Sick: 11 Illegal Aliens Jailed, One Charged after Child Tied and Abused

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A 22-year-old man, Oscar Ernesto Luna, has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, while 11 others, all illegal aliens, were apprehended by ICE at a residence where an 11-year-old girl endured a horrifying ordeal.

The gruesome incident took place last month at a residence in Bemidji, Minnesota, where Luna allegedly sexually assaulted the young victim while she was tied up, according to the charges. The victim had been brought to the house by a 24-year-old female relative, the Bemidji Pioneer reported on Sept. 29.

Bemidji Police Captain David LaZella revealed in a press release that the authorities were alerted after the girl was rushed to an emergency room, where she described to doctors the harrowing experience.

According to the victim, her relative forced her into a car with several men who subsequently placed a bag over her head, pushed her down a flight of stairs and forced her to consume alcohol, all while she remained tied.

Law enforcement swiftly launched an investigation based on the victim’s account. The young girl mentioned a man referred to as “Panda,” whom investigators identified as Luna.

“Through the investigation, officers and detectives identified 1821 America Court NW, Bemidji, as the location of the sexual assault and a search warrant was executed at this residence,” the Bemidji Police Department announced last week.

“During the execution of the search warrant a 22-year-old male identified as Oscar Ernesto Luna, age 22 was arrested on an [sic] warrant from Hennepin County and also charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct in Beltrami County.”

The victim displayed clear signs of physical trauma, with visible cuts on her body and informed medical professionals that she was in pain, according to ABC75.

Luna was apprehended on two active warrants related to alleged DWI charges. The police department did not offer further details, citing the ongoing nature of the investigation.

Butler Makes History as 1st Black, Gay Calif. Senator to Not Live in State

(Headline USA) Laphonza Butler—the Senate’s official token gay, black female and “placeholder” for white male Rep. Adam Schiff until next year’s election—was sworn in Tuesday, replacing California Sen. Dianne Feinstein after her death.

Butler, a resident of Maryland, was appointed by California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Sunday, just two days after Feinstein died at her home in Washington, fulfilling Newsom’s pledge to appoint someone based on demographic check-boxes instead of qualifications.

In picking her, however, he deftly avoided falling into the trap of appointing Rep. Barbara Lee, D-Calif., who is one of several members of Congress—along with Schiff—who has already declared their intent to run for the open seat in next year’s election. Feinstein had planned to retire, although it was unclear whether she was herself aware of having announced her intention to do so.

Butler is a longtime fundraiser and strategist in Democratic circles and was the head of Emily’s List, an abortion activist group.

The new senator was sworn in by Vice President Kamala Harris, who served as the second black female senator until she resigned in 2021 to join President Joe Biden in the White House. The first was Democratic Sen. Carol Moseley Braun of Illinois, who served one term in the 1990s.

With dozens of supporters and family members looking down from the gallery, Butler smiled broadly as she walked down the center aisle of the Senate alongside Democratic Sen. Alex Padilla of California and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.,.

After Harris administered the oath of office, members of the Senate from both parties crowded around her to shake her hand.

Schumer said that “today, the Senate takes another step towards fully reflecting our vibrant democracy.”

He said Butler has “dedicated her entire career to fighting for others—fighting for women, fighting for working families and fighting for the cause of justice.”

After she was sworn in, Biden called her to congratulate her, the White House said.

The Congressional Black Caucus also held a ceremonial swearing-in for Butler. “Her background and years of experience will bring a much-needed perspective to the Senate, which currently does not have any Black women,” CBC Chairman Steven Horsford, D-Nev., said in a statement after she was appointed.

Butler is also the first openly LGBT senator from California.

Though she has never held elective office, Newsom praised her “deep knowledge” of the legislative process and said she was the kind of candidate he would build “if I had to literally design from my imagination.”

“She’s the only choice,” Newsom added.

Butler’s credentials include working for nearly two years with a consulting firm tied closely to Newsom and founded by his top political lieutenants. She also served as a senior adviser to Harris’s 2020 presidential campaign.

It is unclear if Butler will run to hold the seat when Feinstein’s term ends next year with the competitive race already underway among three prominent House Democrats: Schiff, Lee  Rep. Katie Porter. The governor has said he didn’t want to tip the scales in the 2024 race by choosing among those candidates.

Newsom said he told Butler to “do what you think is best for you and the state of California, and you make that judgment completely independent of any expectations from me.”

After Butler was sworn in, Schumer said that Feinstein “is looking down at this moment with pride now that her seat is in good hands.”

New York Judge Issues Gag Order After Trump Exposes His Clerk as Schumer’s Girlfriend

(Headline USA) Rather than recuse himself over a serious conflict of interests, corrupt New York Judge Arthur Engoron opted to silence former President Donald Trump for publicly exposing the ties between his principal law clerk, Allison Greenfield, and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., the most powerful Democrat in Congress.

Engoron, the judge overseeing Trump’s civil business fraud trial, sternly imposed a limited gag order, which applies to all parties in the case and pertains to verbal attacks on court staff.

Trump said in the now-deleted post on his Truth Social account that it was “disgraceful” that Greenfield was working with the judge in the courtroom.

He also commented on the clerk’s role with the judge on Monday, saying that she “should not be allowed to be in his ear on every single question” and “hates Trump.”

Without naming Trump, Engoron said that a defendant in the case “posted to a social media account a disparaging, untrue and personally identifying post about a member of my staff.”

He added that “personal attacks on members of my court staff are unacceptable, not appropriate, and I will not tolerate them.”

Trump had already deleted the post. Engoron said he ordered it gone.

The gag order came after Trump and lawyers for both sides repeatedly went into court behind closed doors during Tuesday’s lunch break. They had another private discussion after testimony ended, with journalists and others shooed again from the courtroom.

The former president was voluntarily attending the trial for a second day—and planning on a third.

Engoron also set the record straight about a comment that the ex-president had touted as an important victory following a separate ruling from an appellate court.

Engoron had suggested on Monday that testimony about Trump’s 2011 financial statement might be beyond the legal time limit applicable to James’ lawsuit. It alleges that Trump and his business chronically lied about his wealth on financial statements given to banks, insurers and others. Trump denies any wrongdoing.

The relevant statute of limitations rules out claims related to activities before a date in 2014, and Trump’s legal team has argued that the time limit cuts off most of the case.

Engoron ruled last week that all the claims were allowable under the statute of limitations. He said Tuesday that the trial isn’t “an opportunity to relitigate what I have already decided” and that at the trial’s early stage, he’s inclined to give both sides considerable leeway to connect older evidence to claims in the lawsuit.

Trump emerged saying that he’d be back Wednesday.

Earlier, he reiterated key points of his defense, including that the financial statements bore disclaimers saying that they weren’t audited and that others “might reach different conclusions” about his financial position if they had more information.

“This case is a scam. It can’t be fraud when you’ve told institutions to do their own work,” Trump said Tuesday.

Trump plans to testify later in the trial, but he doesn’t have to attend it now. While grumbling that he’d rather be on the campaign trail, the Republican former president and 2024 GOP front-runner has used the waiting cameras in a courthouse hallway as a microphone for political messaging.

The trial is expected to last into December.

WEF Pushes ‘Coming Water Crisis’ to Advance Its Globalist Agenda

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) In the aftermath of the recent Hawaii wildfire, during which a bureaucrat’s decision to limit water access to local residents led to devastating losses for many, a panel discussion from last year’s World Economic Forum is being revisited in a more sinister light.

In a resurfaced clip, Mariana Mazzucato, founding director of the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose at University College London, said that a coming water crisis will be used to control the public and advance the globalist agenda of the unelected corporate elite, since the COVID-19 scare and climate change didn’t work.

Mazzucato, who was helping to launch a new public–private initiative through the WEF to “transform the Economics of Water,” argued during the globalists’ annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, last year that a crisis centered around water would “deliver” where other had failed—ostensibly in creating a public panic sufficient for citizens worldwide to give themselves over willingly to the fiats of an unelected cabal of elites.

She lamented during the discussion that people had refused to rally around previous emergencies, such as the pandemic, because the issues surrounding them were too complex for common folk to fully grasp.

“Did we actually manage to vaccinate everyone in the world? No,” she said.

However, she explained how a water crisis would be the catalyst that would result in the implementation of a world government.

“[W]ater is something that people understand,” Mazzucato said.

“Climate change is a bit abstract. Some people understand it really well, some understand it a bit, some just don’t understand it,” she continued. “Water, every kid knows how important it is to have water. When you’re playing football and you’re thirsty, you need water.”

Mazzucato added that because of that reason people will be more eager to submit to the globalists.

“So there’s also something about really getting citizen engagement around this and really in some ways experimenting with this notion of the common good,” she said. “Can we actually deliver this time in ways we have failed miserably other times? And hopefully, we won’t keep failing on the other things.”

People online quickly responded to the video by mocking and criticizing Mazzucato and the WEF.

“We tried to infect everyone [with] a bio-engineered virus, that didn’t work, then we made up a lie that the planet is dying, that didn’t work, so now we’re going to attack the water supplies and cause a shortage so we can continue our plan to create a one world government,” one person wrote, explaining the thought process of the globalists.

RNC Shuts Down Ramaswamy v. Christie Stand-alone Debate

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The Republican National Committee has blocked 2024 presidential candidates Vivek Ramaswamy and former N.J. Gov. Chris Christie from hosting a stand-alone debate on Fox News.

The planned Candidates Corner event, with Fox News host Bret Baier as the moderator, was originally scheduled to air this Tuesday.

According to the New York Times, the RNC reportedly threatened to remove them from future GOP presidential debates in the upcoming months if they persisted in their efforts to hold unsanctioned debates.

Christie, a longshot candidate and infamous Donald Trump critic, did not hold back his criticism of the RNC’s decision. “Our Party needs more debates and in-depth discussions not less,” Christie claimed. “This is common sense and the bedrock of our Republic. When the RNC stops conversations between candidates from happening that is real cause for concern.”

Christie also used the occasion, of course, to draw attention to Trump, stating, “I am always up for those discussions – it’s a shame the RNC and @realDonaldTrump aren’t.”

Similarly, Ramaswamy took a jab at the committee, saying, “Last week’s R.N.C. debate was a disgrace, and I’m starting to believe that was by design. This is what a broken and rigged nomination process looks like.”

The RNC cited a pledge signed by both candidates, in which they had agreed to only participate in “Primary and General Election debates that have been sanctioned by the Republican National Committee.”

Also in response, an RNC spokesperson issued a statement taking aim at the candidates. “The same candidates complaining about the rules governing RNC debates all signed a pledge and agreed months ago to not participate in unsanctioned debates,” the spokesperson said.

“The RNC will continue to enact a fair, transparent debate process and we will not give in to pressure from individuals seeking to change the rules to favor their candidacy,” the individual added.

As a compromise, Fox News has agreed to conduct two separate interviews with the candidates and air them back-to-back.

Nobel Laureate for mRNA Vax Warned of Specific Risks in 2018 Paper

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) One of the two scientists who won the Nobel Prize in medicine on Monday for discoveries that enabled the creation of the deadly mRNA vaccines used against COVID-19 had previously warned about the potential dangers ofexperimental shots in a 2018 paper.

Drew Weissman, the director of vaccine research at the University of Pennsylvania, was one of four co-authors on the paper, titled “mRNA vaccines— a new era in vaccinology,” which was published in the January 2018 editon of Nature Reviews Drug Discovery.

In what would prove to be a prescient omen for what lay ahead, the researchers warned about mRNA jab toxicity, which could trigger “hyper-infammatory responses” along with other troublesome autoimmune side effects.

According to the text of the study itself, mRNA vaccines would not be viable until “potential safety concerns” were properly “evaluated in future preclinical and clinical studies.”

Such side effects would potentially include “local and systemic inflammation, the biodistribution and persistence of expressed immunogen, stimulation of auto-reactive antibodies and potential toxic effects of any non-native nucleotides and delivery system components.”

Those conducting the study also noted that such vaccines would also unlikely be safe for those with preexisting autoimmune troubles.

Moreover, “another potential safety issue could derive from the presence of extracellular RNA during mRNA vaccination.”

In other words, mRNA jabs could contribute to edemas, as well as “blood coagulation,” which can be difficult on the heart, both of which can even lead to heart failure.

But, unperturbed by his contributions to numerous deaths and other health complications, Weissman celebrated the triumph of mRNA vaccines in the wake of COVID and the government jab mandates.

“The future is just so incredible,” mused Weissman, 64, following the Nobel announcement. “We’ve been thinking for years about everything that we could do with RNA, and now it’s here.”

Polls Suggest RFK Jr.’s Independent Run Could Cost Trump More than Dems

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Conservatives who found themselves smitten with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s classical liberalism and distrust of the deep state may wish to reconsider their position following Kennedy’s plan to run as an independent.

Many celebrated the news—with the assumption being that he’s free to manage his maverick campaign outside the constraints of the corrupt Democratic National Committee, which had refused to allow him to debate incumbent President Joe Biden, while still functioning as an effective “spoiler” to draw votes from the center-left.

However, a recent statement from Kennedy indicated that, as a third-party candidate, he expected to pull more support from former President Donald Trump than from the Democrats, who now seem to have disowned the political scion whose family name was once synonymous with party politics.

Since announcing his candidacy, RFK Jr. has been frozen out not only by the DNC, but also by left-wing and mainstream media, who promptly attacked him as a fringe candidate.

Instead, he has opted to conduct interviews with well-respected figures in the conservative media, as well as red-pilled liberals like himself—including Jordan Peterson, Russell Brand and Joe Rogan—who have been scorned by the Left for their free thinking.

Despite polling as high as 25% among Democrat voters, the party refused to give him a platform, prompting him to recently to re-evaluate his options.

“I don’t know what I would do, but if the Democratic Party just tells me you cannot win, you’re not welcome to participate, I would look at other options,” he said in a recent interview with KNX news.

“They’ve been very open that they do not want anybody running against President Biden and that he is the candidate,” Kennedy added.

While many conservatives still likely expected to support the Republican candidate, the consensus was that if a Democrat were to win, Kennedy would at least be tolerable, and might even be the right person to begin healing some of the nation’s wounds given his unique connection with history.

“He certainly appeals to conservatives more than anybody in the Democratic party,” said James Inman, a conservative voter from South Carolina.

“I think he’s conservative at heart, just like I think JFK was conservative at heart,” Inman added, referring to Kennedy’s slain uncle, former President John F. Kennedy. “I would certainly vote for [JFK] again if he was alive today so I’ll certainly vote for his relative if that’s the case.”

Pollsters surveyed people on hypothetical elections between Trump, Biden and a generic third-party candidate that revealed the Independent candidate garnered 17% total support, with Trump at 40% and Biden at 38%.

When Kennedy became the third-party candidate in the mock poll, Biden and Trump tied at 38% and RFK Jr boosted independent support to 19%.

Kennedy is currently polling at 17% among Democrats. Comparatively, Biden is polling at 67%.

He also addressed his well publicized vaccine opposition in the same interview, clarifying that while he is against the COVID vaccines he is not completely anti-vax.

House GOP Wants DOD, FBI to Answer about CCP Infiltrating U.S. Military Bases

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., announced a new investigation on Monday into the efforts of Chinese spies to infiltrate the American military.

Comer and Rep. Glenn Grothman, R-Wis. — who chairs the Oversight Subcommittee on National Security, the Border and Foreign Affairs — sent a letter to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and FBI Director Chris Wray, in which they mentioned repeated instances of Chinese spies rushing through the security gates at U.S. military bases.

They called Austin and Wray to brief Congress about these security incidents by Oct. 16, 2023.

The news came after the Department of Defense [DOD], FBI and other U.S. agencies found more than a hundred instances of Chinese spies attempting to force their way onto U.S. military bases and other sensitive facilities.

It was additionally reported that these spies pretended to be tourists and sped through security gates before they were detained, criminally cited and escorted off base. According to the multi-agency review, these spies were dubbed as “gate crashers.”

“These efforts to access U.S. military bases and facilities raise concerns about what these Chinese nationals are seeking to access and for what purpose. The People’s Republic of China (PRC) has long used espionage as a tool to gain access to U.S. national security secrets,” Comer and Grothman wrote.

Due to this threat and many others — like Chinese balloons flying all over the country — they also urged the American government to start doing something about it.

“It is imperative that our government is fully apprised of the breadth and depth of these activities, which pose significant threats to our national security, and our military personnel,” they wrote.

Comer and Grothman asked both the DOD and FBI to provide more specific details about the nature and frequency of communists’ efforts to surveil U.S. military bases, as well as the security implications of these incidents, while also asking the agencies what has already been done to fight the espionage attempts.

BREAKING: Gaetz Succeeds in Booting McCarthy from Speakership

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Rep. Matt Gaetz’s motion to end Kevin McCarthy’s relatively brief tenure as House Speaker was successful Tuesday, with a vocal faction of MAGA-aligned members teaming up with Democrats to oust McCarthy.

The final vote was 216 to 210, with seven Republicans siding with Gaetz.

The motion marks the first time in American history that a House Speaker was removed by a vote on the floor. It also comes with a potential government shutdown looming.

Rep. Patrick McHenry, R-NC, was named temporary speaker as Republicans search for a permanent replacement.

Gaetz and MAGA voters had expressed widespread satisfaction at McCarthy’s performance since being appointed as Speaker at the beginning of the year. Gaetz said the breaking point for him came after McCarthy worked with House Democrats over the weekend to pass the stopgap bill, effectively funding the government for the next 45-47 days.

By Monday night, Gaetz told reporters he had enough votes to oust McCarthy unless Democrats save him. Earlier in the day, the Florida Congressman also accused McCarthy of plotting a secret deal with Democrats to unleash more taxpayer money for Ukraine.

“What was the secret side deal that [McCarthy] made with Joe Biden on Ukraine?” Gaetz demanded on Monday. “Members of the Republican Party might vote differently on a motion to vacate if they heard the answer to that question.”

Before Tuesday’s vote, Gaetz was pitted against his own party in a raucous debate over the future of the House.

Some Freedom Caucus members, including Rep. Dan Bishop, R-NC, parted ways with Gaetz. Another typical Gaetz ally, Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., also sided with the Republican majority.

“As the only still-serving co-author of motion to vacate Speaker [John] Boehner, this is a terrible idea,” Massie said. “This chamber has been run better, more conservatively and more transparently than any other Speaker I’ve served under.”

Centrist RINOS, for their part, engaged in personal attacks against Gaetz, accusing him of throwing the House into chaos for personal attention. But the Florida firebrand dished out criticisms of his own.

“Over $33 trillion in debt, $2 trillion annual deficits—I’d call that chaotic,” he said.

Gaetz drew boos from the gallery when he criticized McCarthy’s Ukraine funding, and particularly when he blasted his colleagues for receiving donations from special interests.

“Boo all you want!” Gaetz responded to his detractors.

Gaetz bragged about how he’s funded via small donors.

Rep. Nancy Mace, R-SC, broke from the moderates to help seal the deal for Gaetz’s motion. Other Republicans to support Gaetz were Matt Rosendale, R-Mt., Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., Bob Good, R-Va., Eli Crane, R-Ariz., Ken Buck, R-Co., and Tim Burchett, R-Tenn.

FBI: ‘Anonymous Tip’ Helped Feds Find Satanic, Terroristic Pedophile Cult

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Unsealed FBI search warrants in a bizarre case of an apparent Satanic pedophile cult were released Monday, revealing new details about how the feds found a pedophilic, Satanist extortion cult that’s linked to multiple terrorist plots.

The newly released search warrants were issued against New York man Angel Almeida, who was arrested in November 2021 for being a felon in possession of a firearm. The FBI purportedly found child pornography on Almeida’s electronic devices while searching his home, leading investigators to an apparent Satanic pedophile cult connected to the terrorist group, the Order of the Nine Angles, or O9A.

Reporter Ali Winston, who initially broke the story about Almeida last week, also said that the FBI’s investigation found an offshoot of O9A known as 764. The FBI issued a bulletin about 764 last, month, warning parents that 764 is “deliberately targeting minor victims on publicly available messaging platforms to extort them into recording or livestreaming acts of self-harm and producing child sexual abuse material.”

The search warrants in this case were initially sealed, but Almeida filed copies of the warrants along with a motion to suppress evidence against him that he argued was gathered illegally.

According to the search warrant applications, an anonymous tip led the FBI to the Satanic cult.

The tipster allegedly wrote to the FBI in October 2021 that Almeida sent child pornography to a minor.

“He is in possession of drugs and illegal guns (illegal due to his criminal record). He’s incredibly dangerous and has stated he will ‘commit a kamikaze’ if he doesn’t hit his goal around age 25,” the tipster told the FBI.

“He consistently posts animal abuse material and has even posted images of himself having abused an animal by chopping it in half. He is extremely dangerous. He openly admits what he wants to do to children, posts his drug use online, and even posts child abuse material.”

The FBI’s search warrant applications claim that the bureau couldn’t find the anonymous tipster.

After receiving the tip, the FBI began looking at Almeida’s publicly available social media, according to the search warrants. Agents found photos of him posing with a black O9A flag in the background.

“Members and associates of O9A have espoused violent, neo-Nazi, anti-Semitic, and Satanic beliefs, and have expressed admiration for figures such as Adolf Hitler and Usama Bin Laden,” FBI agent Sean Johnson said in his search warrant application. “Members and associates of O9A have also participated in acts of violence, including murders.”

Other pictures on Almeida’s social media accounts included one of a bloody cat that had apparently been stabbed with a knife, as well as one of an individual standing in front of a Nazi flag with a shirt reading “Kiddie Fiddler” in front of a sign that reads, “I’M ADDICTED TO HARDCORE CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.”

Additionally, the search warrant applications disclosed that an undercover FBI employee gathered evidence on Almeida.

But on Monday, Almeida filed a motion to suppress the abovementioned evidence on the grounds that it was illegally gathered.

“[The FBI’s search warrant applications rely] on Almeida’s purported social media posts from months prior to the warrant application, in addition to a mere two photographs allegedly posted by Almeida in the weeks before the affidavit was submitted, the latest being 10 days before the agent applied for a warrant,” Almeida’s motion argued.

“The affidavit does not state the time at which the photographs were taken.”

The Justice Department has yet to respond to his motion. Almeida’s trial is set to begin in December.
