‘No Comment’ Joe to Skip 9/11 Ceremony for 1st Time in Presidential History

(Headline USA) President Joe Biden will observe next month’s 22nd anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil at an Alaska military base with service members and their families, the White House announced.

It will be the first time that a president has not attended any of the observances that have been held annually in New York City, Pennsylvania and at the Pentagon, just outside Washington in Virginia, according to an Associated Press review of media coverage of these events.

Biden will stop in Alaska for the 9/11 observance at Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson in Anchorage on his way back to Washington after he attends a summit in New Delhi with other world leaders and visits Vietnam on Sept. 10.

Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, will participate in the annual commemoration at the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in lower Manhattan.

First lady Jill Biden will lay a wreath at the 9/11 memorial at the Pentagon.

Terrorists hijacked commercial airplanes on Sept. 11, 2001, and flew them into the Twin Towers in New York’s financial district and the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.

A fourth plane crashed in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after passengers fought back.

Nearly 3,000 people were killed in the attacks. Biden was a U.S. senator at the time.

The White House did not announce which official will participate in the Pennsylvania observance.

The 80-year-old president has faced considerable criticism of late for appearing disengaged and out of touch with the priorities of the American people as he pushes a radical Marxist agenda that has effectively dismantled U.S. democracy as we know it and left the government rife with corruption.

Many speculate that Biden is not, in fact, running the show but is simply a figurehead—and may even be tasked with intentionally driving the U.S. into the ground so that radical leftists can “build back better” once it has been fully razed.

While taking two lengthy vacations in August—discounting his trips to his “campaign headquarters” at home in Wilmington, Delaware—Biden initially shrugged off the devastating wildfire that left hundreds dead in Hawaii, saying he had “no comment” on the blaze.

When he finally did make the trip to the island, he was slammed for several flippant remarks and appearing to fall asleep during a dinner presentation with survivors.

McCarthy Warns Gov’t Shutdown Could Halt House Probe of Bidens

(Headline USA) House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., warned on Sunday that a potential government shutdown could temporarily halt Republicans’ investigation into the Biden family.

Congress has until Sept. 30 to pass an appropriations bill to avoid a government shutdown. Several conservatives in the House have warned that they will not support a bill unless it includes several Republican priorities on immigration and other matters.

McCarthy recognized the difficulty in coming to an agreement before the Sept. 30 deadline, but pointed out that a shutdown could affect much-needed oversight efforts by House Republicans.

“If we shut down, all government shuts down,” McCarthy told Fox News.

“Investigation and everything else—it hurts the American public,” he added. “But if we’re able to pass our appropriation bills, we’re in a stronger position to remove those Pelosi policies that are locked into law.”

The Republican leader noted how influential Republicans’ investigation has been.

“We did not know of all these times the president lied to the American public,” McCarthy said. “I’ve had Democrats now tell me, they’re very concerned, because they back this president based upon what he told America. And with each turn, we find that was not true.”

The Freedom Caucus, however, has insisted that McCarthy squeeze out more concessions from Democrats due to his failure to secure a number of conservative priorities in the debt ceiling fight earlier this year.

“As Congress continues to work to pass appropriations bills, we must rein in the reckless inflationary spending, and the out-of-control federal bureaucracy it funds,” the group said in a statement this month.

The caucus said that any “support for a ‘clean’ Continuing Resolution would be an affirmation of the current FY 2023 spending level,” and urged Republican leadership to put forward a bill that reverts to fiscal year 2022 spending levels “without the use of gimmicks or reallocated rescissions to return the bureaucracy to its pre-COVID size while allowing for adequate defense funding.”

San Francisco Bakery Refuses Service to Police Officer Because of ‘Store Gun Ban’

(Corine Gatti, Headline USA) A San Francisco bakery refused service to a uniformed police officer last week, with the company claiming there was a “strict policy” of not serving anyone who is carrying a firearm, the Gateway Pundit reported.

The San Francisco Police Officers Association criticized the Arabian-food bakery Reem’s for bigotry on Twitter over the weekend, posting: “NO COPS ALLOWED. That’s the confirmed policy of the bakery chain Reem’s. One of our officers was denied service last weekend because he was in uniform.”

The post from the SFPOA included a screenshot of an email from Reem’s explaining the company’s policy “to not serve anyone that is armed in a uniform.”

Likely, this included members of the U.S. military, as well as law enforcement. It is unclear whether it extended to other first responders, including firemen.

“We are not asking Reem’s or any business with a bigoted policy to serve our officers,” the SFPOA wrote.

“We’re asking them to own their discriminatory policy & and put up a sign so we know not to spend money in your establishment—on or off duty,” it continued. “We took the liberty of designing one for them.”

However, a representative from Reem’s told Mission Local it would still welcome officers when they are not on duty.

“This policy is for armed officers, and we let police officers know that we welcome them back to our establishment when they’re off-duty and unarmed,” said the representative.

The bakery went on to issue its own statement via Instagram, pointing to the issue of gun violence in marginalized communities and claiming its strict policy of prohibiting guns in the establishment was to ensure the safety of their customers.

“In a time of increased gun violence — particularly impacting people of color, youth, and queer people — we believe that a strict policy of prohibiting guns in our restaurant keeps us safer,” the  said.

It added: “Many members of our community have been impacted by gun violence, whether that be an experience on the streets of San Francisco or Oakland, having come from war or occupation, or having increased fear due to a growing climate of political extremism.”

In a caption beneath the statement, the restaurant suggested that it had temporarily closed its doors. It thanked the community for their support and said it was taking a scheduled break until Sept. 5, but “can’t wait to reopen our doors very soon and provide the sanctuary space you all deserve.”

San Francisco restaurants have denied service to police officers in the past, with Reem’s being the latest to do so.

Restaurants Hilda and Jesse faced backlash for asking three uniformed officers to leave in 2021, and Pizza Squared fired a cashier who told police officers they were not welcome earlier this year, the New York Post noted.

Gannett Newspaper Chain Sued for ‘Reverse Racism’ Policy

(Robert Jonathan, Headline USA) America’s largest newspaper publisher is formerly on notice of a legal challenge over a so-called reverse racism policy.

In the lawsuit filed in Virginia federal court, there are currently five named plaintiffs, four men and one woman, whose careers were allegedly adversely affected by Gannett Co. Inc.’s corporate diversity protocols.

Gannett, which is headquartered in northern Virginia just outside D.C., owns USA Today as well as hundreds of other local and regional news media outlets.

The legal complaint provides a summary about how these specific employees were  allegedly passed over for promotion and sometimes even wound up getting fired amidst purported office politics subsequent to Gannett’s 2020 announcement that it intended to achieve “racial and gender parity” in its workforce by 2025.

If the court grants case class-action status to the discrimination case, the number of plaintiffs could potentially expand significantly.

Corporate executives reportedly linked managers’ bonuses or other perks to the implementation of hiring quotas that were apparently based on the demographics of the local communities.

“Gannett moved forward with the implementation of the Reverse Race Discrimination Policy resulting in numerous highly qualified non-minority individuals finding their work relationship terminated or suffering other adverse actions based purely on their race,” the filing claims.

According to the lawsuit, one high-ranking executive “informed Gannett managers that no more straight White males should be hired going forward.”

The plaintiffs are currently suing under Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, which appears to be the same legal theory put forth in a lawsuit recently filed against two of the country’s largest law firms.

“Gannett executed their Reverse Race Discrimination Policy with a callous indifference towards civil rights laws or the welfare of the workers, and prospective workers, whose lives would be upended by it,” the lawsuit argues.

In response to the legal filing, Polly Grunfeld Sack, the news organization’s chief legal counsel, insisted that “Gannett always seeks to recruit and retain the most qualified individuals for all roles within the company.”

The attorney added that “We will vigorously defend our practice of ensuring equal opportunities for all our valued employees against this meritless lawsuit.”

In August 2020, USA Today itself reported that “Gannett…announced a broad initiative… to make its workforce as diverse as the country by 2025 and to expand the number of journalists focused on covering issues related to race and identity, social justice and equality.”

The plaintiffs in the Virginia case request a court order that would shut down Gannett’s current affirmative action policy along with a jury trial.

They also seek back pay and future lost wages, along with an array of other money damages.

Their 20-page complaint begins by quoting the Supreme Court’s landmark decision overturning race-based college admissions policies that “Eliminating racial discrimination means eliminating all of it.”

The lawsuit also maintains that “Gannett’s commitment is simple, to hire and promote a certain percentage of individuals on the basis of their skin color and without regard to the relevant applicant pool.”

Lawyer Leading DOJ’s Discrimination Lawsuit against SpaceX was Black Supremacist

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Last week, the Justice Department sued Elon Musk’s SpaceX for allegedly discriminating against asylees and refugees.

The case was already loaded in irony as soon as it was filed, as the DOJ itself advertises specifically for U.S. citizens—a fact that didn’t escape Musk.

But then, it was revealed that the DOJ’s lead attorney suing SpaceX is none other than its Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, Kristen Clarke, who was an avowed black supremacist while attending Harvard University.

Political writer Max Meyer dredged up Clarke’s racist background, including when she wrote that “melanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical and spiritual abilities.”

Musk also poked fun at the fact that he’s getting sued for discrimination by a black supremacist.

While the SpaceX founder was seemingly making light of the DOJ’s case, it was no laughing matter for GOP lawmakers who view the lawsuit as retaliation against Musk. Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., wrote to the Attorney General Merrick Garland on Monday, requesting that he produce a slew of documents about the case.

“[The DOJ] filed a lawsuit against Space Exploration Technologies Corp., otherwise known as ‘SpaceX,’ for complying with federal law,” Gaetz said emphatically in a Monday press release.

“The vast majority of Americans would see Elon Musk as a patriot seeking to pay higher wages and protect sensitive defense-contracting work from foreign theft.”

Gaetz seeks from Garland an exhaustive list of all laws, regulations, executive orders and contracts that DOJ has reviewed in connection with this case, as well as a sworn statement from the attorney general sworn that no law, regulation or contract prohibits producers of sensitive, military-grade dual-use technology from hiring asylees or refugees.

Additionally, Gaetz asked Garland to make himself available for congressional testimony about the matter on Sept. 20.

The DOJ’s lawsuit claims that SpaceX’s job postings and public statements for several years incorrectly claimed that under federal regulations known as “export control laws,” the company could hire only U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents, or “green card holders.”

“Our investigation also found that SpaceX recruiters and high-level officials took actions that actively discouraged asylees and refugees from seeking work opportunities at the company,” Clarke said last week.

Prosecutors seek fair consideration and back pay for asylees and refugees who were deterred or denied employment.

The government also seeks civil penalties, according to the lawsuit.

Oliver Anthony Rips GOP Debate, Fox News over Response to His Hit Song

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA)”Rich Men North of Richmond” singer Oliver Anthony posted a berating message in response to his song being played at last week’s GOP primary debate.

Moderator Martha MacCallum of Fox News opened the debate by playing a brief clip of the song, and allowed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to respond.

DeSantis put the onus on the Biden administration, claiming “Bidenomics” was the root of many Americans grievances, according to Variety. Anthony, however, disagreed and corrected the governor, claiming that DeSantis was one of the men he sang about as well.

“It was funny seeing my song at the presidential debate, because I wrote that song about those people, you know. So for them to have to sit there and listen to that, that cracks me up,” Anthony said.

“It was funny seeing the response to it. That song has nothing to do with Joe Biden—it’s a lot bigger than Joe Biden,” he said. “That song is written about the people on that stage—and a lot more, too. Not just them, but definitely them.”

Anthony went on to attack both conservatives and liberals, demanding they stop “weaponizing” the song.

“I see the right trying to characterize me as one of their own, and I see the left trying to discredit me, I guess in retaliation,” he said. “That s**t’s got to stop.”

Anthony reportedly turned down a deal with a record label, and instead opted to write and produce his own music.

“I don’t know how many shows I’m going to do and how many tours I’m gonna put on,” Anthony said. “But I am going to stay true to my word. I’m going to write, produce and distribute authentic music that represents people and not politics.”

He went on, adding that he would use his influence and music to try and stop inordinately high government influence.

“There’s been too many people die. There’s been too many people sacrifice everything they’ve had…” he said, tearing up. “Just for us to all sit here and do the stupid shit it is that we do every day that keeps us all beat down and divided. That’s what I want to see stop.”

NAACP Calls for DOJ to Target Trump Supporters over Florida Shooting

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s decision last Thursday to publish Donald Trump’s mugshot resulted in black people showing an outpouring of support for the former president, who’s widely perceived as a victim of a politically motivated Justice Department.

But the moment of racial harmony was interrupted less than 48 hours later, with alleged white supremacist Ryan Palmeter gunning down three black people in Jacksonville, Florida.

Despite Trump’s support among black voters having nearly tripled from 2020—due in large part, no doubt, to poverty rates among blacks skyrocketing under Joe Biden after seeing all-time highs in employment under Trump—racial grifters were quick to blame the MAGA movement for Saturday’s tragedy.

One such grifter, the president of NAACP’s Jacksonville chapter, Isaiah Rumlin, explicitly called for the DOJ to investigate Trump supporters over the shooting.

“I think the federal government and the Justice Department are going to have to do a better job exercising [sic] exactly where these hate groups exist,” Rumlin said Monday on CNN.

“We see these confederate signs and the Trump signs constantly on our streets, and we know from that standpoint there’s hatred and we’re just going to have to deal with it,” he said.

“And the Justice Department needs to be here today, looking into it.”

It’s not clear exactly what Rumlin would like the DOJ to do, as the interview ended abruptly after his call for federal intervention.

In any event, information is already trickling out that undermines the narrative that Palmeter was motivated by MAGA.

For starters, even mainstream media are acknowledging Palmeter’s mental health issues—something typical of nearly every mass shooter, regardless of ideology.

Palmeter, 21, had been involved in a 2016 domestic violence incident that did not lead to an arrest, and was involuntarily committed for a 72-hour mental health examination the following year. He used two guns—a Glock handgun and an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle—which authorities said were purchased legally earlier this year.

Skeptics have further noted that Palmeter’s parents are registered Democrats.

The father of another allegedly white supremacist shooter, Buffalo’s Payton Gendron’s was a card-carrying Democrat, too—though this turned out to be a minor detail in Gendron’s case, as it was later revealed that he may have been manipulated by at least one “former” federal agent he was talking to minutes before his shooting spree.

Others raised red flags about the timing of the shooting. Along with immediately following Trump’s mugshot, it also comes months the NAACP warned in May that “Florida is openly hostile toward African Americans, people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals.”

Still others wondered about Palmeter’s lack of social media presence—odd for most young people, yet alone a supposed white supremacist, who are typically radicalized online.

Despite the unanswered questions and possible counters to the quickly developing narrative about Palmeter, the FBI is nevertheless investigating his shooting spree as a racially motivated hate crime—citing the “manifestos” he allegedly left behind as the reason for this.

Meanwhile, authorities have yet to release the manifesto of transgender killer Audrey Hale, who murdered six Christians, including three children, in March.

Luckily for those who want the facts over anti-Trump spin on Saturday’s tragic event, Sheriff T.K. Waters has pushed back against the grifting—racial and otherwise.

Speaking at a Sunday press conference, Waters acknowledged Palmeter’s white supremacism, but didn’t attribute that as the main factor. Rather, it was the 21-year-old’s deranged psychology, according to Waters, who is a black man.

“Plainly put, this shooting was racially motivated, and he hated Black people. He wanted to kill n—,” he said, latter adding, “The manifesto is, quite frankly, the diary of a madman.”

Waters also pushed back against the gun-control narrative, much to the delight of conservatives and other Second Amendment supporters.

“If I could take my gun off right now, and I lay it on this counter, nothing will happen. It’ll sit there—but as soon as wicked person grabs ahold of that handgun and starts shooting people with it—there’s the problem,” the sheriff said.

“The problem is the individual.”

Buxom Tranny Teacher Returns to Canadian Classroom

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A transgender shop teacher who was let go after donning a set of prosthetic, Z-cup breasts in class last year has been hired at another school in Ontario, Canada, the Daily Mail reported.

The transgender educator, Kayla Lemieux, will be teaching at Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School, where administrators recently warned students and parents that there may be disruptions and protests due to Lemieux’s presence.

The announcement was made in a recent memo penned by Principal Tom Fisher, who noted that Lemieux’s “gender expression” has become “the subject of public attention.”

His policy of reinstating Lemiuex, he stated, was meant to “uphold individual rights and treat everyone with dignity and respect.”

He also recognized the influx of media attention that would likely descend upon the school, noting that the school will remain vigilant in the case of any “disruptions or protests.”

“We are committed to communicating with you as openly and as frequently as possible to ensure student safety—and to share any operational plans.”

Part of Fisher’s response plan includes student evacuation, wherein the children will be required to “enter and exit the building using assigned doors at entry and dismissal,” being instructed by “an intercom system.”

Lemieux’s appearance and attire were the source of protests in the past after video of the shop teacher cutting a wooden board with a table saw while donning the prosthesis first went viral.

At Lemieux’s previous school, Oakville Trafalgar High School, parents flooded a school board meeting demanding that Lemieux be forced to follow the dress code.

Soon thereafter, the teacher was suspended from Oakville’s faculty.

Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School, however, is governed by the same school board as Oakville, so the board’s members surely knew what they were getting into.

Tech Billionaires Exploit SF ‘Fire Sale’ for Major Land Grab, Plan New City

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A group of tech billionaires plan to take advantage of dropping real estate prices outside of San Francisco by buying up a massive amount of land in order to create a new city from scratch.

Unlike the land grab taking place during Hawaii’s ongoing and quite literal “fire sale,” the group of billionaires bought up land in Solano County, California, for the cite of their new town after ruining San Francisco with their pro-crime, pro-drug politics, ZeroHedge reported.

Specifically, the group acquired 55,000 acres of land–approximately twice the size of San Francisco–for the price of $800 million. In at least one case where family members who owned property in the target zone refused to sell, the group of Big Tech moguls tried finding related kin who would.

“It was like a hostile takeover,” one family-member rancher told the San Francisco Chronicle. “It was Shakespearian, a Game of Thrones kind of thing.”

According to a New York Times report, the investment group that made the purchase includes the following ultra-rich:

Billionaire venture capitalist Michael Moritz, Reid Hoffman, the LinkedIn co-founder, venture capitalist and Democratic donor; Marc Andreessen and Chris Dixon, investors at the Andreessen Horowitz venture capital firm; Patrick and John Collison, the sibling co-founders of the payments company Stripe; Laurene Powell Jobs, founder of the Emerson Collective; and Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross, entrepreneurs turned investor.

The list includes numerous leftist oligarchs, most of whom have allied openly with Democrats. Reid Hoffman, for example, recently donated $700,000 to President Joe Biden‘s reelection efforts.

Software engineer Marc Andreesson has also gone out of his way to praise COVID czar Anthony Fauci on a routine basis.

The group, which calls itself Flannery Associates, has done something that Glenn Zook, Solano County’s Assessor, has “definitely” never seen before.

“We see a lot of investors. There’s usually a target, a plan, but there doesn’t seem to be that in this case, other than targeting the specific area, which happens to be around the Air Force Base.”

Blue-Run Cities Sue Kia, Hyundai for Making Cars too Easy to Steal

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) The city of Chicago launched a lawsuit against automotive manufacturers Hyundai and Kia for not installing anti-theft technology into their vehicles, making them easier targets for criminals.

“Unlike the movies, hot-wiring vehicles is far harder than it appears—unless that vehicle was manufactured by Hyundai or Kia,” the lawsuit read.

Vehicles manufactured between 2011-2022 do not have push-button ignitions or anti-theft devices, making them more susceptible to theft, according to Just the News.

Using videos posted on social media as their guide, thieves have stolen different Hyundai and Kia models with just a screwdriver and a USB cord.

Some major insurance companies have refused to cover owners of the two makes, as they  deemed them too easy to steal.

Meanwhile, as policy failures lead to upticks in theft and violent crime, Chicago and other Democrat run cities who actively sought to “defund the police” just three years ago are now seeking scapegoats to deflect blame for the inevitable consequences of those actions.

New York City, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Cleveland, Baltimore, Seattle, San Diego, St. Louis, Columbus and Memphis have all filed similar suits against the two companies in recent months.

A federal judge passed over a lawsuit that would have covered about 9 million vehicles manufactured in the last 10 years, and would have cost the companies a combined $200 million in damages.

U.S. District Judge James Selna claimed the suit did not provide “fair and adequate” compensation for Kia and Hyundai owners.

Several attorneys general pushed the judge to rule that the automotive manufacturers install anti-theft technology and implement a buyback program for customers with noncompliant cars, despite the fact that the companies already offered to upgrade the less secure models with software updates and steering wheel locks.

Democrat attorneys general from 17 states and Washington, D.C., sent a strongly worded letter to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, urging them to force a recall of all compromised Kia and Hyundai vehicles.

Car thefts spiked dramatically in 2022, with over 1 million cars stolen. Illinois saw a 35% increase in car thefts, with Chicago rising 55%.

“The impact of car theft on Chicago residents can be deeply destabilizing, particularly for low- to middle-income workers who have fewer options for getting to work and taking care of their families,” Chicago’s far-left Mayor Brandon Johnson said in a press release.

“The failure of Kia and Hyundai to install basic auto-theft prevention technology in these models is sheer negligence, and as a result, a citywide and nationwide crime spree around automobile theft has been unfolding right before our eyes,” he added.
