Hack Partisan Judge Dismisses, Rebukes Trump’s Lawsuit against Clinton

'I reserve jurisdiction to adjudicate issues pertaining to sanctions... '

(Chris Parker, Headline USA) Former president Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton in March over her collusion with the FBI to fabricate allegations of Russian interference and use them to harm then-candidate Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign.

A Florida judge on Friday dismissed Trump’s lawsuit on the grounds that it lacked substance and had “no merit as a lawsuit,” reported Just the News.

“Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint is neither short nor plain, and it certainly does not establish that Plaintiff is entitled to any relief,” wrote U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks, an appointee of President Bill Clinton.

But Middlebrooks didn’t stop there. He wrote a scathing rebuke of Trump and his lawsuit.

“More troubling, the claims presented in the Amended Complaint are not warranted under existing law,” he said in his ruling. “In fact, they are foreclosed by existing precedent, including decisions of the Supreme Court.

“To illustrate, I highlight here just two glaring problems with the Amended Complaint. There are many others. But these are emblematic of the audacity of Plaintiff’s legal theories and the manner in which they clearly contravene binding case law.”

He then went as far as to threaten Trump’s legal team.

“I reserve jurisdiction to adjudicate issues pertaining to sanctions,” he wrote. That could mean sanctions against the attorneys representing Trump.

This isn’t the first time that Middlebrooks has ruled with bias. He also filed a ruling against George W. Bush in 2000 over Florida’s election dispute. The Supreme Court ultimately overturned his ruling.

His bias was also apparent in his continued rebuke of Trump’s lawsuit. “That Defendants could have obstructed a proceeding by initiating it defies logic,” he wrote.

Several DOJ cybersecurity experts have been investigated for their potential involvement in Operation Crossfire, the alleged attempt to blame Trump for colluding with Russia during the 2016 elections.

They were also alleged to have abused their government privileges to find (or possibly fabricate) nonpublic data to be used against Trump on Clinton’s behalf.
