Xenophobic Biden Lashes Out as Illegals Encroach on Blue Safe Spaces

(Chris ParkerHeadline USA) President Joe Biden has suddenly changed his tone on illegal immigrants as red states continue bussing them to sanctuary cities.

He is now using Trump’s Title 42 coronavirus expulsion order to compel Mexico to take back its migrants, reported Rebel News.

The order, which the Biden administration previously promised to end, was signed to “curb mass uncontrolled cross-border movement.” It grants the government “the power to prohibit, in whole or in part, the introduction of persons and property to stop a contagious disease from spreading in the U.S.”

But it’s not just Mexican migrants. Biden is also compelling them to accept illegal immigrants from Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba. The administration cited difficulties in deporting illegals back to those nations as its reason for pressuring Mexico to accept them.

Biden’s U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken cited concerns about the massive surge at the southern border that has overwhelmed the Border Patrol. Nearly 2 million illegal immigrants have already been apprehended in 2022.

Mexico has already accepted migrants from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. This marks an unusual move for the Biden administration, especially since Cuban migrants are typically granted asylum. It points to a likely much deeper concern that the administration is remaining quiet about.

However, border states and counties have not remained silent. Texas GOP leaders declared an invasion at the border last month. Multiple border counties have done the same.

That invasion has led several red states, including Arizona, Texas, and Florida, to begin sending migrants to left-leaning sanctuary cities. Democrat mayors and governors have, in response, admonished officials in those areas for sending them people that they claim to welcome.

They have also defied the Biden administration by supporting Title 42 restrictions.

“Title 42 should not be lifted,” Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, previously told Fox News Digital blatantly. He was interviewed prior to Republicans putting a halt to Biden’s attempt to end Title 42 restrictions.

There has been some pushback from Mexico, with one US official calling it “an uphill battle.”

There has also been pushback from officials in liberal cities who claim to be welcoming to illegal immigrants. Democrat Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot was quick to call on the federal government after Texas bussed 500 migrants to her city.

“We all know what the reality is, this is a national problem, it needs a national solution, and us as cities and states can’t be left to fend to ourselves,” Lightfoot said.
