ABC Blurs Number to Text Trump for Donations During Post-Arrest Speech

'The only crime I have committed is to fearlessly defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it...'

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) As former President Donald Trump delivered remarks Tuesday night, the ABC state media blurred out the number to text from Trump’s podium during its broadcast of the event, the Gateway Pundit reported.

Trump’s remarks came after he pleaded not guilty to 34 felony charges in New York City, supported by George Soros-funded District Attorney, Alvin Bragg.

The podium, which featured the message “TEXT TRUMP AT 88022,” could not be read during the broadcast of his Mar-a-Lago speech. Such advertisements are generally used for the raising of campaign funds.

Trump is the current frontrunner in the 2024 GOP presidential primary race and one of only three declared candidates. That alone has fueled questions about whether Bragg’s politically motivated prosecution might constitute election interference.

Predictably, the corporate media has refrained from blurring out the same type of message from President Joe Biden’s addresses as he has campaigned in the past.

Trump, during his speech, addressed the ongoing drama surrounding his recent arrest in New York City as he is investigated for charges that previously had been ruled out by both the state and federal government.

Trump in his speech slammed the lack of election integrity in the United States, noting that as his chances are undermined, DAs like Bragg have been permitted to run entirely partisan campaigns.

“Our elections were like those of a Third World country,” Trump said. “And now, this massive election interference at a scale never seen before in our country, beginning with the radical left to George Soros backed prosecutor Alvin Bragg of New York, who campaigned on the fact that he would get President Trump.”

Trump also emphasized his innocence in the case, citing that our globalist leaders have sought to excise him because he stood up for American interests.

“The only crime I have committed is to fearlessly defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it,” he said.

The corporate media hacks at The Atlantic and Rolling Stone, among others, rushed to condemn the former president for spreading conspiracy theories from the podium.

According to Rolling Stone’s Tim Dickonson, “Trump’s delivery was drained as he rattled through an endless litany of conspiracy and complaint, not only about the day’s criminal proceedings but about the ‘onslaught of fraudulent investigations’ he claims are unfairly targeting him.”
