Teachers Coordinate Va. School Walkouts over Youngkin’s Trans Policy

'Trans rights are human rights... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) With the aid of their leftist teachers, hundreds of radicalized high school students marched out of class in protest in response to Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s policy that schools are not permitted to convince children to become transgenders in secret, NBC Washington reported.

Youngkin’s policy requires that parents sign off on any name changes requested by students, and demanded that school programming should treat children by their biological sex. His policy remains within the bounds of federal law.

Yet enraged schoolteachers and children decided to hold walkouts to raise awareness of transgenderism.

Some on Twitter noted the fraudulence of the practice riots, which were organized from the top down.

“These aren’t spontaneous walk outs. They’re organized. Those teachers unions had better step up. Only 4 schools? Weak,” one Twitter user wrote.

Natasha Sanghvi, a high school senior and member of the Pride Liberation Project, claimed that she helped raise awareness for transgender rights.

“We decided to hold these walkouts as kind of a way to … disrupt schools and essentially have students be aware of what’s going on.”

According to Sanghvi, the old policy helped students find their own individual identities. But the new policy will undoubtedly harm “every single queer student in the state of Virginia.”

At McLean High School, right near the heart of the DC swamp, over 300 students left class, screaming “Trans rights are human rights,” and, “D-O-E [Department of Education], leave us be!”

Ranger Balleisen, a senior transgender student who helped organize the protest, said that he is happy that his institution is backing his ideology.

“It’s so great seeing the way this school has my back,” Balleisen said.

The protests culminated in weeping teenage girls telling the governor how mean he is:

“How can he stand there and say that he loves his country and his state if he wants to hurt us?” the young activist wailed.
