Mich. Channel Posts Results to Primary… That Isn’t Until Next Week

'It is flat-out irresponsible to have published the results using actual candidates... '

(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) A Kalamazoo, Michigan-based, news company — News Channel 3 (WWMT) — has been caught releasing voter tallies for primary elections that have not yet occurred, according to a report from Gateway Pundit.

Unsurprisingly, in some of the most important Republican races, the RINO was shown to have won.

Citizen journalist Brian Lupo discovered that WWMT had already posted the results of several races more than a week before the August 2 primary. In response to his query, WWMT suggested that the visible results were a test of its election reporting system.

“We have been testing our systems with the Associated Press,” WWMT stated. “The numbers you are seeing are not actual results.”

Lupo suggested in response that such publicly visible “tests” might constitute “election interference.”

“How could one not think something like this would go viral if discovered by anyone and shared?” Lupo wrote. “It is flat-out irresponsible to have published the results using actual candidates.”

Lupo cited Michigan Election Law Section 168.932a, which enumerates as crimes any use of “bribery, menace, or other corrupt means or device, either directly or indirectly, to influence an elector in giving his or her vote, or to deter the elector from [voting].”

In an interview with Lupo, Republican Tom Norton suggested that the media was not to be trusted.

“I hope this is them stress testing the reporting system,” he said. “The press has a constitutional duty to be fair and balanced, yet sadly, we all know they have joined the likes of Goebbels-style disinformation.”

“2.6 million Americans have died for the right to vote to be protected,” Norton continued. “Any election fraud at any level is unacceptable.”
