(Alex Tien, Headline USA) Things are going from bad to worse for media hack Chris Wallace.
SOURCE: Chris Wallace is “having daily breakdowns” over the “miserable launch” of @CNNplus. Wants a “CNN show or is threatening to walk” they go on. “He is having staffers count how many times a day his promo is playing”

After defecting from his longtime employer Fox News to CNN+ in December 2021, the liberal newscaster’s career has taken a significant downturn.
With reportedly fewer than 10,000 daily subscribers, the far-left channel’s new streaming service has totally flopped out of the gate.
Reports are now surfacing that Wallace is “having daily meltdowns” in front of his staff and has been threatening to leave the network, according to Breitbart.
On top of this, Wallace has been so uptight about his own image (or lack thereof) that he has been having staff count how many times his promo plays each day.
Although he spent more than 18 years working for Fox News, Wallace—the son of iconic journalist Mike Wallace—reportedly found his colleagues’ ongoing skepticism about mainstream media narratives to be creating an “unsustainable” environment.

Several Fox hosts have since levied their own criticisms against Wallace over his refusal during a presidential debate to let then-President Donald Trump confront Democrat challenger Joe Biden over the alarming contents of his son Hunter’s abandonned laptop.
Bogus claims on the Left that the laptop story was “Russian disinformation” helped sway the election in Biden’s favor, although the story was ultimately confirmed to be true, creating what many now deem to be a national-security risk.
Speaking about his career move, Wallace said at the time that he looked forward to the “new freedom.”
“I am thrilled to join CNN+. After decades in broadcast and cable news, I am excited to explore the world of streaming,” he said.
“I look forward to the new freedom and flexibility streaming affords in interviewing major figures across the news landscape—and finding new ways to tell stories,” he added. “As I embark on this adventure, I am honored and delighted to join Jeff Zucker and his great team. I can’t wait to get started.”
Soon after this decision, however, CNN President Jeff Zucker was himself forced out amid a sex scandal and allegations that he had violated the network’s code of ethics.
Zucker’s departure triggered a flurry of new changes at CNN, one of which may have been to revoke past assurances that Wallace would be given the prime-time hosting slot of disgraced ex-anchor Chris Cuomo.
Conservative Twitter users were less than sympathetic, however, over Wallace’s sudden reversal of fortune, according to Twitchy.
He’s right where he belongs with the appropriately sized audience. The “new” CNN should not give him a show. They should learn from his diva behavior and run as far away from him as possible.

At his age you either finish your career at Fox or retire. You don’t blame “Tucker Carlson” for why you can’t stay with Fox only to join Brian Steltar.
