Hamas Money Trail Leads to Leftist Groups Pushing a Volatile Mix of Amnesty, Activism

(Kevin Whiteley, Headline USA) Democrats in Congress and the Biden Cabinet are pressing to give Palestinian migrants carte blanche to resettle in America, even as supporters of the terrorist group Hamas conduct violent and disruptive demonstrations that left an elderly Jewish man dead following an assault in California on Monday.

Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill.; Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash.; and Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill., were reportedly circulating a refugee-request letter penned by Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, according to the Daily Caller, which obtained a preliminary version of the document.

The secretaries’ typo-laden draft sought “Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and/or Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) for Palestinians present in the U.S.” on the grounds of “the horrific October 7 terrorist attack by Hamas and Israel’s ensuring [sic] military response.”

Nowhere did the letter mention Israeli civilians who might be in the U.S. temporarily.

This latest attempt for the U.S. to welcome more anti-American immigrants follows an earlier push for the Biden administration to allow an estimated 1 million Palestinian refugees to legally resettle in America, the New York Post reported.

With roughly 170,000 Palestinians currently living in the U.S., some may question the wisdom of pouring gasoline on a tinderbox already waiting to ignite.

But the bigger questions may be who on the Left is actually supporting these measures—and why?

In many cases, it seems Islamic radicals and other globalists bent on widespread civil unrest may be weaponizing America’s own limitless generosity and open-door hospitality against it, in order to effect its downfall and destruction.

RIOTING FOR CHARITY?

A wave of vandalism in Washington, D.C., over the weekend—including grafitti on the gates on the White House—showed just how highly Palestinian activists regard their adopted nation.

“Tens of thousands” of pro-Palestinian activists scattered about the nation’s capital on Saturday, Nov. 4, leaving damage to McPherson Square Metro Station, police vehicles and historic statues (including Benjamin Franklin and Gen. Marquis de Lafayette) in their wake.

Some were allegedly connected to New York-based nonprofit WESPAC Foundation, as said extremists share the foundation’s tax-exempt status, according to a Washington Examiner investigation.

This violent activism could have been launched via fiscal sponsorship, which enables registered charities to extend services—e.g., donation processing, human resources and legal oversight—to grassroots projects operating under a larger entity’s umbrella, according to National Council of Nonprofits, the Examiner reported.

Such relationships are conducive to anonymity in terms of financial disclosures. It’s worth noting that WESPAC is the “fiscal agent” for U.S. Palestinian Community Network.

Other pro-Palestinian activist groups involved in Saturday’s D.C. protest included the Progress Unity Fund-sponsored ANSWER Coalition and Al-Awda—“a founding coalition member of the anti-Israel Global Palestinian Right of Return (according to the Examiner’s investigation).”

Protest sponsors and supporters included Maryland 2 Palestine and Students for Justice in Palestine, which has chapters at American University, Georgetown University, the University of Maryland, George Mason University, Boston University, Temple University and other academic institutions.

Tack on numerous gender studies departments nationwide, who signed an open letter, standing in solidarity with the WESPAC-funded Palestinian Feminist Collective.

MOOLAH-U AKBAR

Moreover, nearly 300 universities appeared to have received significant funding from foreign governments, with wealthy Arab nations like Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates giving more than $4 billion over a five-year span, according to a study by the Network Contagion Research Institute.

Schools in question failed to disclose information on roughly $13 billion in contributions from foreign, authoritarian entities—an illegal move to obtain money.

Zachor Legal Institute presented a case on a need to tighten the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List overseen by the  U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, according to the Examiner.

Zachor Legal President Marc Greendorfer submitted a memo to senior Republican majority staffers on the House Foreign Affairs and Ways and Means committees.

“Hamas, Hezbollah, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and other U.S.-designated terrorist groups ‘are able to evade OFAC’s sanctions program by creating or enlisting third-party front organizations that purport to be charitable or humanitarian groups but are, in fact, support organs of terror organizations.’”

Again, fiscal sponsorship enables terrorist groups such as Hamas to fundraise in and gain access to U.S.’s financial system.

BREAKING: Sen. Marsha Blackburn Files Subpoena for Jeffrey Epstein Flight Logs

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., shocked onlookers Thursday, when she announced that she’s filed a subpoena for the flight records from deceased sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane.

“Since we’re in the business of issuing subpoenas now, here’s a few more I’ve filed: A subpoena to Jeffrey Epstein’s estate to provide the flight logs for his private plane,” Blackburn said during a congressional hearing.

“Given the numerous allegations of human trafficking and sexual abuse surrounding Mr. Epstein, I think it is very important we identify everybody that was on that plane, and how many trips they took on that plane, and the destinations to which they arrived.”

If she is true to her word, Blackburn’s move would be perhaps the most significant move by Congress to investigate Epstein’s ties to the various political elite.

The Senate Finance Committee revealed an ongoing investigation into Epstein earlier this year. However, that investigation is concentrated on tax evasion, rather than Epstein’s intelligence connections, his friendship with multiple U.S. presidents and other high officials, his sex crimes, his mysterious death or other Epstein-related topics.

“In particular, the Committee seeks information on Epstein’s participation in structuring trusts and other complex transactions designed to avoid federal gift and estate taxes on as much as $2 billion in wealth transferred to your children,” Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden, D-Ore., said in a letter.

Wyden revealed that his investigation has been ongoing since June 2022.

Thus far, the investigation has found that Epstein helped billionaire Leon Black avoid more than $1 billion in federal taxes, Wyden said.

The senator also revealed that the IRS has not audited any of Black’s trusts or transactions that are subject to the congressional probe.

And according to Wyden, Black has not been cooperative in the probe.

“You have refused to answer questions or provide documents related to payments you made to Epstein or substantiate how such payments were calculated or were compensation for services,” the senator said.

“Your failure to substantiate Epstein’s compensation scheme has heightened the Committee’s concerns about whether such payments were properly characterized as income or gifts for tax purposes.”

Wyden asked Black to provide him with information on a number of Epstein- and Apollo-related topics. Wyden seeks, among other things, a copy of a “written service agreement” between Epstein and Black, as well as information about Epstein’s financial advice related to Black’s private art collection, which is worth over $1 billion.

Pittsburgh Public Schools Approve $50K Contract to Push CRT in Math Classes

(Karen Freeman, Headline USA) Add Pittsburgh to the growing list of Democrat-run cities that prioritize identity politics and critical race theory over teaching the basics of reading, writing and arithmetic.

On Oct. 25, Pittsburgh Public Schools’ board of directors voted to hire a consulting group, Quetzal Educational Consulting, to “disrupt” racism in math classes for the price of $50,000, the Center Square reported.

Ebony Pugh, director of public relations and media content for Pittsburgh Public Schools,  confirmed the contract to Fox News.

According to the meeting agenda, Quetzal will provide workshops for math teachers to replace “oppressive practices in math instruction with practices that center the wellness of students of Color” and “provide opportunities for math departments and math teachers to grow their antiracist math praxis.”

In addition to workshops for math teachers, Quetzal will provide an ongoing workshop series to address “antiracist” math leadership where teachers will “learn how to train others in the topic of antiracist math” and “how to identify issues of equity in math spaces.”

Quetzal’s home page boldly promotes its objectives to “Decolonize. Reclaim. Reimagine.” The stated goal is to change culture and praxis in education to encourage “anti-oppressive” spaces.

However, far from being a con-artist, the company is simply catering to the overwhelming market demand for such toxic ideologies, rooted in neo-Marxist principles, which now have infected the U.S. education system at a level some fear may be beyond redemption.

Deborah Lowenberg Ball, a mathematics professor and former dean of the University of Michigan School of Education, proclaimed that math is a “harbor for whiteness,” and “mathematics is itself dominated by whiteness and racism.”

Even the once respectable publication Scientific American came out with an August 2021 piece titled “Modern Mathematics Confronts Its White, Patriarchal Past,” in which it lamented that math was a field based on bias, harassment and exclusion.

“Racism, sexism and other forms of systematic oppression are not unique to mathematics, and they certainly are not new, yet many in the field still deny their existence,” asserted the article’s author, Rachel Crowell.

Those opposed to this new math argue that it is dumbing down math education.

Yet, Pittsburgh Public Schools is not the first—nor will it be the last—to embrace the theory that math and other once-thought-benign school subjects are racist in nature.

According to the New York Post, several schools, organizations and states have issued guidance and promoted teachers’ programs seeking to eliminate racism from math.

The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, in a 2022 webinar, discussed ways to combat racist math—including the elimination of “tracking,” which they claimed, “was a form of spirit ‘murdering’ inflicted on children of color through math.”

Tracking—the practice of separating students into different class levels based on their abilities—takes many forms, according to the far-left Brookings Institute, such as matching students based on test scores or previous work to certain curriculums.

For at least a decade, education schools and pedagogy programs pushing the Marxist agenda have instead promoted “differentiation,” which lumps students of all ability levels into the same classroom and shifts the burden onto teachers to create seperate lesson plans for each student according to his needs.

Meghan McCain Fears Chuck E. Cheese Terrorist Attacks

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Former The View co-host Meghan McCain fears going to Chuck E. Cheese.

McCain revealed this Tuesday on her podcast, where she regaled a tail of her recent trip to every child’s favorite restaurant/entertainment center.

“I feel really unsafe, and I never feel like this. I’m not one of these people, I lived in New York for a really long time, I lived in Los Angeles, can really handle my shit,” she said around the 4-minute mark of the show.

“All of a sudden, I took my kids to Chuck E. Cheese over the weekend, and when I came back, my husband was like, ‘How was it?’ and I was like, ‘It was great, how are you?’ and he said, ‘Good, but I was actually worried about if something was going to happen to you guys at Chuck E. Cheese,” McCain said.

“I feel very untethered in a way that I haven’t, maybe ever,” she added.

Her co-host agreed, telling a story of a disgruntled bar patron who purportedly drove into a crowd of people over an argument.

The two blamed the ever-rising political tensions in the country—particularly when it comes to the Israel–Palestine debate.

McCain later joked that she’s also afraid of Chuck E. Cheese due to the “germs” there, but she clarified that she actually loves the establishment, which she said “has great pizza.”

Entertainment Weekly said it has reached out to Chuck E. Cheese for comment on the matter.

On Twitter, McCain was widely panned for her alarmist attitude.

“Meghan McCain running out of Chuck E. Cheese holding all the pizzas and a slice in her mouth: ‘EVERYONE GO HOME! IT’S NOT SAFE HERE!!’ said one Twitter jokester.

Biden Admin Rolls Out New ‘Orwellian’ Pronoun Mandate

(Headline USA) The Biden administration rolled out a new pronoun mandate this month that requires all Department of Health and Human Services employees to use the preferred names and pronouns of their colleagues.

The new policy was reportedly announced in an email to HHS employees and appears to be a part of two White House executive orders, one in January 2021 and another in June 2022, which target “gender discrimination” on the basis of “gender identity.”

The HHS Gender Identity Non-Discrimination and Inclusion Guidance is intended to make sure HHS is a “welcoming, supportive environment where all employees feel safe and seen, including transgender and non-binary employees,” the email stated.

“All applicants and employees should be addressed by the names and pronouns they use to describe themselves. Using correct names and pronouns helps foster workplaces free of discrimination and harassment,” it continued.

The email also included a link to a YouTube video in which Assistant HHS secretary Rachel Levine, who identifies as transgender, claims that “who you know yourself to be is valid.” Levine also makes clear HHS employees “can wear clothing” and “use restrooms” based on what gender they identify as.

Roger Severino, the Heritage Foundation’s vice president for domestic policy and the former head of civil rights at HHS during the Trump administration, blasted the guidance as “Orwellian.”

The policy will force employees to “deny biological realities with their own words or face firing,” he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“HHS and the federal government is requiring its employees to speak falsehoods,” he said.

Severino also encouraged HHS employees who object to the mandate to challenge it.

“Governments cannot compel speech and certainly cannot compel false speech,” Severino said. “We protect the right of political dissent and here it’s a pledge of allegiance to the Rainbow flag that’s been essentially required.”

POLL: Biden Losing Support Even in California

(Headline USA) President Joe Biden is losing support even in deep blue California, according to a recent poll.

For the first time since he has assumed office, a majority of California voters disapprove of Biden’s job performance, the poll by the University of California, Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies found. About 52% of the state’s voters said they disapprove of Biden, with just 44% saying they approve.

The poll also found that Biden is losing support among key demographics, including Hispanic and black voters. Just 38% of Latino voters said they support Biden now, compared to 66% in 2020. And 60% of black voters say they support Biden now, compared to 74% in 2020.

Likewise, just 43% of California voters under 50 say they would vote for Biden again. California voters represent a demographic that turned out heavily for Biden in 2020.

The poor numbers will likely exacerbate concerns among Democratic establishment-types about whether Biden should continue his reelection bid. Already, several high-profile figures have suggested Biden should drop out, citing concerns about his age and his low favorability ratings.

“Only @JoeBiden can make this decision.  If he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party. What he needs to decide is whether that is wise; whether it’s in HIS best interest or the country’s?” former Obama adviser David Axelrod said this week.

Douglas Schoen, a former Clinton adviser, agreed and said the polls show “a serious warning sign that the president is in deep political trouble.”

Even Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., went on CNN on Sunday to say he was “concerned” about the latest data.

“These presidential races over the last couple of terms have been very tight,” Blumenthal said.

“No one is going to have a runaway election here,” he continued. “It’s going to take a lot of hard work, concentration, resources.”

ICE Arrests Illegal Charged With Rape After Sanctuary City Released Him

(Headline USA) This week, Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced that it arrested an illegal immigrant who was charged with felony rape, but released from custody by a sanctuary city in Virginia.

The Honduran national has been apprehended three times since June 2021, when U.S. Border Patrol first encountered him near Roma, Texas. He was released and issued a notice to appear before an immigration judge.

On July 20, 2023, authorities in Herndon, Virginia arrested the illegal again and charged him with felony rape by force, threat, or intimidation. He was also charged with abduction by force and assault on a family member.

ICE then issued a detainer for him so that he could go through deportation proceedings. But Fairfax County, which considers itself a “sanctuary” district, refused to work with federal immigration officers and released the accused rapist without informing Enforcement and Removal Operations.

Finally, ICE tracked down the immigrant last month and said he will remain in custody while he awaits the outcome of the Justice Department’s deportation proceedings.

“This undocumented Honduran national has proven to be a detriment to our community and a threat to Virginia residents,” ERO Washington, D.C. Field Office Director Russell Hott said in a statement. “ERO Washington remains committed to apprehending criminals who are released back into the local population when a detainer is not honored. We will not allow such noncitizen offenders to roam free and victimize innocent people.”

The report comes as other sanctuary cities in the country increase their protections for illegal immigrants, despite complaints from residents and officials that the migration crisis is draining these cities of their resources.

Just this week, the New York City Council approved a “bill of rights” for illegals, which will “empower immigrant workers to have the knowledge they need to earn what they’re owed and support themselves and their families,” according to City Councilor Shahana Hanif.

Nashville Suspends Seven Police Officers After Leak of Trans Shooter’s Manifesto

(Headline USA) The Nashville Police Department reportedly suspended seven detectives this week after the leak of transgender school shooter Audrey Hale’s manifesto.

The police department reportedly confirmed the officers were placed on administrative duty on Wednesday as it attempts to pinpoint how conservative commentator Steven Crowder obtained the documents, which revealed part of Hale’s motive before she killed three students and three staff members at Covenant Christian School.

NPD spokesperson Don Aaron reportedly claimed the suspensions were “absolutely not punitive” but were intended to “protect the integrity of the active, progressing investigation.”

Crowder released three pages of Hale’s manifesto last week and said an unidentified party, whom he described as a “Nashville detective,” contacted his team claiming to be in possession of a portion of the writings. The NPD has confirmed that the writings are legitimate.

However, multiple social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube, have censored images of the manifesto, claiming they go against “Community Standards on violence and incitement.”

Crowder has stood by the release, arguing Nashville owes it to the public to be transparent about Hale’s motivations.

“This was one that did not follow along with that narrative,” he said. “And a lot of people thought it was necessary for this to be out. And there are people involved with the Nashville PD who also believe things have not necessarily been transparent.”

The manifesto revealed Hale had been planning the school shooting for years, and that she deliberately targeted “white privileged” “cr*****s” and “f****ts.”

“Can’t believe I’m doing this but I’m ready… I hope my victims aren’t,” Hale wrote. “My only fear is if anything goes wrong. I’ll do my best to prevent any of the sort. God let my wrath take over my anxiety. It might be 10 minutes tops. It might be 3-7. It’s gonna go quick. I hope I have a high death count. Ready to die.”

House Republicans Fail to Defund Federal ‘Kill Switch’ Mandate for Vehicles

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) An amendment to remove a federal “kill switch” mandate for all vehicles manufactured after 2026 failed in a vote late on Tuesday night.

The mandate, on page 430 of 1,039 of the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, required all vehicles produced after 2026 to implement “advanced drunk and impaired driving prevention technology,” according to The Federalist.

The technology would include sensors to detect impairment, “passively monitor the performance of a driver,” and “prevent or limit motor vehicle operation if impairment is detected.”

Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., introduced an amendment to the 2021 law in an attempt to destroy the mandate. But his amendment was voted down 229 to 201.

Two-hundred ten Democrats and 19 Republicans rejected the amendment, laying the groundwork for more intense government interference in citizen’s day-to-day lives.

“The federal government has mandated that all vehicles sold after 2026 must have a kill switch that can disable your vehicle based on your driving performance,” Massie said after his amendment was defeated.

Several mainstream media outlets attempted to minimize the invasive nature of the mandate.

USA TODAY claimed the bill did not require the implementation of the switch or give third parties power to stop the cars. “Rather, the bill in question directs a federal agency to require technology that would detect driver impairment and disable the vehicle in that scenario,” the publication claimed.

The publication further claimed “automobile experts” provided them with this information, but neglected to identify them or explain their expertise.

The Associated Press published a similar fact check article shortly after lawmakers started pointing out the egregious overstep, claiming that commentators “distort[ed]” the law’s meaning.

The author also accused the law’s critics of hyperbole because “none of the options being considered would include the risky move of lurching a fast-moving vehicle to an abrupt stop.”

Critics of the mandate, including Massie, voiced concern over limiting people’s freedom of movement via excessive limitations and fees put on all types of vehicles.

The Biden administration, as well as many left-leaning governors, are particularly guilty of this, taking measures to ban gas-powered vehicles, granting subsidies to automotive manufacturers to boost electric vehicle production—despite the fact that no one wants to buy them—and bullying consumers into buying expensive, unreliable EVs, allegedly in the name of “climate security.”

Minn. Supreme Court Tosses Leftist Effort to Ban Trump from Ballot

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Left-wing activists in Minnesota failed to get former President Donald Trump thrown off the ballot in the upcoming primary election after the the Minnesota Supreme Court rejected the latest lawfare attack on the GOP frontrunner, the Washington Post reported.

Those attempting to ban Trump argued that, according to the 14th Amendment, anyone who engaged in an “insurrection” could not hold public office.

Of course, in order to do so, they had to frame the Jan. 6, 2021, uprising at the U.S. Capitol as an “insurrection,” an ill-defined and highly subjective charge for which he was previously acquitted by Congress and has never been otherwise indicted.

Similar lawsuits have also been filed in Michigan and Colorado.

Although Minnesota’s left-leaning high court declined to weigh in on the insurrection matter, it made clear that it was reluctant to delve into political issues where the court would be seen as interfering in the democratic process.

According to Minnesota’s Chief Justice Natalie E. Hudson, the case was dismissed because it was not the court’s job to determine who is on the ballot, but rather, the party’s.

The primary election, she argued, is “an internal party election to serve internal party purposes.”

Citing “judicial restraint,” she also asserted that there were no other laws limiting the candidates that political parties could put forward.

“And there is no state statute that prohibits a major political party from placing on the presidential nomination primary ballot, or sending delegates to the national convention supporting, a candidate who is ineligible to hold office,” Hudson wrote.

Hudson’s reasoning, however, was limited to primary elections alone.

Therefore, the court did leave open the possibility that the former president could be struck from the ballot for the general election—a matter that would likely either go before the U.S. Supreme Court ahead of the 2024 election or else present a constitutional crisis of the utmost severity.

Nonetheless, Trump and his campaign team celebrated the victory.

“Congratulations to all who fought this HOAX!” he wrote on Truth Social.

“The voters who filed the lawsuit did not immediately comment on the decision or say what they planned to do next.”

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung echoed Trump, calling the decision “validation” that “the 14th Amendment ballot challenges are nothing more than strategic, un-Constitutional attempts to interfere with the election.”
