‘F**cking Animal’: Dem. Targets GOP Poll Greeter in Curse-Ridden Verbal Assault

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A video that recently surfaced online captured an aggressive Democrat voter unleashing a barrage of profanity-laden insults at a purported GOP poll greeter in Arlington, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C.

The target of the expletive-laden outburst was identified as Matthew Hurtt, a seemingly peaceful individual who was handling Republican sample ballots on election day at the time of the incident. The unidentified man approached Hurtt, accusing him and the GOP of attempting to overturn the election.

“You guys tried to overturn the election, you might as well have been walking up to my head on the way to the polling station and putting a gun to my head and try to tell me not to vote,” the agitated individual shouted.

The situation escalated further as the man hurled deeply personal and derogatory remarks at Hurtt, calling him a “fucking rapist” and an “animal,” accusing him of intruding into people’s personal lives.

As Hurtt kindly told the man, “Thanks for coming out here,” the purported Democrat turned unhinged.

“You fucking tried to overthrow elections with violence and then you’re out here among decent people,” the man added. “You try to steal my vote next year, I’m going to f—ing remember you personally.”

Following the altercation, the man proceeded to photograph Hurtt, asking in a seemingly sarcastic tone, “Is that alright?” to which Hurtt responded, “It’s a one-party consent state.”

“Shitbird, yeah, one-party state—you want a fucking one-party country,” the man continued, before approaching a bystander and telling him not be “buddy, buddy with these people because they put on a face of a good neighbor.”

The video of the incident quickly gained traction on various social media platforms, drawing an outpouring of support for Hurtt from fellow Republicans and conservatives

The Republican National Committee issued a statement condemning the man’s behavior. “Thank you to Republican volunteers everywhere who are getting out the vote. Send a message that intimidation from members of the far-left like this man won’t work. Vote Republican!”

Meanwhile, New York Post columnist Miranda Devine highlighted the incident as a stark example of the left’s twisted rhetoric about Republicans.

“This guy is so brainwashed and triggered by the hateful lies he’s been fed about January 6 and the nature of the Republican Party,” she said. “He’s a model product of the Disinformation Industrial Complex. He is why Democrats work so hard to preserve their “narrative.”

Schiff Dismisses Report of His Maryland Residency as a ‘Non-Issue’

(Headline USA) Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., claimed his primary residence being in Maryland was a “non-issue” despite the fact that he is running for a U.S. Senate seat representing California.

Schiff has owned a 3,420-square-foot home in Maryland for years but has claimed his much smaller 650-square-foot condo in Burbank, California as his primary residence on tax forms.

The maneuver has allowed the Democrat to save more than $7,000 in property taxes over the years, according to the New York Post.

The report comes as Schiff vies for the seat previously held by the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.

Sen. Laphonza Butler, D-Calif., who was selected by Gov. Gavin Newsom to be the temporary replacement for Feinstein, likewise elicited criticism over the fact that she was not a permanent California resident but rather resided in Maryland.

Butler indicated after accepting the appointment that she planned to relocate to California.

Schiff, however, has dismissed allegations of wrongdoing, arguing that it’s normal for lawmakers to have split residences in the D.C. area and in their home states.

“I think just about every member of Congress has a residence in their state and a residence back in D.C. since we’re in session much of the week,” Schiff told KCRA 3.

“People make a family decision where they’re going to have their kids, but our principal residence—our primary residence—is in California,” he continued. “Always has been and always will be.”

Unlike other lawmakers, who opt to have their smaller residences near the Swamp, Schiff has chosen to raise his family in Maryland and not in California.

“I think honestly it’s a non-issue,” he deflected when asked why.

“Members of Congress all have a residence on both coasts, and they make a decision based on how far away the Capitol is and the age of their kids where they’ll get to see most of their kids,” he added. “It’s really as simple as that.”

Schiff has not claimed his Maryland home as a principal residence, but does have it listed as a principal residence on his mortgage. Schiff’s campaign claimed this designation was to avoid having to list his Maryland home as a vacation home.

“Adam’s primary residence is Burbank, California, and will remain so when he wins the Senate seat,” claimed Schiff’s communications director Marisol Samayoa.

IRS Accused of Targeting Conservatives Who Exposed Biden Nominees

(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) It was revealed once again that the IRS has been weaponized by engaging in a “deliberate attempt to punish and suppress” a conservative watchdog whose activities led to some of Joe Biden’s nominees to senior administrative roles withdrawing their candidacies.

The letter from the IRS to the American Accountability Foundation [AFF], a non-profit organization dedicated to scrutinizing public leaders and institutions, showed that the AFF is under scrutiny as the IRS examines its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, according to the Epoch Times.

The news source also added that the IRS requested extensive documents from the AAF, among which were all external communications related to the organization’s activities.

The AAF President Tom Jones said that he thinks that the IRS made this move because the agency wanted to start the politically-motivated crackdown against the AAF, partially because the agency brought the public’s attention to some of Biden’s radical administrative nominees that led their nominations to fail.

“This sudden request by the IRS is not random. [The IRS demanding records from the AAF is] clearly a sign that they are targeting our research and education activities. It’s a deliberate attempt to punish and suppress the AAF’s activities. It is surely no coincidence that the AAF — the very organization that exposed the weaponization of the IRS — is now the target of it,” Jones said.

Attorney Cleta Mitchell also compared the IRS audit of the AAF to the agency’s politically motivated targeting of conservative groups when Barack Obama was still president.

“As the attorney for many conservative, tea party groups targeted and harassed by the Obama IRS a decade ago, this certainly smacks of the exact same tactics used by the IRS then… and apparently being used again now against the AAF. Before the IRS starts down this road again, it would be worth remembering the scorn heaped upon it the last time it allowed itself to be used as a pawn by a liberal in the White House,” she said.

House GOP Pushes to Defund Kamala’s Office, IRS in Appropriations Bill

(Headline USA) House Republicans introduced an appropriations amendment this week that would defund Vice President Kamala Harris’s office and reduce Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Daniel Werfel’s salary to $1, Fox News reported.

Lawmakers were set to debate a number of appropriations packages that must be passed by the end of next week to avoid a government shutdown.

Conservatives in the House have argued the GOP should use the spending bill as an opportunity to defund parts of President Joe Biden’s leftist agenda—starting with his vice president.

An amendment introduced by Rep. Mike Collins, R-Ga., would halt funds to Harris’s office, with the Republican arguing Harris has not efficiently used the taxpayer dollars she’s been given. For example, despite being tasked with overseeing the administration’s response to the border crisis, illegal immigration continues to surge under Harris’s watch.

Another amendment by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., would reduce Werfel’s salary to $1. The measure is part of the House GOP’s larger effort to roll back Biden’s IRS expansion, which would disproportionately affect working class Americans, Republicans said.

Congress should not continue to approve “autopilot funding for an out-of-control government agency that is perhaps most in need of reform,” said Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Neb., last week.

Other amendments would defunding diversity, equity, and inclusion offices within the Biden administration, including ones in the Treasury Department and the Office of Personnel Management.

However, it is unlikely that any of these amendments will pass in the House’s final appropriations package since Republicans still appear unsure of how to avoid a shutdown.

“We’re kind of without a path forward,” a senior GOP aide said last week.

Newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., “doesn’t want to shut down,” said the source. “That was his ultimate goal. So we’ll see how he does that.”

The House must pass at least 12 appropriations bills before Nov. 17.

Special Counsel Weiss’s Testimony Confirms Alleged Biden DOJ Interference, Jordan Says

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Special Counsel David Weiss broke his silence on Tuesday on the growing accusations of the DOJ’s intervention in the investigation of President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

During a closed-door meeting with the Republican-led House Judiciary Committee, Weiss maintained that the probe was not influenced by political considerations and that he faced no obstruction in his investigation.

“At no time was I blocked, or otherwise prevented from pursuing charges or taking the steps necessary in the investigation by other United States Attorneys, the Tax Division or anyone else at the Department of Justice,” Weiss claimed, as reported by Politico.

Nevertheless, his statements seemed to contradict previous assertions made by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, who claimed that Weiss had been denied special prosecutor status by the DOJ.

Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, underscored the significance of Weiss’s alleged request for “special attorney” status in the spring of 2022 rather than the special counsel designation he had received earlier this year.

“When he was specifically asked, did you ever request special attorney authority under Section 515, Mr. Weiss’s response was yes, in the spring of 2022. So that that goes to the heart of the matter,” Jordan emphasized while speaking to reporters, according to the committee’s Twitter page.

Adding weight to the whistleblower’s claims, Jordan further emphasized, “So to me, that’s the key takeaway. […] And that answer, I think the key is, is entirely consistent with what Mr. Shapley said after the October 7, 2022 meeting, when he said USA Weiss requested Special Counsel authority when it was sent to DC and Main DOJ denied his request and told him to follow the process.”

The committee chairman said that Weiss’s testimony ultimately vindicated the whistleblower’s assertions. “So once again Shapley and Ziegler’s testimony continues to stand up to every single witness we brought in for an interview,” he continued.

Nonetheless, a source familiar with the committee’s proceedings insisted that Weiss had never been denied 515 authority, further complicating future battles between Republicans and the DOJ.

House Republicans are leading an impeachment inquiry against Biden, centering on allegations of political corruption, bribery and the weaponization of the DOJ.

The DOJ’s purported involvement in the decision-making regarding Hunter, who recently faced indictment on three federal charges related to an alleged illegal gun purchase, remains a central focus of the impeachment probe.

Watchdog Scores Major Win in Quest for UNC COVID Research Records

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) A nonprofit watchdog suing the University of North Carolina to release potential gain-of-function research documents scored a major win Monday, when a judge granted the group’s request to review the records in a private courtroom setting.

“Good news. We just won today’s court hearing against the University of North Carolina about documents of Ralph Baric possibly related to the origin of Covid-19,” announced Gary Ruskin, the president of U.S. Right To Know.

“We asked the judge for in camera review of the documents, and appointment of a special master. The judge granted both.”

USRTK intially filed 13 public records requests for work done by several medical professionals at the school, which the university has thus far declined to provide. Those professionals included Baric, the epidemiology professor described in legal disputes as a “close collaborator with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”

“We don’t really know why UNC is trying to keep these Baric documents secret, even though there is worldwide interest in them. We do know that Ralph Baric was a close collaborator with the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” Ruskin said in March.

“We also know that Baric was on the DARPA DEFUSE proposal, which in retrospect reads something like a how-to guide for creating SARS-CoV-2.”

Baric is a known associate of phony WHO COVID investigator Peter Daszak and Dr Shi Zhengli, who researches bats at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Personally, Baric is a notable figure because of his research into the insertion of pathogens into genetic code without leaving any evidence, which he allegedly used to make coronaviruses more dangerous.

USRTK previously discovered scheduled meetings between Dr. Anthony Fauci and Baric in the first weeks of the pandemic, where they allegedly discussed pandemics and genetically modified viruses.

Ruskin didn’t say when the review process of the documents he seeks will begin, or how long it will take.

New York City Council Passes Bill of Rights for Illegals

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) The New York City Council recently approved a proposal requesting a “bill of rights” for immigrants pouring into their city.

The proposal passed through the council with flying colors and moved onto Mayor Eric Adams’ desk, where he will likely sign it into law, according to Just the News.

Once signed, the law would require city agencies to publish a set of rights and protections for immigrants at federal, state and local levels.

City Councilor Shahana Hanif, claimed that the bill “empowers immigrant workers to have the knowledge they need to earn what they’re owed and support themselves and their families.”

Hanif, of course, neglected to mention that Americans owe nothing to illegal immigrants.

“Labor laws exist on our books to protect all of our workers, including new arrivals and more established immigrants; this Bill of Rights will go a long way to ensuring they are followed,” she said in a statement.

Once officials publish the document, the bill requires employers to hang it in a visible place in various languages. Violators could incur fines of up to $500 if they neglect this imposed duty.

New York City faced a massive influx of migrants in the last three years, opening their doors as a sanctuary city to those who crossed the border illegally.

More than 130,000 migrants made it to the northern metropolis, where they occupy more than 200 emergency shelters in hotels and large outdoor encampments.

By law, the New York City government must provide emergency shelter to anyone who requests it. City officials aimed to suspend this rule temporarily; the case continues to bounce through various courts.

Adams said that the influx of migrants will “destroy New York City” if state and federal governments do not take interest in the crisis.

Local officials allocated an absurd amount of money, spending nearly $2 billion on food and shelter—half of that money went to expensive hotels housing the illegals.

Hanif and Adams continue to battle over the care for the migrants, fighting over limiting shelter stays and funding for various protections.

Adams attempted to find various remedies to the city’s growing problem, most recently—and ridiculously—recommending that NYC citizens invite migrants into their homes if they have spare room.

Sarah Sanders Endorses Ex-Boss, 1 Day after Iowa Gov. Backs DeSantis

0

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) The day after Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds endorsed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for president, Sarah Huckabee Sanders endorsed former president Donald Trump, CNN reported Monday.

While Reynolds’ endorsement may be a boost for DeSantis, Sanders dampened the effect by announcing her endorsement 24 hours later.

She told the press that she endorsed Trump because the forthcoming election may have existential consequences, and he is the most likely to win.

“It’s not a question between right versus left anymore,” Sanders noted, adding that the main focus should be defeating Democrats.

“It’s normal versus crazy, and President Biden and the left are doubling down on crazy. The time has come to return to the normal policies of the Trump era which created a safer, stronger, and more prosperous America, and that’s why I am proud to endorse Donald Trump for President,” she said.

Sanders previously served as Trump’s White House press secretary, and has routinely defended the former president in the face of a media onslaught.

“I couldn’t be prouder to have the opportunity to serve my country and particularly to work for this president,” Sanders said when her time as press secretary ended. “I’ve loved every minute – even the hard minutes.”

Trump released a statement in the wake of Sanders’ announcement, calling it an “honor” to have Sanders’ endorsement.

“I look forward to having her at the big rally in Hialeah this Wednesday,” he said.

Trump and his campaign also had harsh words for Reynolds, whom he had previously supported and helped get elected.

“I opened the position for Reynolds,” Trump wrote on Truth Social soon after Reynolds endorsed his opponent.

“I then helped her when she was substantially down and losing to the Democrat Candidate, and worked hard to get her Elected, including an Endorsement and Big TRUMP Rallies,” he continued.

As a result, he called the move “the end of her political career,” just as his campaign is, for Trump, the end of DeSantis’ career, he said.

Facebook Censors Trans-Terrorist Manifesto as Mayor Demands Leak Probe

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Steven Crowder, host of the Louder with Crowder podcast, released alleged bits and pieces of the Covenant School shooter’s highly protected manifesto on Monday morning.

Facebook took swift action to censor the post, possibly due to shooter Audrey Hale’s trans identification, according to the Post Millennial.

The platform reported that the post with the manifesto “may go against [their] Community Standards on violence and incitement,” and offered Crowder the opportunity to delete the post and avoid account restrictions.

Crowder also claimed Google censored the story:

The purported manifesto, written on several pieces of ruled paper, contained Hale’s detailed plan, indicating that she intended to attack the school several years ago. The documents contained violent ramblings against white people and the students of Covenant School and suggested that she expected to die on the day of the shooting.

According to the documents, Hale also recorded a video that presumably detailed her motivations, which remain undisclosed.

Nashville authorities reportedly launched an investigation into the leak of the photos of the manifesto per the city’s mayor, Freddie O’Connell.

“I have directed Wally Dietz, Metro’s Law Director, to initiate an investigation into how these images could have been released,” O’Connell said. “That investigation may involve local, state, and federal authorities. I am deeply concerned with the safety, security, and well-being of the Covenant families and all Nashvillians who are grieving.”

He also invited those struggling with “emotional trauma” reach out to the National Alliance on Mental Illness and other local support options.

Official authorities did not confirm the validity of the writings; however, the launching of an investigation is highly suggestive.

Several Facebook users who attempted to share Crowder’s post faced similar censorship.

Officials announced the release of the documents in April, a month after the shooting happened.

Three elementary students and three teachers died in the attack on the school.

Rep. Troy Nehls: Why Was a Nazi Bank Robber Given a Taxpayer-Funded Sex Change?

0

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Soon after the Biden administration took power in 2021, biological male inmate Peter Langan sued the Bureau of Prisons for a taxpayer-funded sex change—arguing that a lack of “gender confirmation surgery” violated the Eighth Amendment right against cruel and unusual punishment.

Rather than fighting the lawsuit, the BOP caved to the inmate’s demands. In January, the trans inmate—a former neo-Nazi bank robber who answers to first name Donna—received a vaginoplasty and breast augmentation surgery.

Transgender inmate and former neo-Nazi bank robber Peter/Donna Langan.

Remarkably, Langan didn’t drop the lawsuit even after receiving a sex change. Instead, the inmate further pushed for the BOP to provide free facial hair removal surgery.

Then, Langan and the BOP suddenly settled the lawsuit in June, and the BOP has refused to answer Headline USA’s queries about the matter.

During a congressional oversight hearing on Tuesday, Rep. Troy Nehls, R-Texas, pressed BOP Director Colette Peters about the absurd situation.

Nehls began by recounting how the Biden administration reversed Trump-era policies, which required the BOP to use biological sex as the initial determinant as to where inmates should be housed. He asked Peters about the implications of this reversal.

“I’m going to prison, and now instead of saying, ‘My name is Troy Nehls,’ I’m going to say, ‘My name is Susie Nehls,’ and I am a woman. And I just make that claim. At what point in time during that spectrum will that allow me then to ‘release the bull into the pen of heifers’?” Nehls asked.

Peters responded that all but 11 inmates are currently in jails based on their biological sex, and that inmates must undergo a “complex, serious evaluation from degreed medical doctors and psychologists” before they can be placed in a female prison.

Peters also said that two inmates have received taxpayer-funded sex changes. But Nehls noted that those two inmates are likely the first of many.

Nehls then asked about Langan.

“Look at this guy. This is an interesting guy, folks. His name is Peter Langan … He looks like a bad, bad guy. He is a bad, bad guy. He’s an ex-Nazi terrorist. He’s a bad, bad hombre. And this guy wants to be referred to as Donna,” the congressman stated, displaying a Headline USA article about Langan.

“He’s claiming his Eighth Amendment rights were violated for not being provided gender-confirming surgery. For the people at home: This person is an ex-Nazi bank robber. In June, his lawsuit was settled. And I’d like to know whether this means that inmates now have the Eighth Amendment right to sex changes. Are we paying for guys like this, who are just sick?” Nehls asked.

Nehls pointed out the obvious: that Langan’s lawsuit might have paved the way for countless inmates to exploit the system.

“If I’m going to prison for 10 years, I guess I would want to go to prison where the ladies are. Wouldn’t that be a good idea? And if you’re allowing that to take place through this process by talking to these shrinks and these guys, I’m going to convince you I’m a woman,” he said.

“And I’m going to enjoy five years in prison. In fact, half of the guys will probably say, ‘Don’t even release me! I’m having too much fun.’”
