Jan. 6 Prosecutor Arrested for Stabbing Someone

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Former U.S. Attorney Patrick Scruggs, who prosecuted numerous peaceful Jan. 6 protestors, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stabbing someone who crashed into his car that morning.

According to reports, Scruggs is accused of stabbing a driver who hit his car following another collision in Florida around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

“Troopers said Scruggs got out of his car and approached the man’s vehicle. He broke a window, then stabbed the driver repeatedly using a pocketknife,” Tampa’s local NBC affiliate reported.

“The couple tried to intervene, but Scruggs tried to stab them. They were able to flee,” the news station added. “An officer who was passing by the scene stopped to help and was able to detain Scruggs and call for backup.”

Scruggs was reportedly arrested on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault and armed burglary. He was booked into the Pinellas County Jail, where was released 10 hours later on a $65,000 bond.

Scruggs reportedly worked as an U.S. Attorney in their Criminal Division from September 2012 to April 2023. The Justice Department did not say why he was no longer employed, and the local Tampa news station said it would keep investigating the matter.

Participants in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Hill protest-turned-riot were quick to note that Scruggs prosecuted many of them.

Adam Johnson, now known as the “Lectern Guy” for the famous photo of him carrying then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s lectern through the Capitol rotunda, said Scruggs was the lead prosecutor on his case.

“Meet the guy who prosecuted me in Tampa for walking in a building on January 6th,” Johnson said.

“My crimes were so egregious that he demanded I wear an ankle monitor, be drugged tested at random, surrender my passports, be restricted to middle district of Florida, and given a nightly curfew,” he added. “What restrictions do you think he should get for stabbing a man repeatedly in public?”

Skeptics tried to insist that Scruggs wasn’t actually Johnson’s prosecutor, but he clarified that the former U.S. Attorney initially spearheaded the case against him.

Coming Soon to a Blue City Near You: All-Nude, Gay Barber Shops

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) While the topic of “grooming” within the LGBT community may be a controversial one for many here in the U.S., nudists in Brazil are now trying to reclaim the word—and it may only be a matter of time before this latest cultural craze reaches a blue city near you faster than churrascarias and Capoeira.

In order to take advantage of the mass market of left-wing consumers, barber shops catering to gay nudists are being opened across major European and Brazilian cities, according to a recent report from far-left Vice Media.

Customers will get their haircuts while in the nude as the owners attempt to “challenge” the “macho atmosphere” of the traditional “male grooming space.”

The founder and owner of one such shop in Fortaleza, Brazil, Rodney Araujo, opened his business, Barbearia Naturisa, in 2021. He claims to be the only officialized nudist business in America.

“A lot of businesses are trying to copy our name to get more clients, but they’re not associated with us,” he said.

For Araujo, however, the endeavor is about more than just making money. He is also trying to help men care for their “souls.”

“I wanted to encourage men to take care of their bodies and souls, by showing a form of internal beauty that few get to see,” Araujo said.

One of Araujo’s clients, nudist activist DJ Renato Erjo, said that being nude in public is very important to him.

“Nudism has been a part of my life as long as music,” he explained, adding that the shop has made him feel more welcomed.

“So, if places like Barbearia Naturisa exist, I’d rather go there than anywhere else.” he added, noting that he brings with him “anyone who’d shown an interest.”

Rafael Hacoma, 37, an “at-home nudist barber,” said that the nude barber shops are a good way for gay men to escape the toxic culture of the traditional salon, which often contains billiard tables, alcohol and sports games playing on TVs.

According to Hacoma, gay men have found solace in their grooming visits to his home.

“They were annoyed by how toxic these places were and often found themselves caught in the middle of conversations full of prejudice and uncomfortable exchanges,” he said.

More Evidence Released Ahead of Biden’s First Impeachment Inquiry Hearing

0

(House Republicans released new evidence this week ahead of the first impeachment hearing inquiry for President Joe Biden.

Republican leadership on the House Ways and Means Committee released newly revealed documents and messages obtained from IRS whistleblowers that back up allegations that Hunter Biden, the president’s son, sold access to then-Vice President Joe Biden around the world for millions of dollars.

“Hunter Biden sold his family’s ‘brand’ and ‘only asset,’ Joe Biden’s political power and influence, even bragging in a 2017 email to a Chinese business executive that he negotiated a contract for $10 million per year for ‘introductions alone,'” the Republican-led committee said in its announcement.

“IRS investigators detailed in a worksheet that then-Vice President Biden’s April 2014 official visit to Ukraine occurred only days after a series of White House meetings with Hunter Biden and his business associates, and a Burisma executive sent an email saying a ‘reasonable balance’ could be reached about Hunter Biden,” the committee added. “One month later, Burisma announced Hunter Biden’s appointment to its board.”

Burisma is a Ukrainian energy company which has become key to the investigation in part because a confidential human source for the FBI reported that they had a conversation with a Burisma executive who said a $5 million bribe was paid to President Biden.

That news comes after House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., dropped a bombshell report saying that during the time Biden was running for president, two bank wires from Chinese nationals to Hunter Biden list the president’s home in Wilmington, Delaware as the beneficiary address.

These and other updates from both committees will likely be front and center at the hearing Thursday.

“In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China,” Comer said in a press release.

“We’ve already proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two wires originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden’s Wilmington home as the beneficiary address when he was running for President of the United States,” Comer added. “When Joe Biden was vice president, he spoke on the phone and had coffee with Jonathan Li in Beijing, and later wrote a college letter of recommendation for his children.”

Comer says Li is one of the Chinese nationals who made one of the wires in question.

“Jonathan Li and Hunter Biden developed a business relationship during Joe Biden’s vice presidency,” the Republican-led committee said in its release.

“On July 26, 2019, Hunter Biden received a $10,000 wire from Wang Xin. On August 2, 2019, Hunter Biden received a $250,000 wire from Jonathan Li and Tan Ling,” it continued. “Nearly three months later, on October 13, 2019, Hunter Biden’s attorney George Mesires stated that Hunter Biden received no money from BHR and did not disclose any payments from Jonathan Li.”

At Thursday morning’s impeachment hearing, House Republicans were expected to present the evidence compiled so far and hear from expert testimony.

Biden has repeatedly dismissed allegations that he benefited from any kind international payments connected to his son. The White House immediately blasted the impeachment inquiry, calling it “extreme politics at its worst.”

Witnesses at Thursday’s hearing were to be Bruce Dubinsky, a long-time forensic accountant who has testified as an expert witness more than 100 times, and Eileen O’Connor, former assistant attorney general for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Tax Division

Professor Jonathan Turley, the Shapiro chair for public interest law at George Washington University Law School, was also expected to testify.

Earlier this month, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., kicked off the impeachment inquiry, pointing to other evidence obtained by House investigators.

That evidence includes roughly 150 Suspicious Activity Reports from the U.S. Treasury Department as well as testimony from IRS whistleblowers who said that the Biden family and associates received about $20 million through an array of shell companies and bank accounts connected to the Biden family and associates.

Bank records show those payments came from entities in adversarial nations like Russia and China as well as Ukraine.

“Based on the evidence, Congress has a duty to open an impeachment inquiry into President Biden’s corruption,” Comer said earlier this week.

“Americans demand and deserve answers, transparency, and accountability for this abuse of public office,” he continued. “This week, the House Oversight Committee will present evidence uncovered to date and hear from legal and financial experts about crimes the Bidens may have committed as they brought in millions at the expense of U.S. interests.”

Trump Triumphs, Fox Falters: Winners and Losers of Second GOP Debate

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The second GOP presidential debate concluded after two hours of heated discussion, with viewers running to social media to reveal the night’s winners and losers.

As the candidates attempted, with limited success, to make their case against front-runner Donald Trump, the former president’s influence loomed large, likely proving to be the night’s biggest winner.

Meanwhile, Fox Business, which opted to co-host the Republican debate with Spanish-language media outlet Univision, came under fire from conservatives for its choice of moderators and pressing questions that failed to resonate with Republican voters.

First came the Trump topic. Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s attempt at humor, dubbing Trump “Donald Duck,” failed to diminish his presence. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called out Trump for reportedly adding to the national debt.

“Donald Trump… owes it to you to defend his record, where they added $7.8 trillion to the debt—that set the stage for the inflation that we have,” DeSantis asserted.

When Fox News moderator Dana Perino posed the question of who “should be voted off the island,” a clear reference to the reality show Survivor, most candidates hesitated to answer, with Haley asking whether it was a real question. Christie, the only candidate to respond, suggested, as expected, that Trump should be removed from the race.

Tensions flared between former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley and firebrand Vivek Ramaswamy during the debate, particularly regarding issues related to China and Ukraine. Haley’s claim, “Every time I hear you, I feel a little bit dumber for what you say,” served as a personal jab against Ramaswamy, who had claimed he would use TikTok to win elections before banning it.

Frustration among viewers against Fox was loud and clear, with Glenn Beck, the founder of the Blaze, saying on Twitter, “I have officially given up on this stupid @foxdebate.” Beck’s criticism did not stop there, going as far as calling the show “the worst debate” in his lifetime. “Only winner:  Trump because he is not anywhere near,” he concluded.

Univision anchor Ilia Calderón faced criticism for her claim, supported by dubious evidence, that Latino voters were increasingly concerned about gun violence and alleged hate crimes against the LGBT community.

Conservative scholar and Latin America expert Mike Gonzalez of the Heritage Foundation asserted his criticism on Twitter.

“Big mistake for @FoxNews to team up with @UnivisionNews for this debate,” Gonzalez added. “Amnesty for illegal immigrants is the number one issue for that network. That’s not the case for Hispanics. They don’t like the current chaos at the border.”

Newsweek editor Josh Hammer chimed in, saying: “I legitimately do not understand how the RNC and Fox News let a Univision leftist co-moderate this ‘debate.’”

GOP candidates are scheduled to meet again on Nov. 8 in Miami, Florida for the third presidential debate.

Trump Issues New Warnings to Evil Media, Threatens to Charge for Airwaves

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Donald Trump vowed to investigate the corrupt leftist mainstream media over its “dishonest and corrupt” news coverage and analysis when he’s re-elected for a second term.

Trump criticized NBC News, MSNBC, as well as their parent company Comcast for “treasonous” reporting in his Truth Social post.

In addition to that, he also said that the networks mislead Americans by providing “vicious coverage” and pledged to hold them accountable for “country-threatening treason,” especially focusing on both NBC News and MSNBC.

“They are almost all dishonest and corrupt, but Comcast, with its one-side and vicious coverage by NBC NEWS, and in particular MSNBC, often and correctly referred to as MSDNC (Democrat National Committee!), should be investigated for its ‘Country Threatening Treason,’” Trump wrote.

He also blasted NBC News and MSNBC for non-stop propaganda about Trump being the Kremlin agent. The unfounded and debunked allegations that Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign colluded with Russian agents to rig the election are still pushed to this day.

“Their endless coverage of the now fully debunked SCAM known as Russia, Russia, Russia, and much else, is one big Campaign Contribution to the Radical Left Democrat Party,” Trump wrote.

He then vowed that he would scrutinize the corrupt networks for their coverage.

“I say up front, openly, and proudly, that when I WIN the Presidency of the United States, they and others of the LameStream Media will be thoroughly scrutinized for their knowingly dishonest and corrupt coverage of people, things and events,” Trump wrote.

After that, he suggested that one way to stop them from spreading their propaganda would be to start charging these networks for their use of America’s “very valuable airwaves.”

“Why should NBC, or any other of the corrupt & dishonest media companies, be entitled to use the very valuable Airwaves of the USA, FREE?” Trump wrote.

He then concluded his Truth Social post by saying something that all conservatives have figured out a very long time ago.

“They are a true threat to Democracy and are, in fact, THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE! The Fake News Media should pay a big price for what they have done to our once great Country!” Trump wrote.

Hunter Called Bribery Biden the Family’s ‘Only Asset’: Report

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) House Republicans unveiled explosive whistleblower documents, shedding light on Hunter Biden’s candid reference to his father, President Joe Biden, as “my family’s only asset.”

These revelations come as part of a batch of damning files obtained from IRS whistleblowers, subsequently released by the House Ways and Means Committee. These documents are linked to the extensive five-year investigation spearheaded by the IRS into Hunter Biden’s controversial overseas business dealings.

In one of the newly uncovered emails, Hunter expressed frustration while also making the shocking admission.

“It’s plane [sic] f—ing English. Why in gods [sic] name would I give this marginal bully the keys [to] my family’s only asset?” Hunter reportedly vented these concerns to an associate referred to as “James.”

The New York Post reported on Wednesday that the individual copied in the email was James Gilliar, who allegedly received a whopping $1 million payment from Rob Walker, another former Biden business associate.

Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith, R-Mo., did not mince his words when reacting to the new evidence. “This evidence makes clear Hunter Biden’s business was selling the Biden ‘brand’ and that access to the White House was his family’s most valuable asset – despite official claims otherwise,” Smith remarked in a press release.

“These documents show a clearer connection between Joe Biden, his public office, and Hunter Biden’s global influence peddling scheme that resulted in over $20 million in payments to the Biden family,” the chairman continued.

These startling documents come in the wake of revelations by IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who informed the Ways and Means Committee that then-U.S. District Attorney David Weiss, admitted that the DOJ placed limits on how to prosecute Hunter. Smith, who is now serving as special counsel, has since indicted Biden for an allegedly illegal gun purchase.

Additionally, IRS agents were reportedly barred from probing the questionable business ties of the Biden family. Shapley’s former supervisor acknowledged in closed-door testimony that the IRS agents were indeed blocked from investigating Biden’s relatives.

These revelations have sparked an impeachment inquiry against Biden, with the first hearing scheduled for Thursday.

Berlin Gov’t Uses Kids Book to Explain Prostitution for Families in Red-Light District

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The government of Berlin, Germany, caused outrage from locals after it offered a graphic picture book that normalizes prostitution to children via its official website.

The grooming book that is titled “Rosie Needs Money” was advertised as a resource for children between 6 and 12 years old, according to Reduxx.

Equal Opportunities Officer Kerstin Drobick said that the book is designed to explain prostitution to children of families who live in a red-light district of Berlin.

Drobick also tried defending the sexual grooming of children by saying that “primary school children and other people” participated in a “community project” to help create the graphic book.

The book was written from the perspective of a child named Maryam, whose family relocated to Germany from Syria, and her schoolmate, Martin. Both were observing and talking to Rosie, a woman from Bulgaria who is in the sex trade.

The author of the book justified prostitution through Rosie by saying that men use prostitutes because they are lonely, which, apparently, makes the sex trade a legitimate and important field.

“Most of the time it’s like this: Men want to put their penis in my vagina. A few times in and a few times out – and you’re done. There’s nothing more to it than that,” Rosie tells the children.

The author of the book also told that Rosie gives condoms to the men she is about to have sex with — a statement that is accompanied by a disturbing drawing of a smiling penis with a pink condom on it that was probably drawn by a child.

Ironically, even though the book tried to portray prostitution as something good, the quotes at the end of the book from children and other young people who live in areas where street prostitution takes place showed that they see sex work as something negative.

Elly Arrow, a German advocate for the abolition of the sex industry, called the whole book “schizophrenic,” adding that the children who were quoted in the book clearly don’t want to see the degenerate industry normalized.

“They’re suffering, scared of johns and pimps… German politicians are happy to enable prostitution and overlook criminal elements, as long as they can rake in tax euros, its not happening in their backyard and it’s overwhelmingly the mothers and daughters from impoverished Eastern European families standing by the street side,” she said.

Kayleigh McEnany Offers Savage Reply after Biden Dog Bites Another Victim

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Amid yet another incident involving President Joe Biden’s dog, Commander, assaulting another Secret Service agent, Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany offered a sharp-witted response, marking the 11th known assault by Biden dogs.

“Sweetheart deal for Hunter. Sweetheart deal for Commander,” McEnany quipped on Wednesday’s edition of Outnumbered, humorously alluding to Secret Service officials’ recent admission of the latest incident that occurred on the White House grounds on Monday.

McEnany’s response followed remarks by co-host Emily Compagno, who blasted the White House for apparently allowing the German Shepherd run rampant.

“This is such a travesty,” Compagno said. “Rules for you, not for thee. If your dog bites someone, he is euthanized or put on notice and the second bite he is euthanized.”

She went on to express her concern, saying, “Nine bites in two months, 10 in three and now we have the 11th and he’s simply a bad dog? This again illustrates how this family is immune from any kind of accountability.”

Co-host Harris Faulkner joined the discussion, referencing the infamous cocaine incident at the White House. “They had coke in the house; he had been to the lobby area, acting out of himself,” she jokingly observed.

“This is on the owner of the dog,” Faulkner continued. “I wonder what is going on in that family, they don’t get that dog some help.”

Fox News first revealed the 11th incident, but the Commander’s relentless assault against White House officials came to light after numerous Freedom of Information Act lawsuits from conservative legal group Judicial Watch.

Specifically, the group found records of the 10 previous attacks by Commander on officers and agents of the U.S. Secret Service between October 2022 and January 2023. In several of these cases, the agents required medical care, including hospitalization.

Tom Fitton, the founder of Judicial Watch, expressed his concerns in statements to Fox. “These shocking records raise fundamental questions about President Biden and the Secret Service,” Fitton remarked. “This is a special sort of craziness and corruption where a president would allow his dog to repeatedly attack and bite Secret Service and White House personnel.”

Fitton added, “And rather than protect its agents, the Secret Service tried to illegally hide documents about the abuse of its agents and officers by the Biden family.”

Buzzkill: Germans Pay $741K to Hear Michelle Obama Lecture on ‘Diversity’ at Oktoberfest

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Michelle Obama earned nearly $750,000 by spewing the “diversity, equity and inclusion” propaganda for one hour at a tech fair in the southern German city of Munich on Monday.

The event took place on the sidelines of the annual Oktoberfest beer festival, two sources close to the conference organizers told the Daily Mail.

Obama was set to speak to approximately 5,000 attendees on how to “push past self-doubt while discussing the importance of inclusivity and diversity,” according to the event’s website.

In addition to that, it was reported by the Mail that Obama was paid €700,000 for her appearance at the event, which is roughly the equivalent of $741,000. This amount of money is nearly double what Joe Biden earns in a year while being in the White House.

According to the organizers, Obama had “topped the list” of people that participants wanted to take part in “year after year,” the Mail said.

“They really pulled out all the stops to get her. It’s one of the highest fees that they have ever paid,” one person close to the team behind the annual “Bits and Pretzels” forum said.

It was also previously reported that Obama could be booked for $200,000, while her husband cost $400,000.

The Bits & Pretzels conference was set over three days and invited founders of national and international companies so that they could tell their success stories. The conference would also typically invite guest speakers like Obama.

It is possible that the reason why Obama started giving these speeches was because Democrats wanted to prepare both the American and European populations for Obama replacing Biden.

Even some RINOs, like Sen. Ted Cruz, R–Texas, said that it probably will happen in the middle of next year.

“Here’s the scenario that I think is perhaps most likely, and most dangerous. In August of 2024, the Democrat kingmakers jettison Joe Biden and parachute in Michelle Obama,” he said.

The theory is realistic because Democrats are afraid that a senile and unpopular Biden would lose to Donald Trump. Replacing the latter with a popular Obama who can meet all of the diversity quotas that leftists desire is a logical choice for Democrats.

Biden Threatens Air Travel Closure Amid Refusal to Avert Govt Shutdown

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Amidst looming threats of a government shutdown led by Democrats’ refusal to negotiate, the Biden administration has issued a dire warning to the American public: Air travel could be shut down.

The threatening message was delivered by Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, a Democrat, who pointed fingers at House Republicans for the impending weekend deadline of a government shutdown.

Buttigieg, speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, expressed the gravity of the situation if Democrats refuse to negotiate with House Republicans.

“There is no good time for a government shutdown, but this is a particularly bad time for a government shutdown, especially when it comes to transportation,” Buttigieg claimed, according to the New York Times. “The consequences would be disruptive and dangerous.”

One of the concerns raised by Buttigieg is the potential impact on air traffic control and flight delays, which saw a significant drop in workforce because of government-mandated COVID-19 shutdowns. He claimed that a government shutdown would thwart his alleged efforts to address the years-long issue.

The root of the shutdown lies in the ongoing partisan deadlock between President Joe Biden and Senate Democrats against House Republicans’ calls to reduce government spending.

Biden’s refusal to negotiate places the salaries of federal workers in jeopardy, including over 13,000 air traffic controllers and 50,000 TSA officers. These workers, as reported by the New York Times, would be forced to work without pay if a shutdown occurs.

Meanwhile, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., expressed his desire to avert a government shutdown. “I want to solve the problem,” he told reporters on Wednesday after rejecting a Democrat-endorsed bill known as a continuing resolution (CR). The bill would fund Biden’s government until Nov. 17, while also gifting $6 billion for Ukraine.

“We can fund the government for another six weeks,” Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., stated in defense of the CR. “Or we can shut the government down in exchange for zero meaningful progress on policy.”

But House Republicans have met the bill with staunch rejection. “I don’t see the support in the House,” McCarthy told reporters, according to the New York Post.
