‘Spiteful Cowards’: Dems Throw Hissy Fit after Schiff Slapped w/ House Censure

'He is going to go down in history for exactly who he is, which is someone that tore apart our country, lied to the American people...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) Democrat lawmakers threw a temper tantrum against the historic Republican-led censorship bill holding far-left Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., accountable over his shameless involvement and countless lies in the Russian collusion conspiracy theory.

The Democrats, who had previously criticized the conduct of J6 protestors on the House floor, staged a rowdy protest challenging the legislation and disrupting Republican lawmakers.

The chaotic scene on the House floor was captured on video footage from C-SPAN, showing Democrat lawmakers chanting loudly and causing disorder. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., called for order amidst reckless chants of “Shame! Shame! Shame!”

According to The Hill, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., a staunch defender of Schiff, mandated her Democrat subordinates to continue their chants. Rep. Ilham Omar, D-Minn., a member of the Marxist-inspired Squad, referred to Republicans as “spiteful cowards” in support of the protest.

As the protest ensued, Democrats began chanting, “Adam! Adam! Adam!” in support of Schiff, who is running to become California senator. In response, Republicans criticized the Democrats’ use of taxpayer funds for what they view as frivolous investigations into former President Donald Trump.

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, R-N.Y., highlighted the staggering amount of money wasted, admonishing the, “$32 million dollars on your charade.”

The initial version of the censorship bill, introduced by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., included a stiff $16 million fine for Schiff, equivalent to the amount Democrats had spent on investigations.

However, Luna later amended the bill after objections were raised by 20 RINOs, citing concerns about its constitutionality.

Luna reintroduced the revised bill on Wednesday, expressing her satisfaction with the censorship efforts in an interview with Fox News.

“He is going to do down in history for exactly who he is, which is someone that tore apart our country, lied to the American people, exploited and abused his position of power and ultimately was responsible for one the biggest fraudulent investigations into any president in the history of the United States,” Luna said.

The passage of the historic bill came shortly after Schiff faced sharp criticism in the testimony of Special Counsel John Durham. Durham’s report rebuked the DOJ for launching a full-fledged investigation into false allegations of Trump colluding with Russia in the 2016 presidential election.

During the testimony, a video clip of Durham pushing back against Schiff’s questions went viral.

“The son of a presidential candidate gets calls all the time from a foreign government offering dirt on their opponent. Is that what you’re saying?” a heavily partisan Schiff asked of Durham. To which Durham responded, “I don’t think this is unique in your experience.”

Durham’s hilarious smackdown alluded to a prank call in 2018 where Russian comedians offered Schiff alleged dirt on Trump.
