Justice Dept. Sues SpaceX over Discrimination against Refugees, Asylum Seekers

(The corrupt Justice Department sued SpaceX on Thursday alleging the company discriminated against asylees and refugees.

The lawsuit alleges Space Exploration Technologies Corporation, better known as SpaceX, that, from at least September 2018 to May 2022, the company routinely discouraged asylees and refugees from applying and refused to hire or consider them, because of their citizenship status, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Billionaire Elon Musk formed SpaceX in 2002 as a private company, the same year that the South African national himself became a naturalized U.S. citizen.

“Our investigation found that SpaceX failed to fairly consider or hire asylees and refugees because of their citizenship status and imposed what amounted to a ban on their hire regardless of their qualification, in violation of federal law,” Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke, of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, said in a statement.

“Our investigation also found that SpaceX recruiters and high-level officials took actions that actively discouraged asylees and refugees from seeking work opportunities at the company,” she added.

The lawsuit alleges that SpaceX job postings and public statements for several years incorrectly claimed that under federal regulations known as “export control laws,” the company could hire only U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents, or “green card holders.”

“Our investigation also found that SpaceX recruiters and high-level officials took actions that actively discouraged asylees and refugees from seeking work opportunities at the company,” Clarke said.

Prosecutors seek fair consideration and back pay for asylees and refugees who were deterred or denied employment.

The government also seeks civil penalties, according to the lawsuit.

Musk contends that he was subject to regulations of the International Traffic and Arms Regulations Act, which prohibited non-Americans from working on rocketry. The DOJ subsequently issued a clarification to the act but now is targeting Musk retroactively.

Sarah Palin: Left’s Persecution of Trump Could Lead to New Civil War

(Abdul–Rahman Oladimeji Bello, Headline USA) Former Alaska Republican Gov. Sarah Palin triggered leftists into an apocalyptic frenzy with her prediction that the Biden regime’s continued political persecution of Donald Trump could start a civil war.

“Those who are conducting this travesty and creating this two-tier system of justice, I want to ask them what the heck, do you want us to be in civil war? Because that’s what’s going to happen,” Palin told Newsmax on Thursday. “We’re not going to keep putting up with this.”

Palin’s comments came as Trump was being arrested and booked in Fulton County, stemming from the sham RICO charges brought by a rabid, Soros-backed district attorney over Trump’s challenging the dubious results of the marred 2020 election.

“They’re taking extra steps to humiliate him,” Palin said, adding that the efforts were having the opposite effect.

“He’s using this as fuel. He’s using this as even more of this body armor that he has and that he needs to speak for the rest of us and to fight for the rest of us,” Palin said. “Just keep in mind what they’re trying to do to him. Not just, of course, bankrupt him but take away all of his civil rights and humiliate him.”

Newsmax anchor Eric Bolling picked up that thread, noting that the public on both sides of the political spectrum is starting to recognize the Biden Justice Department’s malicious intent.

“The voters are seeing how unjust it is. They may not like Trump. They might dislike Trump, in fact, but they see if you let them get away with it now, they’ll never stop,” Bolling said. “They won’t stop with him. They’ll do it to anyone who disagrees with their ideas.”

That point seemed lost on leftists who lashed out at Palin, accusing her of trying to start a civil war by condemning the attacks on Trump and free speech.

“This rhetoric needs to end. This stuff is just going too far,” demanded Ed Krassenstein.

“Stop calling for civil war. Stop implying that we are on the brink of Civil War. We are not. Just Stop!” screeched Krassenstein, who along with his equally leftist twin brother, Brian, had previously been banned from Twitter “for allegedly boosting engagement with paid and fake accounts.” Before being booted from Twitter, and subsequently reinstated, Krassenstein repeatedly called for Trump’s impeachment and arrest.

Palin took him to task for grossly misrepresenting her comments and himself trying to foster discontent. “Silly little liar. WTH are you talking about? And why is @elonmusk allowing you to lie?” she tweeted.

“WHEN DID I CALL FOR CIVIL WAR?? ASKED if that’s what you Leftist whackos wanted to happen, with your lies & disruptions & division – all in the name of your attempt to fundamentally transform this country that the rest of us love. Focus, little fella, focus on what she-who-stirs-you-up-in- so-many-ways actually said.

The former vice presidential candidate also didn’t hold back criticism of the Republican National Committee for its weak sauce efforts in defending Trump against Biden’s politically weaponized interference with the 2024 election and the DOJ’s lawfare attacks on the GOP’s leading presidential contender.

“You suggested that we need to get angry. We do need to rise up and take our country back,” Palin told Bolling during Thursday’s interview. “Now, I would say about the RNC, that’s what’s lacking when it comes to collective anger that can be healthy and can be useful,” she added.

“They have the platform, and yet they’re too timid, a bunch of frickin’ RINOs running the thing,” Palin said. “So the RNC better get their stuff together, or we have to ask them too: What do they want as an outcome of this? Civil War?”

Germany Convicts Judge Who Ruled against Mask Mandates for ‘Perverting’ Law

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Judge Christian Dettmar received a suspended prison sentence for “perverting the law” after striking down a rule by the German government that mandated masking for schoolchildren.

Dettmar, who served as a judge in the German state of Thuringia, rejected a rule that required masking, social distancing and daily COVID testing for school-aged kids as part of the pandemic response, according to Breitbart.

The judge issued a statement after striking down the rule, explaining that the health of the children was not the motive for this law.

Two schools in the city of Weimar, Thuringa did not enforce the COVID mandates because of his decision, enraging the country’s federal government.

A higher court overturned Dettmar’s decision after the Thuringa Department of Education issued a formal complaint. They launched a suit against the judge, and he was subsequently accused of “perverting the law” as he purportedly ruled on a matter where he had no authority.

The prosecution accused the judge of listening to only skewed evidence from experts who criticized the lockdowns.

The prosecution attempted to paint the judge’s decision as a radical statement against the lockdowns, not coming from a place of concern and care for the state’s children. They also claimed he deleted emails and files to intentionally deceive the prosecution and evade sentencing.

Judge Dettmar did not apologize for ruling, and said he felt no regret and would gladly make the same decision again “out of deep inner conviction.”

Recently, Dettmar received a two year suspended sentence from the state’s district court.

In Germany judges who receive more than 12 months suspended sentencing may also lose their seat and their pension.

The state ordered Dettmar to take a suspension when the case went to trial. He also faced a police search of his home, office and digital devices.

COMMENT: Ramaswamy Tied to Soros, Big Pharma; Wants to Pardon Biden Family

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) By modeling his campaign rhetoric and policy positions after former President Donald Trump, businessman Vivek Ramaswamy has fast become one of the leading 2024 Republican presidential candidates.

Ramaswamy was the rock star of Wednesday’s presidential debate, which further solidified his second place standing in the race with a post-debate haul of more than $450,000.

But records indicate that Ramaswamy is also a George Soros-funded Big Pharma guy who pushed the anti-Jan. 6 narrative and stated that he is open to pardoning the Biden family.

Questions also loom over whether Ramaswamy was one of the World Economic Forum’s “Young Global Leaders.”

The WEF itself claimed as much before Ramaswamy demanded that it remove a profile of him from its website.

Whether one believes the cover story that Ramaswamy rejected the WEF’s nomination, other red flags warn that Ramaswamy may not be the “America First” candidate he claims to be.

One of those things is a scholarship he received from the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans, a fund named after the billionaire oligarch’s older brother.

Ramaswamy reportedly even bribed a Wikipedia editor to remove this information about him from his page on the website—right before he announced that he was running for president.

However, while Ramaswamy was paying other people to hide the fact that he took blood money from the corrupt Soros family, it seems that he forgot to remove a social media post in which he praised George Soros for a 2021 op-ed in the Wall Street Journal that warned of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s efforts to install himself as a permanent dictator.

It got even worse for Ramaswamy when his 2022 Politico article “The Grand Old Party of Crybabies” resurfaced, in which he called Jan. 6, 2021, a “dark day for democracy.”

Ramaswamy also said that Trump was a “sore loser” for objecting the steal of 2020 election, compared him to Stacey Abrams and added that “our institutions shouldn’t have been tested.”

A pair of Jan. 12, 2021, social media posts further underscored his criticism of the president, whom he glowingly praised and offered unequivocal support for during the recent debate as other candidates commended the actions of former Vice President Mike Pence in refusing to allow challenges of the Electoral College votes.

Another concerning thing about Ramaswamy is his ties to Big Pharma—specifically his company’s partnership with Pfizer and his desire to install a centralized database of private medical records.

It comes as no surprise that Ramaswamy also promoted wearing face masks and praised Joe Biden for pushing the COVID-19 vaccine.

The final nail on the coffin of the “America First” candidate image is him praising RINO governors—including Gov. Brian Kemp of Georgia—and saying that he is “open” to a pardon the Biden family.

“… I would be open to evaluating pardons for members of the Biden family in the interest of moving the nation forward,” he said.

Ramaswamy is not the only GOP challenger whose promise has dashed the hopes of conservatives worried about Trump’s ability to withstand four or more lawfare attacks while running the most important campaign in U.S. history.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, whose lack of charisma has led his campaign to sputter, showed his true colors after lying to his potential voters by presenting AI images of Trump and former COVID czar Anthony Fauci as real; denying that Democrats stole the 2020 election; and calling Trump supporters “listless vessels,” among many other things.

Ex-FBI HQ Contractor Arrested for Child Porn, Grooming Gamers

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The Justice Department announced Wednesday that a former FBI contractor has been charged with sexual exploitation of children and child pornography charges.

According to the DOJ, Virginia man Brett Janes, 26, contacted roughly a dozen minor boys over Discord and Snapchat.

Janes allegedly groomed the minors by telling them he worked for a U.S. intelligence agency before repeatedly threatening suicide if the minors did not continue to communicate with him.

In one instance, he allegedly enticed a 13-year-old boy whom he met through the first-person shooter game Valorant, to strip and masturbate over a live video Discord call by threatening to kill himself and by paying him money over CashApp.

Janes also allegedly enticed a 12-year-old boy to create and send him child sexual abuse material, or CSAM, over Discord through flattery and repeated begging—sending messages such as “please just answer so i am not being crazy and stupid for sending 500 bucks to a 14 yr old.”

The DOJ said Janes was successful in manipulating some boys in sending him porn.

“Janes allegedly received child sexual abuse material from these two minors, as well as two separate minor victims, and attempted to meet up with a minor,” the DOJ said in a press release.

“He also allegedly purchased hundreds of videos and images of child sexual abuse material from Telegram.”

According to an FBI affidavit, Janes’s crimes were discovered by the father of one of the victims. The father contacted local police, who then relayed the case to the FBI around April.

By May, the FBI confirmed that Janes was a contractor within a headquarters unit in the FBI, the affidavit said.

Janes is charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of children and production of CSAM, one count of attempted coercion and enticement, and one count of receipt of child pornography. He faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum penalty of life in prison.

There appears to be an epidemic of child predators working as contractors for federal agencies. Buzzfeed revealed in December 2021 that the CIA has secretly amassed credible evidence that at least 10 of its employees and contractors committed sexual crimes involving children.

School Admin Org. Behind Secret Push to Force More Wokeness into Classrooms

(Corine Gatti, Headline USA) The American Association of School Administrators has piloted a program in hundreds of school districts across the United States with the launch of “Learning 2025,” pushing public schools to adopt woke policies in the classroom.

The initiative, which has remained hidden from many parents, claimed to focus on prioritizing students’ physical, emotional and spiritual development in the public classroom. As part of this initiative, teachers were encouraged to eliminate all allegedly exclusionary and shaming practices like tardy slips in their classrooms, the Daily Caller reported.

In a speech at the AASA “Learning 2025” seminar, Tami Johnson, a counselor in the Cajon Valley Union School District, argued that tardy slips should be eliminated. She shared the story of a student who felt embarrassed after receiving a tardy slip and recommended moving away from traditional practices, including traditional grading practices.

“Shame has no place in our schools,” Johnson stated in the recording. “Not in our classrooms. Not in the way we welcome children. But what if pink [tardy slips] changed? Be a pink color changer with me today. What if we welcomed students like this? ‘We are glad you’re here. Tami is here. There are 390 minutes [in a school day].’

Johnson’s presentation also encouraged educators to stop humiliating students by asking about their grades. Instead, she suggested asking about their strengths and values to help direct them toward their interests in school.

She claimed that asking about grades usually leads to negative responses and does not motivate students to do better. Several schools, including Baldwin Union Free School District and several in Pennsylvania, have used the AASA’s Learning 2025 curriculum, The Daily Caller noted.

The “Learning 2025” program has come under scrutiny for its striking similarities with the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child framework created by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Critics highlighted that the CDC’s model prioritizes psychological and social services that preach a radical LGBT agenda, often without parents’ consent or knowledge.

“There is an overall intentionality of pushing the parents out of the picture, of students being led to believe … that they don’t have to adhere to the standards that their parents may have for them,” Holly Terei, national director of teacher coalition for No Left Turn in Education, told Fox News.

“Your child’s mind is being used as a playground, if you will,” Terei added. “They made it clear that they’re going to make a lot of mistakes implementing these programs and that it probably will get worse before it gets better.”

Legendary Rocker Carlos Santana Tells Truth about Transgenderism During Show, Apologizes

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Renowned rocker Carlos Santana became the latest cancel cult target after he ripped the transgender propaganda that the left is attempting to force upon the nation and delivered a message of inclusivity.

“When God made you and me, before we came out of the womb, you know who you are and what you are,” Santana said during a break between music at a New Jersey concert. “Later on, when you grow out of it, you see things, and you start believing that you could be something that sounds good, but you know it ain’t right.”

He concluded with a moderate tone, suggesting that he does not care if people are delusional, so long as they do not force those delusions onto others.

“Because a woman is a woman and a man is a man. That’s it. Whatever you wanna do in the closet, that’s your business. I’m OK with that.”

But, facing pressure from the corporate media and its administrative state backers, Santana later backed down and apologized for what he called “insensitive” comments, CNN reported.

“They don’t reflect that I want to honor and respect all person’s ideals and beliefs. I realize that what I said hurt people and that was not my intent. I sincerely apologize to the transgender community and everyone I offended,” his statement continued.

The rocker also noted that his “personal goal” is to “honor and respect all person’s ideals and beliefs whether they are LGBTQ or not.”

Santana echoed some of the sentiments he expressed in his initial onstage message, namely, that he is less interested in prescribing courses of action for others than he is in not being lectured by leftists.

“This is the planet of free will and we have all been given this gift. I will now pursue this goal to be happy and have fun, and for everyone to believe what they want and follow in your hearts without fear.”

Biden Admin Announces ‘Chestfeeding Awareness Month’ Amid Several Crises

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) The Biden administration took time to celebrate “chestfeeding awareness month” in a mass email sent to the entirety of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection staff, drawing widespread criticism from agents tasked with protecting the southern border.

The email alerted staff to the upcoming “National Breast/Chestfeeding Awareness Month,” and emphasized the availability of “lactation support” for employees, particularly those who identified as “transgender and nonbinary-gendered individuals,” according to the Daily Caller.

Meanwhile, border agents faced an impossible task: controlling a massive surge of illegal immigrants—many of whom are dangerous criminals—with no fiscal or military assistance from the federal government.

CBP recorded more than 2.3 million migrant encounters at the border in the fiscal year of 2022.

“Instead of focusing on what really matters, you have literally an all-time record for illegal immigration, you have all-time record releases, you have an all-time record for got aways, you got all-time record rescues and all-time record deaths, and their biggest concern is this,” said Gil Maza, a retired border patrol agent who defended the border for 27 years.

“I don’t even know any of my coworkers who would ask for any kind of special chestfeeding considerations.”

Several current employees of the CBP found the email insulting, but not surprising.

“Don’t even know what to say to be honest. Nothing is surprising anymore,” an anonymous CBP official said. “Biden is by far the worst president we’ve had in recent history, he’s purposefully destroying the country because he’s beholden to foreign powers and not the American people.”

The leaky border caused several other recurring issues as well: a surge of deadly fentanyl, an epidemic of crime in large cities erupted, drug and human trafficking spiked and increased demands for taxpayer funding to house illegal aliens.

Not only has the Biden administration exacerbated the problem with their policies, reporters caught them selling Trump-era border wall parts.

REPORT: FEMA’s Mandatory DEI Training Laments Systemic White Supremacy

(Robert Jonathan, Headline USA) With the scope of the devastating Maui wildfire disaster still unfolding, some questions are emerging about the priorities of the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the Joe Biden administration.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, FEMA “is mandating a three-hour diversity training for employees that argues, among other things, that white supremacy is ‘ingrained in nearly every system and institution in the U.S.'”

The news outlet reportedly obtained internal emails, screenshots and video clips of the mandatory course material—a component of the agency’s diversity, equity and inclusion protocol.

“While it’s unclear how many of FEMA’s 20,000-plus employees were required to complete the training, internal emails reviewed by the Free Beacon indicate that the agency’s ‘resilience’ division was advised of a requirement to complete one of three three-hour diversity training modules between Aug. 1 and Sept. 28,” it said.

The Beacon also explained that “FEMA leaders informed staff of the training in a July email, indicating that the effort is ‘part of our ongoing commitment to instill equity as a Foundation of Emergency Management.'”

A contractor known as the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion in Emergency Management purportedly developed the training materials for FEMA, which were delivered live to agency employees “months ago,” according to its CEO, the Beacon reported.

“White supremacy is an ideology, a pattern of values and beliefs that are ingrained in nearly every system and institution in the U.S.,” one of the slides in the presentation reportedly claimed.

Another slide purportedly condemns the U.S. for various transgressions such as its founding in violence, murder, land theft, and systemic oppression of people of color and other disadvantaged groups.

The trainer was reportedly recorded as implying that even so-called nice people can hide their white supremacist tendencies.

“There’s this false narrative that white supremacists are outspoken extremists, they’re domestic terrorists…By personifying white supremacists as these types of extremists, then we’re gonna overlook the white supremacists lurking in the workplace, lurking in the schools, within the community, and remember nice people can be white supremacists,” she said, according to the Beacon.

FEMA apparently archived the training session, which seems to have little or nothing to do with improving disaster response on behalf of all Americans regardless of background, to play back for employees unable to attend it live and then encourage them to engage in small group discussions about the content.

A FEMA spokesperson told the Beacon that this particular material is actually not required and that employees must take two other modules for their DEI continuing education: “Civil Rights and FEMA Disaster 2023” and “Including People with Disabilities and Others with Access and Functional Needs in Disaster Operations.”

The Beacon’s scoop came at a time when about 1,000 people are still among the missing in the Hawaii catastrophe that has tragically claimed approximately 100 lives.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., is floating the idea of a congressional investigation for the DEI-obsessed Biden administration’s disaster-response failures.

Biden himself was widely criticized for a brief, tone-deaf visit to Maui during which he could barely stay awake and when, at point, he rambled on about a small, insignificant fire in his Delaware kitchen that occurred almost 20 years ago.

FEMA has also raised eyebrows by providing taxpayer-funded accommodations for its bureaucrats in luxury hotels about 45 minutes from the disaster area.

As a thought experiment, imagine how the corporate media would react had this disaster occurred on G.W. Bush’s or Donald Trump‘s watch rather than with a Democrat in the White House.

DEI (or DIE, as journalist Jason Whitlock has reshuffled the acronym) is also pervasive on the state government level.

For example, it recently came to light that Seattle firefighters boning up for the lieutenant exam have to study social justice along with mastering first-responder skills.
