WATCH: Crooked Hillary Confronted Again, This Time for Bill’s Trips to ‘Epstein Island’

0

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) For the second time in the span of a week, Hillary Clinton has been confronted by one of the “deplorables” that she despises so much.

This time, the confrontation was about her husband Bill’s frequent trips to Little St. James, the Caribbean island once owned by multimillionaire sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein.

“Hey Hillary, why’d your husband visit Epstein Island 26 times?” asked a man who later identified himself as Alex Rosen.

Clinton had been stumping for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s, D-Texas, campaign to be Houston’s next mayor. After his question, Rosen was quickly dragged out of the auditorium where Hillary was speaking.

Rosen’s brave question followed anti-war protestor Robert Castle’s confronting Clinton on Monday for refusing to denounce President Joe Biden’s apparent plunge towards World War 3.

In that somewhat more civil confrontation, Castle asked Clinton to denounce Biden’s recent “war-mongering speech” that asked for more than $100 billion to help fund Israel and Ukraine’s respective wars, as well as to prepare for a showdown between Taiwan and China.

As expected, Clinton—who voted for the Iraq War, spearheaded regime change in Libya and has supported every U.S. military intervention in the 21st century—declined to comment.

“Can you please make a statement about President Joe Biden’s speech? This is a clearly war mongering speech. President Biden is calling for $100 billion for Israel, Taiwan and Ukraine, and we’re supposed to just bundle these together and rush to World War 3,” said the protestor, who later identified himself as Robert Castle.

The room erupted upon Castle’s question, and a staffer seemingly tried to get him to give up the mic. But Castle was undeterred.

“What I have done is asked Hillary Rodham Clinton to denounce the President’s openly warmongering, suicidal, idiotic speech,” he said again.

This time, Clinton responded: “I’ve given my answer. I will not do that.”

Court Filing: Trump to Present Classified Evidence of Election Interference

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Donald Trump’s lawyers disclosed in a Thursday filing that the former President intends to present classified information about foreign election interference in the 2016 and 2020 elections.

Trump’s filing came in response to the Justice Department allegedly redacting much of the classified documents presented to Trump during the discovery process of his election interference case in Washington DC.

The DOJ has argued that its prosecution of Trump doesn’t rely on classified evidence, but his lawyers said such info is needed for the former President’s defense.

“The Indictment in this case adopts classified assessments by the Intelligence Community and others that minimized, and at times ignored, efforts by foreign actors to influence and interfere with the 2020 election,” Trump’s filing stated.

“President Trump will offer classified information at trial relating to foreign influence activities that impacted the 2016 and 2020 elections, as well as efforts by his administration to combat those activities,” the filing stated.

“President Trump will also present classified information relating to the biased and politicized nature of the intelligence assessments that he and others.”

Trump’s filing comes as he seeks to dismiss the election-interference charges against him on the grounds of presidential immunity. His lawyers also filed a brief about that on Thursday, arguing that Congress—and not the DOJ—should be the decider as to whether a President is a criminal.

“The People’s representatives in Congress—not an unelected prosecutor—first decide whether a President’s official actions are worthy of sanction and potential criminal liability. That has not occurred, and, in fact, the Senate acquitted President Trump of charges formed on the same basis as the indictment,” the filing said.

“Accordingly, the Court should hold that President Trump is immune from criminal prosecution for the acts described in the indictment and dismiss this case, with prejudice.”

Biden Caught Using Cheat Sheet Again at Press Conference w/ Australia Prime Minister

(Headline USA) President Joe Biden was caught once again using a cheat sheet with reporters’ names and images during a joint press conference this week with Australia Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.

Toward the end of the conference, Biden and Albanese took questions from four reporters. An image of Biden from the event shows him holding a note card with each of the reporters’ pictures and a description of them.

The reporters included: PBS’s Laura Barron–Lopez, USA Today White House correspondent Joey Garrison, Australia’s Channel 10 editor Ashleigh Raper and The Australian’s Jeff Chambers.

Biden has been seen with similar cheat cards at just about every press conference he’s held.

In April, he was seen holding one during a joint press conference with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol that not only included the names and affiliations of specific reporters, but prewritten questions the reporters had submitted to Biden’s press team.

One of the prewritten questions next to Los Angeles Times journalist Courtney Subramanian’s name, for example, read, “How are YOU squaring YOUR domestic priorities—like reshoring semiconductors manufacturing—with alliance-based foreign policy?”

Biden’s notecards have even included specific instructions on how to conduct himself during events.

One cheat sheet that he used during a meeting with wind industry executives last year, for example, included reminders such as, “YOU take YOUR seat,” “YOU give brief comments,” and “YOU depart.”

Many have pointed to Biden’s reliance on cheat sheets as a sign of his cognitive decline. Newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said this week that it is undeniable Biden’s mental faculties have been deteriorating.

“That’s reality. This is not a personal slight to him. It has to do with age and acumen and everyone’s different, everyone ages differently,” Johnson said.

“Again, it’s not a personal insult to him, it’s just reality. This is what’s concerning to everyone,” Johnson added. “We cannot project weakness of any kind on the world stage right now. This is a dangerous time for all the things going on in the world.”

Betrayal Already? New Speaker Flip-Flops on Ukraine Aid and Endorses War on Iran

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) When Rep. Mike Johnson, R-La., was being considered to be the next House Speaker, critics and supporters alike pointed to his staunch opposition to the Biden administration’s proxy war in Ukraine.

But about 24 hours after winning the position on Wednesday, Johnson flip-flopped and now supports more funding for the Ukraine war effort.

“We all do. We’re going to have conditions on that,” he told a reporter Thursday on Capitol Hill.

“We want accountability, and we want objectives that are clear from the White House. But we’re going to have those discussions, and they’ll be very productive.”

Johnson further came out of the closet as a neocon in an interview Wednesday night with Fox News host Sean Hannity, where he said he’d support a war with Iran and mimicked Democratic talking points about Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Considering that his first act as Speaker was to introduce a bill to aid Israel—though that move was arguably more popular with his constituents—the MAGA faction of the GOP is now in an uproar due to Johnson following the same old “America last” policies as his predecessors.

“The first thing the new speaker of the house did was give Israel our tax dollars… then, he followed it up with promising more money to Ukraine,” said conservative commentator Brendon Dilley.

“Congress gonna Congress.”

But Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., who spearheaded the ouster of former Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., still has hope for Johnson as a true America first leader. Responding to Dilley, Gaetz launched a defense of Johnson on Twitter.

“We passed a ceremonial resolution supporting Israel this week – no money yet under @SpeakerJohnson (though its coming). McCarthy wanted to lash Ukraine and Israel money together. Johnson says we will do them separate (that’s not what Ukraine wanted!),” Gaetz insisted.

“Wait and see on Ukraine. Don’t forget that a majority of the majority is opposed to this in the Republican conference. I don’t see Johnson rolling us with Democrats on Ukraine.”

Observers will find out soon enough. President Joe Biden seeks a $105 billion aid package that will include funding for Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan—with a poultry $12 billion thrown in for border security, perhaps to appease Republicans.

10M Illegals Under Biden Outnumber Populations of All but 9 States

(More than 10 million people have been reported illegally entering the United States since President Joe Biden took office in January 2021, the greatest number in history and of any administration.

That number—roughly the same amount of people as live in the state of Michigan—is likely greater than the total population of official residents in at least 41 of the 50 U.S. states.

The number of people illegally entering the country surged after Biden and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas halted many preexisting border security policies, advanced sweeping parole and other policies to release the greatest number of illegal foreign nationals into the country, encouraged people from all over the world to use a phone app to enter the U.S., and facilitated U.S. entry application processes in foreign countries, among others.

Official data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection included 3,201,144 apprehensions in fiscal 2023; 2,766,582 in fiscal 2022; 1,956,519 in fiscal 2021; and 471,954 in the nine months Biden was in office in fiscal 2020.

CBP’s fiscal year is from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30.

Combined, official apprehensions total 8,396,199.

They exclude gotaway data, which CBP does not report publicly. The Center Square has been reporting preliminary gotaway data solely reported by Border Patrol agents at the southwest border. The information is obtained from a Border Patrol agent who provides it and other information on condition of anonymity for fear of retaliation.

Since January 2021, a minimum estimate of nearly 1.7 million gotaways have illegally entered the U.S.

Based on earlier projections and including Office of Field Operations data, former CBP chief Mark Morgan told the Center Square that the gotaway data is likely to reach or exceed one million for fiscal 2023 alone.

In fiscal 2021, there were at least 308,655 known, reported gotaways; in fiscal 2022, 606,150 were reported. According to preliminary data obtained by the Center Square, Border Patrol agents reported at least 769,174 gotaways at the southwest border alone.

This number excludes OFO data, gotaway data at the northern border and other CBP ports of entry nationwide. The Center Square has not yet received total internal gotaway numbers.

However, even those are considered a best estimate because they exclude unknown and unreported gotaways, those who illegally enter undetected—meaning, the number is likely much higher. Law enforcement officials have said they have no idea how many gotaways there are in the U.S., or who or where they are.

Combined, the minimum estimated known, reported gotaways from Jan. 1, 2021, to Sept. 30, 2023 is at least 1,678,979.

Since January 2021, total illegal border crossers apprehended nationwide were 8,396,198. Combined with at least 1,678,979 gotaways, the number increases to over 10 million (at least 10,075,177).

This is greater than the individual populations of 41 states.

The only states with an estimated population greater than the number of illegal border crossers are California, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia and North Carolina.

They edged ahead of Michigan’s estimated population of 10,030,722.

The total number of illegal border crossers during the period equates to a quarter of California’s population, a third of Texas’ population, 44% of Florida’s population and nearly 52% of New York’s population.

They’re equivalent to over 17 Wyomings; over 15 Vermonts; nearly 14 Alaskas; and nearly 13 North Dakotas. They total nearly ten Delawares, the home state of the president.

Among them are 1,586 known, suspected terrorists (KSTs) who were apprehended in fiscal years 2020-2023.

In fiscal 2023, CBP agents apprehended the greatest number of KSTs—736—in a single year in U.S. history.

They also apprehended the greatest number of criminal noncitizens in U.S. history, totaling nearly 50,000. This number excludes the tens of thousands of criminal noncitizens arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and an unknown number arrested by local and state law enforcement officers.

EXCLUSIVE: Serial Criminal Furious That Kentucky’s Gov. Released Him from Prison

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Throughout 2020, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear released hundreds of inmates from prison, ostensibly to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

One of those inmates was serial criminal Eric A. Phillips, who was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in 2018 for armed burglary and fleeing the police during a high-speed vehicle chase. Phillips regrets that Beshear sprang him from jail because it led to him committing more crime, according to records obtained by Headline USA.

Phillips had 13 felony convictions by the time Beshear let him out of prison in August 2020. And sure enough, Phillips began another crime spree a mere two months later—including committing grand theft auto in Florida in October 2020.

Phillips was eventually arrested again in May 2021 for theft and burglary in Kentucky, and is currently serving a seven-year sentence.

In a surprising show of honesty and self-awareness, Phillips wrote a letter from his Kentucky jail cell, criticizing Beshear’s decision to release him early.

Headline USA has obtained that letter and independently verified its contents. The entire letter is being withheld to protect the identity of the source that provided it, but the relevant excerpts are as follows:

“I am a 47-year-old violent criminal with convictions in the following states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Delaware. I have arrest warrants out of Florida and Ohio. I was released early for COVID-19, but don’t know exactly why I was,” Phillips wrote.

“Once released, I committed more crimes in Bullitt, Kenton and Campbell counties, which I received another seven years [for], and committed crimes in Florida and in Cincinnati. I also was convicted of crimes in Carroll County while out on early release by Andy Beshear,” he said.

“I had a total of 13 felony convictions prior to being released by the Governor. Yes, 13!” he added. “My criminal record is unlike [anything] ever seen before and I should have never been released early to do more crime!”

Headline USA wrote to Phillips to ask him about his motives for writing his letter. He has not responded as of the publication of this article.

The Kentucky governor’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the matter.

As Headline USA previously reported, nearly 70% the criminals Beshear released early wound up committing more crime, according to a report from the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts.

While Phillips’s criminal record is long, he’s hardly the worst offender released by Beshear. That distinction may belong to Nathan Nickell, who sexually assaulted a child under 12 in March 2021 after being released the August prior.

James Hamlin, who sodomized a 6-year-old, was also subject to Beshear’s policy—though in his case, he was serving time for a drug charge and immediately transferred to another prison to serve out his 25-year sentence for child rape. He was reportedly never actually released from prison.

“Fact checkers” have attempted to defend Beshear’s policy of releasing criminals by pointing out that “most” of them committed their crimes after their projected release dates—meaning they would have been back on the street anyway.

Those fact checkers don’t mention the possibility that serving full sentences might have further rehabilitated the inmates and decreased the likelihood of them reoffending.

Google Launches ‘Jewish Allyship’ Bathroom Campaign

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Google launched a campaign to promote sensitivity to Jews in the workplace by posting educational fliers in its office bathroom stalls last week, which somehow remained anti-Semitic.

After receiving criticism over the employees’ anti-Israel and anti-Semitic comments, among which was the head of the diversity strategy accusing Jews of having an “insatiable appetite for war,” Google put the bathroom fliers that instructed its employees that “every Jew is different,” also adding that employees should “avoid assuming a Jewish colleague represents the Israeli government,” implying that Israel is in the wrong.

The bathroom fliers are part of the company’s long-running “Learning on the Loo” series, which often features career tips and advice, a Google spokesman informed the Washington Free Beacon, adding that the “Jewish allyship” campaign had been in the works for weeks, even before Hamas attacked Israel.

“Antisemitism (discrimination, hostility, and prejudice against Jewish people) has been on the rise in the world. This historical moment when your Jewish colleagues (a.k.a. ‘Jewglers’) are feeling especially vulnerable is an important time to practice allyship,” the fliers stated.

Google employees were also told by the campaign that Jewish people vary in appearance and belief, that they have differing views on Israel and that they often find Holocaust comparisons offensive. In addition to that, even though the campaign acknowledged that Jewish culture, food and religious traditions exist, Google managed to say at the same time that there is nothing distinct about Jewish people.

“There is no ‘Jewish’ physical appearance, dress or standard of practice. Some Jewish people lean into their Jewish identity as a form of religious expression, while others identify with it culturally. While most Jewish people believe that Israel is their ancestral homeland, they may never have visited, nor even know about, or agree with specific actions of the state of Israel,” the fliers said.

The fliers also advised Google employees to “[a]void polarizing political discussions at work,” adding that “in light of the recent terrorist attacks in Israel,” they should “check in on and support” their colleagues.

RFK Jr. Becomes More Popular, Poll Shows

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was reported that Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a 2024 Independent presidential candidate, is becoming more popular among American voters.

A Harvard CAPS/Harris survey that was released last week indicated that Kennedy has a 19% net favorability rating over Donald Trump and Joe Biden, the Epoch Times reported.

Kennedy was favorable among 49% of voters, with 30% of people having an unfavorable opinion of him, according to the survey. Trump received a 49% favorability rating with 46% of people thinking unfavorably of him, while Biden received a 45% favorability mark with 49% of people saying that they do not him.

“Media pundits are gonna tell you that we don’t have any chance and have given me a couple of first names. One of them is a ‘long-shot candidate.’ They say my impact is only going to draw votes from the other candidates. The Democrats are frightened that I’m gonna spoil the election for President Biden and the Republicans are frightened that I’m gonna spoil it for President Trump. The truth is, they’re both right,” Kennedy said.

After Kennedy announced on Oct. 9, 2023, that he would run for president as an Independent, Republicans warned conservatives that, even though Kennedy left the Democratic party, he is still a leftist.

“Make no mistake—a Democrat in Independent’s clothing is still a Democrat. RFK Jr. cannot hide from his record of endorsing Hillary [Clinton], supporting the Green New Deal, fighting against the Keystone Pipeline and praising AOC’s [Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s, D-N.Y.] tax hikes. He is your typical elitist liberal and voters won’t be fooled,” the Republican National Committee said in its statement.

The committee then added that, to save the United States, people need to vote for a conservative candidate instead.

“American families deserve commonsense leadership that will return America’s energy independence, stop Bidenflation, secure our border and get our country back on track, which is why our Republican nominee will be the next president of the United States,” the RNC said.

Trump’s campaign also warned conservatives that Kennedy is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, adding that “voters should not be deceived by anyone who pretends to have conservative values.”

“The fact is RFK has a disturbing background steeped in radical, liberal positions. Whether he’s a China sympathizer, denigrating gun owners, promoting business-killing green policies or supporting on-demand abortion, an RFK candidacy is nothing more than a vanity project for a liberal Kennedy looking to cash in on his family’s name,” Trump’s campaign said.

Hillary’s ‘Future President’ Tweet Reignites Hilarious Mockery

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Hillary Clinton faced a surge of ridicule as the anniversary of her now-infamous tweet forecasting her presidency resurfaced, reminding the public of her failed aspirations.

The post, shared on October 26, 2016, with the caption “Happy birthday to this future president” along with a youthful image of Clinton, has since become a magnet for annual mockery, following her defeat to Donald Trump.

“Happy 7 year anniversary to one of the worst posts in history,” mocked Twitter personality ALX, encapsulating the sentiment of many online. Ryan Fournier, the founder of Students for Trump, quipped, “This tweet continues to age like fine wine.” In a separate post, Fournier added, “You president yet?”

Among the voices of scorn was political activist Scott Pressler, who opted for a straightforward, “Bless your heart,” while Twitter personality Tim Young joined the chorus of criticism, marking the occasion with a picture of Justice Amy Coney Barrett, captioned simply with, “Happy Birthday!”

Reflecting on the broader political implications, Rep. Wesley Hunt, R-Texas, emphasized, “Never ever forget what Donald J. Trump saved this country from…” Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, added a touch of sarcasm, commenting, “Happy birthday to this tweet that continues to age like fine milk.”

Adding to the choir of mockery, Rep. Troy E. Nehls, R-Texas, chimed in, saying, “This tweet continues to age like fine wine.”

Hollywood actor James Wood did not hold back, exclaiming, “And happy birthday to the single greatest tweet in the history of Twitter. The inspiration for tee-shirts and dart boards all across this glorious nation!”

Podcast host Jack Posobiec took a different route, saying “The reason we have seen all the censorship. All the crackdowns. All the weaponization of government, is because this one tweet did not come true. You may not accept it yet, but you will.”

Dem Rep. To Launch Primary Campaign Against Biden

(Headline USA) Rep. Dean Phillips, D-Minn., reportedly plans to launch a primary bid against President Joe Biden, citing the president’s low approval ratings and the public’s concerns about his age.

Phillips is expected to announce his campaign in New Hampshire on Friday, the last day for candidates to file to place their name on the state’s presidential primary.

New Hampshire Secretary of State Dave Scanlan confirmed Phillips has “scheduled some space on the front lawn of the statehouse,” and said a primary challenge against Biden would “be a healthy thing for the New Hampshire primary.”

New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair Ray Buckley was less enthusiastic.

“Of course we would be gracious hosts, as is our tradition, but both polling and grassroots interactions in New Hampshire reveal a high level of support for President Biden among the likely voters,” Buckley said when asked about the bid. “It would be a tough challenge for Phillips or anyone. But sure, c’mon on up!”

Video footage on Twitter, also showed Phillips’s campaign bus, plastered with “Dean Phillips for President,” traveling along an Ohio highway.

Phillips has been one of the only Democrats to vocally criticize Biden for seeking re-election.

He specifically raised concerns in August about Biden’s age, calling on the president to “pass the torch” to the next generation of Democratic leaders.

“This is about how people feel,” he said. “It’s about how people feel—people want to turn the page, I think that’s fair to say.”

The White House dismissed Phillips’s bid on Tuesday, arguing the Democratic congressman  has supported “nearly 100% of the president’s legislative agenda” and should just endorse Biden.

“We appreciate the congressman’s almost 100% support of this president,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said.

Earlier this month, Phillips stepped down from Democratic leadership in Congress, citing his position on Biden’s re-election bid.
