Fetterman Files Preemptive Loss Lawsuit, as MSM Prep for Acceptable Election-Denying

'Maybe the election will be hacked, maybe it won't be. We'll know for sure depending upon who wins Tuesday! ... '

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) After spending months demonizing as inherent threats to democracy anybody who questioned the results of an election, the Biden regime, Democrats and their mainstream media collaborators are setting the stage for acceptable election-denying on the eve of a midterm that could produce a titanic red wave.

With that as a possibility, the Biden administration is scrambling to assure people not to worry if vote results are delayed on Tuesday, declaring that ensuring what they call accurate tabulations will be an evolving process and decided as situations dictate.

“In modern elections, more and more ballots are being cast in early voting and also by mail,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre boasted of Democrat schemes to threaten election integrity with favored methods of voting that have historically been more open to fraud.

“It takes time to count all legitimate ballots in a legal and orderly manner,” she said. “That’s how this is supposed to work, and it’s important for us to all be patient while those votes are being counted.”

How those votes are being counted is a major issue of contention, with Democrats already delving into lawfare expeditions to make sure the votes are counted in a manner acceptable to their preference.

The latest example comes from Pennsylvania, a 2020 hotbed of vote fraud, where embattled Democrat Senate candidate John Fetterman, sinking in polls against Trump-endorsed Republican Mehmet Oz, on Monday filed a lawsuit directing election officials to disregard any mistakes or omissions of information on mail-in ballots and include them in Tuesday’s official count.

That would be in direct contradiction to a win for election integrity that was delivered last week when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that officials should separate and not count mail ballots with an incorrect or empty date.

“The date [requirement] imposes unnecessary hurdles that eligible Pennsylvanians must clear to exercise their most fundamental right, resulting in otherwise valid votes being arbitrarily rejected without any reciprocal benefit to the Commonwealth,” the lawsuit read.

Democrats have good reason for wanting to prolong the vote-count process and ensnare as many questionable mail-in and absentee ballots in the process, with an overwhelming majority of those votes breaking late and in favor of Democrats.

Fetterman’s lawsuit even copped to that reality, according to Democracy Docket. In Pennsylvania’s Monroe County, which “has received nearly 14,000 mail-in and absentee ballots,” a whopping “nearly 70% of these ballots have been returned by registered Democrats.”

The lawsuit claimed, given that “Democratic voters in Monroe County have submitted mail ballots at a rate of nearly four times that of Republican voters,” segregating these ballots and potentially invalidating them stands to disenfranchise Democrats at a “severely disproportionate rate.”

Allowing ballots that are not properly marked, or ones that take longer to count, is an acceptable form of ensuring democracy not threatening it, the insurrectionist press secretary said.

“That’s how this is supposed to work, and it’s important for us to all be patient while votes are being counted,” Jean-Pierre lectured.

“This is not just for all of you but this is for all the folks who are watching and so I think it’s important just to remind folks that something that people should be mindful of as well,” Jean-Pierre said of prolonging vote counts and delaying election results.

That’s the same spin Biden preached not only earlier this month, when he declared that so-called MAGA Republicans were already trying to suppress legitimate votes, but also earlier this year.

“The state legislative bodies continue to change the law, not as to who can vote, but who gets to count the vote,” Biden ranted in January when his scheme to nationalize elections was derailed.

While a Democrat-friendly fake news press went to great lengths to shill leftist talking points about 2020 being the most secure election in the country’s history, some of those same regime collaborators were already scripting a narrative for apparently legitimate election-denying on the eve of what many pundits are forecasting to be a red wave.

“The midterms face a bevy of digital threats, from stolen Twitter accounts to hacked election websites, that could spark chaos, confusion and unrest that last long after the polls close,” Politico warned and launched into a frenzy of suddenly valid concerns about vote fraud.

“The 2020 presidential election was rife with allegations of voting machine hacks that were later debunked,” the allegedly bipartisan media organ declared. “Yet there are real risks that hackers could tunnel into voting equipment and other election infrastructure to try to undermine Tuesday’s vote.”

“Weird how election hacking and security are only real issues when Democrats are about to lose,” wrote Federalist CEO Sean Davis.

“Maybe the election will be hacked, maybe it won’t be. We’ll know for sure depending upon who wins Tuesday!” cracked The Spectator contributing editor Stephen L. Miller.
