SELLERS: Why a Red Wave in Virginia Should Terrify the Deep State

(Ben Sellers, Headline USA) It is fitting that Judge Arthur Engoron’s courtroom at the New York County Courthouse is less than a mile away from the World Trade Center site.

Like the terrorist attack on America that took place on Sept. 11, 2001 (if you believe that’s what really happened), the spectacle currently unfolding at 60 Centre St. is also designed to topple America both symbolically and, in a way, literally, by undermining its structural integrity.

And like the 9/11 attack, it is a slow-burning plot that began, in earnest, roughly five years ago.

The Khalid Sheikh Mohammed-like mastermind may be New York Attorney General Letitia James, who openly campaigned in 2018 on the promise of waging a lawfare attack to punish the then-sitting president, Republican Donald Trump, even before she knew exactly how she would achieve it.

Her first major assist came from New York’s far-left legislature, which in July 2019 signed into law the so-called TRUST Act “to allow state officials to access the New York State tax returns of certain federal, state, and local government officials—including the president—if those tax returns are requested by congressional tax committees” for a specific legislative purpose, according to a press release from James’s office.

Of course, no such legislative purpose existed in the Democrat-controlled Congress that, after gaining power in January 2019, immediately proceeded to target Trump. Partisan shills like then-House Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., undoubtedly colluded with James and then-Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. as part of an information-sharing venture designed to snare their political nemesis simultaneously at the local, state and federal level.

ANY MEANS NECESSARY

The goal was to get Trump’s taxes by any means necessary and then, through legal acrobatics worthy of Stalin’s secret police, to determine the crime after obtaining the evidence.

However, when the legal process failed to yield an immediate result, Charles “Chaz” Littlejohn, a contractor with Booz Allen Hamilton—a company headquartered in McLean, Va. (more on that later)—illegally purloined the materials and delivered them to the New York Times ahead of the 2020 election just so there was some sort of political ammunition to work with.

In early 2021, the U.S. Supreme Court granted access to the taxes for the Manhattan D.A.’s investigation, allowing Vance’s successor, Alvin Bragg, to continue his probe into hush-money payoffs.

It wasn’t until a year ago, in November 2022, that the court finally ruled that Trump’s taxes were fair game for the prying eyes of the Democrats in Congress—on its way out the door after losing the House majority—even though it was, in many ways, a moot decision.

For James, however, the work was just beginning. Having finally obtained the pretense she needed to indict, it was time to go judge-shopping, and she found her perfect soul-mate in Engoron—who sent clear dogwhistles from the bench that he, too, was part of the Trump “resistance.”

HEDGING THEIR BETS

The New York Assembly pushed other laws that blatantly were designed to target Trump—most notoriously the so-called Adult Survivors Act, an effort that the legislature began in 2019, signed into law by Gov. Kathy Hochul in May 2022.

It conveniently coincided with a highly suspicious rape claim by E. Jean Carroll, a Manhattan socialite and former gossip columnist who, like Trump, is now in her late 70s.

She vaguely claimed to have been sexually assaulted by the real-estate mogul in the mid-1990s, a charge long past its statute of limitations—that is, until Democrat lawmakers retroactively changed the law.

Carroll was subsequently revealed to have been bankrolled by billionaire anti-Trump leftist Reid Hoffman, and she had been an active lobbyist in the effort to pass the ASA, which offered a temporary window for those wishing to file assault charges that otherwise would no longer be legally actionable.

Conveniently, Carroll’s spurious allegations went to trial in Manhattan and succeeded, despite her fuzzy recollections and inconsistent testimony. Meanwhile, New York’s former Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo, on whose watch the ASA legislation began, faced no such accountability for the 11 more recent (and more credible) assault allegations against him.

It does not even take a sympathetic legislature, however, to act in concert with a corrupt prosecutor such as Letitia James or Alvin Bragg.

In Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis likewise campaigned on a platform of attacking the U.S. president as one of her top priorities, even as her Atlanta-area district saw surging rates of violent crime, as well as frequent clashes between minorities and law enforcement.

Willis, the daughter of a radical member of the Black Panther Party, had cultivated a specialty in building racketeering cases, and she applied that in her sweeping indictment of Trump and 18 associates over their efforts to challenge the 2020 election outcome.

The flaws in the case, from a legal standpoint, were apparent from the outset. But after one Trump-supporting GOP legislator, state Sen. Colton Moore, sought to rein in the out-of-control prosecutor, Moore was rebuked and punished by members of his own caucus—who likely faced pressure from anti-Trump Gov. Brian Kemp to let it play out, thereby validating whatever corruption transpired at the state level.

A DAY OF RECKONING?

While there are several interesting races to watch on Tuesday, including Kentucky’s gubernatorial race to see whether African-American rising GOP star Daniel Cameron prevails over Democrat Gov. Andy Beshear—most eyes will be on results for the Virginia General Assembly, and with good reason.

Democrats have, once again, invested considerable money and manpower into swaying the state races in the Old Dominion, even recruiting the assistance of former President Barack Obama to deliver prerecorded robocalls.

Democrats control the Virginia state Senate by a four-vote margin, and Republicans control its House of Delegates by the same margin, with four seats currently vacant.

But amid polling released over the weekend that showed Trump dominating President Joe Biden in several key swing states, it isn’t hard to guess which way this traditional bellwether for the presidential election is likely to tilt, despite what some suppression polls may be forecasting.

A red shift in Virginia would mean major political capital for Gov. Glenn Youngkin, whose name would immediately rise to the top of discussions for the 2028 presidential race—if not sooner (several establishment GOP donors have been actively courting him to challenge Trump, although Youngkin would be wise to focus on his own task at hand unless Trump is rendered ineligible to run).

It also would be a full reversal of the political engineering set in motion by former Clinton stooge Terry McAuliffe when, a decade ago, he used the full force of corrupt Democrat party politics—in a drama-filled 2013 campaign interlaced with now-familiar names like Jack Smith and Marc Elias—to defeat then-state Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli by the narrowest of margins.

McAuliffe’s policies—such as restoring the votes of thousands of felons while flouting the state constitution, using a legal loophole to circumvent the spirit of the law—became the prototype for Democrat governors nationwide to secure their own advantages through brazen, often extralegal, means in the 2016 and 2018 elections—and especially in 2020.

For several election cycles, it looked as if the state had turned permanently blue, until Youngkin routed McAuliffe in a 2021 shocker, bringing in tow Lieutenant Gov. Winsome Sears and state Attorney General Jason Miyares.

A legislative majority now would allow the governor to reverse the reign of terror presided over by McAuliffe and his successor, Ralph “Blackface” Northam, which included a raft of radical laws attacking Second Amendment rights, voting laws and other controversial measures that had nearly led some of the state’s rural counties to consider secession.

A DEMOCRAT NIGHTMARE SCENARIO?

Yet, there are possible national implications for Virginia’s return into the red category, as well. Not only would it drastically change the electoral map calculus that Democrats have come to rely on, making it more difficult to plausibly pull off a steal even with a well-coordinated scheme like the one in 2020, but it could potentially force them to live by their own rules.

And that prospect should be terrifying after the abuses they have heaped on, with impunity, since Trump’s election.

It is clear that one of the ways the corrupt entities within the federal government have avoided any sort of accountability is that the judiciary in Washington, D.C., has itself been utterly corrupted.

Many of its key district judges were installed late in the Obama presidency, after then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nevada, changed the rules by ending the filibuster on judiciary appointees to ram through Obama’s radical nominees.

One need only to look at the Justice Department’s overzealous prosecutions of Jan. 6 political dissidents (compared with the zero arrests recently of Hamas rioters in the capital) to recognize the dark turn that this has taken.

Nonetheless, the government’s efforts could be severely hindered if the Virginia General Assembly and Miyares were to begin acting like their New York counterparts.

Many of the leading government contractors, such as the aforementioned Booz Allen, are subject to Virginia law. So are the Pentagon, the CIA headquarters and several portions of the FBI (such as its Quantico training facility).

That means a lot of crimes may have happened south of the Potomac that could bear investigating.

Unfortunately, Miyares’s hands would likely be tied on many of these due to the statutes of limitations—the same problem that special counsels such as John Durham and David Weiss have encountered (or perhaps leveraged to their advantage to aid in the cover-ups).

With help from the General Assembly, though, Miyares could follow the road map that the Empire State laid out in enacting legislation broad enough to apply universally, while also narrowly targeting nefarious, deep-state conspirators including Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, John Brennan, James Clapper and others who have yet to face charges for plotting to usurp the presidency in 2016.

Do Miyares and a handful of state lawmakers have the political will to take on these forces of evil—some of whom likely are still within arm’s reach of the button that could launch a drone strike?

That is another question entirely. But without a conservative in-kind response that is willing to inflict the same degree of punishment on those threatening America as the bad guys are willing to invest in their efforts to attack it, the country is all but lost.

In the meantime, it all begins with four seats in the state capitol. Before taking on those rich men north of Richmond, the first goal has to be Richmond itself.

Elderly Jewish Man Fatally Assaulted by Pro-Palestinian Heckler in California

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Paul Kessler, a 69-year-old Jewish man, reportedly died after being assaulted by a pro-Palestinian heckler in California, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office announced on Monday.

Law enforcement officials announced that the alleged assault occurred at 3:20 p.m. when dueling pro-Palestinian and pro-Israel protests took place. One witness told authorities that the hit made the man drop to the ground where he hit his head. He was taken to the hospital but passed away a day later.

“An autopsy was performed on November 6th and the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be blunt force head injury and the manner of death homicide,” law enforcement officials said.

“This is an active and ongoing investigation, and the incident appears to be isolated and not part of a large effort,” police added

Following the assault, pro-Palestinian protesters continued chanting, with his blood still lying on the ground. A photo shared on social media depicted Kessler five minutes before he was reportedly attacked.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles decried the passing of the man, saying that he was struck in the head with a megaphone during an “antisemitic crime.”

“Violence against our people has no place in civilized society,” the group said in a statement. “We demand safety. We will not tolerate violence against our community. We will do everything in our power to prevent it.”

Kessler’s passing comes as massive protests break out in the U.S. following Hamas’ barbaric invasion of southern Israel on Oct. 7. Pro-Palestinian individuals protest Israel’s offense in the Hamas-governed Gaza Strip.

Sick: Fox 17 Confirms Trans Mass Shooter’s Racist Manifesto

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Fox 17 Nashville has verified the authenticity of leaked sections of a troubling manifesto reportedly belonging to Audrey Hale, the transgender shooter of The Covenant School, responsible for the tragic shooting that resulted in the deaths of three children and three adult staff members.

Initially brought to public attention by podcast host Steve Crowder, skepticism mired the leaked material and the Metro Nashville Police Department declined to confirm the legitimacy of the document as part of the alleged perpetrator’s manifesto.

“Social media photos claiming to show some of the writings by The Covenant School shooter Audrey Hale are authentic, FOX 17 News has confirmed through a source,” the outlet said on Monday, verifying Crowder’s findings.

Hours before the confirmation, Crowder ignited a storm on Twitter with his revelation. In a now-viral post, he unveiled shocking excerpts from the document, including lines such as “‘wanna kill all you little cr*ckers'” and “‘I hope I have a high death count.'”

In response to the leaked information, the police department announced an investigation into the source of the leak. However, they refrained from confirming the legitimacy of the documents, emphasizing their commitment to the ongoing probe.

“The MNPD is in communication with the Metropolitan Department of Law as an investigation, begun this morning, continues into the dissemination of three photographs of writings during an on-line discussion about Covenant School. The photographs are not MNPD crime scene images,” the department’s statement claimed. They also claimed they are providing support for the families of the victims.

Regarding the leaks, Elizabeth Clement-Webb, the Public Affairs officer at the FBI Memphis Field Office, declined to offer any commentary.

“As this matter is being addressed by the courts, the FBI will not be commenting on the reported documents,” she said, according to a tweet by Daily Wire journalist Gregg Re.

Even the NY Times Urges Dems to Change Immigration Policy

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) A senior columnist at the New York Times said that it was a mistake for Americans to accept the radical 1965 pro-immigration law implemented by President Lyndon B. Johnson, suggesting Democrats become more moderate when it comes to their immigration policies.

“I think it’s important to recognize that the [post-1965] immigration system we have, we sold to the American people partly on false pretenses,” David Leonhardt said, according to Breitbart.

Leonhardt is a columnist at the Times who recently wrote a book about the decline and the potential return of the prosperous middle class in the United States, dedicating mass immigration an entire chapter due to how it negatively affected American society.

“[LBJ and Sen. Ted Kennedy, D-Mass.] repeatedly promised that they were not changing the level of immigration. They were just changing the mix… And in fact, the law’s authors were totally wrong about that — it led to a huge surge of immigration,” he said.

In his book, Leonhardt also wrote about how corrupt bureaucrats from Washington, DC, decided to destroy the American dream by implementing free trade and allowing mass immigration.

“The Democratic Party’s [pro-migration] position is unpopular with swing voters… We do not have laws on the books now saying that we just are going to allow millions and millions of people to come every year,” he said, adding that Democrats must adopt a centrist immigration policy.

“I think it often is based on an assumption that immigration has no trade-offs, either economic or political, and I really do think immigration has trade-offs, and it’s important to grapple with them,” he said.

The most ironic thing, according to Leonhardt, was that the leftists became so radical when it came to immigration that they never noticed how they started sharing the open-border views of Milton Friedman, a free trade economist who was touted by the American President that the left hates — Ronald Reagan.

Homeowner Hailed as a Hero after Deterring Intruders w/ Firearm, Video Goes Viral

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Surveillance footage recently captured a gripping scene in a luxurious Los Angeles neighborhood, where a homeowner took action to avert a potentially dangerous home intrusion, ABC7 Eyewitness reported.

The footage depicted the homeowner, as he arrived at his residence around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, being unexpectedly approached by an individual dressed in black.

Startled by the sudden intrusion, the homeowner swiftly retaliated by throwing his cup and then firing his weapon, causing the trespasser to promptly flee the scene.

In an interview with ABC7, the homeowner shared his harrowing experience. “Out of nowhere I felt someone run up behind me, put something to my back, put a pistol to my back and somebody running up,” the man recounted.

“I guess they decided to try to come at me and come in the house but I have a 5-month-old baby and a wife and a nanny in the house and that wasn’t going to happen,” he added.

Demonstrating the extent of his determination to safeguard his loved ones, the homeowner expressed his willingness to die. “There was nothing in my house that was worth dying for. But I was willing to die for my family,” he emphasized.

The release of the video swiftly captured the attention of Twitter users, particularly among gun rights proponents, who lauded the homeowner as a hero.

“LA homeowner shoots his way out of armed home invasion,” one Twitter user applauded. “Had he not been armed these thugs would’ve been inside his home. This is why you’re not getting our guns!!”

Joining the chorus of support, the Twitter account Chicks on the Right reiterated the right to self-defense

“Everyone has the right to protect his/her family in exactly this manner,” they said. “Get armed, get protected, and screw any leftist who suggests you don’t have the right to do exactly what this guy did.”

Trump’s Explosive Testimony: Slams ‘Hack’ James and Leftist Judge

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Former President Donald Trump made headlines on Monday as he delivered explosive testimony in the civil fraud case against the Trump Organization, targeting both New York Attorney General Letitia James and Judge Arthur Engoron in a heated courtroom exchange.

Initially maintaining a composed demeanor, Trump’s speech quickly shifted as Engoron accused him of delivering a political speech. “It’s a terrible thing you’ve done. You know nothing about me,” Trump retorted, according to Politico. He then turned his attention to James, labeling her a “political hack,” as reported by the New York Post.

In an attempt to defend himself, Trump emphasized a disclaimer clause in his filings, claiming that financial institutions that approved loans did not pay attention to the documents.

“We have a disclaimer clause that says do your own due diligence, don’t under any circumstances count on anything in here,” Trump said. “If you were borrowing money … they were not really documents that the banks paid much attention to. They looked at the deal, they looked at the asset … but these were not very important.”

Engoron pushed back against Trump’s defense, saying that he had ruled against the disclaimers in previous orders.

“No, no, no,” Engoron claimed. “We’re not going to hear about the disclaimer clause. If you want to hear about the disclaimer clause, read my opinion again — or for the first time, perhaps.”

But Trump did not hold back against the ruling. “You’re wrong in your opinion… He called me a fraud and he didn’t know anything about me.”

As detailed by Politico, the tension escalated further as Trump continued to deflect direct questions from the state, prompting Engoron to express impatience.

“I beseech you to control him if you can,” the judge directed towards Trump’s attorney, Chris Kise. “If you can’t, I will. “I will excuse him and draw every negative inference that I can.”

Amidst the escalating courtroom drama, Engoron emphasized the need for order, stating, “This is not a political rally. This is a courtroom.”

Russian City Vexed by Epidemic of Snow Penises

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was revealed that pranksters from Russia’s fourth-largest city of Yekaterinburg have been building snow sculptures of erect penises over the past week, which prompted some residents of the city to call for authorities to crack down on the practice.

The first time the local media spotted a giant snow penis in a public square was on Oct. 30, 2023, outside the Yekaterinburg Opera and Ballet Theater and the Ural State University.

It was also claimed by Svet [“Light” in Russian], a news channel on the messaging app Telegram, that the elaborate sculpture was the work of local students.

Later that evening, municipal workers were spotted removing the sculpture with an excavator.

The appearance of the snow penises was condemned by Yekaterinburg Mayor Alexei Orlov, with him calling the work of the pranksters an “outrage.”

Alexei Bubnov, Orlov’s deputy, also added that the snow penises were a “provocation” that could be classified as an administrative offense “if they offend anyone.” Bubnov also said that law enforcement could get involved if the sculptures continued to appear throughout the city.

On Change.org, a petition was created to call on Yekaterinburg students to stop sculpting the snow penises. As of Nov. 6, 2023, the petition was signed by 56 people.

“Yekaterinburg is a modern and creative city, but why do people allow themselves to dishonor its name and disfigure it with pseudo-creativity? The student flash mob with the construction of snow genitalia has gone beyond reason… This does not make our city look good… Let’s not let the city turn into a d***,” the petition read.

However, the Yekaterinburg Mayor’s Office said that it does not plan a citywide crackdown on the snow sculptures, even though Bubnov previously threatened to involve law enforcement, the Moscow Times reported.

“Utility services clean roads, sidewalks and public areas like parks and squares. There’s no specific duty to search and ‘fight’ snow sculptures,” a spokesperson said.

Zelenskyy on Holding Elections: ‘Now is Not the Time’

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared on Monday that holding new elections in the middle of the ongoing conflict with Russia would be “utterly irresponsible.”

Zelenskyy’s declaration, made in a virtual public address, called for the nation to unite behind his presidency as the country fends off the Russian military.

“We need to recognize that this is a time for defense, a time for battle, upon which the fate of the state and its people depend,” he said, according to Voice of America. “I believe that elections are not appropriate at this time.”

A second translation of Zelenskyy’s remarks by the South China Morning Post alleged that he said, “I believe that now is not the time for elections.”

The decision not to hold elections comes as Ukraine remains under martial law following the 2022 Russian invasion. Reports from VOA suggest that Zelenskyy had contemplated a special provision to facilitate the elections, including potential foreign funding.

Zelenskyy, who was elected in 2019 to a five-year term, admitted that if elections were held, he would seek a second term.

Zelenskyy’s recent remarks follow the startling admissions of two of his presidential advisors in an Oct. 30 interview with Time Magazine, revealing pervasive corruption within the highest echelons of the Ukrainian government.

As reported by Time, the advisers directed criticism at the slow response of the administration in addressing military corruption.

Notably, the individuals highlighted concerns that Zelenskyy’s removal of the defense chief just days before a scheduled meeting with White House and Pentagon officials did little to persuade other individuals to stop taking bribes.

“People are stealing like there’s no tomorrow,” one unnamed adviser lamented, highlighting the extent of corruption.

These revelations coincided with international concern, with some of Ukraine’s allies expressing hesitancy in supporting foreign aid packages, as detailed by Politico in Oct. 2.

In the United States, several Republican lawmakers, including House Speaker Mike Johnson, have voiced their opposition to stand-alone taxpayer-funded aid to Ukraine, instead emphasizing the need to allocate resources for domestic border security.

Amid the backlash, Zelenskyy reportedly ramped up his lobbying efforts, aiming to persuade the U.S. to provide further support for Ukraine’s ongoing war efforts.

Demand Spikes on Dark Web for Unvaxxed Sperm Donors

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) In the wake of President Joe Biden’s attempted vaccine mandates, demand for unvaccinated sperm donors has skyrocketed, the Daily Mail reported.

Leading the way in unvaccinated sperm donations has been Jonathan David Rinaldi, who calls himself “The Sperminator.”

After spending years on the Facebook group Sperm Donation USA as a prolific donor, Rinaldi claims he has seen a “massive increase” in demand for unvaccinated sperm.

As a result, “The Sperminator”—who claims to have “superior” unvaccinated “genetic material”—broke off from Sperm Donation USA and started his own group, which currently has over 250 members.

According to Rinaldi, most of his new clients come to him out of concern that the vaccines—which used breakthrough technology to alter the genetic code at the mRNA level—could have longterm mutagenic effects that have yet to be fully studied.

“I don’t trust big government, Big Pharma,” Rinaldi said. “I don’t trust them, and I don’t need to inject myself with things that I don’t even know what it is.”

According to the Daily Mail, Rinaldi’s experience is not unique. Online searches for “unvaccinated sperm donors” have increased, and profiles of women looking for sperm donors that list “no Covid vaccine” have also spiked.

Still, such requests have remained limited to the darker corners of the internet.

Cryos, one of the largest of America’s sperm banks, said there have been “very few clients requesting information about unvaccinated donors.”

In any case, Rinaldi also noted that he has received very few vaccines throughout his lifetime, especially when he began to grow skeptical of Big Pharma as a child.

“I’ve had no flu shots, no Covid shots, nothing since I was a baby,” he said, adding that he had a childhood friend who “was not vaccinated at all” and is now “totally fine and healthy.”

Rinaldi—who is a parent to three children, in addition to having offered his genetic material in at least 16 other cases—said that the moralizing preaching that surrounds vaccination has caused him to be increasingly skeptical.

“When I had my first child, I started reading the inserts and the ingredients. And when the school started saying my son had to have them… I really don’t like being told what to do by the government, so it made me think and do the opposite.”

“The Sperminator,” aside from his entrepreneurship, is also an aspiring politician. He announced his campaign for New York City’s City Council earlier this year, suggesting that it was his mission to fight corruption.

“As a parent, it’s my responsibility to fight for my kids,” Rinaldi said, alluding to his 18+ children that he has “fathered.”
