Michelle Obama Obsesses over Trump at Official Portrait Unveiling

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Former first lady Michelle Obama used the occasion of her official White House portrait unveiling Wednesday to launch vague partisan attacks on former President Donald Trump, Just the News reported.

“You see, the people that make their voices heard with their vote, we hold an inauguration to ensure a peaceful transition of power,” she said at the ceremony.

“Those of us lucky enough to serve work—as Barack said—as hard as we can for as long as we can, as long as the people choose to keep us here,” she continued. “And, once our time is up, we move on. And all that remains in this hallowed place are our good efforts and these portraits.”

It was reported to be Michelle’s first time returning to the White House since her husband, former President Barack Obama, ended his term on Jan. 20, 2017.

Trump snubbed the Obamas during his administration, likely because the couple often broke with the tradition of earlier past presidents in refraining from petty criticism of the current office holder.

The pair nonetheless held their own 2018 portrait unveiling at the Smithsonian, meaning Wednesday’s official White House ceremony produced a second set of official portraits for the megalomaniacal duo.

Barack Obama, following his wife’s lead, also took a shot at Trump during the unveiling ceremony.

Obama told current President Joe Biden that the country is much “better off” under his guidance than under the vision of the previous president.

“[T]he country is better off than when you first took office… and we should all be deeply grateful for that,” he claimed.

Despite the facade of comaraderie during the portrait unveiling, however, several mainstream media outlets reported ahead of the portrait ceremony on Wednesday that deep-seated rivalries existed between the Obama and Biden camps.

“Beneath that jovial atmosphere … is long-simmering tension, and even some jealousy, between the circles around Obama and Biden,” the Washington Post reported. “… Some Biden loyalists are resentful that Obama didn’t throw his weight behind Biden’s presidential aspirations, complaining that even now Obama’s team does not fully respect Biden.”

Considerable speculation has centered around the possibility that leftist operatives may be grooming Michelle Obama to replace Biden.

The theory may help explain why Biden—facing little political or legal accountability as a one-termer—has laid the groundwork for such an event by enacting controversial and unconstitutional policies that he sees as part of an “incredible transition” from America’s democratic and capitalist model to a socialist-oriented government.

The massive uptick in inflation, for instance, may be devastating to American citizens in the short term, but ultimately it benefits the U.S. government by devaluing the national debt while making more people dependent on government services and spending.

By comparison, the socialist policies of the Obama administration seem moderate, allowing a future Michelle Obama campaign to claim deceptively that it is more moderate than the Biden administration.

Tina Tchen, a former chief of staff for Michelle Obama, recently oversaw the restructuring of the Southern Poverty Law Center, which may include the conversion of the once-heralded civil-rights nonprofit into a full-fledged partisan attack dog while capitalizing on its half-a-billion dollars in assets.

The SPLC, which has spuriously designated many mainstream conservative groups as “hate groups,” most recently has assisted the House’s partisan Jan. 6 committee in “researching” Trump’s supposed ties to right-wing extremism.
