Biden DOJ Accused of Arresting Jan. 6 Dissidents for Being Outside the Capitol

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Allegations have surfaced that the DOJ is targeting individuals solely for their presence outside the U.S. Capitol.

In a scathing rebuke, William “Bill” Shipley, a prominent attorney affiliated with the Jan. 6 Legal Defense Fund, took to Twitter on Wednesday to voice his outrage, alleging that two of his clients had been charged with Jan. 6-related crimes despite not entering the Capitol nor engaging in any violent activities.

“I have two new clients charged with J6 crimes. Neither went inside the Capitol and there are no allegations of any interference with the police,” Shipley disclosed in a tweet that quickly garnered over half a million views.

“I’m not aware of any previous case where defendants were charged just for being present outside the building and watching. If anyone knows of such a case, mention it in the comments,” he added before warning that if the DOJ is prosecuting individuals who did not enter the building, “there are thousands of potential defendants still uncharged.”

The Gateway Pundit echoed Shipley’s allegations, highlighting a purported collaboration between the federal government and undisclosed private entities in a sweeping surveillance scheme.

Citing the Electronic Freedom Foundation’s findings, they highlighted the use of tracking technology similar to the one depicted in the documentary 2000 Mules.

Moreover, the Pundit raised the alarm that federal prosecutors would begin jailing individuals for merely standing outside the U.S. capitol.

Shipley’s legal defense fund has raised $328,729 out of its goal of $750,000. The attorney did not provide more details about the new charges.

However, a list of cases showed that Shipley has taken at least 24 cases.

Harvard Holds ‘Sex Week’ Events, Like ‘Anal 101,’ ‘Strap-On Workshop’

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Officials at Harvard University, an infamous leftist institution, made another attempt to destroy the remaining reputation of the university as a respectable place for higher education by holding a “Sex Week” that includes things like “Anal 101″ and “Strap-On Workshop.”

The website of the event indicated that the week was hosted by Sexual Education by Harvard College Students [SEHCS], which was founded in 2012 and took place between Oct. 30, 2023, to Nov. 5, 2023.

The Daily Caller also reported that other workshops and presentations during the week included “Caring for Your Coochie: Healthy Vulvovaginal Practices,” “I Can See Queerly Now: Demystifying LGBTQIA+ Intimacy” and “A Different Toy Story: Sex Toys 101.”

“Every year, we’re lucky to host workshops and presentations with educators from around the country. The Sex Week ‘sexperts’ do a fabulous job teaching our community about topics that range from ‘getting cliterate,’ to the philosophy of porn, to body positivity during intimacy, and so much more,” the website said.

Harvard Sex Week’s Instagram account also added that “experts” from the Boston Children’s Hospital headlined the “Caring for Your Coochie: Healthy Vulvovaginal Practices.” On Tuesday, an “Anal 101” event on “all things anal, from safety to pleasure” was held by the SEHCS.

Among the sponsors of the event were multiple sexual product companies like Astroglide, Boy Butter, Condomania, EmojiBator Vibrators and BananaPants, the event’s website said.

This wasn’t the only time when Harvard attempted to destroy its reputation. One of the most both infamous and recent examples of that was the university’s students and professors defending Hamas, the terrorist organization that has been murdering, raping and kidnapping innocent people in Israel since Oct. 7, 2023.

Another scandalous problem that Harvard faced was its discrimination of white and Asian people when it came to the university’s admissions by prioritizing other non-white applicants, with white people additionally facing anti-white racism, like the programs from which they are excluded.

Harvard also pushed the reparations for black people, pro-masking and pro-vaccine propaganda, anti-Christian and anti-Jewish blasphemy and the steal of the future elections.

As predicted, this kind of university took the last — 248th — place in college free speech rankings.

In addition to all of that, people who work at Harvard threaten the Supreme Court justices, lie and sell human organs on black markets. However, instead of solving the problem with the current staff, Harvard decided to hire corrupt politicians and journalists like former Democratic New York City mayor Bill de Blasio, Brian Stelter and Lori Lightfoot.

Report: Ranked-Choice Voting Is Leftist Scheme to Disfranchise Voters

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A damning report accused ranked choice voting of secretly propping up leftist campaigns in a bid to thwart Republicans in upcoming elections.

According to research by the Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA), Democrats have used rank-choice voting (RCV) to disenfranchise voters across the country. The report found that a significant majority of pro-RCV legislation, specifically 57 out of 74 bills, were sponsored solely by Democrats.

In stark contrast, just eight percent of the total bills attained bipartisan support as Republicans introduced 16 of the 17 bills against the infamous voting method, the report found.

“Legislation supporting ranked-choice voting is overwhelmingly sponsored by Democrats,” the report read, before calling for the banning of the practice. “To protect voters and their ballots, states should follow the lead of Florida, Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, and Tennessee and ban ranked-choice voting.”

An alarming revelation in the report alleged that thousands of ballots are disregarded in the process of achieving the necessary majority vote for ranked-choice voting.

The report highlighted a noticeable surge in the adoption of ranked choice voting ahead of the 2024 presidential election, citing disturbing instances where the system reportedly favored Democratic candidates over popular Republican contenders in federal elections, notably in Maine and Alaska.

The Federalist, the first to report the FGA’s findings, shed light on the recent case of Democrat Mary Peltola winning Alaska’s at-large congressional seat in 2023, despite the fact that a significant majority of voters cast their ballots for a Republican candidate.

Similarly, in Maine, the report detailed the defeat of then-Republican Rep. Bruce Poliquin by Democrat Jared Golden, despite Poliquin securing a majority of votes in the first round. As detailed by the report, over 8,000 ballots were deemed ‘exhausted” and thus thrown out.

The report concluded with fiery words, calling the method “complicated” and a “scheme of the Left to disenfranchise voters and elect more Democrats.”

REPORT: Biden Considering Stationing Troops in Gaza After Hamas Is Destroyed

(Headline USA) President Joe Biden is reportedly holding “secret” talks with Israeli officials about stationing U.S. troops in Gaza after Israel completes its ground invasion, according to Bloomberg.

The U.S. has told Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that it needs a plan for how to govern the Gaza Strip after Hamas is driven out of the region. Israel has said it does not want to occupy the region unilaterally, and has proposed a multinational force, which would include U.S. troops, to keep the peace.

The multinational option would give regional countries temporary oversight of Gaza, backed by troops from the U.S., United Kingdom, Germany and France.

Arab nations such as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates would likely also be involved, sources told Bloomberg, although both nations are due to join the anti-Western BRICS alliance in January.

Another option being considered, which Israel is reportedly against, is granting temporary governance to the United Nations.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has argued that in the long term the Palestinian Authority should control Gaza.

“At some point, what would make the most sense would be for an effective and revitalized Palestinian Authority to have governance and ultimately security responsibility for Gaza,” Blinken said, adding that “whether you can get there in one step is a big question.”

The Biden administration has denied it plans to put U.S. troops on the ground. However, last week Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin put a significant number of U.S. troops on stand-by to be “ready to deploy.”

The memo came just days after a special operations Marine Corps unit was sent to Israel to “advise” Israeli officials and provide “medical support.”

Also this month, the U.S. sent the USS Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group to the Eastern Mediterranean Sea to “deter any actor seeking to escalate the situation or widen this war,” according to U.S. Command Central.

False ‘White Power’ Gesture at Don Jr. Court Appearance Triggers Leftists

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Amid the Wednesday appearance of Don Jr. at a hearing in the civil trial of the Trump Organization, a wave of anti-Trump critics flooded Twitter, spreading a fringe conspiracy against a police officer.

These accounts claimed that the officer had thrown what was described as a white supremacist hand sign, identified as the emblem of the Three Percenters, an anti-government militia group.

In reality, the full video footage displayed the officer inquiring about the number of individuals entering the courthouse as Don. Jr., along with his attorney and police escort, entered the building.

Despite video evidence suggesting otherwise, the falsehood continued to gain traction on the platform, prompting a torrent of outrage from left-wing users.

One such user, “JoeKamalaTicket,” tweeted, “On @MSNBC we just witnessed a cop who threw donald j trump Junior [sic] the white pride fingers as he ascended the courthouse steps. He needs to be fired.”

The same account shared a video of the alleged sign, gathering significant attention and fueling the flames of the baseless accusation, reaching nearly half a million views and over 4,000 reactions.

Further amplifying the allegation, another Twitter account posted the video and reached over 1 million views, “What the hell is this sign? Watch the officer! OMG!” Another page added, “Did a NYPD cop flash a 3 Percenter sign at Don Jr. when he was walking up to the courthouse.”

David Rodriguez, a self-proclaimed leftist podcast host, also joined the fray, sharing a photo of the officer and demanding, “This police offer flashed the white power sign to Don Jr.  Should that officer be fired?”

Don Jr.’s appearance in Manhattan was in response to a summons in the case led by New York Attorney General Letitia James, who accused the Trump Organization of inflating property values.

Pentagon Announces New Nuclear Bomb 24 Times More Powerful than WWII Japan One

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The Department of Defense said that it plans to build a new nuclear bomb that would be 24 times more powerful than the bomb that was dropped on Japan during World War II.

A DOD press release also added that the Pentagon is currently seeking approval and funding to pursue a modern variant of the B61 nuclear gravity bomb, which will be designated the B61-13, Fox 9 reported.

“Today’s announcement is reflective of a changing security environment and growing threats from potential adversaries. The United States has a responsibility to continue to assess and field the capabilities we need to credibly deter and, if necessary, respond to strategic attacks and assure our allies,” Assistant Secretary of Defense for Space Policy John Plumb said.

As it was indicated in a fact sheet that was included in the press release, the B61-13 will have a similar yield to the B61-7, which has a maximum yield of 360 kilotons. It was also pointed out that the load is 24 times larger than the Hiroshima, Japan, bomb and 14 times larger than the Nagasaki, Japan, bomb, both of which were dropped on Japan during World War II.

“[The new bomb] will include the modern safety, security, and accuracy features of the B61-12,” the fact sheet added.

The announcement of the new bomb came amid rising tensions around the world, with the U.S. conducting a high-explosive experiment at a Nevada nuclear test site that happened earlier this month.

“[The test was meant to advance] our efforts to develop new technology in support of U.S. nuclear nonproliferation goals. They will help reduce global nuclear threats by improving the detection of underground nuclear explosive tests,” Corey Hinderstein, the deputy administrator for defense nuclear nonproliferation at the National Nuclear Security Administration, said.

Plumb agreed with Hinderstein.

“The B61-13 represents a reasonable step to manage the challenges of a highly dynamic security environment. While it provides us with additional flexibility, production of the B61-13 will not increase the overall number of weapons in our nuclear stockpile,” he said.

Oh? Johnson Now Says He Backs Ukrainian Funding, Biden’s Govt Funding

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Newly elected Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., affirmed his support for funding directed towards Ukraine and a federal government funding extension through Jan. 15, during a meeting with Senate Republicans on Wednesday.

According to a media report, Johnson’s pledge seems to be a calculated effort to find common ground with Senate Republicans, led by Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and Senators guided by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., as both sides voiced opposition to a stand-alone bill in Israeli aid.

McConnell sought to link aid to Israel with funding for both Ukraine and Taiwan, as well as funding for border security. Meanwhile, Schumer dismissed House Republicans’ funding for Israel. The White House emphasized President Joe Biden’s willingness to veto such legislation.

While Johnson had hinted at supporting Ukrainian funding in an earlier interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, his confirmation during the recent Senate meeting signals a firm commitment to Ukraine, which found itself embroiled in a corruption scandal during its war with Ukraine.

According to Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, Johnson declared that Ukrainian funding and U.S. border security negotiations are “inextricably intertwined.”

Speaking to Politico, Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., warned that if Johnson proceeded with the agendas of both McConnell and Schumer, it could thwart his speakership.

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., echoed Marshall’s recounting of the meeting with Johnson, saying, “He said over and over, ‘Listen — for me it’s just numbers. I cannot do them together.’”

Beyond Ukrainian aid, Johnson also voiced his backing of extending funding for the Biden government, proposing a timeline that would secure funding through Jan. 15, along with a mere 1% reduction in spending. This proposition came as the deadline for government funding looms in November.

Johnson’s firm position marks a slight departure from the actions of his predecessor, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., who faced backlash and eventual removal from his speakership for collaborating with Democrats on a stop-gap bill, compromising Republican priorities in the process.

McCarthy failed in attaining votes for a GOP stopgap bill that would have forced Biden and Senate Democrats to make concessions. He faced criticism after failing to remove Ukrainian aid from the bill, a move he eventually agreed on but walked back a day later.

Judge Who Will Decide If Trump Appears on Colo. Ballot Gave Cash to Anti-MAGA Activists

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Leftist Denver District Court Judge Sarah Wallace refused to recuse herself in the latest lawfare attack being waged against former President Donald Trump as the state’s highly partisan top election official seeks to keep him off the ballot.

Concerns arose after evidence showed that Wallace had contributed money to ActBlue, the campaign-finance aggregator that redirects funds to Democrat candidates in campaigns across the nation while helping to mask the sources of its dark-money donations.

Records from the Federal Election Commission indicate that between April 2018 and November 2022, Wallace—who was a lawyer at the time, not a judge—made eight separate donations totalling $1,500. Six of those ($500 total) went to ActBlue.

Wallace also contributed to Democrats in state races—including $250 to Secretary of State Jena Griswold; $500 to Attorney General Phil Weiser and $200 to former Gov. John Hickenlooper, now a U.S. senator—according to Byron York, chief political correspondent for the Washington Examiner.

Gov. Jared Polis nominated her to the bench in August 2022. Two of her political donations came after the nomination but before she formally began her role as a judge in January 2023.

One of these was a $100 contribution earmarked for Sen. Raphael Warnock, D-Ga., in November 2022. A month earlier, she also sent $100 to the Colorado Turnout Project, an activist group with the stated goal of removing Republicans from state-level offices and “turn[ing] Colorado blue once and for all.”

The group formed “after Colorado Republicans refused to condemn the political extremists who stormed the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021,” and purportedly aimed to “prevent violent insurrections by addressing this problem at its source.”

Wallace now insists she does not “specifically” remember making the donation, that she did not understand the group’s true intentions and that, instead, it was her intention to donate to a specific candidate, not the PAC as a whole.

“I have no specific memory of this contribution,” she said.

“I do not dispute that in October 2022, prior to taking the bench, I apparently made a $100 contribution to the Colorado Turnout Project,” she continued. “That being said, prior to yesterday, I was not cognizant of this organization or its mission.”

She also argued that, despite donating to an organization founded to “prevent violent insurrections,” she had no opinion on whether or not the events of Jan. 6, 2021, were indeed an “insurrection.”

She announced her lack of an opinion, rejected the Trump team’s motion to recuse herself, and proceeded to introduce the case to decide the former president’s fate on the ballot.

Wallace is one of many partisan judges who have been willing to overlook their biases and conflicts of interest for the opportunity to serve Democrats’ political imperative of securing the 2024 election.

Legal scholars and judges in previous trials have routinely scoffed at the notion that Trump’s name might be kept off the ballot using the 14th Amendment since he has not been found guilty—nor even criminally accused—of inciting an insurrection.

Democrats, with the help of a handful of NeverTrump Republicans, attempted to impeach the former president for such a claim in the immediate aftermath but failed to reach the necessary two-thirds majority that would be required under the U.S. Constitution for a guilty verdict.

He is currently leading the GOP primary polls by a large margin and is outperforming current President Joe Biden in many of the general election polls.

SHOCK: Obama Wingman Is Left’s Lone Voice of Sanity as Jacobins Push to Jail Trump

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) In an interview on MSNBC’s Inside with Jen Psaki, former Attorney General Eric Holder explained that former President Donald Trump was unlikely to be jailed as a result of the recently reinstated gag order.

Holder acknowledged the viability of the gag order—which he claimed was not very restrictive, despite criticism from legal experts that it was overly broad and subjective.

He appeared to agree with another Obama Justice Department official—former acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal, who appeared recently on Psaki’s show to discuss the gag order—that Judge Tanya Chutkan cold not treat the prosecution of the former president and current GOP frontrunner as a normal case.

But while Katyal suggested that the unprecedented nature of the case made Trump’s arrest all but inevitable, Holder suggested that Chutkan would be wise to proceed with caution given the politically charged implications of her actions.

“Were going to have some ultimate questions that I think are going to have to be determined,” he said. “Would a judge actually do that which would happen to a normal person and put somebody in jail for violating that gag order? I suspect that’s not likely to happen with this defendant…”

He went on to say that Trump was more likely to be fined or legally limited in his use of Truth Social.

“I’d try to be as creative as possible if I were the judge, but I would be extremely reluctant to take a person who’s a former president, the leading candidate of one of our major parties and actually put him in jail,” Holder added.

Psaki, asking for clarification, wondered if Holder would say such a thing out of concern for the possible political consequences or the reaction among the citizens.

“This is already a pretty divided nation and to do something like that—to take somebody off the campaign trail, to put them in jail—I just would be very reluctant to do that,” he said.

This reasonable take from Holder came as a surprise to many, especially as the one-time top prosecutor, whom President Barack Obama described as his “wingman,” has a history of refusing to uphold the law when it was politically inconvenient.

In fact, Holder may have singularly set in motion the disturbing trend of leftist officers of the law engaging in selective enforcement, which has resulted in what many consider to be a troubling two-tiered system of justice based on political ideology and identity politics.

However, as a singular voice of sanity on the left, Holder now may be holding back a Jacobin mob, according to the American Thinker.

It referenced the vengeful mob-rule that emerged following the French Revolution, “impos[ing] a state of revolutionary justice untethered to any sense of Judeo-Christian morality,” in which the ends largely justified the means.

“In this last decade, Jacobin justice has been unleashed on everyone from school board protesters to local police to a former president of the United States,” wrote the website’s Jack Cashill.

“Much of it flows directly from the DOJ, but state and local prosecutors have been keen to launch witch hunts of their own,” Cashill continued. “In doing so, they have corrupted evidence, rigged juries, allowed fear to dictate outcomes, and abandoned all traditional notions of equality before the law.”

Following their brutal “Reign of Terror,” the Jacobins eventually were themselves arrested and executed in a backlash known as the “Thermidorian Reaction.”

RINO Ken Buck Throws Jan. 6 Protestors under Bus in Retirement Announcement

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., who represents much of Colorado’s rural eastern plains, announced Wednesday he would not seek a sixth term in Congress—downplaying valid GOP concerns about the 2020 presidential election and the persecution of peaceful MAGA protestors in his departure message.

In a video message posted online, Buck said voters’ hopes that Republicans will take decisive action may be in vain, and that his party’s “insidious narratives breed widespread cynicism and erode Americans’ confidence in the rule of law.”

“Too many Republican leaders are lying to America, claiming that the 2020 election was stolen, describing Jan. 6 as an unguided tour of the Capitol and asserting that the ensuing prosecutions are a weaponization of our justice system,” Buck said.

Buck did not explain why GOP leaders are wrong in expressing concerns about the Justice Department targeting participants in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Hill protest. The vast majority of the protestors were entirely peaceful, and the DOJ has since targeted legitimate journalists and other activists simply for stepping foot in the “restricted area” of Capitol grounds.

The 64-year-old former prosecutor, who has served in Congress since 2015, was one of the eight Republicans who joined with Democrats to oust House Speaker Kevin McCarthy in early October. Buck eventually threw his support behind Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana for speaker, despite Johnson’s own efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election through a legal challenge.

Buck’s decision not to seek reelection came the same day U.S. Rep. Kay Granger of Texas, the Republican chairwoman of the powerful House Appropriations Committee, said she would not seek reelection in 2024 after nearly three decades in Congress.

Granger, who at 80 is the nation’s longest-serving GOP congresswoman, said, “It’s time for the next generation to step up and take the mantle and be a strong and fierce representative for the people.

Buck’s primary challenger, MAGA candidate Trent Leisy, celebrated Buck’s departure.

“My RINO primary opponent, Ken Buck, just DROPPED OUT OF THE RACE over President Trump’s ACCURATE rigged election claims,” he said. “I’m running as an America First candidate that will MAKE COLORADO GREAT AGAIN!”
