(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) While admitting to imperfections in his party, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., a medical doctor by trade, noted that at least the Republican platform does not include the state-funded genital mutilation of children, InfoWars reported.
“Who is responsible for telling a 4-year-old that we need to talk about their gender and whether they’re in the appropriate body?” Paul asked to lead off his rant.
He also noted that children are being indoctrinated by public schools and woke school teachers to make such decisions.
“Who’s talking about giving picture books to 6-year-olds with illustrations of surgery to remove their genitalia?” he continued.
“It’s Democrat politicians and woke left-wing people,” Paul asserted, alluding to almost everyone on the left from the White House to teachers unions to Fortune 500 companies.
And while the Republican Party has its share of problems, Paul noted, at it at least does not intend to use technology to remake human beings.
“There’s not one Republican—look, Republicans are not perfect,” he said. “But Republicans are not pushing your child to have surgery to remove their genitalia as early as elementary school. No Republican is pushing this.”
Transgender mania has swept across America over the last decade, led by the nation’s academic elites, and propagated by their allies in Hollywood and the corporate media, all despite the fact that the majority of Americans largely oppose the absurd policies.
Paul also noted that the Lft was almost exclusively behind the all-too-often forgotten lockdowns, the masking craze and the vaccine mandates—all things for which they were decidedly let off the hook.
“These are crazy left-wing Democrats. It was also crazy left-wing Democrats who were for the lockdown across America,” Paul continued. “There’s no secret who was involved with the lockdowns, and they have had an impact.”
