Soros D.A. Booted from Case Involving Loudoun Co. School Rape

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Soros-supported prosecutor Buta Biberaj has been removed from an appeal case of a Loudoun County girl who was raped in the bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt in 2021, the Business and Politics Review reported.

Bill Stanely, the attorney for the girl’s father, Scott Smith, noted in a press release that Smith and his daughter are relieved, because they merely wished for a fair trial.

“All that Scott Smith and his family have ever asked for is that the Loudoun County school system protect their daughter and treat them fairly; it has not,” he wrote.

“The Court’s Order today has corrected, in some measure, the injustice created by Ms. Biberaj’s bias against Mr. Smith, and the Court has restored his hope for a fair trial on the remaining charge against him in his quest to protect his beloved daughter. We are very grateful for the Court’s ruling,” Stanley continued.

Soon after the rape took place, Smith had showed up at a school board meeting to protest the lack of action on the part of the school.

But upon confronting the members of the board, Smith was forcefully removed and eventually convicted of two misdemeanors of disorderly conduct and the obstruction of justice, which have been challenged by Circuit Court Judge James Plowman, who booted Biberaj from the case earlier this month.

“There is insufficient evidence to determine whether or not a direct conflict exists that would mandate removal and/or disqualification of the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office,” Plowman’s order says.

He also accused Biberaj of failing to be impartial, thus violating Smith’s due process rights.

“The concerns about the public confidence in the integrity of the prosecution as well as the Defendant’s concerns regarding the impartiality of the Commonwealth’s Attorney are sufficiently grounded. As a result, the integrity of the Defendant’s due process rights is in jeopardy and must be protected.”

Biberaj, who received more than $860,000 from Soros’ Justice and Public Safety PAC, was lenient with the rapist, recommending that the student be removed from his current school and required to wear an ankle monitor.
