(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) A journalist directly asked former President Bill Clinton about his alleged ties to deceased financier and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, which the former president did not deny.
According to the Daily Caller, the reporter confronted Clinton at a rally for Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar in Laredo, Texas.
“Any comments on the allegations of your connection with Jeffrey Epstein?” Mendoza asked.
“I think the evidence is clear,” Clinton said with a smirk.
Mendoza jokingly followed up with another tweet that said he was “not suicidal… just in case.”
Epstein’s pilot, Lawrence Paul Visoski Jr., accused both Clinton and former President Donald Trump on Epstein’s plane.
“Former President Bill Clinton flew on some of the flights?” asked Christian Oversell, Epstein’s right-hand woman Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorney during the trail against Maxwell.
“Yes,” Visoski replied.
Maxwell gave an exclusive interview to The Sun where she discussed her close relationship with Clinton, describing it as “special”, but not elaborating on what brought them together or what their relationship was like in practical terms.
“It was a special friendship, which continued over the years,” Maxwell reportedly said. “We had lots in common.”
“I feel bad that he is another victim only because of his association with Jeffrey,” she added. “I understand he, like others can no longer consider me as a friend.”
Officials reported that Epstein committed suicide in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City. The prison guard was accused of sleeping and surfing the internet while on duty.
The situation around Epstein’s death raised people’s suspicions, especially due to his many high-profile connections such as Clinton, Terry McAuliffe and Prince Andrew.
Since his death, many associates of both Epstein and Clinton died under unexplained, mysterious circumstances.
Maxwell was convicted of trafficking underage girls and now resides Florida prison offering yoga, arts and crafts, movie nights and hosts an inmate talent show.
