(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Donald Trump vowed to investigate the corrupt leftist mainstream media over its “dishonest and corrupt” news coverage and analysis when he’s re-elected for a second term.
Trump criticized NBC News, MSNBC, as well as their parent company Comcast for “treasonous” reporting in his Truth Social post.
In addition to that, he also said that the networks mislead Americans by providing “vicious coverage” and pledged to hold them accountable for “country-threatening treason,” especially focusing on both NBC News and MSNBC.
“They are almost all dishonest and corrupt, but Comcast, with its one-side and vicious coverage by NBC NEWS, and in particular MSNBC, often and correctly referred to as MSDNC (Democrat National Committee!), should be investigated for its ‘Country Threatening Treason,’” Trump wrote.
He also blasted NBC News and MSNBC for non-stop propaganda about Trump being the Kremlin agent. The unfounded and debunked allegations that Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign colluded with Russian agents to rig the election are still pushed to this day.
“Their endless coverage of the now fully debunked SCAM known as Russia, Russia, Russia, and much else, is one big Campaign Contribution to the Radical Left Democrat Party,” Trump wrote.
He then vowed that he would scrutinize the corrupt networks for their coverage.
“I say up front, openly, and proudly, that when I WIN the Presidency of the United States, they and others of the LameStream Media will be thoroughly scrutinized for their knowingly dishonest and corrupt coverage of people, things and events,” Trump wrote.
After that, he suggested that one way to stop them from spreading their propaganda would be to start charging these networks for their use of America’s “very valuable airwaves.”
“Why should NBC, or any other of the corrupt & dishonest media companies, be entitled to use the very valuable Airwaves of the USA, FREE?” Trump wrote.
He then concluded his Truth Social post by saying something that all conservatives have figured out a very long time ago.
“They are a true threat to Democracy and are, in fact, THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE! The Fake News Media should pay a big price for what they have done to our once great Country!” Trump wrote.
