Hunter Biden’s Alleged Tax Crimes Tied to Daughter’s College Fund

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) IRS criminal investigators contemplated filing felony tax charges against Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, following revelations that he withdrew $40,000 from his daughter’s college fund and failed to report it as income.

The funds, originally intended to support Maisy Biden’s college education, were reportedly squandered on crack cocaine and prostitutes, according to an article by the Daily Mail on Oct. 6.

These startling details emerged during the testimony of IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler, a former special agent, before the Republican-led House Ways and Means Committee.

Ziegler stated, “At the time of our prosecution referral, we had originally recommended felony tax charges for RHB [Robert Hunter Biden] for the 2019 tax year.” These returns, he alleged, included tax evasion and false returns.

“RHB had failed to report the income related to a distribution he had taken from one his children’s 529 Plan in 2019, additional income of approximately $39,820,” Ziegler continued.

The Mail reported that Hunter’s decision to withdraw the money occurred after his private bankers at Wells Fargo warned him that he had only 44 cents in his accounts. In response to this dire financial situation, Hunter reportedly instructed the bankers to “Liquidate what you can.”

According to the Mail, at the time of this withdrawal, Maisy was a high school senior. Reports suggest that she, along with her two older sisters and her parents, attempted to stage an intervention for Hunter at the president’s Delaware home just weeks earlier to convince him to return to rehab.

Hunter corroborated these reports in his 2021 memoir, in which he admitted to promising to attend rebab but instead chose to smoke crack in a hotel and hook up with prostittues.

Despite these allegations, Hunter has not faced any charges related to tax evasion. However, Special Counsel David Weiss, who is leading the investigation into Hunter, has recently charged him with an alleged illegal gun purchase.

GOP Rips Biden’s $6B Iranian Bribe as Hamas Assault Israel, Seize Women

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) In the wake of a recent offensive attack by Iranian-backed Hamas on Israel, GOP lawmakers are scrutinizing President Joe Biden’s decision to release $6 billion in unfrozen Iranian assets.

The timing of this payment, which occurred on Sept. 11, has intensified the controversy, with lawmakers suggesting that the funds may have been used to support terrorism.

The Hamas assault, described by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a declaration of war, began on a Saturday morning, less than a month after the multi-billion-dollar payment.

“Just weeks ago, the Biden administration handed over $6 billion to Iran, and today, innocent Israelis were murdered by Iran-backed terrorists,” Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., said in a statement, as reported by Fox News. “We must continue to support our strongest ally in the Middle East and their right to defend themselves against these unprovoked, horrific attacks.”

Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., took to social media to blast the potential links between the terrorist attack and the payout.

“This is exactly why so many Americans & Israelis were DISGUSTED to see [President Biden] give the Iranian regime $6 billion last month,” Scott said on Twitter. “Every dollar given to Iran funds terrorism in the Ayatollah’s quest to destroy Israel. Iran is behind today’s invasion & everyone must say that.”

In the House, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., was equally vocal. “Make no mistake this is Islam’s ‘holy’ war and their ultimate goal is to wipe out all of Israel,” Greene stated. “America will not allow it. How much of the $6 billion dollars Joe Biden gave back to Iran funded this attack against Israel? President Trump would have NEVER given that money to Iran.”

The Biden administration has defended the payment, claiming that the funds could not be used for weaponry.

“This waiver allows for the transfer of funds from one location to another but does not change the fact that they can only be used to fund Iran’s purchases of humanitarian goods,” a State Department spokesperson alleged in September. “As we have said, no money is going to Iran directly and no taxpayer funds are being used. The funds held in South Korea are Iran’s funds.”

Shortly after the Hamas onslaught, disturbing video footage of the Iranian parliament chanting, “Death to Israel! Death to America” was widely shared on social media.

U.S. Speaker Candidates Agree to Joint Interview

(Brett Rowland, The Center Square) – Three contenders for the Speaker of the U.S. House have agreed to a joint TV interview.

U.S. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La., and Rep. Kevin Hern, R-Okla., who is chairman of the Republican Study Committee, will join Fox News Channel’s chief political anchor Bret Baier at 6 p.m. ET on Monday.

A conference-wide vote to select who Republicans put up for speaker is expected Wednesday.

Eight House Republicans voted with House Democrats to oust former Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif.

The vote came after he struck a deal with Democrats to keep the federal government from partially shutting down.

On Friday, former President Donald Trump endorsed Jordan to be the next speaker.

Just hours after being voted out of his leadership position, McCarthy said he would not run for the position again.

McCarhty joins Paul Ryan and John Boehner in the growing list of Republican Speakers unable to maintain the approval of their own party.

Dems Move Right on Immigration as Americans Denounce Biden’s Open Border

(Headline USA) The ad sounds like it was made by a Republican, trumpeting a senator’s work with Republicans to crack down on the flow of fentanyl and other illegal drugs into the U.S., getting tough on Chinese interests helping smugglers, and noting how he “wrote a bill signed by Donald Trump to increase funding for Border Patrol.”

It’s actually a commercial for Sen. Sherrod Brown, an Ohio Democrat facing a tough reelection fight that will help decide control of the Senate.

“Ohioans trust Sherrod Brown to keep us safe,” says the narrator of the ad, sponsored by the Democrat-aligned Duty and Country PAC. His campaign declined to comment.

The message is one more indication of the political and security challenges the U.S.-Mexico border has presented for Joe Biden.

Some Democrats across the country are distancing themselves from the White House, and polls indicate widespread frustration with Biden’s handling of immigration and the border, creating a major liability for the president’s re-election next year.

Upon taking office, Biden paused border wall construction and canceled the Trump administration’s “ Remain in Mexico ” program.

Border crossings are now skyrocketing, which observers blame on the Biden administration.

Republican-led border states started busing thousands of immigrants to Democratic-led cities across the country, creating in many places a huge shortage of space that’s led to makeshift shelters and camps.

In Chicago, O’Hare International Airport is now housing hundreds of illegals. They sleep on cardboard pads on the floor and share airport bathrooms.

New York Mayor Eric Adams went to Mexico this week to implore would-be migrants not to come. He has accused the Biden administration of not providing enough money or resources for the city to process migrants, telling reporters this summer, “The president and the White House have failed New York City on this issue.”

Polling suggests that Americans across the political spectrum — even some people sympathetic to immigration — are concerned.

A Marquette Law School poll of registered voters conducted in late September gave Trump, the front-runner for the 2024 GOP nomination, a 24-point advantage over Biden on handling immigration and border security issues — 52% to 28%.

Border security was also a weak spot for Biden among independents, with 66% saying they disapproved.

Sixty-one percent of Democrats said they wanted stronger law enforcement at the border, as did two-thirds of Latino or Hispanic voters (65%).

Auri Lugo, a 31-year-old Venezuelan who lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, said she thought resuming deportations was the right thing to do.

“There are a lot of Venezuelans who are in shelters, who are not working. They do not have a work permit. So they are on the streets.”

Eye Witnesses Contradict FBI’s Account of Treasure Trove of Gold

(Headline USA) In the heart of Pennsylvania elk country, Eric McCarthy and his client, Don Reichel, got up before sunrise to scour the forest floor for so-called “brown gold” — a rack of freshly shed antlers to add to Reichel’s collection back home.

One hill over, a team of FBI agents was also hunting for gold. The metallic yellow kind.

The FBI’s highly unusual search for buried Civil War-era treasure more than five years ago set in motion a dispute over what, if anything, the agency unearthed and an ongoing legal battle over key records. There’s so much intrigue that even a federal judge felt compelled to note in a ruling last week: “The FBI may have found the gold — or maybe not.”

Now, two witnesses have come forward to share with The Associated Press what they heard and saw in the woods that late-winter morning, raising questions about the FBI’s timeline and adding plot twists to a saga that blends elements of legend, fact and science – and a heavy dose of government secrecy.

The FBI insists nothing came of the March 2018 excavation in Dents Run, a remote wooded valley about 110 miles northeast of Pittsburgh. But a treasure hunter who led FBI agents to the hillside where an 1863 gold shipment might have been buried is challenging the government’s denials. How could the dig have come up empty, he asks, when the FBI’s own scans showed the likelihood of a buried metal mass equaling hundreds of millions of dollars in gold?

McCarthy, a 45-year-old elk guide, had never met treasure hunter Dennis Parada. But he watched from afar as Parada took the FBI to court and told his story in the media. McCarthy recently decided to share his own story because he thought Parada, who spent years looking for the gold before approaching the FBI with his findings, has been treated unfairly.

“I just felt like I needed to say what I saw, you know?” McCarthy explained. “I have no ties to anybody here. It’s just I felt like they were wronged.”

In an interview at a remote hunting camp about 25 miles (40 km) from Dents Run, McCarthy recalls hearing the unexpected clang of heavy equipment as he worked his way up the mountain in near-darkness, a dusting of snow on the ground from a recent squall.

Later that day, while breaking for lunch, McCarthy and Reichel watched a trio of armored trucks rumble past. One of the vehicles rode low, as if it was carrying a full load.

“They took something out of Dents Run,” McCarthy insists now. “Something heavy.”

Reached by phone, Reichel, McCarthy’s 73-year-old shed hunting client, corroborated his account of hearing early-morning clatter and seeing a loaded truck on March 14, 2018. Their recollections echo earlier statements from residents who told the AP of hearing a backhoe and jackhammer overnight and seeing a convoy of FBI vehicles, including armored trucks.

Parada, co-founder of the treasure-hunting outfit Finders Keepers, views the eyewitness accounts as important because they could bolster one of his main contentions — that the FBI conducted a secret overnight dig for the gold and spirited it away. The FBI’s warrant to excavate the site limited work to 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day.

The agency strenuously denies it dug after hours, saying FBI police merely conducted nighttime ATV patrols to secure the site.

“No gold or other items of evidence were located or collected. The FBI continues to unequivocally reject any claims or speculation to the contrary,” said spokesperson Carrie Adamowski.

Indeed, there’s little historical evidence to substantiate apocryphal accounts that an Army detachment lost a gold shipment in the Pennsylvania wilderness, possibly after an ambush by Confederate sympathizers. But the legend has inspired generations of treasure hunters, Parada among them.

Scientific testing suggested he was on to something.

The FBI said in a 2018 court document that its own geophysical consultant identified an underground metallic mass weighing up to 9 tons, with the density of gold, at the site identified by Finders Keepers. A federal judge approved a search and seizure warrant, and the FBI set up camp in Dents Run, later describing it as a possible “cultural heritage site containing gold belonging to the United States government.” Parada hoped to earn a finder’s fee from the potential recovery.

On the second day of the FBI dig, McCarthy and Reichel awoke at 4 a.m. and were on a mountain that parallels the narrow Dents Run valley sometime between 5 and 5:30.

By then, the FBI’s presence had become the talk of the backcountry, with speculation running rampant that agents were hunting for gold. The FBI had shooed McCarthy away from a different part of Dents Run a day earlier. But he was determined to help his client find an elk shed. Splitting up to increase their odds, McCarthy dropped Reichel off then parked more than a mile away.

He said he could hear the distant hum of a running engine as soon as he got out of his truck. The noise grew louder as he made his way up the hill and he heard metal on stone, or metal on metal — what sounded to him like heavy equipment meeting earth.

McCarthy said he got to the top of the ridge and started back down the other side. That’s when he laid eyes on the FBI operation, on the opposite slope, about 400 yards (meters) away. He saw lights powered by a generator. A parked excavator. A smaller piece of equipment, perhaps a skid-steer or quad, moving up and down the hill. A brown-black gash in the earth surrounded by snow. People huddling under a makeshift canopy.

“It looked to me like they were wrapping up a dig,” he said.

Reichel, who was farther away from the dig site, said he heard machinery when he crested the ridge.

“I can hear some machines, or something, clanging and banging and roaring and all that stuff,” said Reichel, a retired manufacturing worker. He said he was too far away to be able to see anything.

An FBI timeline says the search team didn’t arrive at the dig site until 8 a.m. that morning, and an excavator operator arrived even later. That’s well after the time that McCarthy and Reichel say they detected signs of activity.

The pair reconvened for lunch several hours later. It was then, they said, that a convoy of unmarked black SUVs and armored trucks drove by them on Pennsylvania Route 555, heading out of Dents Run. McCarthy and Reichel said one of the three armored trucks seemed to be weighed down — more squat than the other two and lagging behind.

“Eric and I both made the comment that one must be loaded.” Reichel said.

“It was loaded to the gills,” said McCarthy, adding he’s driven overloaded dump trucks and “I know what it looks like.”

Not so, the FBI says. While “appropriate vehicles and equipment” were brought to Dents Run, armored trucks were not among them, according to Adamowski, the FBI spokesperson.

Warren Getler, a consultant who has worked closely with Finders Keepers, argued the eyewitness accounts add up to one thing – a clandestine night dig.

“And why would you do a night dig,” he said, “unless you wanted to remove the gold under cover of darkness?”

Getler, co-author of “Rebel Gold,” a book exploring the possibility of buried Civil War-era caches of gold and silver, joined Parada in Dents Run for the 2018 dig. But the FBI mostly kept them confined to their cars at the bottom of the hill, showing them an empty hole when the work was done.

The agency subsequently stonewalled Parada’s Freedom of Information Act request for records on the dig, prompting him to file a lawsuit. In 2022, a judge forced the FBI to release a trove of photos and documents.

But the agency refuses to turn over its operational plan for the gold dig — which Parada and Getler believe might include information about an overnight excavation — and other records the government says are exempt from disclosure. U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta told the FBI on Sept. 27 it needed to come up with a better justification for keeping the disputed records under wraps.

While Parada pursues the FBI in court, he hasn’t given up his search in the Dents Run area. He recently hired a New Jersey geophysical company that identified several underground anomalies near the site of the original FBI dig, one of which measures 25 feet (7.62 meters) by 8 feet.

Finders Keepers’ own equipment detected metal objects in the same location, perhaps 15 feet down, presumably in a tunnel or cave, said Parada, playing a video that shows a detector emitting a high-pitched squeal as it is swept across the ground.

He’s now seeking to partner with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, which owns the land, on a new excavation in Dents Run. Parada, his lawyer and top officials from the conservation agency plan to meet later this month.

“It’s a part of our history that’s hidden away,” Parada said, “and I think it’s time that should be told.”

Abbott: More than 50,000 Illegals Bused to Sanctuary Cities

(Bethany Blankley, The Center Square) – Texas has bused more than 50,000 illegals who were unlawfully released into the U.S., Gov. Greg Abbott said Friday.

The majority have been bused to New York City, followed by Chicago, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Denver and Los Angeles.

Abbott began the busing strategy in April 2022. He first sent foreign nationals who illegally entered the U.S. in Texas to Washington, D.C. Since then, over 12,500 people chose to be transported to the nation’s capital.

Last year, he expanded the strategy to send people to New York City, Chicago and Philadelphia. Since last August, Texas bused more than 18,500 people to New York City and over 13,500 people to Chicago. Since last November, Texas bused over 3,200 people to Philadelphia.

This year, he began busing people to Denver and Los Angeles. So far, more than 3,200 people have arrived in Denver since May 18 and over 940 to Los Angeles since June 14.

The governor recently directed additional buses to Eagle Pass and El Paso, Texas, after a surge of people came roughly two weeks ago. He said he was sending them to self-declared sanctuary cities to provide much-needed relief to overrun Texas border towns.

“Until President [Joe] Biden upholds his constitutional duty to secure America’s southern border, Texas will continue to deploy as many buses as needed to relieve the strain caused by the surge of illegal crossings,” Abbott said.

Adults must sign a waiver for themselves and minors under their care, provide their Department of Homeland Security documentation, and choose which of the six self-described sanctuary cities they want to go to.

Texas border mayors and county judges have been instructed to notify the Texas Department of Emergency Management of any DHS-facilitated drop-off in their communities so the agency can help move people out of Texas.

The majority seeking Texas-taxpayer funded transportation north are choosing to go to the cities of New York and Chicago, according to state data. The same is true for those arriving in El Paso. Chicago and New York City remain the primary destinations, however, Denver has been added as a third destination.

The Democratic-led city of El Paso began its own busing strategy over a year ago but it’s funded through money it receives from FEMA. The city says the current wave of people began arriving in April 2022; “the sudden surge began in late August.” The overwhelming majority are coming from Venezuela, roughly 70%; the remainder are from Ecuador, El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua and Cuba.

As of Friday, Oct. 6, the city of El Paso was releasing 1,534 border crossers into the community every day. Roughly 480 people are being bused to Chicago, New York City and Denver every day from El Paso.

Every day, five charter buses full of people are leaving El Paso and arriving in Chicago. New York City and Denver are each receiving three charter buses full of people a day, according to city data.

MURDOCK: Hell Freezes, Pigs Fly, and Dems Demand Closed Border

(Deroy Murdock, Headline USA)  “There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States.”

Who said this? Donald J. Trump? Rep. Matt Gaetz, R- Fla.? Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga.?

Nope. These are the words of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

This comment landed Wednesday 180 degrees opposite Mayorkas’ oft-stated lie: “The border is closed.”

Regardless, Mayorkas is just the latest Democrat to acknowledge basic reality. Regarding the U.S.–Mexico border, Democrats are beginning to look a lot like mega-MAGA Republicans.

  • “We want them to have a limit on who can come across the border,” Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-N.Y. told CBS News’s Face the Nation on Oct. 1. “It is too open right now.”
  • “This issue will destroy New York City,” warned the city’s Democrat Mayor Eric Adams. Some 110,000 illegal aliens have swamped Gotham since spring 2022. Adams expects to spend $12 billion to babysit them. Consequently, he is slashing the budgets for police, fire, sanitation and other services by 15% through Fiscal Year 2025.
  • Ingrid Lewis–Martin, Adams’s chief advisor, told WPIX-TV: “We need the federal government, the Congress members, the Senate, and the president to do its job: Close the borders.”
  • “Massachusetts is in a state of emergency, and we need all hands-on deck,” Democrat Gov. Maura Healey declared in August. She deployed the National Guard to fix her state’s illegal-alien crisis.
  • Gov. J.B. Pritzker, D–Ill., complained to President Joe Biden that “the federal government’s lack of intervention and coordination at the border has created an untenable situation for Illinois.”

Pritzker’s constituents, particularly blacks, are enraged in Chicago, a Democrat fortress that backed Biden over Trump, 74% to 24%.

“We are in the community of black people, where we already get the low scraps,” a woman seethed at a Windy City town hall Tuesday. “And then you want to take the little scraps, the resources, that we have and put us at the bottom of the barrel? That’s not fair. And I won’t have it!”

Fueling this anger, a record 11,000 illegal aliens from 152 nations lately have invaded the southern frontier daily.

U.S. students are being booted from gymnasia and dormitories to house illegals.

Military veterans heading to December’s Army–Navy game in Massachusetts have seen their hotel rooms canceled to shelter illegal aliens.

Far from the Mexican border, in Bemidji, Minn., illegal alien Oscar Luna, 22, allegedly got an 11-year-old girl drunk and then raped her in a house with 11 other illegals.

This catastrophe has devolved from the unthinkable to the indecipherable. Mayorkas on Thursday totally contradicted his statement Wednesday, which, already had T-boned into his previous remarks.

“There is no new administration policy with respect to the border wall,” Mayorkas said in Mexico City.

Sweating like a jittery bomb maker, he added: “From Day One, this administration has made clear that a border wall is not the answer. That remains our position, and our position has never wavered.”

“Construct physical barriers…” or “a border wall is not the answer?” Which is it?

As usual, Biden amplified the confusion. On Thursday, he rebuffed his new policy from Wednesday that “never wavered.”

“Do you believe the border wall works?” a journalist asked in the Oval Office.

Biden replied: “No.”

Will Biden side with Wednesday’s Mayorkas and these other Democrat neo-hawks on the border? Or will he stick with Thursday’s Mayorkas and his own campaign pledge? As Biden told Yahoo News on August 5, 2020: “There will not be another foot of wall constructed in my administration.”

Who knows?

When guessing what next will tumble from Biden’s mouth, remember Scarlett O’Hara’s immortal words: “Tomorrow is another day.”

While the Biden administration juggles its own contradictions, enjoy the man-bites-dog spectacle of Democrats demanding a closed border. This is even more astonishing than Republicans screaming for higher taxes.

Science Journals Push Pro-Lockdown Reports, Censor Anti-Lockdown Studies

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) COVID-19 censorship made a comeback after numerous physicians and academicians were censored by mainstream scientific journals for their attempts to publish studies that show that lockdowns are bad for people.

“The whole scientific review process on anything related to COVID-19 has become highly politicized and contaminated,” Steve Hanke, professor of economics at Johns Hopkins University and former member of the Council of Economic Advisors under Republican President Ronald Reagan, informed the Epoch Times.

Hanke said that he’s been among those scientists who have experienced censorship for criticizing COVID-19 lockdowns.

“Did lockdowns work? The verdict on COVID restrictions,” the report by Hanke, Lars Jonung and Jonas Herby [HJH], concluded that lockdowns were “a global policy failure of gigantic proportions.”

As a result, this study has faced rejection from mainstream medical publishers. Meanwhile, the scientists who were paid off by Big Pharma and, therefore, wrote the studies that praised lockdowns were being published by these mainstream medical publishers and amplified by the mass media.

One of the examples of this censorship is the Social Sciences Research Network [SSRN], a premier publisher of medical and other scientific studies operated by Netherlands publisher Elsevier, which rejected the final HJH report but published articles that attacked the HJH report.

“The SSRN allowed the authors of the linked article to upload their work, while our work was effectively censored. Why? Our results went against the dogma of officialdom,” Hanke said.

When Hanke and his colleagues wrote another article where they responded to their critics, this article was also rejected by the SSRN, according to Hanke.

In both cases, the SSRN said that the rejection happened because there was “the need to be cautious about posting medical content.”

The Times added that this appears to be a new criterion and inconsistent with the SSRN guidelines, which preclude material that is “illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable.”

LA Elem. Schools Force 5-Year-Olds to Celebrate ‘National Coming Out Day’

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Elementary school students as young as five from Los Angeles were scheduled to participate in a weeklong celebration of “National Coming Out Day” that will start on Oct. 9, 2023, and will end on Oct. 13, 2023.

Among the “celebrations” were an “Identity Map” activity that is aimed at teaching “students to think critically about identity and intersectionality,” the Daily Mail reported.

The Los Angeles Unified School District’s [LAUSD] Board of Education sent a “Week of Action Toolkit – Elementary” to elementary school teachers in the district, with the toolkit outlining lesson plans that the district deems appropriate for elementary-aged students regarding LGBT topics.

The contrast between the state of Florida and the city of Los Angeles is evident since the former banned LGBT indoctrination in schools, including some books on the subject.

Each day throughout the week has an assigned celebrity who aligns with the LGBT group, according to the Mail.

For example, Monday is Jazz Jennings Day, named after the notable “transgender” activist.

The kindergarteners were also recommended by LAUSD to engage in “Which Outfit” and “Which Hairdo” activities on the same day.

Wednesday was dedicated to the “celebration” of “Elliot” Page, the “transgender” actress who is best known for her roles in the movie “Juno” and Netflix show “The Umbrella Academy.”

Additionally, third-graders were scheduled on the same day to take part in an “I Am Me” activity that included guessing the “gender” of Willow Smith, the daughter of Will Smith.

Friday was devoted to the “first openly gay active NFL player,” Carl Nassib Day. After “celebrating” that, kindergarteners would be encouraged to “Take a Pledge to Be An Ally!”

“Use kind language when talking about all teachers, staff, classmates and their
families even if they are different from themselves. Be an Upstander by sticking up for others, if safe to do so, otherwise they will ask a grown-up for help. Encourage and teach others to be allies,” the pledge stated.

The toolkit additionally indicated that the teachers can adapt the provided materials “to meet the unique needs of [their] students.”

Docs Prove FBI Authenticated Hunter’s Laptop Days after Post Bombshell

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) A massive document dump of whistleblower files released this week by the House Ways and Means Committee offered conclusive proof of what conservative media consumers all knew at the time: that Hunter Biden’s laptop had already been verified by his former business associate, Tony Bobulinski, long before anybody was allowed to say it was real in public without fear of being censored.

According to investigative journalist Paul Sperry in a new piece for the New York Post,  on Oct. 21, 2020, Bobulinski provided the FBI with a flash drive that was full of material he had downloaded from the devices used to correspond with Biden and other business associates in their joint venture with a group of Chinese nationals.

From that information, the FBI was able to cross-reference and dismiss the possibility that the files in Biden’s hard drive were fakes. Nonetheless, pressured by top brass within the deep state to do so, the agency continued to push an outright lie by suggesting that the laptop could be part of a Russian disinformation campaign, thus actively influencing the course of the presidential election in Biden’s favor.

Although Joe Biden had also been the recipient of some of Hunter Biden’s business emails using phony aliases such as “Robin Ware,” he too used the talking points crafted by the cabal of 51 “spies who lie” to lie bald-faced to the U.S. public during a debate with then-President Donald Trump.

In addition to providing Biden unduly with plausible deniability, the claim from the 51 top intel operatives—who had worked in tandem with the Biden campaign—gave social-media companies like Twitter and Facebook an excuse to censor anyone who posted derogatory information about the Democrat candidate.

Conservatives were aware of the laptop’s authenticity because of Bobulinski’s appearances on Fox News and other media outlets, as well as forensic experts who had examined the copies of the hard-drives obtained by the Post  and others, which revealed digital time-stamps confirming the authenticity.

The materials provided a trove of evidence connecting both Joe and Hunter Biden to an array of crimes, for which neither has yet been held accountable.

A substantial number of voters—enough to have influenced the outcome of the election as it stood—acknowledged that they would have changed their vote had they known at the time about the laptop, which had been suppressed by most mainstream media outlets.
