Michelle Obama Refers to Women As ‘Womxn’

'Even if we knew the courts were heading toward this day, it doesn’t make the frustration, grief, and fear any less real... '

(Headline USAFormer First Lady Michelle Obama referred to women as “womxn” in a social media post blasting the rumored demise of Roe v. Wade this week.

In the lengthy Instagram post, Obama responded to a leaked draft opinion showing the Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe and Planned Parenthood v. Casey and lambasted the decision, which is not yet final, as a threat to “womxn.”

“State lawmakers will have the power to strip womxn of the right to make decisions about their bodies and their healthcare,” the post reads.

The spelling of “womxn” has been used by leftists who claim the words “woman” and “women” are rooted in the patriarchy.

Obama went on to repeat much of the same doomsday rhetoric that other leftists have been using since the leaked draft opinion was first reported.

“If it comes to pass, we may soon live in a country where millions of women — not to mention our children and grandchildren — lose the right to make decisions about their bodies and their health,” she wrote.

“Even if we knew the courts were heading toward this day, it doesn’t make the frustration, grief, and fear any less real.”
