Jamie Raskin Stumped After Pro-Life Witness Calls Out Partisan Hackery

'If we added rape and incest exceptions, would you vote for it?'

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) The absurdity of leftist abortion positions was revealed during  hearings in the House of Representatives this week, the RedState reported after partisan Rep. Jamie Raskin nearly forced to go off script by a pro-life witness.

“The GOP witness is calling for a nationwide ban on abortions with no exceptions for rape and incest,” Raskin read.

Catherine Glenn Foster of Americans United for Life responded with a simple question that Raskin ought to have anticipated.

“If we added rape and incest exceptions, would you vote for it?” she asked.

But, with political theater to perform, and unwilling to think, Raskin simply interrupted and said “reclaiming my time” so that he could continue to read his script without having to answer any difficult questions.

House Democrats and their constituents largely spent the day revealing their own barbarism.

One pro-abortion witness, abortion doctor Yashica Robinson, claimed that a baby is not a human until it is born.

“How does one qualify as fully human?” Republican congressman Mike Johnson asked. “What makes a human being?”

In response, the doctor said that the fact that we celebrate birthdays is proof that human life does not begin until the baby is outside of the mother’s womb.

“What makes a person a human being is them being born… that’s why we have birthdays,” she concluded.
