarily banned from Amazon, could conceivably be used to support what the left and center have deemed to be “conspiracy theories” which suggest corruption at the highest levels of government and society.

FBI Caught Presenting Doctored Evidence in Whitmer Kidnap State Trial

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) FBI agent Henrik Impola called it a “typo” after a defense attorney caught him red-handed trying to present doctored evidence to a jury Monday, during the trial of three men accused of aiding the 2020 alleged militia plot to kidnap Michigan Democrat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

But for defense attorney William Barnett, the false evidence presented by Impola—who has been credibly accused of perjury before in a separate case—has permanently prejudiced the jury against his client, Eric Molitor.

Barnett motioned to have the case dismissed, but was denied by Judge Charles Hamlyn, who agreed that the doctored evidence was presented in “error.”

The FBI’s doctored evidence is from audio recordings of two separate conversations Molitor had on Aug. 29, 2020, with undercover FBI informant Dan Chappel and Adam Fox, the alleged “ringleader” of the Whitmer kidnap plot who was found guilty of federal crimes last year.

The audio recordings took place the same day Molitor, Chappel and Fox allegedly conducted daytime surveillance of Whitmer’s home in upstate Michigan.

In one clip, Fox and Molitor can be heard joking about blowing up Whitmer’s boat—“Bitch, your boat privileges have been revoked,” Fox is heard saying. In a separate audio clip, Fox describes in more detail an “extraction” plan for Whitmer, to which Molitor is heard replying, “Dude, I’m in.”

During Monday’s proceedings, Impola testified that the two audio recordings took place within minutes of each other, as Fox, Molitor and Chappel were driving to conduct surveillance on Whitmer’s home. The timing of these two conversations would indicate that Molitor agreed to the Whitmer plot and participated in the surveillance drive knowingly, according to the prosecution.

However, the audio recordings actually took place more than four hours apart, meaning that Molitor didn’t know about Fox’s “plan” to kidnap the governor until after he took the “surveillance” car ride. In other words, Molitor didn’t know what he was participating in when he took that ride with Fox and Chappel, according to Barnett.

The defense attorney pleaded with Judge Hamlyn to toss the case due to the error.

“Our entire defense is [Molitor] doesn’t know anything about this [the kidnapping plot] as he’s getting into the car, and FBI testimony makes it sound like one minute after he gets into car, he’s [agreeing to help with the plot],” Barnett explained.

“That’s the crux of our whole case. And [Impola’s] testified otherwise. I don’t know how they can un-ring this bell.”

But instead of granting Barnett’s motion, Judge Hamlyn had the prosecution play the two audio clips to the jury again, and he told jurors about the FBI’s “error.”

“It doesn’t reach threshold for a mistrial,” the judge said.

“I understand the concept of not being able to un-ring a bell, but I think if [jurors are] instructed as to the error … they’ll acknowledge the change.”

When representing the audio clips later that day, Impola told the jury a “typo” had made on the interview transcripts to mistakenly indicate that the recordings were mere minutes apart.

But Impola has been credibly accused of pulling these kind of shenanigans before.

During the federal trial of Fox and three other men, defense attorneys noted in court that Impola had been accused of perjury in a prior case and asserted he “has had trouble telling the truth under oath.”

The perjury accusation was reportedly made on Feb. 11, 2020, by former AUSA for the Western District of Michigan, Brian P. Lennon, who recommended that Impola be investigated by FBI internal affairs.. It’s unclear what the outcome of that matter was.

The Whitmer kidnap trial continued Tuesday, and is expected to last about another two weeks.

Report: AP’s ‘Unbiased’ Coverage of Courts, Climate Funded by Activist Orgs.

(Robert Jonathan, Headline USA) The Associated Press, one of the pillars of the traditional “objective” journalism industry, is reportedly raking in large amounts cash in exchange for pushing left-wing, social justice-type propaganda.

This alleged revenue stream purportedly includes an inclusive storytelling program between the wide-reaching and ubiquitous wire service and the Ida B. Wells Society, an organization founded by Nikole Hannah-Jones, the author of the historically inaccurate and divisive 1619 Project.

As part of this arrangement, Wells reportedly teamed up with the Hearthland Foundation, which was founded by Hollywood celebrities Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw.

“[AP] last year announced a series of ‘partnerships’ to subsidize reporters covering climate change, race, and democracy. A review of the donor roster shows that the vast majority fund left-wing political causes, while none are supporters of conservative initiatives,” the Washington Free Beacon reported in an article that exposed these apparent lucrative agreements with progressive charities.

Lofty philanthropies allegedly writing six- or seven-figure checks to the AP include the Rockefeller Foundation and the Walton Family Foundation, among others.

The Walton entity is among those that reportedly funded, for example, stories that linked this summer’s heat wave to global warming and other such environmental alarmism.

Another nonprofit that reportedly funds AP’s so-called democracy journalism initiative publicly denounced the Supreme Court’s landmark decision overturning race-based college admissions policies.

The democracy journalism effort reportedly receives funding from one or more groups that advocate packing the Supreme Court with a cabal of left-wing activists.

One byproduct of the Donald Trump era is making known the degree to which media content, especially at the corporate level where misinformation is regularly lamented, has become transactional.

Perhaps it always was this way, but it wasn’t so obvious as it is now, with the adoption of a globalism narrative. Plus the phenomenon when opinion pundits abruptly switch up their belief systems when changing jobs.

Many of the same outlets, which have prospered and gained influence pursuant to the First Amendment, have become vocal censorship advocates as well as government lapdogs (principally when Democrats are in charge) rather than watchdogs.

In something of an understatement, the Beacon asserted that “The funding, much of it from these sorts of overly political actors, will make it more challenging for the Associated Press to swat away accusations of political bias.”

Once considered the gold standard of journalism objectivity, AP seems to have lost its luster.

According to a media bias rating organization called AllSides, AP’s political news coverage, in particular, includes “analysis presented as fact, subjective qualifying adjectives, word choice bias, bias by omission of views and omission of source attribution.”

In 2022, AllSides revised its AP rating from centrist to leans left, which the former defines as a moderate alignment “with liberal, progressive, or left-wing thought and/or policy agendas.”

Following the lead of websites and blogs, mainstream media bastions such as AP, the latter whose reporting is relied upon by many national, regional and local news organizations, likely would be more consumer friendly by simply acknowledging their ideology.

“Though the Associated Press is funded largely by subscriptions from the thousands of news organizations that pay to license its content, its donors shell out millions to subsidize coverage of some of the country’s most divisive political issues,” the Beacon added.

An AP spokeswoman insisted that the wire service “maintains ‘complete control’ over content produced through its philanthropic partnerships, and that ‘no funder has any influence over AP journalism.'”

Nat’l Archives Admits Having 5,400 Records w/ Biden Aliases, Won’t Release Them

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration acknowledged in a new lawsuit having nearly 5,400 documents that contained the name of one of Biden’s email pseudonyms, such as Robert L. Peters, JRB Ware or Robin Ware.

Specifically, a search yielded “approximately 5,138 email messages, 25 electronic files and 200 pages of potentially responsive records,” the Washington Examiner reported.

But despite the weaponized administrative agency’s prominent role in the lawfare attack on former President Donald Trump over his classified documents—with its unprecedented and spurious demands for Trump’s personal effects having set the stage for a controversial Justice Department raid on Mar-a-Lago—the National Archives was continuing to lay active cover for the sitting president and to stonewall those seeking to gain access to what amounted to clear evidence of criminal conduct.

Southeastern Legal Foundation is now suing to compel the agency to release the materials, Just the News reported, after the foundation filed a Freedom of Information Act request more than a year ago to obtain the documents on behalf of the media company’s editor, John Solomon.

Both that and a subsequent FOIA request have failed to produce the materials, they said.

“All too often, public officials abuse their power by using it for their personal or political benefit. When they do, many seek to hide it,” Southeastern Legal Foundation general counsel Kimberly Hermann said.

“The only way to preserve governmental integrity is for NARA to release Biden’s nearly 5,400 emails to SLF and thus the public,” she added. “The American public deserves to know what is in them.”

But the timing of the new lawsuit comes, coincidentally, as the email aliases—first discovered two years ago—are back in the news, with a House Oversight investigation this month having just unearthed the Robert L. Peters pseudonym that Biden used to track the Ukraine dealings of his son Hunter.

Although the then-vice president during the Obama administration claimed never to have discussed Hunter’s business dealings with him, the emails show he certainly kept close tabs on them—and used them to inform U.S. policy in at least one case, involving a $10 million bribe from Burisma executive Mykola Zlochevsky to force the firing of Ukraine inspector–general Viktor Shokin.

According to Hunter’s former business partner, Devon Archer, Biden also dialed into dozens of conference calls with Hunter and his business associates, where he reportedly talked about “the weather” while selling the “illusion of influence”—for which the “Big Guy,” in some cases, received a 10% cut of the profits.

In addition to the FOIA lawsuit, Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky. is also seeking the National Archives records for his probe into the Bidens.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., said recently that if the Biden administration does not comply with the release of records, that will prompt Republicans to advance on an impeachment probe.

Many believe that Attorney General Merrick Garland specifically appointed special counsel David Weiss to investigate the matter as a way of stonewalling any House investigation of the Bidens.

Trump Vows to Appeal Politically-Loaded J6 Trial Date Set By Obama-Appointed Judge

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Donald Trump released a fiery response to the Biden administration’s latest attempt to interfere with the 2024 presidential election by setting a J6 trial date for the heart of the campaign season.

The Obama-appointed federal judge overseeing the Biden Justice Department’s J6 prosecution Trump on Monday denied a proposal from Trump’s legal team that would have slated the witch hunt for an April trial date. Judge Tanya Chutkan, a radical leftist with long ties to Democrat lawfare efforts targeting Trump, declared the trial would start March 4, one day before Super Tuesday, when more than a dozen key swing states are scheduled to hold primaries.

Trump, who is currently by far the leading GOP presidential contender and the likely main obstacle to President Joe Biden securing another term, blasted the decision in a series of fiery Truth Social posts after Monday’s announcement.

“Deranged Jack Smith & his team of Thugs, who were caught going to the White House just prior to Indicting the 45th President of the United States (an absolute No No!), have been working on this Witch Hunt for almost 3 years, but decided to bring it smack in the middle of Crooked Joe Biden’s Political Opponent’s campaign against him,” Trump wrote, and vowed, “I will APPEAL!”

A flurry of Republican lawmakers joined Trump in criticizing the political weaponization of the trial date as blatant election interference, with Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., calling it a “total sham!”, while Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga., declared, “We must use the power of the purse to DEFUND the Left’s sham prosecutions of President Trump. This taxpayer-funded election interference cannot continue.”

Chutkan has consistently issued some of the most egregiously harsh sentences for J6 patriots who have appeared in her courtroom. She also previously worked at the same law firm as Biden’s son, Hunter, that represented Fusion GPS, the company that helped orchestrate the Russia collusion hoax targeting Trump.

The reported “scion of Marxist revolutionaries,” though, wasn’t alone in running alleged election interference for Biden and the Democrat Party.

The multiple trials scheduled against Trump align in nefarious harmony with key dates slated for the 2024 campaign, starting with the Oct. 2 fraud suit that New York Attorney General Letitia James has been pursuing for years and followed by E. Jean Carroll’s defamation on Jan. 15, timed to the massively important Iowa Republican presidential caucus.

The alleged hush-money case hobbled together by Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is tapped to start on March 25, slap in the middle of a slew of primaries that are slated to bookend the date, including key states Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Ohio and Louisiana.

The May date set for Smith’s Mar-a-Lago sham document case coincides with primaries in another field of battleground states. Fulton County DA Fani Willis was originally pushing for a March 4 trial date, but has most recently rushed to get a top billing Oct. 23 date in the Trump Persecution Production.

White House Spox Refuses to Define the ‘Biden Brand’

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) The chief spokesperson responsible for crafting the public image of President Joe Biden as a leader with a clear and winning plan for America was left flummoxed and fuming when asked to define “the Biden brand.”

The topic surfaced during a Monday press briefing, when White House mouthpiece Karine Jean-Pierre was asked a series of questions that focused on First Son Hunter Biden reportedly peddling his father’s influence and the “Biden brand” as part of an ongoing multi-million-dollar corruption and bribery scheme.

It started with a question from Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asking for clarification about how Hunter was footing the bill for the $15,800-a-month rent on his new Malibu mansion.

Noting reports that Hunter was supposedly selling his art to pay the tab, Doocy asked, “How can he guarantee that people are not going to be buying this art to gain favor with the president?”

The White House maintained its refusal to answer questions about the president’s son, regardless of how closely they impact Biden, and insisted that was a question “for Hunter Biden and his representatives,” Jean-Pierre said.

“It’s a question of ethics at the White House. We know one of the art buyers got a job from the Biden administration. Can you guarantee there’s no quid pro quo?” Doocy asked.

“I hear you. I hear your question. I’m just not going to get involved in this. That is a question for Hunter Biden’s representatives,” she answered.

Given the potential that Biden boosters are buying Hunter’s art simply because of its Biden brand, Doocy asked about the president’s son using it further their alleged corruption enterprises.

“We know from a Hunter Biden associate now that he sold the appearance of access to then-Vice President Biden,” Doocey said in reference to the damning Congressional testimony provided by Devon Archer.

The former Biden business partner told the House Oversight Committee that Hunter regularly tossed around the “Biden brand” as intimidation and influence to further their schemes. Archer also testified that Joe Biden actively participated in business dealings with Ukraine energy company Burisma, joining at least 20 official business meetings with Hunter and Archer via speakerphone.

“Are you confident that he has stopped doing that?” Doocy asked. Instead of providing an answer, Jean-Pierre claimed that, too, was a question for Hunter’s representative.

“If somebody is selling the appearance of access to the White House, that is a question for the White House,” Doocy responded.

“No, that is your, your — I don’t know — how you’re perceiving that,” she said, and when Doocy reminded that actually it was “from sworn testimony from Devon Archer,” the spokesperson shut down the question.

“I am just not, Peter, I’m just not going to get into this. I’m just not,” Jean-Pierre said.

Referring again to that pesky sworn testimony, Doocy asked specifically about the so-called Biden brand.

“Devon Archer talks about how he and Hunter Biden tried to profit off the Biden brand. What is the Biden brand?” he asked.

“I’m not going to get into it from here. I’m not going to get into it from here. We’re gonna move on,” the insurrectionist press secretary said.

Swing States Plot to Kick Trump Off 2024 Ballots

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Far-left activists and anti-Trump Republicans are orchestrating an insidious scheme to block former President Donald Trump, the leading GOP candidate for president in 2024, from appearing on the ballots in key states.

At the heart of the controversy lies a leftist interpretation of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. Some argue that Trump, despite no conviction, is guilty of leading the isolated violence on January 6, 2021 in the U.S. Capitol.

Robert Davis, a leftist activist, is influencing Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, to block Trump from the state’s 2024 ballots. “I think this legal question is very important to be decided well in advance of the primary elections for either side,” Davis said in statements to the Detroit News.

Former U.S. Senate candidate Bryant “Corky” Messner has also entered the fray, voicing concerns about Trump’s eligibility in New Hampshire. “I’m a Constitutional conservative. The words say what they say,” Messner told Politico, echoing Davis. “I quite frankly believe it is in Donald Trump’s best interest to get this looked at as quickly as possible.”

However, the debate faces staunch opposition. Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk criticized the claims that local officials could unilaterally remove Trump from the ballots.

“‘Legal scholars’ are arguing that local elected officials at both the state and county level have the power to unilaterally remove Trump from the ballot on the basis of the 14th Amendment—WITHOUT even so much as a conviction,” Kirk said before warning that GOP officials should also bar scandal-ridden President Joe Biden from similarly appearing on the ballots.

Ryan Fournier, the founder of Students for Trump, echoed Kirk’s comments, saying, “If they remove Trump from the ballot in Democrat states, we MUST do the same to Biden in Republican states. Fight fire with FIRE.”

Chris Agers, chairman of the N.H. GOP, stressed the potential consequences for both parties and warned that the N.H. attorney general would block efforts to prohibit Trump from appearing on the ballots of the 2024 election.

“We’re not going to stand for it in New Hampshire,” Agers said during an interview shared by Kirk on Twitter. “We’re just not going to stand for it. I’ve talked to the secretary of state. I’ve talked to the attorney general. I’m very confident that all of the 14 current candidates who applied will be on our ballot.”

Antifa Brawl over Illegals Erupts in NY, Weeks After Ex-Gov. Warned of Revolt

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A violent brawl between illegal immigration protesters and Antifa counter-protesters broke out in New York City, amid the growing influx of migrants allegedly seeking shelter in the city.

The clash erupted just weeks after former New York Gov. David Paterson warned of potential revolts due to the influx of undocumented immigrants and the lack of a comprehensive federal response.

As reported by Fox News on Monday, the clash centered around the contentious launch of another immigrant-exclusive shelter in Staten Island, with Curtis Sliwa, a former candidate for mayor and founder of the NYC-based Guardian Angels, demanding NYC Mayor Eric Adams, a Democrat, house the migrants at the mayor’s mansion.

“Antifa had been sending out emails and texts all weekend, saying that they would be there to smash the xenophobes, including me and Eric Adams,” Curtis told Fox News on Monday. “Their whole goal was to smash the xenophobes.”

The clash occurred against the backdrop of increasing tensions over the reckless surge of migrants arriving in the city. Former Gov. Paterson, a Democrat, predicted last week that a migrant-driven conflict between cities and the federal government over the uncontrolled influx of illegal aliens could lead to a revolt.

“It could in some ways backfire when other cities have the same problem as New York City,“ Paterson said in an interview, referring to the lack of response from the Biden administration. “There might be a kind of city versus country revolt — which we probably need at this point.”

Reacting to the violence against the protesters, a spokesperson for Mayor Adams defended the anger backed by Republicans.

“New Yorkers are weary of bearing the brunt of this national crisis, and we empathize with their concerns,” the spokesperson told Fox, before taking a direct jab at the Biden administration.

“With more than 100,000 asylum seekers that have come through our intake system since spring 2022 and hundreds more continuing to arrive in our city asking for shelter daily, New York City has been left largely alone to deal with a national crisis that demands difficult decision-making,” the spokesperson added.
