American Airlines apologized to a Twitter user this weekend who complained about a pilot because he had a “Let’s Go Brandon” sticker on his luggage.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we want to get this to the right team. Please DM any additional details.

The Twitter user, who has since made her account private, asked the airline if they accepted “cowardly rhetoric on their crew luggage when they’re in uniform” and posted a picture of the pilot’s luggage.
“We are not the only passengers who noticed and were disgusted,” the user added.
The American Airlines Twitter account responded by apologizing.
The user went on to post pictures of her direct messages with an American Airlines representative, who assured her that the incident had been reported and would be reviewed by company executives.
“We take this very seriously and have sent this over to crew leadership,” the American Airlines representative said. “They will handle this internally after review. We assure you appropriate internal review will occur.”
Several critics pointed out that American Airlines allowed, and even encouraged, employees to wear Black Lives Matter pins on their uniforms, but is now threatening to investigate a pilot who used political speech the Left dislikes.
“American Airlines believes in equity and inclusion for all,” the company said in its statement.
“Fundamentally, we believe Black Lives Matter is an expression of equality, not a political statement,” American Airlines said in 2020. “It doesn’t mean other lives don’t matter, rather that in our society Black lives should matter and be valued the same as others.”
Exactly. LGB luggage tags need to be allowed if BLM pins are.
