Wyoming Primary Day Looms Closer for RINO Liz Cheney

(Preston Parra, Headline USA) Rep. Liz Cheney, RINO-Wyo., the controversial “turncoat” as many have called her, is nearing closer to her re-election primary in Wyoming and polls don’t seem to be in the anti-Trump congresswoman’s favor either.

Newsweek reported that Cheney’s poll numbers are suffering, with her opponent, Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman, leading by a whopping 30-point lead.

Most of the lack of support is undoubtedly due to her contemptuous words and actions taken toward former President Trump, helping to lead the charge against him on the J6 Unselect Committee.

Being former Vice President Dick Cheney‘s daughter, it comes as no shock to many that the low-polling representative from Wyoming would falter when it comes to supporting a figurehead that wasn’t scrapped together by the old Republican guard that her family has always shared such a close connection with.

However, it seems as though the tactics of the establishment ruling class of the GOP just aren’t making the impact on the American people that used to be so easy to manufacture.

“Bipartisan cooperation,” which in reality ends up being policy surrenders to the Democrats, is beginning to cripple the once-powerful group of the good old boys club in the Republican Party.

Surging gas prices, food shortages, and inflation shooting through the roof make it a lot easier for voters to hold contempt for the elected officials in D.C.. Especially the ones who, on any given day, can be seen hosting photo-ops with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, enjoying international delegation trips abroad, or partaking in what they do best, selling out the American people for a continued seat at the legislative table.

It is no surprise to many that the grip-hold that the legislative leadership has on the re-election ability of the rest of the legislative body is deeply rooted and easy to control, as the action taken against Rep. Madison Cawthorn, R-N.C., showed.

It seems, however, as though even the almighty powers that be in D.C. won’t be strong enough to save the seemingly doomed Congresswoman of Wyoming.
