Feds Facilitate Flood of Illegal Aliens, Open Private Border Fence Closed by Sheriff

'The Democrats love illegal immigration, and so they have not been willing to change the laws... '

(Chris ParkerHeadline USA) A video shows federal agents from the Biden regime opening a gate on private property and ushering illegal immigrants through, after the Texas National Guard had closed the gate.

Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin captured the damning video.

“For the first time, we witnessed the TX National Guard close & lock a gate on private property at a major crossing area in Eagle Pass, denying entry to migrants who just crossed illegally & expected to be let in,” Melugin reported. “Border Patrol then came w/ a key & let them in for processing.”

Under Biden, agents “have to process migrants on U.S. soil per federal law.” That federal law contrasts with other federal laws barring illegal immigration.

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., called for a zero-tolerance policy after watching the video this afternoon.

“The Democrats love illegal immigration, and so they have not been willing to change the laws,” he said.

“Anybody who is caught in the act of coming in should be immediately placed back on the other side. No process, nothing. If you were caught breaking in, not through a normal portal of entry, you should go back on the other side of the river immediately.”

He also discussed the irony of barring Novak Djokovic from competing in the US Open over not having a vaccine, while allowing illegal immigrants to gain entry without checking their vaccination status.

The U.S. Border Patrol has been overwhelmed by the influx of illegal immigrants since Biden took office. They have resorted to only paroling those who break our immigration laws as the surge exceeds 200,000 in less than a year.

The surge has led to states taking matters in their own hands.

“Arizona has had enough,” said Republican Gov. Doug Ducey, according to the Daily Wire.

“We can’t wait any longer. The Biden administration’s lack of urgency on border security is a dereliction of duty,” he continued.

“For the last two years, Arizona has made every attempt to work with Washington to address the crisis on our border. Time and time again we’ve stepped in to clean up their mess. Arizonans can’t wait any longer for the federal government to deliver on their delayed promises.”
