Kamala ‘Applauds’ Horrific Minn. Bill to Legalize Infanticide

'Under this bill, even babies who are old enough to live outside the womb and to feel excruciating pain have no protection from lethal violence... '

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Vice President Kamala Harris exposed the Biden regime’s far-leftist abortion extremism with a hearty endorsement of a new state law that legalized abortion up to the point of natural birth.

Minnesota Democrat Gov. Tim Walz, who swore during a tough midterm election that he was a moderate, signed into law Tuesday sweeping legislation that codified the right to abortion with no limits at any time during pregnancy, in what pro-life advocates called “legalizing infanticide”.

The so-called Protect Reproductive Options Act was approved by the state’s Democrat-majority legislature, after leftist lawmakers rejected several proposed amendments that  would have tempered the bill’s radical approach to killing unborn babies, according to Life News.

Those amendments included measures to protect unborn children in the third trimester, with exceptions, to prevent partial-birth abortions, to provide the option of anesthesia when unborn children can feel pain and to protect women’s health by requiring that third-trimester abortions take place in a hospital.

“Minnesotans don’t support elective third-trimester abortion. They just don’t. But that’s what this extreme bill entrenches in our state law: the right to abort any baby for any reason at any time up to birth,” said Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life Co-Executive Director Cathy Blaeser.

“Under this bill, even babies who are old enough to live outside the womb and to feel excruciating pain have no protection from lethal violence. The extremism of [the bill] puts Minnesota in the same category as just a handful of countries around the world, including North Korea and China.”

And it’s a baby-killing policy that Harris and the Biden administration fully endorsed.

“I applaud Gov. Walz for signing a bill codifying reproductive rights, including the right to abortion, into Minnesota state law,” Harris gushed.

XStrategies senior digital guru Greg Price laid out in brutal detail some of the “reproductive healthcare” that elicited rave reviews from the Biden administration.

The Kamala-endorsed bill “would be legalizing infanticide,” Price wrote. The aggressively radical law repealed myriad legislation to include no longer recognizing “a potentially viable fetus that is live-born following an attempted abortion as a human person” and requiring “medical care to preserve its life and health if a potentially viable fetus is born alive after an attempted abortion.”

The bill repealed “a law that requires physicians to report IF A WOMAN DIES after an abortion. It also removes a requirement that physicians give the woman information for why an abortion is necessary in a medical emergency,” Price wrote. Parents are no longer required to be notified if an abortion is performed on a minor and the bill nixed “criminal penalties for selling ‘instruments or drugs’ that cause abortions,” Price reported.

“It would by far be the most radical baby killing law our country has ever seen,” he wrote.

“This bill not only allows for abortions for any reason through all nine months of pregnancy, but what it does to strip away parental rights is abhorrent,” state Republican Sen. Julia Coleman told Fox News. “It not only allows this for minors, but it also allows for minors’ sterilization without parental consent or notification.”

Coleman called the bill “not only extreme, but now it’s dangerous.”

“We even had amendments saying that if you are going to seek a late-term abortion, it must be done in a hospital for the safety of the woman,” she said. “They shot that down, too.”
