GOP’s Abbott Bounces Beto for Texas Governor

'Tonight, Texans sent a very resounding message... '

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Republican Gov. Greg Abbott defeated Democrat candidate and serial loser Beto O’Rourke in Tuesday’s gubernatorial tilt in Texas.

O’Rourke who is mostly famous for his whining and his losing record — against conservative Ted Cruz in the state’s 2018 Senate showdown and an unsuccessful bid for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination — updated his resume Tuesday today in his defeat to Abbot in Texas, a state that’s been run by Republicans for over three decades, according to Fox News.

“Tonight, Texans sent a very resounding message,” Abbott said during a victory speech.

During a far-leftist campaign, O’Rourke promoted the indoctrination of children in public schools and shamelessly politicized and used the horrific Uvalde school mass shooting to stump for confiscating guns from law-abiding citizens.

O’Rourke also criticized Abbot for last year’s electricity grid failure across the state — even though it is leftists who want “clean energy” — and for signing a strict abortion law that would prevent the murder of innocent children.

Abbot delivered on a campaign message that focused on the state’s economy, border security and illegal immigration and high crime rates. He also criticized O’Rourke for his desire to implement strict gun control laws.

Abbott consistently topped his O’Rourke in almost every public opinion poll during the race. That popularity has produced speculation about Abbott making a run for the White House, but the governor told Fox News he is remaining focused on Texas.

Despite Abbott’s impressive victory, leftists who were in favor of “the most secure and safe elections” that happened in 2020, now say that Texas election results are not fair.

“I’m telling yawl the elections here are not fair. But last time I told y’all they were corrupt folks called me a quack,” one apparent disgruntled O’Rourke fan wrote. “Voter suppression won tonight. Not Abbot.”
