Hunter’s $664K China Payout Contradicts Joe Biden’s 2020 Claim

'During calendar year 2017, Biden earned substantial income...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) An attorney representing Hunter Biden made a startling admission during a court hearing on Wednesday, revealing that China had channeled a substantial $664,000 payment to the president’s son.

This disclosure directly contradicted long-standing claims made by Joe Biden, who had denied any involvement of his son in financial transactions with Chinese companies.

Back in 2017, when damning allegations surfaced regarding Hunter’s potential influence-peddling in China, Joe Biden had strongly defended his son, stating that Hunter never received any payments from Chinese entities.

The revelation emerged during the court proceedings and was disclosed by attorney Chris Clark to U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika. According to the non-profit organization Marco Polo, Hunter Biden earned more than one million dollars in profits, which included a sizeable payment from CEFC China Energy Company—a company directly linked to the Chinese Communist Party, as reported by Breitbart.

Transcripts obtained by Marco Polo captured Chris Clark’s statement during the hearing, where he revealed, “During calendar year 2017, Biden earned substantial income, including: just under $1 million from a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate [BHR Partners]; $666,666 from his domestic business interests; approximately $664,000 from a Chinese infrastructure investment company [CEFC]…”

The attorney further confirmed that Hunter received payments from Burisma Holdings, the infamous Ukrainian energy company.

“From 2017 to 12 2019, he served on the board of a Ukrainian energy company and a Chinese private equity fund,” Clark added. “He further negotiated and executed contracts for business and legal services that paid millions of dollars of compensation to him and/or his domestic corporations, Owasco, PC and Owasco, LLC.”

These revelations have raised eyebrows due to the inconsistencies in Joe Biden’s statements about his knowledge and involvement in his son’s business dealings.

In October 2020, Biden claimed, “My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about, China. The only guy who made money from China is this guy [Donald Trump]. He’s the only one. Nobody else has made money from China.”

Over time, Biden’s excuses have changed, starting with his initial claim during his presidential campaign that he had never discussed foreign business dealings with Hunter. Recently, he shifted his narrative, stating that he was not involved in any business with his son.

Critics have taken note of these discrepancies. “We’ve been at this since 2018,” popular author Peter Schweizer said of the Biden scandals. “They initially said there were no foreign deals; then they shifted and said there might have been foreign deals, but the Bidens made no money; then it became Joe Biden didn’t know about the deals; then it became Joe Biden didn’t participate in any of the deals and now it is that he was not in business with his son.”
