(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) A report released by the Texas legislature in the aftermath of the Uvalde school shooting has suggested that President Joe Biden’s failure to secure the southern border resulted in a dangerous “culture of noncompliance” at Robb Elementary School, according to CNN.
In the 1st 3 months of 2022, Uvalde schools went on lockdown over 50 times.
Why? Illegal immigration.
You see, when smugglers bomb into town w/a carload of illegals- chased by police- they crash, then “bailout” & scatter in town.
Lockdowns so frequent it was a joke.

The report, the work of a Texas House of Representatives Investigative Committee on the Robb Elementary shooting, was published on Sunday, July 17.
In addition to uncovering numerous failures of leadership and competence by the Uvalde police, the committee revealed that school officials often propped open both interior and exterior doors that ought to have been closed and locked.
“While the school had adopted security policies to lock exterior doors and internal classroom doors, there was a regrettable culture of noncompliance by school personnel who frequently propped doors open and deliberately circumvented locks,” the committee reported.
This failure to follow normal safety protocol was “tacitly condoned” by both school administrators and local police, who “were aware of these unsafe practices and did not treat them as serious infractions requiring immediate correction.”
The committee argued that this fatal culture was brought about by the excessive number of school lockdowns—“around 50 of them between May and June 2022” alone—that had been triggered by police pursuits of illegal aliens and their human traffickers in the area.
“[One] factor contributing to relaxed vigilance on campus was the frequency of security alerts and campus lockdowns resulting from a recent rise of ‘bailouts’—the term used in border communities for the increasingly frequent occurrence of human traffickers trying to outrun the police, usually ending with the smuggler crashing the vehicle and the passengers fleeing in all directions,” the report stated.
“The frequency of these ‘bailout’-related alarms … contributed to a diminished sense of vigilance about responding to security alerts,” the committee continued.
According to the New York Post, Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin had issued repeated warnings about the problem of the so-called “bailouts” prior to the shooting.
“Forty-eight times last year we had to lock down the public schools because of bailouts in our community—48 times, but you don’t hear that on the news,” told the Post two months ago.
