Conservative Rep. Proposes Bill to Ban Palestinians from Entering U.S.

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Conservative Rep. Ryan Zinke, R–Mont., introduced a bill on Thursday that would protect Americans and others who live in the United States by banning Palestinians from entering the country and possibly expelling those who are already located in the U.S.

Zinke, who used to be a secretary of the Interior Department under Donald Trump, introduced the legislation that was titled the Safeguarding Americans from Extremism Act.

The Department of Homeland Security would be required by the legislation to halt granting visas, asylum and refuge for people who have a passport that was issued by the Palestinian Authority. In addition to that, the entrance or visa for individuals who came to the U.S. after Oct. 1., 2023, would also be revoked by the bill.

“This legislation keeps America safe. I don’t trust the Biden Administration any more than I do the Palestinian Authority to screen who is allowed to come into the United States,” Zinke wrote.

He then said that this is “the most anti-Hamas immigration legislation” that he’s ever seen, adding that it is “well deserved” because people in America need to be protected from potential terrorist threats.

“Given the circumstances, the threats to our immigration system and the history of terrorists abusing refugee, asylum and visa processes all over the world, the requirements in this bill are necessary to keep Americans safe. This bill does exactly that,” Zinke wrote.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas would be barred by Zinke’s bill from granting Temporary Protected Status to people with a passport, along with refugee status and asylum. As a result, this action would force the DHS to work with Customs Enforcement and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to “identify” and remove individuals “without lawful status, including newly revoked status.”

Reps. Andy Harris, R-Md., Aaron Bean, R-Fla., Ralph Norman, R-S.C., Scott DesJarlais, R-Tenn., Clay Higgins, R-La., Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, Bill Posey, R-Fla., Barry Moore, R-Ala., Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., and Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., became the 10 co-sponsors of Zinke’s bill.

Appeals Court Suspends Trump’s Gag Order, Granting Temporary Victory

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A federal appeals court has temporarily lifted the gag order imposed on former President Donald Trump by District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan.

The contentious order, which prohibited Trump from publicly criticizing Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team during the trial of the 2020 election case, has now come under the scrutiny of a three-judge panel from the D.C. District Court of Appeals.

According to Politico, the panel, comprised of Circuit Judges Patricia Millett and Cornelia Pillard, both appointed by President Obama and Biden appointee Bradley Garcia, will examine whether the gag order violated Trump’s First Amendment rights.

This decision comes after federal prosecutors raised concerns about Trump’s social media posts potentially influencing the pending March 4 trial. Specifically, Smith, along with federal prosecutors, claimed that Trump’s criticism threatened the integrity of the case.

Trump’s legal team has strongly opposed the gag order, emphasizing its impact on his presidential campaign. They have argued that no previous court has ever imposed such a restriction on a candidate actively running for public office.

“The Gag Order violates the First Amendment rights of President Trump and over 100 million Americans who listen to him,” the attorneys wrote in a filing, according to the Hill.

Chutkan, who initially implemented the order on Oct. 17, defended her decision by stating, “Defendant’s presidential candidacy cannot excuse statements that would otherwise intolerably jeopardize these proceedings.”

Her three-page order blocked both Trump and Smith from making public statements targeting each other, the court’s staff, or potential witnesses.

The appellate judges, set to reconvene on Nov. 20, will determine the fate of the gag order.

Trump faces another gag order in the civil trial case led by New York Attorney General Letitia James against the Trump Organization. Liberal New York Judge Arthur Engoron fined Trump $15,000 for violated his gag order.

Alabama Mayor ‘Bubba’ Commits Suicide After ‘Transgender Curvy Girl’ Identity Exposed

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) F.L. “Bubba” Copeland, the mayor of Smiths Station, Alabama, tragically took his own life on Friday, shortly after his private life as a “transgender curvy girl” was exposed in a series of revelations by the conservative news outlet 1819 News.

Copeland, a prominent preacher and politician, was thrust into the spotlight as his alter ego, Brittini Blaire Summerlin, emerged into the public eye.

According to reports from WTVM, law enforcement officers were asked to perform a welfare check on Copeland. Upon their arrival, “He exited the vehicle, produced a handgun, and took his own life,” the sheriff’s office said.

Prior to the shocking event, 1819 News had unveiled Copeland’s secret life, detailing his online presence as a transgender figure who loved plus-size fashion and authored transgender fiction and erotica.

In a statement prior to his death, Copeland addressed the damning reporting, admitting to his online activity but claiming it was merely a hobby to get “rid of stress.”

“Just my wife knows about it,” Copeland said, according to 1819. “It’s a hobby I do to relieve stress. I have a lot of stress, and I’m not medically transitioning. It’s just a bit of a character I’m playing. … I don’t go out and seek solicitation or anything like that.”

In his statements, Copeland claimed he had not exited his house dressed in women’s clothing. “It’s just a hobby that I have inside my own home that has not traveled outside of my home,” he added. “I have not done anything outside of my own home besides post or publish anything on the internet, and that does not affect anything with inside my jurisdiction.”

Former Sen. Doug Jones, D-Ala., reacted to Copeland’s passing with disgust, blaming the conservative outlet for exposing the mayor’s secret life.

“I am so saddened at the death of my friend Mayor Bubba Copeland. He was a good man and a great mayor who led the small town of Smith Station through the tough times of a devastating tornado a few years ago,” he said. “It is sad and disgusting how he was treated by the @1819News for personal decisions however misguided they might have been.

After the release of the expose, several of Copeland’s allies condemned the reporting behavior. Notably, Copeland served as a pastor at First Baptist Church of Phenic City.

Alabama Baptist state leadership responded to the reporting, calling the behavior “unbiblical.”

“We have become aware of the alleged unbiblical behavior related to the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Phenix City,” the church said. “We are praying for the leaders of the church family as they seek to determine the truth concerning these accusations. As the people of God, we pray for the pastor and his family as well. We are in consultation with the Russell Baptist Association’s leadership as they endeavor to assist the First Baptist family during this critical time of need.”

RINO Christie Faces Humiliating Boos, Hecklers at GOP Event: ‘Drop out Now!

Longshot presidential candidate Chris Christie faced embarrassing boos and chants of “Trump” and “Drop out now!” at the Florida Freedom Summit in Kissimmee.

As soon as Christie hit the stage, he was met with a critical crowd, prompting him to respond. “What a shock, you’re for Trump, I’m gonna fall over dead,” he said. “Now look, every one of those boos, every one of those catcalls, every one of those yells will not solve one problem we face in this country.”

Despite his attempts to push back, the crowd continued to slam the former New Jersey governor, to which Christie fought back by taking a direct hit against Trump voters.

“Your anger against the truth is reprehensible. When you think about the problems that our country and this world is facing… this type of pettiness is beneath the process of electing a president,” he claimed, according to Fox News. Christie also told the Republican voters that they“fear the truth.”

Contrary to his visible frustration, Christie declared he was unbothered by the chants. “The problem is, you want to shout down any voice that says anything different than what you want to hear. And you can continue to do it… believe me, it doesn’t bother me one bit,” he remarked.

Christie marked the second Republican to be booed at the event, following the reception from former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, who as reported by Fox News, told the crowd that “there is a significant likelihood that Donald Trump will be found guilty by a jury on a felony offense next year.”

Hutchinson, also a longshot candidate, added, “That may or may not happen. Before you vote in March and it might not make any difference to you, but it will make a difference for our chances to attract independent voters in November.”

Both Christie and Hutchinson are embarrassingly polling at single digits, trailing far behind the leading contestant, former President Donald Trump.

Outside the event, Christie was met by pro-Trump activist Laura Loomer, with the former governor saying, “The proudest moments of my career is to be opposed by someone like you.”

Gaza Video Shows Residents Destroying Aid, Claiming Meals Too Stale, Expired

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A disturbing video emerged on Friday depicting what critics described as Gazans reportedly complaining that donated food has expired and is too stale to eat.

The video reached over a million views and shows young Gazans throwing nutritional bars on the ground, as well as torn boxes and wasted food.

Other emerging videos show that the nutritional bars were sent by the World Food Program, an agency housed within the United Nations, which in recent weeks has shown support for Palestinians.

CNBC appeared to confirm the reports in a Saturday report, highlighting that Gazans are complaining that they are unable to locate food and that those that arrived “has already expired or will expire before it can reach people in need.”

As detailed by CNBC, “Wael Abu Omar, a spokesperson for the Rafah crossing, said that in recent days the trucks have contained far more body bags than canned food. He claimed that recently delivered biscuits had already expired and were inedible.”

Lynn Hastings, a senior U.N. official, claimed she was unaware of the expired food but failed to confirm whether the meals delivered by the World Food Program would not expire within a month.

The allegations come after President Joe Biden convinced Israel to allow humanitarian aid to the Hamas-governed Gaza Strip, which finds itself on the receiving end of a military offensive that began after Hamas militants killed at least 1,400 individuals.

If corrobated, this would not mark the first time that the WFP came under fire for delivering inedible meals. In 2019, the entity faced criticism for reportedly distributing bug-infested food to Yemen.

“WFP carried out a full assessment of the condition of the wheat and laboratory tests confirmed it was infested with insects which has resulted in some hollow grains,” said spokesman Herve Verhoosel at the time, according to state-owned France24. “The wheat needs to be fumigated before it can be milled into flour.”

CNN Confronts Jamaal Bowman for Lying about Fire Alarm

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) “Squad” Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D–N.Y., refused to answer questions from a CNN reporter as to why he changed his story after he pleaded guilty in D.C. Superior Court on charges that he illegally pulled a fire alarm in the House office building.

“Mr. Bowman, why did you plead guilty to knowingly pulling that fire alarm, when you said you didn’t know it? You initially told us that you didn’t know it was a fire alarm,” CNN chief congressional correspondent Manu Raju asked Bowman, with the exchange later being posted on Twitter.

Bowman dismissed the question by saying that it became irrelevant.

“Why are you still talking about this, man? That’s behind me, that’s been adjudicated, that’s done, paid the fine, moved forward — and in three months it’ll be dismissed,” Bowman said.

Nevertheless, Raju pressed on the issue.

“But you weren’t straight about what happened initially,” he said.

Bowman replied by saying that he was “very straight… from the very beginning.”

After Raju caught Bowman in his lie by pointing out that he previously said that he “didn’t know,” Bowman looked back and forth at other reporters and then interrupted Raju once more in the middle of a question to abruptly leave and avoid the uncomfortable questions.

“Peace and love, y’all,” Bowman said, which prompted Raju to say that he was gaslighting him and the American people by not answering the questions.

Bowman was criminally charged with a misdemeanor for causing a false fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building ahead of a Sept. 30, 2023, vote by D.C. Assistant Attorney General Peter Saba, which resulted in Bowman pleading guilty to pulling a House fire alarm one day after voting against a resolution condemning Hamas.

Bowman later said that he did not mean to pull the fire alarm, claiming that he did that because he was in a rush to go to vote. At the time, the House was debating and voting on a stopgap bill to fund the government temporarily and avert a shutdown.

Speaker Johnson to Release J6 Tapes to Blaze

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was revealed that the newly elected Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson, R–La., will resume the gradual release of the Jan. 6, 2021, surveillance footage that was promised and later stalled under his predecessor, Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif.

Steve Barker of The Pragmatic Constitutionalist and a contributor for Blaze Media announced that the process for approval has already begun in one of his Twitter posts.

“I’m pleased to announce the approval process for @theblaze to release #Jan6 Capitol CCTV videos and images is back on track under @SpeakerJohnson’s sanction. I will post images and an official statement here on X later today or first thing tomorrow. Stay tuned,” he wrote.

In a separate post on the social media platform, Nick Sortor, an independent journalist, also shared this information, Trending Politics reported.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., was still issuing warnings to then-Speaker McCarthy as recently as Sept. 18, 2023, demanding “full release of J6 tapes.”

“Mr. Speaker, you are out of compliance with the agreement that allowed you to assume this role,” Gaetz told McCarthy in the run-up to him spearheading the removal of McCarthy as Speaker.

The news source added that it is likely that in the closed-door discussions that led to Speaker Johnson’s leadership, a similar condition was given to the new Speaker from Louisiana.

After McCarthy released a limited amount of footage to Tucker Carlson in March, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D–N.Y., called upon Fox News to shut down Carlson, claiming that “our democracy depends on it”.

“These lies continue tonight. Rupert Murdoch, who was admitted they were lies, and said he regretted it has a special obligation to stop Tucker Carlson from going on tonight. Now that he’s seen how he has perverted and slimed the truth and from letting him go on again and again and again. Not because their views deserve such a propium, but because our democracy depends on it,” Schumer said.

In addition to Schumer, Minority Leader and a RINO Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., also claimed it was a “mistake” for Carlson to broadcast the footage he was given.

Carlson was fired from Fox News six weeks after he aired the tapes. After the tapes were released, McCarthy vowed to turn over all 42,000 hours of footage, which he failed to do.

Israel Sets Up ‘Hamas Massacre’ Website

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Israel set up a “Hamas Massacre” website that features graphic photos and videos of the Oct. 7, 2023, terror attack to “document the horrors of that day.”

The attack began when Hamas terrorists descended upon the Nova music festival near Kibbutz Re’im on motorized paragliders and in pick-up trucks, which resulted in the massacre of around 260 people and the capture of hostages, the Daily Mail reported.

In addition to the chilling photos of people partying the day before, the black and yellow website also featured gruesome footage and images of dead bodies.

The website also contained photos of the brutal Kibbutz Be’eri attack that saw more than 100 of its 1,100 community members tortured and slaughtered, as well as photos of bedrooms drenched with blood.

Among the other photos that were featured on the website were an image of the charred remains of babies and a video of a man who has lost a limb.

The infamous tent filled with bodies of festivalgoers was also featured on the website to serve as a stark reminder of the attack that started a bloody war that has seen more than 1,400 Israeli deaths and 9,061 killed in Gaza.

The State of Israel’s official Twitter account shared the link to the website in one of its posts.

“Viewer discretion advised: some of you may have seen clips and images of the horrific war crimes committed by Hamas on October 7th. A new website archives all of this footage. We know it’s difficult to watch, but it is even more heart-wrenching for the victims and the families of these heinous crimes. Please RT this and help us make sure that the world knows what happened,” Israel wrote.

On Thursday, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israeli forces pushed further in than the outskirts of Gaza City in their assault on Hamas terrorists in the northern half of the Gaza Strip.

Kamala Harris’ Stepdaughter Caught Promoting $8M Fundraiser for Hamas-led Gaza

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris’s stepdaughter, Ella Emhoff, came under fire on Saturday for promoting an $8 million fundraiser for the Gaza Strip, which is governed by the Hamas terror group.

According to the New York Post, Emhoff took to her Instagram account, which boasts a following of 315,000 users, to advocate for the fundraiser aimed at providing urgent relief for Gaza’s children.

However, the NY Post highlighted that the fundraiser conspicuously omitted any reference to the recent atrocities committed by Hamas, including the horrifying massacre on Oct. 7 where children were butchered, with one child reportedly burnt alive in an oven.

The fundraiser, managed by the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund based in Ohio, has raised over $21 million in 2021 alone, as reported by the NY Post.

Conservatives took to Twitter to express their criticism Emhoff’s involvement in the fundraiser. Collin Rugg, co-founder of Trending Politics, remarked, “Vice President Kamala Harris’ stepdaughter Ella Emhoff is helping raise money for a Gaza fundraiser that could end up in the hands of Hamas. Not surprising considering her step-mom is one of the most incompetent people in Washington DC.”

Joining the chorus of disapproval, Rep. Jeff Van Drew, R-N.J., denounced Emhoff’s alleged support as “abhorrent.” The New Jersey Democrat warned that the funds could easily end up in the hands of Hamas. “It’s of tremendous concern and I find it abhorrent,” Van Drew said. “To be honest with you, I am kind of stunned by it. It’s disturbing to the maximum degree.”

Emhoff’s dad, First Gentleman Doug Emhoff is Jewish. Ella Emhoff, however, has declared that she is not Jewish in a previous interview.

“Ella is not Jewish,” a representative for Ella said to the Forward in 2021. “It’s not something she grew up with. Ella truly has no qualms with the faith, but she does not want to speak on behalf of Judaism, as she does not celebrate herself.”

Federal Authorities in New York City Arrest Wanted Terrorist Encountered at Border

(Cameron Arcand, The Center Square) – New York-based immigration authorities arrested a man who is wanted in Senegal for “terroristic activities” after he crossed into the United States through the southern border.

According to a news release from United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the 29-year-old man of Senegalese or Mauritanian origin was arrested on Oct. 17 by the Enforcement and Removal Operations New York City branch, and he will continue to remain behind bars until next steps are determined.

The release added that the Federal Bureau of Investigation alerted the agency about his alleged terrorism ties in West Africa.

However, the man was encountered by CBP on Oct. 3, while crossing the border near Lukeville, Arizona. He was then “released on his own recognizance” and he was told to go to ERO in New York.

“Noncitizens who are engaged in or suspected of supporting terrorism are a direct threat to our country’s national security and will be expeditiously removed from the United States,” ERO New York City Field Office Director Kenneth Genalo said in a statement on Oct. 19.

“ERO New York City will use every tool at our disposal to keep American citizens and residents safe from those who erroneously believe they can exploit our immigration laws to escape justice in other countries. We remain committed to working with our law enforcement partners to ensure individuals who commit unspeakable acts of violence are held accountable,” Genalo continued.

Although the man was wanted in another country, the United States has been encountering people who are on the terror watchlist.

As of September, 160 migrants on the FBI’s list had been encountered by border authorities in fiscal year 2023, NBC News reported. The Center Square reported in October that some experts are concerned about Hamas-connected terrorists making their way into the nation’s interior by coming through the southern border.
