Va. Mom Sues School for Secretly ‘Transitioning’ Daughter, Who Was Later Kidnapped, Raped

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A Virginia mother has sued a local school district after they secretly helped her daughter “transition,” an outrage that was followed by even more horrors.

Sage Blair, 14, was subsequently kidnapped and sex trafficked after running away from home in the wake of her transition, the Daily Mail reported.

According to the report, Sage ran away from home in part because of the bullying she was victim of at school in the wake of her “transition.”

The bullying, per Michelle Blair, the mother of Sage, included both “verbal” and “physical” assaults, but also included a constant barrage of “threats of rape by the male classmates.”

And yet, for all of the difficulties that faculty and staff at the school caused, they still “encouraged her to use the boys’ bathroom” according to Michelle Blair.

The school also encouraged Sage to change her name to “Draco” at school without alerting the child’s mother to that fact.

After she ran away and was kidnapped, Sage was eventually rescued by the FBI. After that, however, the Baltimore juvenile court system assumed custody of the child at the behest of a local public defender, Aneesa Khan.

According to Khan, Sage’s parents were not “sufficiently affirming” of her gender identity, and therefore contrived a story of abuse and neglect on the part of the parents in order to keep the child from returning home.

The mother later filed a lawsuit against the Appomattox County School Board and district staff on the grounds that the staff facilitated Sage’s transition without allowing her to parent her own child.

“It is frankly just cruel and irresponsible for school officials to be encouraging confusion, gender confusion in particularly traumatized young girls with histories of mental health,” said Vernadette Broyles, founder of Child and Parental Rights Campaign, who is representing the Blairs.

The Blair case will follow closely on the heels of a similar instance in California, where a Monterey County school district agreed to pay a $100,000 fine after it facilitated a secret gender transition without the knowledge of the child’s parents.

In that case, a court ruled that the district had violated the 14th amendment.

GOP Fights Back against Biden’s Latest Student-Loan Amnesty Scheme

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Several congressional Republicans introduced a bill to repeal the Biden administration’s latest attempt to forgive student loans, which would effectively transfer $500 billion of unpaid debt onto American taxpayers.

After the Supreme Court struck down President Joe Biden’s massive debt relief plan in June, the president and his team introduced another income-driven payment plan, the Daily wire reported.

The new plan would allow debtors to pay based off of family size and income instead of based on loan balance. People with less than $12,000 after 10 years of payments would have their debt transferred to the taxpayer.

“Once again, Biden’s newest student loan scheme only shifts the burden from those who chose to take out loans to those who decided not to go to college, paid their way, or already responsibly paid off their loans,” said Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., the ranking Republican member on the Senate Committee for Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.

Cassidy is one of 17 Republicans in both Chambers working against the “reckless” spending bill.

In a release concerning the bill, the GOP congressmen revealed that the plan would relieve 91% of student debt and cost the taxpayers $559 billion.

“Our resolution protects the 87% of Americans who don’t have student debt and will be forced to shoulder the burden of the President’s irresponsible and unfair policy,” Cassidy added.

Reps. Lisa McClain, R-Mich., and Virginia Foxx, R-N.C., denounced the plan as a “scam” and claimed Biden attempted to implement it in order to win votes ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

“The only difference between President Biden and a snake oil salesman is a title,” Foxx and McClain said in a statement. “Biden’s administration knows what it’s doing is illegal, but it’s pushing forward anyway, promoting its SAVE scheme as a solution to America’s broken student loan system. In reality, the SAVE scheme is a desperate effort to curry favor and buy votes ahead of the next election.”

The Biden administration forgave $116 billion in debt to more than 3.4 million people thus far.

EXCLUSIVE: Self-Proclaimed Azov Fighter Snitched on Fellow Nazis in FBI Terrorism Case

UPDATE: After the publication of this article, McLellan provided the following statement to Headline USA, denying that he was kicked out of the American Front or that he’s cooperated with law enforcement in any fashion:

“You’re talking about a very vague statement made by a prosecutor during my sentencing hearing. This is only to plant the seed in other co-defendants—obviously, hoping to get one of them to flop on each other,” he said.

“At the end of the day, only two of us were convicted in the American Front case—myself and Marcus Faella—and I was able to overturn my conviction. Now, anything else as far as law enforcement goes: No [I don’t cooperate with law enforcement]. I wish the law enforcement agencies much luck in exposing things like child molester, drug dealers and drug dealers—even though I myself formally a drug dealer and user.”

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Is American Nazi Kent “Boneface” McLellan a CIA-backed freedom fighter, an FBI informant or an attention-seeking blowhard—or all of the above?

That question has been circulating online ever since McLellan was spotted Saturday at the Neo-Nazi group Blood Tribe’s public demonstration in Florida.

Observers were quick to note that McLellan has claimed to have fought for the CIA-backed Azov Battalion in Ukraine, while conservative personality Laura Loomer exposed him for being on an FBI terrorism watchlist—likely due to his 2012 arrested in an FBI counterterrorism sting.

Headline USA can reveal that after the FBI arrested him in 2012, McLellan snitched about his fellow Nazis, who were members of a white nationalist group called the American Front.

“Mr. McLellan cooperated with law enforcement upon his arrested and gave a statement that may be helpful in the prosecution of other individuals involved in the American Front,” said Assistant State Attorney Steven Foster at the Nazi’s Oct. 10, 2012, sentencing hearing.

According to court records, McLellan received four years probation after cooperating against the American Front, which was accused of participating in illegal paramilitary training to prepare for “an inevitable race war.”

The American Front case, which was prosecuted by the state of Florida, largely collapsed after the arrests of 13 subjects. Charges against nine of the 13 defendants were dropped before trial, while McLellan and several others received probation.

American Front’s leader Marcus Faella was the only one of the 13 defendants to go to trial. He was found guilty ontwo counts of paramilitary training, but only received six months in jail after an FBI informant was caught making multiple false statements on the witness stand.

“What was billed as the biggest domestic terrorism case in Florida history was bedeviled by difficulties proving that Faella was not only a guy with abhorrent views—which, of course, is not a crime—but also one who intended to carry out violence based on those views,” the Miami New Times reported at the time.

Even though the American Front case appears to be created out of whole cloth, documents related to the case nevertheless provide biographical details about McLellan, who is now one of the most prominent public faces of the U.S. Neo-Nazi movement.

For instance, McLellan was already a convicted felon and prohibited from owning firearms prior to the American Front case, according to the affidavit of FBI agent Kelly Boaz. McLellan trained with firearms at an American Front compound in Florida, which Boaz said was “clearly a violation of statute and [McLellan’s] probation.”

Boaz’s affidavit also said that McLellan was kicked out of the American Front in 2011.

“McLellan had not made contact with the group for several days and had recently had a run-in with local law enforcement for beating up a local crack dealer and another altercation at a local bar,” Boaz said.

Later, in January 2012, an FBI informant inside the American Front case reported that McLellan had been receiving threats from another white supremacist group, the Confederate Hammerskins.

According to the FBI informant, the leader of the Hammerskins, Richie Meyers, had a meeting with American Front leader Faella, “who agreed McLellan is a problem and needs to be dealt with.”

Faella said McLellan “will at least be sent to the hospital,” the FBI informant reported at the time.

“Various members from the Hammerskins began teaming up with AF members under the direction of Faella to target McLellan,” Boaz’s affidavit said.

Later that month, the Nazis indeed “beat” McLellan for comments he made on Facebook, according to Boaz, who said he obtained a photo of McLellan being treated by paramedics. No charges were filed from that incident, and the Nazi who beat McLellan was made a fully “patched” member of the American Front.

In March 2012, McLellan was allowed back into the American Front, and he was given a secret mission.

“McLellan was tasked by Faella to start hanging around with “SHARPS” (Skin Heads against Racial Prejudice) and act as a double agent,” Boaz said in his affidavit.

“Faella told McLellan he wanted him to lure SHARP members to an undisclosed location for an ambush. McLellan agreed.”

The outcome of McLellan’s undercover mission is unclear. The group was arrested about three months later.

At Faella’s trial, it was further revealed that American Front members viewed McLellan as untrustworthy. Faella’s defense attorney asked the undercover FBI informant whether “there was some question about the veracity of [McLellan’s] statements,” and the informant confirmed that was the case.

The American Front members indeed had reason to view McLellan with suspicion, as he ended up snitching on them.

Less than two years after he received four years probation, McLellan claims to have left the country in 2014 to fight with the Neo-Nazi Azov Battalion in Ukraine—a fact that observers, including Loomer, have pointed as smoking-gun evidence that McLellan is a federal asset.

However, whether McLellan actually fought with Azov is unconfirmed. Photos of him allegedly in Ukraine have been revealed as photoshopped, and other soldiers who fought in Ukraine reportedly denied knowing him.

Additionally, the newly appointed, American transgender spokesperson for the Territorial Defense Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces denied McLellan’s claim that he received Ukrainian citizenship.

McLellan was questioned about the dubious aspects of his story Tuesday night on the white nationalist talkshow, Killstream.

The Neo-Nazi said he has Ukrainian government documents to prove that he fought there. When asked about the doctored images of him circulating online, he claimed that the photoshopping was done for “opsec” reasons—apparently so Russia wouldn’t know exactly where he was taking the photos.

As for his probation, McLellan said he appealed that punishment, which is why he was allowed to leave the country. His court docket indeed shows that his probation status hearings were continuously postponed and rescheduled throughout 2014.

McLellan was then hit with a probation violation in 2016 for domestic assault, but that case was inexplicably dropped.

“This case is not suitable for prosecution,” State Attorney Jeffrey Ashton told a judge in June 2016, offering no other information.

McLellan was arrested yet again in 2017 for dealing meth. He was sentenced to nearly 50 months imprisonment.

Despite that, McLellan claims to have returned to Ukraine yet again in January 2022, right before Russia’s invasion. He returned later that year and provided several interviews about his purported experiences, which were amplified by Russian state media to highlight how the U.S. is supporting Nazis in Ukraine.

To McLellan’s point, police body camera footage released by Loomer does appear to suggest that he at least visited Ukraine in 2022.

The body cam footage stems from McLellan being arrested in April 2022 for felony battery. The footage shows police typing McLellan’s name into a database, and seeing an FBI terrorist alert and a Customs and Border Patrol alert.

“Are you from Ukraine?” the officer asked McLellan, to which he responded, “I just got back from there.”

A police report from McLellan’s arrest further stated that he told officers he “killed Russians” while in Ukraine.

Like the earlier 2016 assault charge, the 2022 battery charge was dropped, too, this time because the victim declined to prosecute. McLellan had filed a motion to dismiss, arguing that the victim had threatened him with a baseball bat before the Nazi assaulted him.

McLellan did not respond to media inquiries Headline USA sent him on Twitter and Telegram.

Christopher “Hammer” Pohlhaus, the leader of the Nazi group that demonstrated in Florida, said that McLellan is not yet a full-fledged member of his group, the Blood Tribe. Pohlhaus said his group is holding a “public trial” of McLellan to examine the truthfulness of his claims.

“He was a prospect, You have to do at least 2 rallies to be in Blood Tribe,” Pohlhaus told Headline USA.

“We are doing a public trial of Boneface [McLellan] and diving deep into everything soon. I’m not going to give my official take on any of this until it’s done but there are certainly concerning issues about Boneface,” Pohlhaus added.

“That being said, there are also a lot of great qualities of the man, and I think he is being truthful about his time in Ukraine. We will get to the bottom of it all.”

Bill Gates Buys Up 1.7M Shares of Anheuser-Busch

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) For anyone wondering what beer goes best with bugs, globalist billionaire Bill Gates recently invested some serious cash in Anheuser–Busch, the parent company to Bud Light.

Gates purchased 1.7 million shares of the company’s stock via the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust in 2023’s second quarter, costing Gates an estimated $95 million, according to the Daily Caller.

This purchase was made as the fallout from Bud Light’s attempted Dylan Mulvaney campaign continued. The brand struggled to recoup its cratered sales and $6 billion loss in revenue.

The beer purveyor attempted to recoup its losses through a series of failed ad campaigns before Gates’s apparent bailout.

After the initial fallout of the Mulvaney campaign, officials within the company said they planned to “spend heavily on the brand after spending fell off a cliff last year.”

The new marketing blitz kicked off with the NFL draft, featuring attempts to backpedal to the “pro-America” brand once again. The result was a lifeless, pandering commercial filled with meaningless buzzwords.

They also revived the long-dead “Bud-Knight” character in a desperate attempt to drum up some business.

Investigators discovered that Bud Light’s European parent company, AB InBev, had ties to the World Economic Forum, and pushed environmental, social and governance investing within its ranks.

“One might think that Bud Light could just apologize and admit that men aren’t women,” said podcast host Michael Knowles in a lengthy Twitter thread.

“But no matter how much Bud Light and parent company AB InBev might wish to rein in the radicalism, they can’t abandon the agenda,” he added. “They’re mired in World Economic Forum/ESG gobbledygook.”

Suppliers to AB InBev are also required to adhere to their diversity, equity and inclusion standards.

While Gates has not made an official statement on his purchase of Anheuser-Busch shares, his own ties to organizations like the WEF pushing a “New World Order” agenda may shed some light on the situation.

Gates has been stealthily involved in purchasing vast swaths of American farmland—presumably for the purpose of eliminating livestock agriculture and replacing it with insect farms or, perhaps, lots and lots of corn fields.

He also recently bought a large minority stake in Heineken. That may raise suspicions that the Microsoft founder is hatching another nefarious scheme—such as one, perhaps, to distribute vaccines through the nation’s alcohol supply, as well as its food supply.

Gates has admitted that he, himself, rarely imbibes the yeasty spirits.

“I am not a big beer drinker,” he wrote in a 2018 Reddit post, although on rare occasions he will “drink light beer to get with the vibe of all the other beer drinkers.”

And even though the world’s least-interesting supervillain doesn’t always drink beer, when he does, it seems, he prefers that it taste like watered-down Clydesdale urine.

‘Madness’: Proud Boy Leader Receives 22-Year Prison Term, BLM Rioters Receive $41M

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) In what critics and legal analysts called a stunning display of vindictive injustice, former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was sentenced to 22 years imprisonment for his part in the Jan. 6 storming of the Capitol, despite not even being present during the protests.

Tarrio’s sentencing followed his conviction on a Civil War-era seditious conspiracy charge, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, destruction of government property and three other related charges.

“The leader of the Proud Boys got 22 years in prison for J6 and he wasn’t even there,” wrote attorney Rogan O’Handley. “Does this mean we can start imprisoning BLM’s leaders for what happened during the summer of 2020?”

The sentiment and question was shared by conservative talkshow host Steven Crowder, who tweeted, “So Enrique Tarrio gets 22 years and he wasn’t even at the Capitol?! I’m looking forward to a similar sentence for Patrisse Cullors. After all her BLM lackeys burnt half the country to the ground in 2020. Justice for all, right?”

Not quite, as recent events made clear. Black Lives Matter protestors were cut a cool $4.7-million check from the City of Denver last month. The payment was part of a settlement with rioters who claimed they were selectively targeted for violating curfew, which the mayor had been forced to impose because of widespread vandalism, looting, arson and rioting in response to the 2020 death of George Floyd.

The BLM money-making machine didn’t stop there. In a separate case, a federal jury ordered Denver to pay $14 million in damages to a group of 12 protesters who said police violated their constitutional rights during the riots.

Compared to the combined 82 years in prison for Proud Boys members shaking some fences and storming the Capitol, BLM protestors have been awarded upwards of $41 million from blue-state cities that were leveled during the 2020 riots. In addition to Denver, BLM rioters were gifted $9 million from Philadelphia and $13 million from New York City.

Meanwhile in sentencing Tarrio, U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly embedded a terrorism enhancement when nailing him for damaging a Capitol barrier fence that he never came close to touching. Kelly included same terror enhancement for fence-shaking when he sentenced Proud Boys co-defendants Joseph Biggs and Zachary Rehl to, respectively, 17- and 15-year prison terms.

While conceding that Tarrio did not “directly” destroy the fence, “his intent on seditious conspiracy as found by the jury supports the application of this adjustment,” Kelly said, the Washington Examiner reported.

Federal prosecutors had sought a prison term of 33 years for Tarrio, who was expelled from Washington, D.C., two days before Jan. 6, after he was arrested for allegedly burning a BLM flag.

None of which mattered in the eyes of zealot prosecutor Assistant U.S. Attorney Conor Mulroe, who called the short-lived J6 riot that took no lives and was reportedly infiltrated by swarms of federal agents a “calculated act of terrorism” and different than “more familiar terrorism offenses that involve extremely lethal means” such as 9/11 and the Oklahoma City bombing, the Examiner reported.

“This crime is different, but that difference does not detract from the gravity of what Mr. Tarrio and his co-defendants did,” Mulroe said.

Tarrio’s record-long sentence for Proud Boy J6 defendants drew a harsh backlash from Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk, among many others.

“The Biden Regime just sentenced Enrique Tarrio to 22 years in prison for a riot he was not present at, for plotting to overthrow the government without his followers carrying a single firearm,” Kirk wrote. “You live in a country with political prisoners.”

Tarrio, who has been incarcerated for the last two years, expressed remorse before being sentenced, and said he had always held law enforcement in “high regard.” Tarrio told the judge, “We invoked 1776 and the Constitution of the United States, and that was so wrong to do. That was a perversion.”

The same sentiment was amplified by his attorney, who argued that “My client is no terrorist. My client is a misguided patriot” who thought “he was saving this country, saving this Republic.”

The 22-year prison term handed down for that crime was fiercely criticized, when compared to other actual violent crimes. Matt Walsh noted that “a court recently sentenced a serial child rapist to less than half of that time. 10 years for serial child rape. 22 years for January 6. Madness.”

“The ‘justice’ system in America is completely broken,” wrote Trending Politics’ Collin Rugg. “The most extreme punishment is used for a certain group of people while the other group gets to use the “justice” system as their weapon and asset.”

New Education Bills Would Block CRT, Back Parents

(Casey Harper, The Center Square) A new trio of House education bills would push back on Critical Race Theory and federal rules in local public schools, the latest in an ongoing battle led by Republicans to respond to curriculum and policy changes in education.

U.S. Rep. Bob Good, R-Va., introduced the three new education bills, including the Defending Students’ Civil Rights Act, which codifies that teaching CRT is illegal discrimination; as well as the Empowering Parents Act, which allows parents to hold schools accountable if those schools embrace more progressive racial or gender ideology in the classroom.

Good also introduced the Empowering Local Curriculum Act, which says schools receiving federal dollars cannot be forced to include CRT in their curriculum.

“These three bills would combat federal encroachment in curriculum, protect students from the harmful ideology of Critical Race Theory, and defend parents’ God-given right to educate their children,” Good’s office said.

CRT is an increasingly controversial set of ideas based on the idea that the U.S. is an inherently racist country and always has been and that the U.S. and its institutions can largely be viewed through that lens.

“Parents know what is best for their students and have primary responsibility for their children’s education,” Good said. “Local school boards should represent the will of the parents, not teachers unions, the Biden Administration or DC bureaucrats. I am fighting back against the Biden Administration’s overreach into the classroom with my back-to-school agenda that empowers parents, protects students from racist curriculum, and permits children to focus on their academic pursuits.”

The bills come amid a nationwide debate over the role of parents in their kids’ education. Parents have begun organizing and protesting at school boards, raising concerns about school curriculum and sexualized books in school libraries.

Those parents have often been brushed aside in recent years, sometimes caught on camera in videos that went viral and fueled the “parental rights” movement.

Democrats have pushed back, saying teachers know best what curriculum is needed and that the effort to ban books that Republicans say are age-inappropriate is a form of censorship.

In recent years, equity and CRT ideology in education has become increasingly common with billions of taxpayer dollars behind it.

House Republicans launched an inquiry last year after reports showed that federal funding passed for COVID-related student learning loss was spent to promote “equity warriors,” critical race theory teachings and more at local schools.

The Center Square previously reported on similar funding at the collegiate level. Federal grant documents show that the U.S. Department of Education awarded millions of dollars to a Florida-based education program that trains future educators and other professionals in CRT.

Another similar program, “The Research Institute for Scholars of Equity,” received millions of taxpayer dollars for training college students in critical race theory at several higher educational institutions.

Good is not the only lawmaker raising concerns about progressive ideology in schools and introducing legislation.

U.S. Sens. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., in July reintroduced the Protect Equality and Civics Education Act, a bill that would prevent tax dollars from promoting CRT within the Department of Education’s American history guidelines, which have increasingly incorporated those ideas.

U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has also introduced the Combating Racist Training in the Military Act as well as the Stop Critical Race Theory Act.

Good’s legislative effort has received support from several family and education groups.

“The Empowering Local Curriculum Act will end funding for schools promoting divisive ideologies like Critical Race theory that separate students into opposing categories of victims vs oppressors simply based on the color of their skin,” Terry Schilling, president of American Principles Project, said in a statement.

“The Defending Students’ Civil Rights Act clarifies that position further by outlining how such a practice violates these children’s Civil Rights, an offense actionable by law. And finally, the Empowering Parents Act ensures that these children, their rights, and their innocence are being protected, not by a distant bureaucracy that can be bought out by well-funded organizations, but by those who have their best interests at heart: their parents.”

Matt Buckham, executive director for Institute for Educational Reform, backed the bills as well, calling out a recurring point of criticism: politicization of schools.

“Government teacher unions push the toxic political agenda of the Democratic party along with their radical lies through Critical Race Theory and woke ideology,” Buckman said in a statement.

Woke U.S. Diplomacy: Not 100% Popular Around the Globe, nor at Home

(S.A. McCarthy, RealClear Investigations) The Biden administration is fraying relations with some allies and generating pushback from Congress by spending millions of taxpayer dollars to promote the woke ideology abroad that has stirred controversy at home since President Biden took office.

In a “national security memorandum” shortly after his swearing-in, Biden ordered all federal agencies with dealings abroad not only to protect LGBT rights in the face of discrimination and violence but to actively advance them. His State Department has said one of its goals is to “embed intersectional equity principles into diversifying public diplomacy and communications strategies” in relations with other nations.

U.S. ambassadors around the world have translated those words into action, championing LGTB rights in countries that oppose them; funding performances that feature drag queens; and holding diversity, equity and inclusion seminars.

The State Department would not provide a list of initiatives and programs connected to these goals or how much money it is spending. Recent reports estimate nearly $5 million has been spent abroad on LGBT programs alone, and U.S. senators including Republican J.D. Vance of Ohio are holding up appointments of new ambassadors over concerns about exporting “woke” ideology.

Vance criticized what he called the “injecting” of “personal politics” into the U.S. foreign service, saying: “You can call it ‘extreme left,’ ‘woke.’ To me it’s leaning toward cultural progressivism in a way that alienates half of our country and, frankly, it probably alienates about 80 percent of the countries these guys are going to represent us in front of.”

American LGBT and black advocacy groups concerned with foreign policy and diplomacy declined to respond to RealClearInvestigations’ inquiries about the State Department programs. The groups are Gays and Lesbians in Foreign Affairs Agencies and the Thursday Luncheon Group, which was founded “to increase the participation of African Americans in the formulation, articulation, and implementation of United States foreign policy.”

Among the State Department initiatives are a $10,000 grant to a Portuguese LGBT activist group to finance a film festival featuring drag performances, incest and pederasty. It also provided $20,000 to support a series of drag shows in Ecuador.

A $300,000 State Department grant to Botswana aimed “to promote greater social acceptance of LGBTQI+ persons, including among influential religious groups and traditional groups” who preach or teach that homosexuality is immoral: Roman Catholics, most evangelical Christians, Muslims and Orthodox Jews. Earlier this year, Republican scrutiny pressured the State Department to cancel drag shows it had been hosting on U.S. military bases.

Conservative governments, including those of predominantly Muslim nations, are similarly negative. Kuwait, for example, sharply criticized the acting chargé d’affaires of the U.S. embassy for promoting Pride month in June via official channels on Twitter. In an official statement, Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed to the U.S. “the need for the embassy to respect the laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait,” where public morality laws ban same-sex sexual activity.

In Hungary, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó clashed with U.S. Ambassador David Pressman, who is openly gay and publicly criticized the Hungarian government over LGBT issues. “[I]f he wishes to use his stay in Hungary to criticize the actions of a government elected by a clear majority of the Hungarian people and legitimized by the Hungarian people,” the foreign minister said, “he will have a very difficult job in working effectively to improve cooperation between the two countries.”

Elsewhere, the U.S. ambassador to Poland, Mark Brzezinski, and some 30 staffers participated in Warsaw’s Pride parade, despite Poland’s constitutional ban on both same-sex marriage and civil unions. In South Korea, where same-sex marriage is illegal, the U.S. Ambassador, Philip S. Goldberg, promoted Pride month and spoke at a “Queer Culture” event in Seoul.

The U.S. embassy to the Holy See posted its Pride flag on social media, disregarding the Catholic Church’s longstanding position against homosexuality. Criticized for, in the words of Republican Rep. Warren Davidson of Ohio, “flying flags that are hostile to the doctrine of the Catholic Church,” Ambassador Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley, the State Department’s top DEI officer, defended the decision, saying the embassy did not need to coordinate with or seek the Vatican’s permission: “We are a sovereign nation and we make our own decisions.”

According to a tally by RealClearInvestigations, 118 U.S. embassies tweeted or retweeted posts celebrating Pride Month in June.

But the promotion of LGBT ideology is only one part of the State Department’s broader push for DEI abroad. When State Department DEI officers managed a Pride event at the U.S. embassy in Trinidad and Tobago, Ambassador Candace Bond said one of the conference’s goals was to establish “an inclusive DEI framework within their [Trinidad’s] organizations.” To that end, the State Department funded a three-day DEI training program.

In Kuwait, the American Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. embassy hosted a “Diversity & Inclusion Diwaniya,” a Middle Eastern term for a business gathering. The U.S. embassy to the Netherlands signed a charter formalizing a DEI council. Ambassador Razdan Duggal said, “The U.S. State Department officially supports the creation of DEIA Councils at its diplomatic posts abroad.”

The State Department’s DEI emphasis extends far beyond just events hosted and charters signed. Last year, the department announced it was completely reorganizing its hiring process for foreign service officers, deemphasizing a key test on written and language skills as well as world history and U.S. history. Eric Rubin, president of the American Foreign Service Association, blasted the decision, saying it would politicize the hiring process and “risks being seen as excessively subjective and subject to partisan influence.”

Republican Rep. Alex Mooney of West Virginia concurred, telling RealClear, “Taxpayer dollars should not be spent promoting woke cultural Marxist ideology in the United States or abroad.”

Biden Jokingly Threatened to Replace Kamala w/ Fauci Amid Criticism

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) President Joe Biden repeatedly joked he would replace Vice President Kamala Harris with Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former embattled head of the White House COVID-19 response team.

Biden made the jokes at the height of the coronavirus pandemic particularly at meetings, during which Fauci, then the chief medical advisor to the president, would sit in Harris’s chair, a new tell-all book about Biden reported.

“When the president assembled his COVID team, he would jokingly direct Anthony Fauci to sit in the vice president’s chair,” wrote Franklin Foer in his new book The Last Politician. Foer said that Fauci enjoyed “unparalleled access to the tight inner circle of advisers who have surrounded Biden for decades.”

As detailed by Foer, Fauci “struggled to contain his exuberance” about working for Biden, shortly after former President Donald Trump left the White House. Biden, unlike Trump, would listen to him, reported the New York Post on Tuesday.

“When Fauci made his way to the podium in the White House briefing room for the first time after the [Biden] inauguration, he felt a surge of traumatic memories wash over him,” Foer wrote, according to a snippet first reported by the Post. “For the first time in years, he was no longer in the awkward position of having to correct the administration he served.”

During most of the pandemic, Trump disagreed with Fauci’s advice, thinking it was too extreme. However, when Biden took office, Fauci found a supportive ally who sought his guidance.

Although Biden’s comments about replacing his vice president were made in jest, some of the president’s top donors have been calling for her removal due to her historically low approval ratings and her inability to retain a long-term staff.

Attorney John Morgan, a prominent Democrat donor, told Politico that many donors want her gone. “When I talk to people, everyone recognizes the problem, but there seems to be no solution,” he said, referring to Harris. “She’s here to stay. If you try to remove her, you’ll face strong opposition from her supporters.”

“When I talk to ’em, when I’m around people, everybody knows the problem, and everybody knows there’s no solution to the problem,” he claimed in statements to Politico, refering to Harris. “She’s not going anywhere. If you try to move her out, you’re gonna have the K Hive come at you with everything they have.”

Foer’s allegations, outlined in his upcoming book set to release on Sept. 5, coincide with Fauci’s recent controversial recommendation of mask mandates, despite acknowledging their limitations.

Fauci, who retired in December 2022, has become a focal point in the 2024 presidential election, with GOP candidate for president, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, criticizing Trump for not dismissing the embattled medical chief.

Spies from China Tried to Infiltrate U.S. Bases More Than 100 Times

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Over the past few years, around a hundred Chinese spies have managed to find a way to sneak into sites across the United States that are of importance to national security, which resulted in them leaking secret information to the Chinese Communist Party.

In a lot of cases, the spies’ attempts have been unsuccessful since they’ve been caught taking pictures or otherwise recording their surroundings, which led to officials suggesting that they were working for the CCP, the Wall Street Journal reported.

In recent years, tensions between China and the US have risen dramatically, resulting in the latter fearing that the former started using civilians to dig up potentially sensitive information that could give the CCP an upper hand.

Approximately 10,000 “controlled turnarounds” are recorded at military bases across the country that mostly involved people who simply took a wrong turn. However, some factors that were found have sparked further investigation.

Among those concerning factors were Chinese people being spotted taking pictures at U.S. army ranges, swimming near military facilities and even using drones to obtain aerial footage of sites.

There were also some cases of Chinese spies in the past being caught red-handed. In 2020, three people from China were arrested after they illegally entered a naval air base in Key West, Florida., which resulted in them pleading guilty and being sentenced to around a year in prison.

Another case happened in Cape Canaveral, which is the site of the Kennedy Space Center. In another case, even though none of the trespassers were charged with espionage, two couples were ordered to leave the country in 2019 after they attempted to drive into a military base in Virginia.

“[The CCP] is engaged in a broad, diverse campaign of theft and malign influence without regard to laws or international norms,” the FBI said.

As expected, a spokesperson for the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C. dismissed the allegations by calling them “purely ill-intentioned fabrications” and continued gaslighting the American people.

“We urge the relevant US officials to abandon the Cold War mentality, stop groundless accusations and do more things that are conducive to enhancing mutual trust between the two countries and friendship between the two peoples,” a spokesperson said.

Swamped by Migrant Invasion, Democrats Balk at Giving American Jobs to Illegals

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) In the midst of a crushing immigration crisis that has stretched government resources in sanctuary cities to the breaking point, while unleashing waves of homelessness and crime, Democrats in New York City are reconsidering the open-arms welcome they’ve given to illegals.

The city council’s Common Sense Caucus, comprised of six Republicans and two Democrats, pushed back against a plan to fast-track work visas for illegals. The bipartisan group of lawmakers ripped the city’s Democrat Mayor Eric Adams for supporting Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul’s effort to get the Biden administration to rubber-stamp work authorization for more than 100,000 illegal immigrants that entered the state, despite over 380,000 New York citizens currently suffering from unemployment.

“We must expedite work visas,” Adams said at a rally over the weekend. “It’s just common sense.”

In opposing the “common sense” plan, Common Sense Caucus lawmakers argued that providing jobs for illegal aliens would only “incentivize” more to flood into the state and city.

“Like the millions who came here before them, the migrants who have recently arrived in New York City should follow the lawful immigration process before receiving work authorization or other benefits,” the bipartisan group of lawmakers wrote in a statement “Allowing migrants to ‘cut the line’ will further incentivize more to come and exacerbate this already unmanageable crisis.”

When a NYC Democrat assembly member tried to blame the city’s migrant troubles on governor’s busing illegals to sanctuary cities, Republican Councilwoman Vickie Paladino fired back.

“This is an absolute lie,” she tweeted. “The migrants are coming to New York because it’s now known in every corner of the third world that NYC will provide limitless housing, welfare, healthcare, and a fast track to union jobs to literally anyone who manages to get here — at the expense of our own citizens, even those already in need.”

Paladino had another explanation for the city’s mounting illegal immigrant woes, writing that “It’s easier to blame a border state governor for giving us a small taste of what they’ve been dealing with for years than take responsibility for your disastrous policies in New York or your abject failure of a president who threw open the border the day he took office and essentially ended all immigration enforcement.”
