Former First Lady Melania Trump visited the U.S. Coast Guard for a Christmas surprise honoring America’s service members, RSB Network reported.
In a tweet, Melania shared a picture and described her visit with the Coast Guard:

“President Trump and Melania Trump have visited the different branches of the U.S. military on numerous occasions in an effort to honor those who devote their lives to the defense of this nation,” RSB Network reported. “In 2018, they went to Al Asad Air Base in Iraq for a special Christmas visit with America’s troops. After their visit with America’s service members, Trump stated, ‘One thing is certain, we have incredible people representing our Country.'”
Trump has expressed strong support for our U.S. military many times over the past few years. He campaigned on the promise of a strong military and worked throughout his presidency to honor America’s service members.
If he were to run again in 2024—an uncomfirmed but likely scenario—it is probable his military policies would remain largely similar.
